Life isn't a story... There's no neat beginnings, no happy endings, because everything always keeps on going. That's just life, girl. That's all it is: life, and lives, and all of them lived overlapping.
-- Foz Meadows

Pula Colosseum
Built by the Romans in-between the 14th and 15th Century.
True Story: Andrea Bocelli held one of his 2024 World Tour Concerts here and you can see in the background the stage being set up for the next evenings opening night.
This Andrea Bocelli Concert was why we were in Croatia. It was quite literally the impetus or spark for this trip. He was sold completely out in the USA when I learned of his world tour. At the time I saw this venue I was 70 years old and just diagnosed with Prostate Cancer. I looked at the calendar and my surgery date and would have close to 4 months of recovery before leaving for Croatia. We took the gamble and bought tickets in the right front section (which only 6 were left in that section)!
The concert was magical. Pulling this off was hard work but we made it happen! One of the top 10 experiences in my lifetime!
