Howls. For the fic. How do you imagine Delta and Color's apartment to look like? I have vague ideas of my own, but I want your input.

I’m not a very imaginative person 💀. I can’t see no vivid pictures or nothing. Probably enough space for a decently sized dog, Zorox, eventually at least.

At least 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, a decent sized living room and kitchen—probably with the living room and kitchen “connected,” no doors or walls in between probably. The rooms and bathroom are probably down a small hallway. I’d imagine that Delta’s bedroom has a space reserved for Beta and his hobbies and interests, as well.

I’d imagine it wouldn’t be anything extravagant, huge, or fancy—not unless Delta has a job to make that reasonable (mechanic or something of the sort maybe), or like Core or whoever deals with housing in the Omega Timeline is just generous like that. But mostly because I don’t think Delta’s cares much for luxury.

Maybe Delta was only expecting a 1 bedroom apartment, but was surprised to be given a 2 bedroom one, so he turned that space into a mini workshop until Color came around—probably freely offered the room to Color, only to find bro sleeping on the floor near—if not in— the closet down the hall or something.

They’ll probably make that room a home in time, but I doubt Color freshly post-Void cares much for the idea of having his own bedroom or privacy or a bed. All he’s focused on are immediate needs—food, water, place to sleep. He’d probably sleep on the floor in the living room or the kitchen if there truly wasn’t enough space and wouldn’t be put off or offended.

Honestly I’d like to hear your ideas on this.

i don't wanna sound hopeless but i feel like so many of you don't care or have stopped caring about palestine.

the news of hospitals being bombed, children being massacred, people dying from the cold, and the famine spreading in gaza does not seem enough to grab attention or make people care.

what new tragedy needs to befall gaza for you to start talking about it? the occupation kills a child every few minutes. people are cold and are starving. refugee camps are being bombed with bombs that can level city blocks.

this all happens because of all of us. we are complicit in this genocide because our governments use the taxes we pay to send weapons to the occupation. weapons that are used to kill children and impose a blockade that is starving 2 million people.

the very fact that we're still going about our days when all of this is going on breaks my heart. especially because we have failed to stop our governments from using our money to arm israel.

I am back to ask for advice again. How do you think Delta would act during a dissociation episode?

I remember from the convo with Delta anon a while ago about how he'd feel and act when he's finally left to his own devices after getting used to Color and Epic living with him for so many years. He'd go full dissociation, maybe even being too afraid to break the silence in the apartment, desperately clinging to any memory he had of them - or trying to find a reason as to why the both seemingly abandoned him.

I also remember that he would most likely not contact them, probably out of fear that if he did and asked why they left, they either wouldn't answer or would give the most agonizing one. He would blame himself for it eternally if they ever said that he pushed them away or something like that.

So, I've got some extremes down that I can use. But do you have any more ideas or advice on writing it? (It's fine if not!)

I made this little ask that some links to tips for writing dissociation in general, I don’t know if it’ll help or not, but it’s there.

I suppose it’s also important to consider what is triggering this dissociation episode. Stress, trauma memory, overwhelm—from either him, Beta, or both—or perhaps he and Beta are starting to get “blurry” and don’t even really know who they are? Maybe Beta remembered something distressing about his human life, or Delta/Sans had a dream about Frisk or Papyrus. Also to consider how much they remember afterwards—also to figure out is the dissociation just derealization, just depersonalization, or both?

I don’t have much advice I can think of at the moment, but hopefully other delta fans or people who experience dissociation can chime in with advice or ideas if they see this.

I recently spoke with my dear friend Suad @suad-khaled and she gave me an update on her life as a displaced mother in south-central Gaza. I want to share with you all some of what she told me:

Our situation has become far worse than before.

My baby, Khaled, who is now 6 months old, depends on formula milk, which is either unavailable or sold at prices I simply cannot afford. Diapers are also ridiculously expensive, and even basic food has become out of reach.

Some vegetables and fruits are available in the market, but I can only afford to buy a single piece at a time, which becomes one meal for Khaled. But what about the rest of the day? What about the following days? As a mother, I can endure hunger, but how can a baby?

Even flour, which we relied on for our basic sustenance, is almost unavailable. The little we managed to buy is infested with bugs and worms, unhealthy but the only option we have left. And now, it’s almost gone. What will we do after that?

Khaled’s health has also worsened. He struggles to breathe due to his chest allergies, a condition that developed under these harsh circumstances. He needs regular nebulizer sessions and medication, but we can barely afford to provide them.

Sifting only removes the largest insects that have made their home in the flour. It does not remove larvae, detached wings, or excrement. Suad and her family are forced to eat them in order to (barely) avoid starvation.

Suad’s situation has never been more dire than it is right now. Food and basic necessities are extremely scarce and expensive. And the threat of IOF attack is omnipresent.

Please, if you can spare anything at all, send something to Suad. We are her and her baby’s best chance at surviving genocide.

i don't wanna sound hopeless but i feel like so many of you don't care or have stopped caring about palestine.

the news of hospitals being bombed, children being massacred, people dying from the cold, and the famine spreading in gaza does not seem enough to grab attention or make people care.

what new tragedy needs to befall gaza for you to start talking about it? the occupation kills a child every few minutes. people are cold and are starving. refugee camps are being bombed with bombs that can level city blocks.

this all happens because of all of us. we are complicit in this genocide because our governments use the taxes we pay to send weapons to the occupation. weapons that are used to kill children and impose a blockade that is starving 2 million people.

the very fact that we're still going about our days when all of this is going on breaks my heart. especially because we have failed to stop our governments from using our money to arm israel.

i urge you, please be generous and donate to suad and her baby khaled. he is just six months old and suad is unable to find any formula for him. if she finds anything, it is extremely expensive. the baby also needs warm clothes and is suffering from a respiratory problem and needs a nebulizer.
