Yes to Mecca beauty loop box 🎁 I just picked up my birthday loop gift yesterday because i forgot about it last month, and unfortunately my store was out of stock of their summer box I need to make an order online. Which is always a good excuse to buy something lol. The exclusive stocking of product is so annoying sometimes, I have more Meccas close than Sephora, but Sephora is the only place that has Ultra Violette 😔

I love everything we have in common here! Sunscreen! My number one product especially with our sun. I am seconding @welcometololaland UV recommendation. It’s my 2nd favourite. They actually have a new gel formula/sensitive skin one that my friend gave me a sample of. Though it’s only 30+. I hate any sunscreen that leaves me sticky or shiny. My fave one is a moisturiser/sunscreen combo: Cancer Council Face Day Wear Matte Moisturiser SPF50+ that you can get at the supermarket or chemist, price is good too cos it goes on sale all the time. I don’t use mascara too often but I have that exact same MCo one 😀 I use Origins GinZing Into the Glow Brightening Serum that’s got Vit C in it, but it’s also pricey 😅 I’ve been recommended a Mecca Cosmetica one that i’ll try when I run out of the Origins one, and bonus it’s $20 cheaper lol. Hi D! Nice ask week started as nice ask day about a month ago, but because of timezones and people just needing time to get to asks it went for about 3 days 😅 @celeritas2997 kicked off nice ask week this week just for fun! It’s not limited to LS fandom because so many of us are in overlapping fandoms but it’s fun!!

But omg, this ask! I am absolutely a skincare girlie who dabbles in being a makeup girlie (I used to wear a lot more makeup but I don’t wear as much anymore).

I buy a lot of my products at Mecca - my love of a beauty loop box keeps me loyal, plus there’s one very close to my office so it’s too easy to pop down on my lunch break! Having said that, I buy things from all over the place, it depends who stocks the brand, who’s got good freebies and how soon I need something!

Okay, five products I can’t live without, in no particular order:

- Sunday Riley Good Genes - it’s exy but does wonders for my skin

- Mecca Cosmetica To Save Face 50+ SPF/Ultra Violette Clean Screen 50+SPF - SO SO important to wear spf every day! I’ve been using the Mecca sunscreen for years and even have my partner using it daily because it’s just so good. But @welcometololaland recently put me onto the Ultra Violette (I’d been meaning to try it for ages and she sent me a sample) and I love it a lot. I think it feels nicer on my skin than the Mecca one does going on, but I haven’t had the chance to really test it out in the sun all day

- MCo Xtend lash mascara - tubing mascara is life changing, particularly in the humidity where I live and also because I cry easily. I buy this one at Woolies and stock up when it’s on sale (frequently). Have been using it for years because it’s just that good - holds a curl, doesn’t smudge, washes off easily with warm water

- concealer - I’m not wedded to any particular product, I was using a Kosas one which was excellent, am currently using an MCo one that I picked up to try because it was half price at Woolies 😅 and it’s surprisingly good! It’s not always easy to get a match for my skin tone in supermarket/pharmacy brands so I was pleasantly surprised!

- my last product would either be a Vit C serum (LOVE Sunday Riley CEO which feels so nice and smells good but more importantly is effective but Mecca put the price up so I’m currently using the Paula’s Choice Vit C booster and it’s good!) or my beloved MAC Girl About Town lipstick which might be the only colour I’ve worn consistently for 15ish years. It’s the perfect hot pink! I don’t wear it every day but it’s my go to lip colour when I go out.

What are your must haves? I’m always happy to chat skincare!!

A/N: Hi... So this is the first time I am posting something 😅 I was re-watching their old videos and I got this idea.... I am posting this because this just would not leave my mind!! So I hope you like it and let me know if you do.

Ps. The prank that I am mentioning is when Elton had superglued a pink wig to Colby's head.

You and Colby have been dating for the past few months.

It was 8 in the morning and you were driving to Colby's house, the trap house, to meet him. He did not make it to the party where you were supposed to meet him last night and you got worried. You called him about three times and then received an overdramatic message from him stating that his career is over. Now you love Colby, you really really do but boy can he be overdramatic. He can turn any minor inconvenience into a life threatening situation. He told you that Elton pranked him and now he has to hide in his room for the rest of his life.

You reached the trap house and parked your car in their driveway. You opened the front door that is always unlocked. God they really need to lock their doors. "Colby!!" You call out, walking in searching for your boyfriend. When you reach the backyard you hear whistles coming from the construction site next door and Elton laughing his ass off. You walk out of the house again towards the street just to see Colby wearing a small princess dress in a pink wig twerking in the middle of the street. Nobody had noticed you yet and corey kept yelling at Colby to 'clap his ass'

"What the fuck did I just walk into?" You say capturing everyone's attention.

As soon as they saw you they burst out laughing, Elton kept pointing the camera in your direction as you stood gobsmacked trying to make sense of what you saw. Colby on the other hand was hiding his face in his hands completely mortified that you had seen him do that.

Elton was the first to speak up, "How do you like Colby's twerking y/n?"

"i am still trying to understand what happened to him... Like.... what in the world is going on?" You were speechless.

Corey spoke up as Elton kept laughing, "Elton superglued the pink wig to Colby's head."

"Okay that explains the pink hair but why is he wearing a dress that can easily pass as a maid outfit in some porno?" You asked now starting to laugh as the initial shock was gone. Your comment made them laugh harder and turned Colby's face bright pink. "Thank you for that babe... I really appreciate it." He deadpanned. You just winked back and gave him a flying kiss.

"Also also he got a date!" Corey added.

"A date?"

"Yeah the construction worker right there thinks Colby looks hot and is going to pick him up tonight."

"Oh my God." You laughed hysterically. "You should have told me sooner I would've brought my makeup pouch to help him get ready for the big date!!"

"Okay let's get back inside the house before I embarrass myself more than I have already." Colby sighed fast walking into the house. You watched him walk in and started cat calling him. "Damn princess peach got a fat ass!" Whistling as he turned around to give you a small twerk.

You follow him inside,"You still haven't answered my question though!!! Why are you wearing this costume??"

"Because... I have a photoshoot today. Which by the way got scheduled like what 20 minutes ago and Elton said that if I wore this costume he'll help me get rid of the wig. But apparently he was just bluffing to make me wear this!!" Colby said. Defeat was evident in his voice and as sorry as you felt for him you couldn't stop laughing. This was a damn good prank.

"No I do know how to remove the wig." Elton interjected.

"Yeah but it would burn my scalp!" Colby shot back.

"It MIGHT burn your scalp... And your hair might never grow back."

"Elton!" You gasped. "Please tell me you are joking.... I cannot have a bald boyfriend!"

"THAT is what you are worried about?? Not the fact that it might end my career?" Colby asked with his eyes wide and cartoonish. His hands waving all over the place just flabbergasted as the others started laughing hysterically at his reaction.

"No I am not worried about your career!! Your fans love you way too much to stop supporting you just because you are bald.... Also now that I think about it you can have as many different hair styles and hair colours as you want if you lose all your hair. There are so many wigs to choose from!!!" You answered still giggling at the situation.

You have known for a long time even before the prank wars started that Elton lets his pranks go too far but he always has a solution. He knew how much Colby loves his hair so you trusted him to never hurt Colby.

"Or else just stay like this and we call you princess peach from now." I added just for Colby to shake his head and then scream into his hands. "My own girlfriend roasts me. You know you can defend me sometimes right?"

"Yeah but what's the fun in that princess?"

"Okay.... Okay I see how it is.." he slowly nods his head as he looks at me betrayed and absolutely done.

"Here take this." Elton says while handing him two bottles of nail polish remover.

"What is this?" Colby asks as he inspects the bottle.

"This is what will help you get rid of the wig."

"It's acid!" Corey interjects, "Bruh he literally handed you acid to burn your scalp!" You giggle again.

"Shut up Corey!" You gently scold him looking at Colby's scared expression. His face was drained of all colours like he had seen a ghost. "It's nail polish remover Colby... You'll be fine just make sure to not get it in your eye. It won't do any damage but it'll hurt like hell" I console Colby holding his hand.

He slowly nods and walks into the bathroom. He bends down and turns on the sink faucet then pours the nailpolish remover on his head and rinses it in the sink. "Ow.. ow... It's in my eyes." He backs away. His eyes were now red and watering. You go to him and help him wipe his face. "I told you to be careful!!" You swat his arm.

"I didn't do it on purpose!! Ooooowwww.... It hurts!!" He whined. You keep wiping the drops of water running down his forehead to avoid getting anything in his eyes. Elton zoomed in on Colby's face.

"Oww... It hurts... It hurts so bad... Especially this eye." Colby says pointing his to his left eye.

"Why don't you guys do this in the backyard instead of the bathroom. It would be much easier." You suggested.

"Yeah let's do that" Elton agreed and led the group to the backyard.

"So like should i just jump in the pool or something?" Colby asked

"Or we could use the hose." Corey said.

"Yeah a hose would be a good idea." You agreed as you hugged Colby's waist and kissed his exposed shoulder. Just as Corey went to get the hose Sam and Kat came down the stairs.

"Colby have you not met your other half?" Elton asked nonchalantly.

"No.." Colby says as he casually walked back in the house.

"Oh.. my...goood.." Sam laughed. "Like I saw Colby from upstairs and was like what the fuck but now like... How does this happen?" Sam asked gesturing to Colby's outfit.

Colby gave Sam the same explanation that he gave you a few minutes ago as you kept giggling quietly exchanging glances with Kat.

Finally after goofing around a bit more Colby ended up in the backyard pouring nail polish remover over his head as Elton hosed him down and you recorded them. The wig slowly came off as Colby celebrated.

Once the wig was completely off Elton kept spraying Colby with water. Colby rinsed his hair a bit and looked directly at the camera. As hard as you were laughing before you completely froze when he looked into the lens cause my god did he look good. He looked so good at this moment that you forgot what was going on and the only thing on your mind was Colby.

"I still cannot believe that I was twerking wearing this ridiculous outfit in the street." Colby groaned as the others laughed

"If this was a ridiculous outfit then why do you look so hot in it?" You blurted out. Everyone looked at you as you slapped your palm on your mouth.

"God damn y/n! I didn't know you were kinky." Corey commented as Elton whooped taking the camera from your hands and pointing it at you.

"I said what I said. He looks hot wearing this all wet." Everyone whooped as Colby laughed nervously. "Please tell me he gets to keep this outfit!" You add looking at Elton.

"Yeah he can keep the outfit." Elton giggled shrugging.

"Oh you are wearing this every once in a while." You deadpanned looking Colby dead in the eyes as others hollered.

"As long as you guys keep it down and I don't get to know about any details, Colby gets to keep the outfit!" Sam interrupted.

"You have a deal blondie" I shake his hand laughing.

Once everyone calmed down they filmed the outro. After they finished filming everyone left to get back to their schedules leaving you and Colby alone in the backyard. You walked closer to Colby and gave him a long kiss.

"So I look good in a princess costume?" He asked looking into your eyes

"Yep." You responded popping the 'p' "you look so fucking hot Brock... I swear you help me discover kinks that I didn't even know I had." You whispered as you played with his wet hair.

"You know I still have two hours before I have to leave for the photoshoot." He whispered back as he kissed your cheek.

You immediately pull back and drag him back in the house towards the stairs saying "To the room!" As Colby followed you laughing and stumbling the entire way.

I didn’t do Bulkhead because I didn’t feel like it. Also no you’re not the only one who does that, I have a friend who watches the movies purely for the werewolves

•Optimus had no idea that werewolves even existed before you told him you were one

•When you first transformed in front of him, he was mostly just curious, he gave you a little pet, very carefully

•You quite enjoy getting some scratches behind your ears and Optimus thinks you’re very adorable

•Being the former archivist he is, he of course wants to do some research to know more about werewolves

•He ends up getting his information from some questionable sources aka some fanfiction and “mythology” sites, but a lot of the information seems contradictory, or just different depending on the source

•So when he comes to you with some questions, you have to correct him a lot

•He asks about the whole “alpha, beta, omega” thing, and he’s got it very, very wrong

•You tell him that, alphas are pack leaders, betas are the second in command and omegas are lone wolves without a pack, but it has absolutely nothing to with the fictional sex thing that fanfiction is about

•Optimus was pretty skeptical about that to begin with, but he wanted to make sure so he asked you

•You really love running in the woods, and you sometimes go with Optimus on scouting missions or patrol

•Your sense of smell is as good in your human form as it is in your wolf form, so you’re a great tracker

•The cybertronians smell a bit odd to you normally and when Optimus comes back from missions, his scent can sometimes be really bothersome to your sensitive nose

•You love sleeping on Optimus’ chest in your wolf form, it’s just nice to be close to him and the scritches and pets aren’t bad either

•When you finally revealed your werewolf side to him, his reaction was pretty bland to be honest

•In his head he was pretty much going “What in the name of Primus?!” because how can humans keep getting more complicated?

•You’d think there’d be some sort of limit on how weird things can get but apparently that’s not the case

•You keep revealing new sides of yourself to him, and he discovers more about you every day, but usually the things aren’t as big as you being a werewolf but still

•He doesn’t have a ton of questions, mostly just if there’s anything he needs to know in connection to your health or safety

•His first concern is if your transformation and if it hurts

•He does learn from Miko that werewolves are supposed to only turn on full moons and be aggressive during that time

•He of course sees that this is not correct, when you transform in the middle of the day

•Also the aggressive thing doesn’t seem to apply either, which Ratchet is just glad about, because he would rather not quarantine you every full moon

•The werewolf thing doesn’t bother him, he’s just worried about the fact that your internal body temperature is so high

•Of course it’s natural for you but he still thinks it’s odd, but he just accepts it as another one of your nonhuman features

•In your wolf form you’re a very big, fast and also fluffy, and you’re protective of your family, which is the autobots and the kids

•You’re always looking after the trouble trio of Miko, Raf and Jack and you’re very good at it

•You can always smell the cons a mile away, so you know to keep the kids away from them

As a person who never read the books I have a question nagging at my mind that doesn’t allow me to sleep at night. Maybe this is stupid but i’m gonna ask anyway.

So, Lestat has a rockstar arc, right? How does it work with immortality? As a prominent media figure x being Lestat I can’t imagine anyone forgetting him or not noticing that he does not age. Is it ever explained in the books? I’m truly confused about how it’s gonna work.

I was already a bit skeptical about Daniel being a book writer and being on TV. But LESTAT as a ROCKSTAR? This little tiny thing is eating my brain and I can’t find a solid enough answer or discussions anywhere.

Am i the only person thinking about that? Is there something I don’t know or don’t get?

PS also, the thing about Lestat talking telepathically to Louis about the tractor man for me really confused. He’s not supposed to be able to do that, right? Did Louis imagine it? What was Daniel implying with this particular question?

So first off: No, Lestat could not talk to Louis directly after turning, that confused a lot of book readers back then^^, and it is our clue that Louis‘ tale has been edited/messed with. “Where does the bullshit start?“ … indeed. It means that Louis‘ tale can not be taken for the truth. S1 and S2 up to Dubai is not (all of) the truth.

And per the rockstar career… it is something like a one hit wonder. A “mediocre star“, there and gone.

Lestat actually tells them he is a vampire. He makes that part of his stage persona, and that is exactly why no-one believes him. A stage persona, an act, hyped just as much and soon as he is forgotten after Akasha kidnaps him bc the mortal world… thinks it an act. :)

At least that is how it is in the book.

I think in the show it will be similar. Or would you actually believe someone on TV claiming to be a vampire?^^

I think it’s very possible he will be dismissed as a performer just the same way.

You and Sonny have been involved in an undefined relationship for a while but nobody knows about your situation. Since Sonny is a very well-known football player in the world, you both thought keeping this “situationship” private would be the best thing to do. He also was very protective of you, so he would do anything to keep you safe especially from mean comments strangers would make just because you are seeing their favorite footballer. Even though you were clearly into each other, defining your relationship was something he was kept avoiding.

One day, you two decided to meet in a pub to have some drinks after his training. You arrived there first, sat on a booth then ordered your drink and snacks. As you were waiting for your boyfriend, a random guy came over to you.

“Hey, sorry, I couldn’t help but notice a beautiful person sitting here alone. May I sit here while you wait for… a friend?”

As the guy walked away, Sonny moved away from his booth and came over to you – pretending he just arrived.

He took a deep breath, trying not to lose his mind.

He got off his seat and walked over to the guy who hit on you before.

Hi, my name is Boykie. I am the one attempting to write a boy love story as a series with episodes.

♣︎Why am I doing that? There isn't really a deeper reasoning behind it. I've always loved the idea of creating something. Either it be a drawing, a sculpture, a piece of music, or writing a book. I've always loved the fact that I am creating something new, something from my own mind. The unfortunate part being, I can't sing, and I know nothing about art, but atleast I can write. That's why I wrote.

♣︎ Why this story? With Beneath the Surface, there is a great personal influence. A lot of the story's direction and events are pulled from my personal experience as a once closeted gay boy, struggling to understand himself while everyone around you seems to have discovered who they are. Most of my high school days have been that, really. I was pulling away from everyone and everything because I was afraid that being open in front of everyone would've raised questions. Questions that I didn't have answers to yet. So rather keep to yourself. But I've also added elements of mystery in there, think Heartstopper meets Gravity Falls, for Non-straight black boys living in a South African township.

♣︎ What's the end goal? I don't know really. I normally hear from other well established writers say, you should have a direction of where your work is heading to. I don't, I am writing this, because I love to write. I don't have a string of episodes waiting to be published, I am building it as I go, and I love that process. The dream, maybe, would be seeing people read it, and maybe like it. I am not expecting it to be the best thing ever, no, but I want it to be fun, and well received. I just want to create something that someone will find fun.😁

♣︎ The illustrations: For those of you who know technology can easily tell that all the illustrations I've used for the episodes are AI generated. Yes, it's true. Since I cannot yet illustrate them or even afford to pay someone to draw the illustrations for me, I rely on ChatGPT to generate the closest possible image to what I envision my characters to look like. Sometimes ChatGPT doesn't do it right, for example the illustration on the last episode, looks notuing like that of the previous episodes, but what can I do really I work with what I have. Personally, I love illustration, and I love design, but currently I don't have the means or ability to do so. However, one thing about me, I love to learn, I'll sketch up something ugly and work on it until it becomes what I want. As long as I can get my hands on the relevant tools, I'll learn and do it myself (help is also welcomed, wink, wink, nudge, nudge😉😉.)

♣︎ What I'd appreciate from you? Honestly speaking, your likes, your comments, and your input will go a long way. I just want to see that someone out there took 10 minutes of their time to read an episode (Yall read way too fast, my episodes are too short for yall.) Maybe going forward, I'll stretch them a little more and cover more in a single episode. I don't know, we will see. But ultimately, I just want to see people reading it and liking it. Wonbin had been feeling out of sorts for days, consumed by his quiet concern for Jiwoo, who had not returned to school. Two days had passed, and the weekend was on the horizon. He even contemplated skipping his jamming sessions with Suyoung, opting to head straight home because the absence of Jiwoo had left him inexplicably bored.

"Hey, I can't help but notice," Seunghan began as they strolled towards the bus stop. Wonbin hummed in response, his attention occasionally drifting to his phone as he checked for any text messages from home.

"Do you like Jiwoo?" Seunghan's question caught him off-guard, causing him to halt his steps and look at his friend as though he had said something amiss.

"What makes you say that?" Wonbin raised an inquisitive brow.

Seunghan shrugged, his lips pursing in thought. "Well, she's been absent for days now, and it's the first time I've seen you so affected by someone's absence," he said, struggling to articulate his observations. "Do you understand what I mean?"

"Hmm," Wonbin nodded. "She is kind," he replied, "But as far as I'm concerned, I am not romantically interested in anyone right now," he answered candidly.

"Then what makes Jiwoo different from Suyoung?" Seunghan inquired.

Wonbin's eyebrows furrowed as he pondered the differences between Jiwoo and Suyoung. "Not sure exactly. Maybe it's that my personality is more compatible with Jiwoo, much like you and me."

Seunghan smiled, "Now you're talking! You're sure you're not in the mood for love just yet?" He laughed.

"Hell no," Wonbin replied.

"That's good because I have to get a girlfriend before you do! I don't want to be the first one left alone. Got it?" Seunghan pouted, draping his arms around Wonbin's shoulder, though Wonbin promptly pushed him away in annoyance.

The dreaded day of the first-quarter quarterly exams had arrived, and it was met with collective dread from students. All-nighters seemed to be the norm, even for those who typically excelled in their classes. The fear of losing their academic rankings spurred them on.

In class 2-A, while most students were diligently reviewing their notes, Eunseok's attention wandered outside the window. The weather was so inviting that he daydreamed about lounging in the shade after school.

Miyoung, their class representative and the student council's secretary, approached Eunseok and tapped his desk. "Hmm?" Eunseok acknowledged her presence. Miyoung handed him an invitation card to her upcoming Saturday birthday celebration. "It's your birthday?" he asked, surprised.

"Yes, I thought it'd be nice if you could come. My parents would love to see you," Miyoung chuckled. "I also invited Sungchan just in case you'd decline the invitation because I didn't invite him first," she added, knowing that Eunseok typically had Sungchan by his side.

"Okay, thanks for inviting me. Is there anything specific you'd like me to bring?" Eunseok inquired. While he generally came across as a nice guy, he had a tendency to switch off when confronted with even the slightest flaw. He could warm up to people as quickly as he could distance himself.

Miyoung's face lit up at his question. "You can surprise me! I know you're more thoughtful than you appear."

Eunseok chuckled and nodded, "Okay, whatever you say, Miyoung. Thanks for this," as he placed the invitation card into his bag.

Just as Miyoung left, Yuri stormed into the room with an annoyed expression on her face. She walked past Eunseok's table and deliberately kicked it while he was in the middle of writing his name.

"Hey, Yuri. What are you trying to do this time?" Miyoung snapped, confronting Yuri.

Yuri stopped and turned to Miyoung with an amused expression. "Oh, just because this guy is so nice to you, you think he likes you?"

Miyoung defended herself, saying, "What are you talking about? Eunseok and I have been friends since before you even came into the picture. If you're so embarrassed to be in the same room as him after he broke up with you in front of everyone, you could have found a new class or, better yet, transferred to a different school."

"Really? You think you're so strong and important?" Yuri retorted, grabbing Miyoung's hair and attempting to drag her across the room. However, Eunseok's sudden action halted Yuri in her tracks. He stood up, glaring at her with a look of contempt.

Yuri growled at him, "How can you not be ashamed, Song Eunseok?"

Eunseok responded nonchalantly, "Beats me. I'm not the one having a hard time accepting that you were dumped."

Yuri began to defend herself, presenting her side of the story to her classmates who were clearly on Eunseok's side. She claimed, "Aren't you ashamed? You're the one who became interested in another girl! You cheated on me."

Sungchan entered the room and witnessed the commotion, which had already soured his day due to the ongoing exams. He chimed in, explaining, "If you're curious about why Eunseok was looking for a girl, it's because he wants to return something to her."

Eunseok chuckled at the revelation, amused by the situation.

Sungchan continued, "Yeah, you heard it right. You don't even know what's going on, and you started harassing a freshman. You nearly broke the girl's legs with what you did."

Despite the exaggeration, Yuri had indeed crossed the line with her actions. She had a history of bullying, but due to her high academic standing and her parents' political influence in their hometown, the school often turned a blind eye to her misconduct. However, her classmates and the students who had been victimized by her had gathered to report her.

Yuri cursed and yelled, "Shit," feeling defeated. She walked out of the classroom, choosing to skip the exam for the day due to the humiliation she had experienced once again.

Once Yuri was gone, Eunseok stepped in front of his classmates and bowed deeply, offering a sincere apology for the trouble he had caused. He knew that dating Yuri would only lead to more problems, but he had already made his choice.

Miyoung attempted to comfort him, saying, "Eunseok, you don't have to apologize."

In class 1-B, Wonbin arrived a bit later than the time his classmates had agreed on the previous week. He had barely eaten anything for breakfast, so he hurried to school as quickly as he could. Upon entering the classroom, he greeted Seunghan and the others.

Unbeknownst to him, Jiwoo was already present, having noticed him as soon as he arrived. However, it wasn't until he turned his gaze toward her seat that he realized she was there, lost in her own thoughts.

Jiwoo couldn't help but feel a slight hurt when Wonbin didn't acknowledge her presence, even though she had waved at him. She chose to avoid looking at him, feeling both embarrassed and somewhat hurt for reasons she couldn't quite pinpoint.

Despite her emotional turmoil, Jiwoo managed to perform well on her exams, even though she was still in a somewhat delicate condition. She had experienced an accident with her younger sibling on the same day she and Wonbin had shared the bus ride.

Upon returning home, she witnessed her uncle violently beating her younger brother for borrowing a cigarette lighter to light the stove. Her uncle falsely accused her brother of stealing it, even though he had asked for permission and simply forgotten to return it. Jiwoo intervened to protect her brother, but her uncle accidentally struck her in the gut with great force, leaving her immobilized for a moment. Out of panic, her uncle fled, believing he had seriously harmed her.

Despite the severity of her condition, Jiwoo didn't want to make a big fuss about it. She endured severe stomach pains and barely ate, as her uncle's actions had taken a toll on her. Eventually, her father reported her uncle to the police, leading to his imprisonment. Jiwoo had to stay home to recover, with Shotaro, her neighbor and schoolmate , checking on her when their parents were away. Their afternoons were spent in the company of just the two siblings.

Jiwoo pushed aside these distressing thoughts as she focused on her exams for the day. After completing her tests, she gathered her belongings and placed them in her small bag before heading out.

Wonbin, in the meantime, noticed that Jiwoo was leaving but chose not to follow her. He assumed she was ignoring him. Yet, a nagging feeling gnawed at him that something was amiss. He had eagerly anticipated her return last week and was puzzled by this sudden change in dynamics between them.

Regarding the skin color topic… i am on your side here. I know people want diversity and inclusion but sometimes those demands are just more discriminating than accepting a story for what it is and a setting that is decided by the author. We all know about the discussion from Arielle the mermaid and i dont think there‘s a specific ethnicity linked to merfolks. But weMre talking vikings here and i feel like if you included non caucasic people you would have to add more backgroudn. How they came there and how the others react … i know people would say, again this is the big R … but, hear me out! I would totally get and respect it if somebody wrote a story about deep asia or deep africa and we are limited in skin tones or background. Nobody says a word about these scenarios. -The are bombarded by the Literal Bad Ass Shitey Donkz Shit Lords of The Shartel and are both, for absolutely no reason, utterly literally sharted on by the Shitey Donkz Donkeys. (Backstory on USB).

-Frog Mage (like memes) comes to comfort them and explain that random bad shit (literally) sometimes happens in lyfe and we just gotta deal. It occurs to Sunnï that Frog and Toad were her secret guardians (by under the guise of whom and how did they know and why?) Frog Mage tells them to go to magic greenhouse pond to cleanse themselves? (Original 2020 artwork). Maybe they are washed down first. Sunnï and Félix play hide and seek in botanical gardens and when Félix sees Sunnï on pillar (2020 artwork). They go to bottom of pond in greenhouse, Félix gets hooves stuck in mud (?). Félix officially gains merman transformation powers. (Ps. I’m not sure when you want to integrate sunglass metaphor from Das Booboe Zwei but that scene also somehow has to be included).

-Upon Félix officially gaining merman transformation powers, they want to go to ocean. As mermaids they hella explore and have good time, making friends with sea creatures. Somehow, for a second when they are looking either way, Sunnï is captured by: PIRATES! When she is lifted onto their boat she turns back nÿmph. Leader of the pirates is Captain Manu. They all threaten raping her. She is terrified. Félix (is he Mrinmöy now idk, seems like that identity comes later with more growth), absolutely freaks out. Maybe he feels her scared mood telepathically in a certain colour? Right when Sunnï is about to get raped somehow she is saved, either picked up by the wind or by a Pegasus (that would be cool - don’t forget the gods are in forms of animals). Sunnï is brought to land, Pegasus tells her to trust why she is being separated. Pegasus would be male. On land Sunnï is delivered to The Last Unicorn, where they bond as symbolizing her pure femininity. Meanwhile, merman Félix finally sees the boat and tries to do something sneaky on the pirates to distract / mindblow them (like Willy Wonka he would never be violent, social surrealism to shock people out of their ways, idk what you wanna do, I like an imagine of them somehow all wearing pink flower hats or crowns or something? Maybe in faun form he somehow uses his magic tail. Again no violence allowed ever from Félix or Sunnï in the book) but Félix learns too late Sunnï was saved by Pegasus. He is thankful and knows the gods are somehow on his side, but very concerned about knowing how he will find her. He swims as merman away utterly distraught when he stumbled upon Darby Johns, the The Dood son of Santa Clause and Davey Jones, who delivers all the mermaids their Sea Weed across the 8 Seas for Xmas. Darby is a stoner bro who tells him to chill and trust the flow of lyfe (the big Lebowski equivalent). He calms Félix/Mrinmöy down by sharing the Sea Weed. Darby Johns takes Félix/Mrinmöy to the secret far away 8th Sea to meet The Mermaids, and Félix/Mrinmöy explains his situation with Sunnï??? Timmy idk who or how thee mermaids would work in the book, but we know this was coming. Who are they? What are their backstory? Are they secret keepers of wisdom (EI?). Mermaids are diverse in every way. Race, body shape, expression, skills. The arw so diverse in physical appearance they are practically alien-like. Way more physical diversity, and tbh beauty!, than human diversity on earth. Overall tho they are probably very peaceful chill, like they got life figured out. Probably kinda rasta. Probably egalitarian but lyfe is still interesting (?). If there are leaders of the mermaid civilization they would probably not be majority white (important to show in book). I highly respect black rasta mermaid vibes (think alien rasta memes) but also please include all ethnic groups from earth. What would their civilization be like? What would he Mrinmöy’s connection to them? Would they have a prophecy with him and Sunnï/her mermaid ascendant name that you have chosen like in Dune? Are they like the fremen? How are they connected to the giant Maracuja flower and the 7 cities? They would definitely be wiser and keepers of ancient wisdom secrets. What to they have figured out that the land folk do not? Do they have connections to the land folk? Did they ostracize themselves from the land folk? Félix/Mrinmöy should probably go into an initiation with them as they are impressed by his transformation journey. Perhaps it is very strange that a nymph and faun have the ability to turn into mermaids. Is there a prophecy? Does the prophecy have to do with The Godz? What should we avoid from lessons from Dune? Please write carefully 😌

-Merfolk and Mrinmöy make magic plan to find Sunnï. Upon describing Sunnï life story the Merfolk are reminded of the inadvertently lonely last unicorn, and believe Sunnï must be with her (due to similar solitary life stories). Then, somehow the mermaids use the narwhals to connect with the magic unicorn. The leader narwhals creates a rainbow out of its horn connects with the horn of the last unicorn. Mrinmöy turns back into Félix and the same Pegasus comes and he rides the Pegasus flying the rainbow all the way to Sunnï and the last unicorn, who were chilling and cuddling on the beach. Sunnï and Félix reunite utterly happi and crying happi tears. Félix tells her all about how he met the merfolk in the secret 8th sea, and Sunnï tells him all about how the last unicorn taught her to protect and never be ashamed of her sacred divine feminine. Then, after Félix and Sunnï had some quality time talking with the last unicorn together and Félix learns about the protecting the divine feminine, they both fly back to the 8th sea on the Pegasus and I guess now as mermaids Mrinmöy introduces Sunnï/whatever her ascendant mermaid name is, to their merfolk, and they all discus how peculiar it is that a nymph and faun have gained the abilities to turn into mermaids and what it means. Maybe as Félix explains that he gained merman transformative powers when he hooves were stuck in the mud they give him Mrinmöy sacred merman name (similar to Muad’Dib). They are surprised and curious about Sunni’s antennas, but she explains to them she can’t control them. Sunnï also explains to them how she got mermaid transformation powers (Timmy you can decide that one 😅). Overall maybe The Merfolk had a prophecy that The Gods are coming back to Trollita and they see Félix and Sunnï strange and never before seen transformative powers into Mermaids as a sign. Again, avoid bad parts of Dune.

I love this! They needed to meet the mermaids somehow, and I like dune reference. Perhaps there was no "chosen one" prophecy but the merfolk and nevertheless extremely flabbergasted that a nymph and faun got mermaid transformative powers. something strange is going on in the nature of reality, the main quest of knowledge in this book! 🕳️🐋

Edit: the mermaids have probably self-ostracized themselves from the landfolk because the landfolk were of lower emotional intelligence ie. were violent / had war. Perhaps they realized they lived in more peace and *safety* in the secret far away 8th sea. Was there a big event that happened when they self ostracized? when the book escalates into the destiny of the planet sharing the gifts of the cities and transplanting the giant flower, the mermaids will probably finally share their divine wisdom with the landfolk, with the ideas that if they get over their violent tendencies then they will all benefit from the sharing of the gifts and necessary transplant of the flower and may all be rewarded with contact with the gods (ancient prophecies of gods being real are seemingly true, the final crux point approaching!). have to be worthy somehow vibes. the mermaids are never violent. *it will never be Sunnï or Félix who are the sharers of this wisdom, it will always be the OG mermaids themselves. In this way it is not like Dune, and in this way the diversity of the mermaids represents the oppressed groups of earth being the divine and wise tbh more emotionally mature leaders of change* the mermaids were always on a higher (in this case lower in the ocean) level. They understand the secrets beneath the surface. Whatever mermaid character ultimately does share the higher wisdom to the landfolk in the later book, probably the last one, should probably be black. If you want it could be Kid Cudi, because he is a Chosen One and he is very very wise. It's up to you!

Edit: I forgot to include, before Sunnï eats the mushroom Félix is somehow gifted his Magic Flute from Pan equivalent animal (goat?). He wears it in sheath on back like sword but flute. He plays it for himself and Sunnï to calm their nervous systems. Maybe he plays it when she has seizure and it brings her back to. I’m really sorry Timmy but I will not be sending you the flute irl right away because I want to record with it!!! I’m so sorry! But it is safe. :)

Edit edit: if you include Kid Cudi as The Chosen One Merman, maybe he is their magic musician. Maybe he is a flute player like Félix! Maybe Félix’s magic flute works underwater and him and Merman Cudi realize they are both flute players and hella bond and play.. duets together! That would be so graceful beautiful. Two aesthetically beautiful mermans playing flute duets to calm the seas and world :’) just an idea. Originally I thought Cudi would be a flute wizard. I guess he could be a WIZARD MERMAN! His magic is music that influences the flow of the tides and water and fish and critters. Oh I like that. I like that a lot.

Sorry, this isn't a lot for me to go on or look for in terms of a reading. Honestly it might be a better idea to talk to some professionals in the professions you're looking into to get an idea of what the jobs can be like rather than talking to a card reader😅
