Regressors that are (bodily) older, please interact!

Later 20s, 30s, maybe even older? I would love to hear from you and maybe even your stories if you don't mind sharing!

I want to meet more people like me and also show others that age regression doesn't just suddenly "stop" at a certain age

Some of us:

Didn't discover regressing/didn't understand their involuntary regression until they were older

Wasn't in a safe space mentally and/or physically to be able to regress the way we want to

Didnt "grow out" of regressing. I think a lot of people outside the community assume we will all grow out of wanting to regress at some point. Maybe some of us will, but some of us won't. Regressing can be a safe and healthy coping mechanism, no matter your bodily age!

And probably many other reasons I can't think of at the moment lol

I would love to get to talk to older regressors, or if there are any groups/discords, I would like to know those too :3

I'm gonna talk about my story a little under the cut, but I don't exactly recommend reading it if you are little right now! I am going to be talking about s3xualization of agere and children's media unfortunately.

I started age dreamer/involuntarily regressing when I was in high school without really knowing what it was. I was really into MLP FiM during its height popularity. I watched the show, collected and played with the toys, did coloring books, took my MLP blanket to school ever day. You get the idea.

I discovered regression here in Tumblr, but this was yeeeeaaars ago, like back when nsfw was still allowed. The line between ddlg and agere wasn't as solid as it is now. Or maybe it was just because I was a kid and couldn't understand better? Either way ... i ended up getting wrong ideas of what agere had to be and ended up scaring myself off. I also had adult roleplayers leaving really inappropriate comments on my posts that made me feel icky. I thought agere had to be s3xual and scared myself off.

We also unfortunately probably know the uhhh .. types of fan art that was popular of MLP. And it just ended up making me lose interest in the series. The stuff was everywhere and it was hard to avoid even if you were vigilant.

I never got a real chance to understand what healthy, voluntary regression was. I still was an age dreamer, but most times when I involuntarily regress it is out of extreme stress and it isn't fun or pretty.

I had a lot of bad things that happened to me last year and in turn I am having more health issues. Chronic conditions I already had getting worse, and new ones popping up. My mom (the one who birthed me) has been helping me a bit, but it has still been a lot of playing adult. Making phone calls back and forth, filling out paperwork, figuring out disability leave, paying bills, etc etc. I started age dreaming more and more often to cope with the stress. Like I randomly one day bought a DVD player and sets of Winnie the Pooh and Scooby Doo DVDs lmfao.

I also never stopped collecting stuffed animals and came back to collecting dolls again last year. It helps that I have friends IRL who I don't think are regressors, but still enjoy collecting with me. (my friends don't know yet, but I think they would be accepting if I told them, or they might already assume I regress tbh)

I have kinda had age regression on the back of my mind for several months, but was scared to look back into it. I was scared of going through the same thing I did back in high school. But also denying I am a regressor and that I still need to heal my childhood wounds was getting heavier and heavier on me. I am sooooo thankful I finally felt safe to begin exploring regression again ♥️😁

Side note: while I absolutely don't care if people do ddlg and similar stuff as a kink/fetish, I am thankful that the distinction between that and agere is more distinct now. It is important we protect minors and other vulnerable people from having the same sorts of things that happened to me (or worse) from happening to them.

note: thanks to this quote i found on tumblr that made me immediately think of dawnbreaker and @zayne-snowman for being an awesome zayne roleplayer (gimmick blog is a new term that i actually genuinely like and will use it now), since reading their posts of people interacting with dawnbreaker, it made me adore zayne even more as a rafayel girlie aheh. anyway! to those that read this, i hope you enjoy!

warning: angst once more (this will be my stamp), slight hurt with comfort, he will do anything to ensure she is ok whether mentally or physically, hints of pieces from foreseer myth if you squint

another day of being a hunter has passed and the city is as peaceful as i can be. that was her duty and she loved to provide that help in not only protecting the city, but also protecting her fourteen year old self. 

now she can return home and settle herself in bed where unbeknownst to her, she would meet a man that she forgot in the waking life, but remembers very well in her dreams. as she falls asleep, a warmth surrounds her more than her blanket, there is a smile on her face that translates to the one in her dreams as she felt warm arms wrap around her body.

the man was silent, burying his face against her neck and inhaling the sweet scent of her perfume and letting it linger in his senses, allowing himself to engrave it into his mind for when he must let her go once more. she remained where she was, unsure of how she got here, but the man standing and hugging her from behind like she was the most delicate snowflake in a world full of snowstorms was no stranger to her. 

“i’m sorry, dawnbreaker… did i make you wait for too long?” she asked softly, raising her hands to rest on his arms, squeezing them gently as she turned her head to brush her lips gently against his temple. 

he shook his head, holding her closer. “no, not at all. in fact, if you don’t know, i’ll remind you… i will wait for however long i need to just to see you and hold you like this again.”

she smiled, although it was a mix of sorrow and happiness, two emotions that could never coexist with one another, yet were easy to conceive. then, she turned around and cupped dawnbreaker’s face, her fingers gently drumming against his cheeks as she gazed up at him. 

“even if the certainty of me returning is little to none? you would risk that much if it meant you’d see me again? am i really worth that much?” 

it had been a question that was stuck in her mind like a fly in a venus fly trap, no matter how much she tried to remove the thought, the insecurity to ensure nothing came between her and dawnbreaker, that question became a plague and dawnbreaker must have sense the shift as he immediately drew her in closer.

“of course. in this world, i have nothing left. i want to be selfish. allow me to be selfish and i promise to take care of you as much as i possibly can here in this world. it’s—” 

“fleeting.” she finished his sentence with a tender smile. “everything around us and us in general is fleeting, yet if it’s all i can have, i could never wish for anything more. and you can be selfish, dawnbreaker. in a sense, this is your world and i’m becoming a permanent visitor, until you no longer want me to come back.” 

dawnbreaker eased back and stared at her with his piercing gaze before he grabbed her chin, gently tilting it up so their eyes met. “there will never be a day where i’m not looking forward to your return. there will never be a day where i wish for you not to return. and there will never be a day that i stop myself from feeling these emotions you give me. for once in this life of mine, i feel something and it’s all because of you.” 

she listened intently and nodded her head. insecurities plagued her mind, but dawnbreaker never once allowed those insecurities and self-sabotaging tendencies to remain in her head for too long. perhaps, that is why it was so easy for her to fall for him. how she felt so drawn to his presence, that she would do everything in her power to meet in the same world in her dreams. 

“then, when i fall asleep, i will do my best to make sure to meet you once more. over and over again until our worlds allow us to meet face to face outside of our dreams.”

“do you believe such a thing is possible?”

“i do. it’s all thanks to you, dawnbreaker.” 

dawnbreaker was quiet as he finally pulled away from her and held out his hand. “come, then, let’s have a walk. there is something i wanted to talk to you about. nothing horrible, i assure you… just something that has been on my mind.”

as the two walked and the snow gentle fell over the city, dawnbreaker stopped in front of a cafe. he gazed through the window and in there was a scene that did not belong to his world. in there was a version of him who was a doctor and she was there sitting in front of him, eating lunch it would seem. he could not help but feel bitter that this version of himself was allowed to be with her when she is awake.

“dawnbreaker?” she spoke out softly when she noticed him seemingly staring into the empty cafe. “what’s wrong?” 

he turned and looked at her before shaking his head. “it’s nothing…” he stated, and she did not pry any further. 

they walked a few steps more before they stumble onto a field of jasmine flowers. it was then that she let go of dawnbreaker’s hand and ran to the field of flowers, frowning.

“oh no! i knew i was forgetting something, have they not bloomed since?” 

“they are just resting, and do not worry about taking care of them, we can only do so much in this environment. ah, but come back here.”

he had gestured for her to return to his side, but instead he walked over to stand beside her, coaxing her to stand up before he held her hand. “are you curious as to what i wish to talk to you about?” 

“i am, but i don’t want to pry, so i would wait until you’re ready to talk about it.” 

“you’ve called me dawnbreaker since the day we met, but can you stop calling me that?” 

“oh—does it bother you?” 

“no, i am used to it, but i want you to call me by my real name.” 

she tilted her head, curiosity sparkled in her eyes as she met his gaze. 

“from now on, you can call me zayne.” 

the name tugged something in her chest, her hand then turning to interlace her fingers with his as she gave it a gentle and reassuring squeeze. 

“all right, then. thank you… zayne.” 

that odd muscle in dawnbreaker’s chest skipped a beat upon hearing her utter his name with such delicacy, it confused him for a bit before he regained his senses, stepped forward and held her in his arms. he cupped her chin once more and leaned down as he lifted her face up for their lips to meet in a sweet kiss. 

“no, darling, thank you.”

“but i haven’t done—” she whispered against his lips after their deep kiss. 

“you’ve done much more than you may ever know.”

her dream was spent on time with dawnbreaker, this time she managed to make him laugh and she could not help how happy it made her feel when he caught himself and tried to play it off, something about his image and how it could not be ruined.

but as the time approached for her to wake up again, she hugged dawnbreaker extra tight this time, placed a kiss onto his cheek and promised to see him once more when they both fall asleep.

but when she awakened from her slumber, she was left with an empty feeling. she sat up and touched her lips where she dreamed of someone kissing her goodbye. she furrowed her brows trying to recall the dream, but no memory came to mind. 

“as always…” she mumbled to herself as she got up to open the blinds of her window. she thought of the man in her dreams, she knew it was a man, but she could not recall a face, not even features. just thoughts and memories of his touches and words, nothing more, no face to place onto the unknown figure. 

“do you exist or have i made you up?”

Why should I want to support the cause” even the shitty example of “oh your little brother poking at the back of your seat to be annoying” sounds stupid as fuck when your making the point that now the older brother condemns the little brother to being hate crimed or whatever

You, being a part of the hegemonic majority, just don’t understand what it looks or feels like to be faced with legitimate oppression. So you look for every opportunity you can find for even the slightest bit of oppression, as if shitposts on tumblr = systemic obstacles. They aren’t equivalent. If you’re looking for excuses to be homophobic or w/e then just do that, get your ban and move on. But stop doing this whimpering bitchy thing of passive aggressively acting like you did anything or give any shits at all about anyone’s rights or protections but your own.

experience: rp wise somewhere around 2009-2010. when it comes to writing in general i was very young like 6 or 7 writing short stories and rewriting fairytales to make them the way i wanted to lmao 

preferred roleplay type: multi para length, i like to yap 

pet peeves & dealbreakers: i have quite a bit tbh, which i think a lot of us do when we’ve been around for so long. but my biggest one is copying, whether it’s copying me or my friends and then thinking no one will notice. whether it’s the writing, ideas ( such as hcs and verses ), hell even when it comes to fcs and setting up how a blog looks. i think if you lack originality then maybe this hobby isn’t for you. there’s also this, imo, weird stigma that drawing attention to instances like this is considered drama when it’s not. yeah, it’s rp but people stealing your ideas isn’t right and i wish people would stop watering it down to petty rp drama. i’m going to add this second thing about the ac/otar fandom specifically. if you’re someone who hates on any of the sisters, say mean/negative things about them, and/or complain about the people who like a sister that isn’t your favorite then i don’t want to see you on my dash. it says a lot about you as a person when you say things like that. i’ve blocked people before for it and i will continue to do so. when someone follows me i will scroll through their blog to make sure they don’t act like that before following them because of how many times it has happened. i can’t tell you the amount of times i’ve had people follow me first and then make nasty posts about nesta. i don’t even know what they’re trying to get at when they do weird things like that. but for a fandom that is predominantly women, the misogyny is appalling. i don’t want to deal with people who will shit on the sisters, but will love and treat the men of that series as if they’ve never done anything wrong. 

plots or memes: memes!! i always find it easier to plot once we already have s/t going and i have a feel for how someone portrays their characters. it makes the ideas pop in my head easier than they would starting with no writing at all. and tbh i also do enjoy winging things. 

best time to write: late at night, it’s when i have the most energy and creativity. there’s also nothing around to distract me. 

are you like your muse: extremely. it’s why i get v passionate and protective over her??? the trauma, grief, depression, ptsd, the sister dynamic, her personality, and how she was raised are eerily similar. it’s why i connect with her so deeply and is a character that has helped me through some really rough times. i have two sisters as well and we all have our own problems/struggles with each other and it’s why the dynamic between the sisters is really important to me. i also think that’s why i sometimes see things differently than a good chunk of the fandom does.

HE WAS BORN SMALL AND PINK, LIKE A PANDA．his mother had cradled him against her chest despite the sweat on her brow and the tears in her eyes; she had kissed his forehead and cried even more as thousands of ‘i love you’s were escaping her lips; she had held her precious child to protect him from the world one last time, her unconditional love bleeding from her heart and soul.

〝toge. your name is toge.〞

she had made him the thorn stuck in her heart, always grasping at her skin. what she had seen as a gift had become a curse: it had finally escaped her cracked lips to find its rightful host.

a small and pink new-born as harmless as his name. he had bled his mother with the ruthlessness of a vampire and the innocence of an infant.

〝don't bother your mother, toge. she needs rest.〞

he had never played with his mother. since her thorn had been taken away from her, she had found herself fragile— she had become nothing but a withering rose.

he was prey in a fish tank full of sharks. the awkwardness seeping from him was like blood, triggering anyone close enough to smell it.

toge would be closer than anyone else.

the administration had informed him before the newcomer's arrival— okkotsu yūta, that was his name. toge was now yūta's guide. o joy.

he'd eat him alive.

PANDAS HAVE THICK SKIN．

HIS LEFT HAND'S FINGERS WERE LAZILY FIDDLING WITH HIS CHEEK PIERCINGS AS HE WAS HOLDING MULTIPLE PAPERS IN HIS RIGHT HAND．instead of taking notes, he had spent the entire class writing down what he needed to say to the newcomer— the thorny boy never felt like talking, especially not to strangers unaware of his condition.

BORED CAT-LIKE EYES SLOWLY BLINKED AS AWKWARDNESS WAS OOZING FROM THE NEW STUDENT．the thorny boy had been the last one to leave the classroom; his curse started to itch for new skin to grasp at as he was standing next to okkotsu yūta.

toge stopped fiddling with his piercings and quickly tapped yūta's arm— it was strong enough to be noticeable, he hoped. without waiting for a reaction, the thorny boy lifted his stack of papers, showing the first one.

〝hi. my name is inumaki toge. i am your guide. 😺〞

only his big cat-like eyes and bangs were visible, the rest being hidden by the paper.

toge blinked twice at yūta, fully aware he probably looked like a cute rice ball; it was part of his charm.

-ULTIMA-

Ultima is also known as the 'Blind God' and others of their species are also blind. They are able to sense and be aware of the world around them in other ways.

Ultima's kin are known as Archons.

Ultima is 'Ultimalius' and was primarily known as The Architect rather than a 'king'.

Ultima has no gender, though remaining texts writ by the Circle of Malius referred to them using masculine pronouns.

Ultima's species are The Fallen, a civilization of evolved humans who managed to harness the power of 'magic', which is in of itself is a technology (magitek) and a language they developed by communicating with a formless being of energy they believe to be or at least have created the universe as they know it.

Magic is a combination of voicing or writing the 'true words' of forces in the universe (The Eight elements) and imbue them with aether (energy/lifeforce that make up the Eight elements) while using willpower to visualize the outcome. For example, the symbols on the obelisks throughout Valisthea are able to work independently because they are imbued with a deposit of aether and the symbols inscribed channel the aether to do specific things (i.e., fast travel) as formulaic/geometric magic… which explains why they start releasing amounts of aether everywhere after Ultima starts Primogenesis.

Typeless 'magic' uses energy harvested or channeled from the formless energy being that I need to eventually name, but Eikonoklastes still were considered sensitive to or highly attuned to aether enough that they were valued to operate magitek.

The Magitek War was not even a 'war against god', but a war between Ultima's species until they realized they were draining their world of aether (causing death/The Blight) and used magic to assimilate to a higher plane of existence (beings of energy similar to but not the same as the entity they discovered) and became the Ultima Collective. They are the collective will of The Fallen's desire to survive, but also remake a world where they can live peacefully without suffering or death.

-BARNABAS-

Sleipnir is based off of Barnabas' former comrade and best friend, the original Lord Commander of Waloed's cavalry. Sleipnir's core personality is based off of Barnabas' memories of the man, but fails to be a truly perfect re-creation, which is upsetting to both parties involved.*

*Sleipnir roleplayers do not have to go along with this concept, it was an idea I personally wanted to explore having Sleipnir based off/having the memories of another's perception of someone and not matching simply by virtue of being what Barnabas WANTS them to be. I will happily plot with mutuals to follow along with their own personal lore and headcanons for Sleipnir.

Barnabas never wanted to occupy his father's throne, but when he was chosen as Odin's dominant, it became his responsibility to oversee the realm. He's the equivalent of a career soldier, the only time he ever felt truly alive was when he was in the midst of battle and returning to a 'proper civilian' life that involved political schemes and mindless bureaucracy was akin to sleepwalking.

He often feels completely emotionally numb and enters fugue states of depersonalization, which lead to more and more extreme ways to try and 'chase the dragon' in order to experience any kind of emotion- including negative. The act of killing soldiers during war no longer brings him joy, so he slaughtered women and children in order to experience the guilt and despair that came from enacting such profane crimes against humanity. He had members of the court tortured and imprisoned, he even killed his own mother with his bare hands despite harboring a deep familial love for the woman.

Being rendered Akashic by Ultima did not cure him of his lassitude, but gave rise to a more animalistic intensity and hunger for stimulation, which comes out most notably when he finds a truly worthy opponent.

He has been waiting a long time to find someone strong enough to put an end to him, believing that if no mortal man can set him free, then perhaps a God might.

what made you pick up this character?

I decided to catch up to Naruto after a few years break and thought Itachi was nice to pick up because of the Edo Tensei arc!

how did you get into this franchise/fandom?

I've always been into Naruto! It just went dormant for a little bit, but like... you never escape lol. I began watching it on Toonami when I was in late middle school tho. U never forget the first time u see the wave arc and Haku dies......

what’s the best thing about the show/series/books/comics/etc.?

The art! Seriously, watching Kishimoto's art develop from the beginning to the end is beautiful.

what’s the worst thing about the show/series/books/comics/etc.?

Uhh. it's hard to say what I legitimately hate! I have criticisms like everyone else but nothing I hate.

what’s the best thing about the fandom?

Fanart and fanfiction! Seriously, I've gotten into so many ships that I wouldn't have given a chance if I hadn't seen fanart or peeked into a fanfic that seemed kinda interesting.  

what’s the worst thing about the fandom?

Antis, of course, but on another note the media literacy of the fandom as a whole has sunk into the negatives. Too many people taking things at face value and refusing to let the story unfold infront of them. Characters change!!

what’s the best thing about the canon you are writing?

Itachi is the only character who realized his actions towards Sasuke were is own fault and didn't seek excuses. He knows he hurt Sasuke and that Sasuke didn't owe him any forgiveness or understanding.

what’s the worst thing about the canon you are writing?

How Itachi at 13 years old is treated as if the massacre was preventable, and as if he had the decision making skills of an adult and not a kid who was groomed by both sides since he was seven. "just say no to the massacre lol". But this is more of a fandom problem, really.

have you tweaked the character from canon? if so, what did you tweak?

Kinda! But I like working with the challenge of canon, including the novels. Of course to make certain AUs and character interactions work you have to bend canon to a certain degree.

are there some things you dislike about how the show/series/etc. portray the character you have picked up? if so, what?

Not really! I like Itachi.

what would you say is the most unique trait about your character?

Itachi's self reflection! It took him dying and being revived to realize, but he fucking knows full well his "protection" of Sasuke ended up really hurting him and it's 100% his own fault.

are there any other characters from the franchise you’d like to play?

Not sure! I've already dipped into Sasuke, whom I also love with my whole heart.

are there some characters from the franchise you can’t stand? 

From main Naruto series: Sakura :( Mostly because most sakura roleplayers use her as a self insert/projection, I have to say it and it's a really pervasive problem. From Boruto: Daemon. I hate this goblin and I want him to die.

what are your thoughts on the canon ships for the character, if any?

Itachi's only "canon" ship is the implied feelings he had for Izumi! But Izumi is a nice girl, so I like the ship. It's okay!  

what is your personal ship bias for your canon character?

I ship most of the main Itachi ships! ItaKisa, ItaShi, ItaSasu. But I also like exploring "non conventional" ships! RP for me is about exploring things we can't see in canon. ItaIzu, ItaSui (Suigetsu), ItaUra (Urashiki from Boruto), ItaMada, ItaIru, ItaKarin... ItaOro (REALLY love this one), etc.

are there any ships you can’t stand, why?

Itachi/Sakura! It's the one I actively avoid specifically with Itachi. Other ships I'm "I don't see it" about are Itachi/Kakashi, and Itachi/Deidara. Nothing wrong with them, I just don't really get it!

how long have you been writing the character?

Since about 2013, so 11 years or so! Tumblr boomer.......

yes. And this includes Boruto. This is a threat.

15. What is your opinion on tagging triggers?

As a very forgetful person I will always forget to tag something and it's very troubling at times, especially if it's a common trigger and I just absently post it.. which doesn't really happen too too often, but when it does it just makes me so guilty and paranoid to really get into the more intense topics because you never know what people have blacklisted and what people are trying to protect themselves from. I just stick to basic tags for them so my mutuals can be safe - and as I do need certain tags to be tagged, I think it's important for people to practice having basic tags too. especially for blatant imagery

21. What time of the day is your favorite to write?

the early morning time when no one else is awake ( either on tumblr or in the house ) I think having my dash full of posts leaves me with the feeling that I must be active and trying to speak to and interact with everyone I see. It's kinda disheartening in a way, so I like to do things when I'm in a quiet space.

23. Your favorite fandom to write in?

it used to be fma but I've distanced myself from that series for uhhh reasons now lmao so I can't say that one anymore. I find that having a fandomless oc is much more fun than staying in a fandom with the same topics and world to work around, though i do massively enjoy making many different verses for those fandoms I'm not associated with! I suppose... that would make my favorite fandom to write in my Main!

25. One thing you’d like new roleplayers to know?

so long as you are not harming anyone, making anyone uncomfortable, and learning from your mistakes and writings and the people around you - have fun. it's what everyone says but please have fun. if you don't have fun then there's no point making yourself suffer for nothing. there is no NEED to be here if you are not enjoying yourself. everyone says It's a Hobby not a Jobby for a reason!

Subclass: Gunslinger with Golden Gun when first resurrected at the cosmodrome but is now a NightStalker with Shadowshot.

~Character Information

She isn’t a big laughter, very smart, often has a serious tone towards others, she unfortunately has a parasite entity that’s been inside her body before resurrection, the link with the parasite started in her new form when she was training at The Tower.

Since then, she is haunted with night terrors of her past life and hallucinations cause of the PTSD that she has no control over, her Ghost would try to help, but it doesn’t always work.

(This happens to her at the forsaken part)

~Character Information

With Cayde-6 dead, she’s more cold, dark, doesn’t care, often hides her fear from everyone, her Ghost would try to help, but she brushes it off and tells him to not worry.

~Relationships

• Cayde-6: A Friend, more of a romantic relationship(Friends to Lovers).

She calls him an idiot a lot, it’s the sign that she eventually likes him, within his comfort, she’s able to calm herself from the panic attacks from her hallucinations, she does feel safer and protected when Cayde stays with her.

She definitely hates it when Zavala comes in and ruins the whole thing between them, she does keep secrets in between her and Cayde.

i met someone on there that was friends with me for yeaaaars from yt as well and we had many good memories from it. we found each other over on tumblr and it was so crazy. me and this person aren't close anymore, but i can forever look back on the memories had and feel thankful in a way for that connection.

youtube was super popular back when you could customize your theme on your channel and stuff and i remember people actually made themes for that the same way they do here. my friends and i all had really cool decked out pages and it was SO awesome. i went onto a site afterwards called a.nispace which .. was the worst experience ever im ngl. just because i had this terrible stalker who never ever left me alone and even threatened me, but i still loved roleplay and i still made some great pals. i guess that's the plus on that haha. i joined tumblr in 2015 and man was i sooo lost on this site. it's crazy looking back at how far i've come but it's like .. if you enjoy roleplay, you don't truly ever leave it behind?? i mean, i guess some people do, but eventually everyone wants to check in and see what's up in the world of writing yk.

i'm really glad that i can bond with you over this, friend. it does make me happy. i absolutely shouldn't have been on yt though as a roleplayer because i was like .. maybe .. thirteen years old when i started. that's why i am so adamant now that interaction with minors is a big no no because i see my younger self looking back at me and i wish that more people felt protective enough to tell me of the dangers on sites and not interact with me because .. i didn't know about the dangers. there were some really shady people out there. and they didn't care about your age when i first started. really freaky.

Yknow what I don't get? Roleplayers calling themselves ~private blogs~ then getting mad when non-roleplayers interact with their posts like 'ur not supposed to interact with rpers if you aren't an rper! at all!!! god this is common sense, get lost!!!'.

Smh. because for one, half of tumblr's userbase has no idea what rping is! They just see a blog and its content.. And how can you call yourself a 'private blog' with a straight face if it's literally public and not password protected, and there's no sign anywhere that you don't want non-rpers touching literally any of your posts. People aren't fuckin mind readers.

These roleplayers really wonder 'why do ppl keep finding my blog?!', when they're rbing from popular gifmakers and other places. Really fam? Notes exist, people find blogs through them all the time. Maybe if it keeps happening and you keep getting madder and madder, consider the possibility it's not other people, it's actually how you're trying to do things and/or setting yourself up w/ expectations that go against how most people use this site..

both of you are so real!!! like i said, using #character name tags only clog up the tags and draw unwanted attention to your posts, and i personally just want my roleplay partners' attention when i'm writing 😭😭 but also wajjs made a great point about protecting yourself from assholes, because i'm biased but i promise you roleplayers are generally wonderful, talented, and some of the loveliest people ever, i feel like we could all benefit from a crash course on tagging our posts on tumblr. i understand tagging for organisational purposes but that's when people create their unique tagging system or go #*character to not draw attention from non-roleplayers for example

what is this trend of some roleplay accounts tagging their rp posts with the character name they're roleplaying like... not multimuses but whose blog profile clearly shows they're rping the character... it's like if i started to tag all of my posts with #sans so you know i am posting as sans
