Like I mentioned in another post, I visit the local Chinatown almost every year (and I did so last year). But this is the first time I’ve seen vendors selling “Prosperity Cakes.” The one whose kiosk I took a picture from said they taste like rice cakes and don’t have flour at all. Now I can only guess what they really taste like because I never bought a pack to try at home.
