Chapter 12 of Roneo and Kimliet
Chapter 12
(Friday, Feb. 9, 2006, 3:45pm)
"Well, I'm glad that's overwith!" Kim exclaimed, stretching her arms as she, Ron, and Monique all exited Middleton High one last time this week. While Kim and Monique were in their signature baggy Club Banana dark-denim overalls with both straps hooked with yellow and pink croptops respectively, Ron was in his usual outfit.
"Another school week of toil in the books!" Ron exclaimed, "I cannot suffer through another quiz boring 19th-century book by some long-dead obscure author in English Lit anymore!"
"You thinkin' what I'm thinkin' you two after a lot of tests?" Monique asked.
Both Kim and Ron replied, "Bueno Nacho!"
"OTN! On the nose!" Monique exclaimed with her famed Monique-speak. She got out her bicycle helmet as did both Kim and Ron. They had taken bikes to school in lieu of the bus all week long, though Ron had his share of scrapes on his knees.
(4:19pm)
The trio ride their bikes to Bueno Nacho, for it also had a bike rack near the entrance. Once they managed to lock their bikes to the rack, they went inside.
Ron got his standard Naco Night order, Kim had the usual taco salad with Caesar on the side, and Monique had the same thing Ron had.
"So what is going to be the first thing on the list for this weekend?" Kim asked while getting out a sheet of paper.
"Well...the usual rental tree costume from the costume shop downtown." Ron said, "And this time, it will have a zipper in the front and not in the back."
"Okay...one rental tree costume." Kim said before she added.
"Oh yeah, I also need to add in the fact that JP Bearymore had just recently added a Zombie Mayhem II machine in the arcade! And it is bon-diggety badical!"
"And a box of tissues."
"What for?" Monique wondered.
"That I'll prove to the Glee Three that we will pull off the best Romeo and Juliet so hard that they are going to be crying at the end of the performance!" Kim insisted. "Hence the tissue boxes."
"We got that added to the list." Ron said, "What else do we need?"
"Maybe some aspirin in time to handle the headaches for Mom's parents' anniversary." Kim suggested, "Seventeen cousins is so hard to keep track of over a weekend, thank you very much!" She also kept in mind some of the weirdness of those cousins that would make even Larry look sane.
Then, the Kimmunicator beep began to sound.
Instinctively, Kim got the Kimmunicator out of her overall side pocket.
"Hey, Wade! What's the sitch?"
Wade explained the reason for the beep-in.
"Hey, Kim. You got a hit on the site from Professor Acari."
"Acari...the bug-expert guy!" Kim guessed.
"Mind if I patch you through to his message?" Wade requested.
"Please and thank you!" Kim replied with a smile. Wade typed rapidly on his computer to access the video to one of Acari's insectariums.
"Good evening, Miss Possible! I definitely would need your help at my insectarium on the outskirts of Los Angeles. There is something of great importance that I need to show you!"
"So we're gonna visit the insect guy again after what happened with the tick bomb thing Drakken had on your nose, KP?" Ron asked.
"Most definitely so, Ron." came Kim's reply.
Ron shuddered, "Insects! I so cannot stand insects!"
"Even a harmless ol' ladybug?" Monique asked.
"My issues with them stretch back further than Wannaweep, Monique!" Ron said. "Even within the Stoppable abode, my hate of those blood-sucking insects runs very deep!"
Kim sighed before saying to Wade, "Can you give us a ride?"
"Working on it right now!" Wade insisted.
(1 hour later)
A Global Justice craft picked up Team Possible as they headed en route for Los Angeles. Both im and Ron, of course, were now in their mission outfits.
Agent Flynn Cognito was flying the craft. Kim was in the co-pilot.
"Thanks for the lift, Agent Cognito!" Kim said in a nice voice.
"It's the least I can do since you save me on that mission in Switzerland last month!" Agent Cognito replied.
"It's no big! A little help from my hot curling iron that can melt snow, duct tape, and a rope would do the job." Kim said before turning on the Kimmunicator.
Ron, in the meantime, was stuck between two buff male Global Justice agents.
"Uhh...little help here?" he exclaimed.
There was also one other mission that was also nagging at Kim's mind.
"Wade, has there been any update from the thefts at the Louvre?"
"I was able to pull off something from the henchmen's shirts." Wade said as he pulled up the security photo on the Kimmunicator.
Kim looked at it and said, "Looks like some sort of code. Can you try and analyze it?"
"I can do, but it may take me between 24 to 36 hours." Wade replied, "I'll give you an update once the analysis is complete! And by the way, you should be over LA right about...now!"
"You analytically rock, Wade!" Kim grinned as she put away the Kimmunicator and activated her jetpack and infrared goggles.
"Let's jet, Ron!" she exclaimed.
"Right behind ya, KP!" Ron replied as he got unstuck from being in-between the Global Justice agents. He too activated his jetpack.
"Ready for this, Rufus?" he then asked the naked mole rat.
Rufus, from Ron's pants pocket, put on his goggles. "Ready!" he squeaked excitedly.
Team Possible jumped out of the plane. The 10,000 feet ride went smoothly for Kim as she landed on the ground. For Ron, however, he spun in a variety of circles and triangles in the air. Rufus squeaked in horror and closed his eyes. Fortunately, for the both of them, they landed on the ground.
"Well, that wasn't one of my worst landings." Ron replied.
"I'd give you a medal for it, Ron!" Kim chuckled a little before Professor Acari came to her, along with a couple of his assistants.
"I'm glad you can make it, Miss Possible!" Acari replied with glee.
"It's no big, Professor!" Kim laughed, "I'm glad we recovered the robotic tick back to you after Drakken nearly blew off my nose in freshman year."
Ron shuddered, "KP, you do know I still have tick issues..."
"What's with your sidekick?" Acari asked, pointing to Ron.
"Bad summer camp experience, don't ask to him." Kim suggested.
"Anywho, I should take you and my assistants to my insectarium." Acari replied, "There, you can see why I contacted your site!"

17.Who invented the animal-to-human translator.
(For the descendants theories thing )
Tumblr media
There are many inventors in disney who could have made the animal-to-human translator.
But the question we must ask ourselves is who could or would do so? Who has motive to do so?
And who wouldn't?
Today I will be focusing on who could and couldn't have invented the animal translator thing and I will be going over those in the wiki and those that may have been forgotten/overlooked by the wiki to do so.
Couldn't:
Chef Andre (from Sofia the first): He gave up on inventing before the series even began and didn't seem to have interest in taking it back up, so he's out.
Spiderman (The Amazing Spiderman): We have no real proof he exists in Disney Descendants and, even if he did, this doesn't really seem his style so he's out.
Aggro (Miles from Tomorrowland): We have no proof that he exists and again, this doesn't really seem his style so he's out.
Professor Acari (Kim Possible): He focuses mainly on robotics, so this translator thing does not seem to be his type of thing. So he's out too.
Dr. Akita (Ducktales): He is a dog and doesn't like treating things he sees as beneath him as people, so why would he be interested in inventing something just to communicate with things he sees as beneath him (he'd probably see humans as less than him too)? He's out.
Dr. Axolotl (TaleSpin): He has beef with Shere Khan, who probably exists in Disney Descendants (I think it was actually stated he did exist?), but he's an animal himself and I honestly can't see him wanting to communicate with humans, so he's out.
Bug Bailey (Dick Tracy): We don't know if he exists and he was the tech expert of the police department, so we have no idea if he's even capable of inventing such a device. He's out.
Baron Von Steamer (Big Hero Six: The Series): We don't know if he exists and he doesn't seem to have interest in animals, so he probably wouldn't invent such a thing, so he's out.
The Beagle Boys (DuckTales): No motive and might not even exist, so they're out.
Beaker (Muppets): We don't know if he exists and his inventions tend to turn out wrong, so it probably wasn't him.
Belle (Beauty and the Beast): I can't remember if animated Belle was an inventor, but even if she was, she was queen when it was invented. When would she have time?
Sara Bellum (Darkwing Duck): She might not exist, she's a duck, and the invention wouldn't help the organization much at all, so probably not her.
Big Bad Wolf (Redux Riding Hood): He could exist and maybe he could invent the thing, but he's a villain so he'd be on the isle (as would most of the villains/former villains) and thus the technology would not be available to those in Auradon. So he's out.
Alador Blight (Owl House): He could exist and could be capable/interested in inventing such an item but he'd probably be on the isle, unfortunately. So, because of the lack of availability of the technology for the Auradon folk, he's out.
Boone Wiseman (Penn Zero: Part-Time Hero): I can't see him inventing something like that unless it was for a mission and he's a part time hero, so he's probably pretty busy. He's out.
Dr. Cyrus Bortel (Kim Possible): Based on his previous inventions alone, he's out even if you could argue he'd be capable. It does not seem to be his thing.
Sigmund Brock (American Dragon: Jake Long): We don't know if he exists but even if he does, his previous inventions are too different from this. And he could be considered a villain by some, so he's out.
Bruno Carelli (Ms. Marvel): We don't know if he exists and though he's probably more than capable of inventing such an item, he doesn't have a motive so he's out.
Bug (Future Worm): We don't know if they exist and they don't have the motive. He's out.
Taurus Bulba (Darkwing Duck): No clue if he exists, he's a villain, and doesn't have the motive. He's out.
Bungo (Jungle Junction): No clue if he exists, he doesn't seem capable of inventing such a thing, and has no motive. He's out.
Commander Buck Burpelson (Quack Pack): Doesn't have the motive, might not exist, and doesn't seem to have the need for such a device, so he's out.
Capricious Harmony (Disney Kingdoms series Figment 2): She's capable but doesn't have a motive for such an invention and might not exist, so she's out.
Captain Nemo (20,000 Leagues Under the Sea): He may he capable but might not exist in descendants and has no motive, so he's out.
Dr. Marcus Garvey Carver II (The Proud Family Movie): He's a scientist who experiments in peanut cloning technology. He seems to have no interest in animals or animal related technology. Whether or not he's capable doesn't matter given that and the fact he might not exist in descendants, so he's out.
Jason Chandler (Discovery Bay Chronicles (unaired pilot)): Might not exist and doesn't seem capable of such an invention, nor does he have the proper motive. So he's out.
Chrona and her father (Hidden Worlds): She doesn't seem capable though she does have the motive (i.e the creature but that also marks her out because she would have invented the above device if she was capable of doing so) so she's out. Also we don't know if she exists.
Carlos de Vil (Disney Descendants): He's capable and would have the interest but man was born on the isle and it would have likely been mentioned if he'd invented the item.
Cobby Hugglemonster (Henry Hugglemonster): Might not exist and doesn't seem capable of such a thing due to his young age. Also it's only for humans and animals as far as we know, so that also rules him out.
Curtis (Santa Claus): His whereabouts are unknown, he might not exist in this universe, and we don't have many references for his work. Nor does he have much motive so he's out.
Daedalus (Hercules): He looks down on those he thinks are dumber than him, so he likely wouldn't have invented an item to allow him to talk to animals he would probably think are of lower intellect than him so he's out. But maybe given the time change, maybe he could have changed enough to have created such a thing.
Donald and Douglas Davenport (Lab Rats): They probably don't have the interest after the bionic dog incident even though they're both capable. They might also not exist in this universe, so they're out.
Evelyn Deavor ( incredibles 2): She's capable but she's also a villain and if she exists, is on the isle. So she's out.
Lord Demanitus (Tangled the series): He's probably still dead, so though he'd likely have the interest and be capable of doing so, he's out.
Professor Demens (Kim Possible): Long dead and might not have existed, so he's out. Plus we don't know what he invented, so he's a no.
Professor Dementor (Kim Possible): He's out just because he's a villain. They wouldn't have access to his tech if he did invent it recently and he doesn't have the motive. He might also not exist so he's out.
Dexter Dingus (Mickey Mouse): Criminal and animal, so he's out.
Doc Static (Mickey Mouse): Animal, might not exist, and we don't have much idea of what he invented. So he's out.
Dr. Drakken (Kim Possible): Might not exist. Might be on the isle if he is capable. So he's out unfortunately.
Dreamfinder (Dreamfinders (unproduced)): Might not exist. No frame of reference for his inventions. So he's out.
Dr. Droid (Mighty Ducks): He's a villain and he hates organic life, so no motive. He's out.
Donald Duck, Everett Ducklair, Emil Eagle, Gyro Gearloose, Anna Matronic, and Genialina Edy Son (Mickey Mouse stuff): Animals. Might not exist. They're out.
Little Helper (Ducktales): He's a robot and his inventions don't relate to animals, so he's out.
Thomas Edison: Might not exist in universe and doesn't seem to have the motive.
Egghead (Ant-Man and the Wasp): Might not exist and is probably dead.
Electronique (Kim Possible): they have an interest in electrical stuff, not animals. So that and the question of whether or not they exist has them out. Also a villain.
Eliza Zambi (Zombies): She's capable but lacks the motive and might not exist. So she's out.
Emma Lau (Aaron Stone): Her inventions don't seem to correlate back to animals and she might not exist, so she's out.
Abraham Erskine (Captain America): He's out because he's dead, might not exist in this world, and his inventions don't correlate with animals.
Eureka (Eureka!): She lived during the stone age and might not have been brought to the present or exist, and she might not be capable of inventing this particular item so she's out unless new info comes out
Dr. Fen (Kim Possible): Villain who invents mainly robots and who might not exist. He's out.
Fernanda Pizazzo (Tangled the series): she doesn't seem capable of such a thing and has no strong motive, so she's out.
Benjamin Franklin: Might not exist, is probably dead, and doesn't seem capable and has no motive, so he's out.
Flik (Bugs Life): He doesn't seem capable, plus he's an ant. Even if he exists, how would he get the invention out to the wider public?
Phileas Fogg (Around the World in 80 Days): He's definitely capable but where's the motive and where's the proof of his existence?
Agent G (The Replacements): He's capable but where's the motive, interest, and proof of his existence?
Gary the Gadget Guy (Club Penguin): We have no proof that he's capable, that he exists, and that he has any interest in such an invention, so he's out.
Gibson (Super Robot Monkey Team Hyperforce Go!): He'd probably be capable but where's the motive, interest, and proof of existence? Out.
Gwen Grayson (Sky High): She could be capable but would probably have no interest and again, might not exist and she is probably on the isle if she does due to her villain status. Out.
Green Goblin (Spiderman): He's a villain, probably doesn't exist, and he has no motive for such a thing. Out.
Goldie L. Locks (Goldie & Bear): She's capable but she can already talk to bears so there's not much motive, if she exists that is. She's out.
Grumio (Babes in Toyland): He works mainly with toys so he's probably not capable of inventing such a thing. If he exists that is. Out.
Gusto Gummi (Adventures of the Gummi Bears): I have no clue if he'd be capable of such a thing but there's no big motive for this. So he's out.
Gwen (Sofia the First): She's capable, sure, but her inventions seem to be centered around mainly music, cooking, and cleaning. Lacking motive, so she's out.
Geegaw Hackwrench and Gadget Hackwrench (Chip 'n Dale Rescue Rangers): Maybe they're capable if they exist, but their inventions rule them out due to lack of similarity or motive.
He who remains (Loki): Probably doesn't exist and motivate is lacking. He's out.
Hulk (Marvel): Probably doesn't exist and motivate is lacking. He's out.
Honey Lemon (Big Hero Six): She works mainly with chemicals, so she's out on that alone.
Dr. Bunsen Honeydew (Muppets): He probably doesn't exist and due to his history with his inventions, he's not likely to be capable of such an invention.
Ironman (Marvel): Capable but would he show interest in such an invention and probably doesn't exist? He's out.
Iron heart (Marvel): same reason as above.
Icarus (Hercules): I don't know if he'd be capable of such an invention and due to lack of other inventions to compare to, he's out.
Johan (Frozen): Worked mainly on windmills, so he's out.
Queen Iduana (Frozen): Worked mainly on windmills, so she's out.
Ling-Ling Johnson (Guilty Party): She may be capable but due to my lack of knowledge about her inventions, I can only assume they relate to her parents' detective work. So she's lacking motive and that boots her out.
Jumba Jookiba and Dr. Hämsterviel(Lilo and Stitch): They worked mainly on illegal genetic experiments and weapons, so they rules them out on this particular invention even if they are capable inventors.
June Chen (The Ghost and Molly McGee): She's capable but she's only worked on Ghost hunting stuff, so she's out.
Kang the Conqueror (Marvel): Lack of motivation, might not exist, and would probably be on the isle if he did, so he's out.
Harley Keener (Marvel): His inventions don't relate to animals or language at all, he doesn't seem to have any interest in animals, and he might not exist, so he's out
Aldrich Killian (Marvel): He's a villain, his inventions don't relate to animals, and he doesn't seem interested in them at all, so he's out if he does exist.
Maximus the Mad (Marvel): Probably doesn't exist and the invention doesn't seem like his type of thing. So he's out.
Lady Octopus (Spiderman): She's capable but has a lack of motive and might not exist, not to mention she worked mainly on robotics. So she's out.
Cassie Lang (Ant-Man): same reason as above.
Lenore Shimamoto (Big Hero 6): She's dead, didn't show anyone her inventions which didn't relate to animals, and seems more interested in chrystanthemums if she did exist, so she's out.
Leo Callisto (Miles from Tomorrowland): He might not exist and I don't know much about his inventions, so he's out unless I get more information.
Lexington (Gargoyles): He's a gargoyle, might not exist, and I don't know enough about his inventions, so he's out unless I get more information.
Lickspittle (Maleficent: Mistress of Evil): He's definitely on the isle for what he did to those fairies and probably wouldn't have interest in this invention, he's out.
Mad Doctor (The Mad Doctor): He's dead and if he wasn't, he'd be on the isle for the experiments he did on animals. I also don't think he's capable of such a thing.
Mr. McHenry (Kim Possible): He works with lasers, not animals and might not exist. So he's out.
Mechanicles (Aladdin): it'd turn into a weapon if he'd made it, he's out.
Merlin Jones (The Misadventures of Merlin Jones): He works with hypnosis, so he's out.
Merriweather Adam Pleasure (Pleasure Island): He created stuff that was fun, sure, but I don't think this kind of thing is up his alley. Plus he's long dead at this point even if he did exist and was capable of this.
Moon Girl (Moon Girl and Devil Dinosaur): Doesn't seem her type of invention and she might not exist, so she's out until I get further proof that she could be capable and would invent such a thing.
Mr. Woodbird (Tiny Ones Transport Service): He's an animal and might not exist, and this doesn't seem this kind of thing, so he's out (unless I get further proof).
Could:
Bob (Puppy Dog Pals): He's both capable, has an interest in animals, and not a villain, so he's a good candidate.
Captain Brieux (The Island at the Top of the World): We don't know if he exists but he's eccentric, a decent inventor, and he has a pet poodle, so he probably could invent something like this and does have the motive.
Searcher Clade (Strange World): He's a farmer, so he had the motive and he seems more than capable of inventing such a thing so he's a good candidate.
Clyde Cosgrove (Chip 'n Dale Rescue Rangers): He seems capable with some help and he has the motive, and is not a villain so he's a good candidate.
Leonardo di ser Piero da Vinci (many movies): He's been in many disney movies, so he likely exists. He could very well have made the blueprints/thought up the idea though he's very unlikely to have built the invention himself.
Heinz Doofenshmirtz (Phineas and Ferb): Has the motive, is capable, and he could have given his daughter his inventions if he got sent to the isle. Question is, does he exist?
Drosselmeyer: He has the motive and might be capable though he's not too likely given he specifically likes creating toys.
Edgar "E" Gore and Victor Frankstien (Frankenweenie): Assuming they're not on the isle, they're more than capable and given their love of animals, they have the proper motive.
Ferb and Phineas Fletcher (Phineas and Ferb): I don't really need to say anything. If they exist, they're definitely capable of this invention.
Graham Pudowski (Ron's Gone Wrong): He could be capable and has the motive. If he exists, he's a good candidate.
Hiro Hamada (Big Hero 6): He is more than capable of inventing such a thing, he wouldn't be on the isle if he exists, and he has a cat. That's motivation enough. Possible candidate.
Princess Isabella Castillo Flores (Elena of Avalor): She seems capable of it, she likes animals, and her family has magic on their side, so maybe it made her realize that the animals around her COULD be sentient enough to communicate with. Possible candidate (if you know what she invented and disagree let me know, the wiki didn't tell me anything about her inventions).
Prince Jin (Sofia the first): He seems capable and,due to the talking Panda incident, he has the proper motive to WANT to make such a thing (if you know what he invented and disagree let me know, the wiki didn't tell me anything about his inventions). Possible candidate.
Lewis Robinson (Meet The Robinsons): His inventions are different enough from one another that he could have interest in inventing such a thing. Plus his family has a T-Rex and possibly other pets, so maybe he did invent it (if he exists). Possible candidate.
Maurice (Beauty and the Beast): Maurice is a competent inventor and he's somewhat eccentric. He also has a horse and maybe a cat if you include the cat (and other concept characters), so he has motive. And we know he exists since Belle does. Possible candidate.
Old Man (Fiddleford Hadron) McGucket (Gravity Falls): He's capable, seems to like animals, and is eccentric enough that it's highly possible he'd invent this if he exists.
Charles Muntz (Up): Probably on the isle if they bothered to bring him back but maybe they used his collar that Dug still has to manufacture more. So he's the strongest confidant.
I'm going to end on him, since he did invent something almost exactly like this.
But if anyone wants more options, here's where you can find them:

The little world into which he was now introduced by Bérulle and Du Val was a truly extraordinary society, composed for the most part of people in whom the highest intellectual powers were accompanied by an intense religious fervour and, in some cases, by rare and striking spiritual gifts. Its central figure was a woman, Mme Acarie, and it was around her that the others, men and women, lay and religious, respectfully gravitated [...] She is known to us only in her biography (which was written by Dr. André Du Val) and in the records left by the men and women who knew her. From these it is evident that nobody could be with her, even for a short time, without recognizing that here was a person, different from ordinary human beings, not only in degree, but actually in kind [...] St. François de Sales, who was her friend and acted for a time as her confessor, wrote of the 'infinite respect' in which he held her; and it was the same with all who approached this extraordinary woman. Those who knew little of the spiritual life were further impressed by the physical phenomena which often accompanied her mystical states—by those trances and ecstasies, which she tried so hard to control and which, along with all experienced directors, then as now, she regarded not so much as a symptom of divine grace as her own weakness. [...] Even professors of theology, like Du Val, could not fail to perceive who and what she was. In 1594, by a kind of providential practical joke, Du Val, the fabulously learned schoolman, had been introduced to Mme Acarie. For the first time in his life, this expert in the science of deity found himself in the same room with someone whose acquaintance with the subject was not merely discursive and intellectual, but immediate and intuitive. Within the first five minutes, he had recognized that, whereas he himself knew all about God, this woman knew God directly. With an entirely admirable humility, the theologian placed himself under the spiritual guidance of the unlearned mystic, and from that time until her death in 161, Du Val remained Mme Acarie's faithful pupil and most trusted friend."

Dentre tantos pacientes, ele.

Pokemon Legends Arceus Ancestors revamp
Reposting on a new account, sorry.
Rei- Lucas
Acari- Dawn
Laventon- Originally I thought he was related to Olympia but there is more evidence that he’s related to Hop and Leon
Cyllene- Cyrus
Beni- I still honestly believe that he is related to Aaron of Sinnoh’s elite for but there is nothing saying he can’t have multiple descendants like Wally the “rival” of gen 3.
Liam- Although related through accessory its possible that Liam has family elsewhere in the world that would produce the gym leader of gen 5 Clay
Charm- Sticking to modern Sinnoh and only Sinnoh I would say Bertha but also Agatha
Clover- Candice
Coin- Saturn
Zisu- Flint and his brother Buck
Cogita and Volo- Cynthia
The unnamed tapestries of what looks to be Maxie and Archie’s ancestors
 Arezu- Mars
Mai- Marley
Iscan and Palina- In my original I said Iscan was related to either Marlon or Nessa (and people commented about Marlon being tan but that doesn’t mean much in this context). Now Palina according to t.v tropes she is related to Burgh. Now, there is possibility due to Iscan and Palina’s relationship they shacked up at some point and produced who know we have no idea.
Anthe the clothing shopkeep- Darach the frontier brain of the battle castle in pokemon Platinum
Choy- Charron
Adaman- I still believe that he is related to the professor of XY Augustine Sycamore. However there are other descendants like Melony and her son Gordie and Acerola but with her that also open Adaman being related to the Galar royal family
Irida- Irida is still possibly related to XY protagonist Serena. There is also the possibility that she and Adaman shack up at some point to produce the line that would lead to Palmer frontier brain and father of gen 4 rival Barry.
Now for the character I missed
Ginter- Volkner
Kamado- Professor Rowen and possibly Drake the gen 3 elite four member
Now for the character I missed so I can justify making this one of the post for revamp
Colza- Gardenia
Sanqua- Karen the Elite four member of gen 2
Pesselle- Gen 4 human companion Mira and possibly the pokemon centre nurses
Rye- Riley
Melli- I want to believe that Melli family line died with him but to be nice he’s not related to Lucian he’s related to Avery out of spite or you know Klara I guess
Sabi- Cheryl and possibly Mallow if you don’t care about melanin
Gaeric- Either Wulfric or if you want to stay in Sinnoh Crasher wake

a continuation of the Strell-Varricon correspondence
sent from Veteris to 3rd Legion’s Meridionalis Barracks alongside the letter to Arcadia, written during the epilogue of Book 3
The previous letter that did not reach Maldai, as well as the beginning of this entire series of semi-fanfic novellas, begins with Book 2 (there is no Book 1 welcome to the trash heap), if you’d like to hop on the fantasy evil Roman Empire very very gay murder elves trying to take over the world train.
Dear Maldai, I wrote you a letter during the midpoint of the journey to Veteris, which I have reason to believe did not reach you. In a way, perhaps that was for the best. Many things happened in Altae that left me in doubt of who I was, and now those things are past. I am no longer in need of the advice or the answers that I sought. Perhaps there will come a time to speak of things more; but not, I think, in a letter. As I am writing, the Trials have been over for eight days. I am Acolyte Initiate Iria Strell now as much as I was Corporal Specialist Iria Strell--I was discharged as a Corporal after assisting in the Highlands with the takedown of the Rat and Wolf Clans, and the Heretic Raven. That much, I am proud of; how close we came to failure, I am not. Talvus passed the Trials as well, and he has disappeared to do magical research. Perhaps the strangest thing to happen is, I believe I am to follow. Talvus and I developed delayed explosives in the Highlands from what Talvus knew about reservoir theory, and from the rubble and cartilages of the arcanum cannons we had left to observe. Talvus did almost all of the work, but the original idea--if overloading energy in a reservoir would make it explode the moment stabilizing runes are disrupted, then why not purposefully make overloaded reservoirs that could detonate by cracking the stick--that was mine. And I knew what we did well enough to explain the basics of it alongside him. I am fairly certain Professor Aulo Acari thought I was lying to his face when I told him I hadn't studied any of this before Talvus gave me a crash course on the journey back from the front. However, I believe I impressed others enough that I might be given the chance to continue this research. I have been thinking a lot about what you said, about how I could best serve the Empire. I did not realize the true extent to which Talvus was exceptional--I should have realized, seeing all the innovations Talvus has come up with over the years--but I did not realize how many people in the Capital would know his name, or know of his graduation record from the Academy, or how quickly his talents would get him noticed once more. But I also did not realize the extent to which I was skilled at more than just fighting. My brother called me 'bookworm' when I got back, to which I almost laughed, as I did more following him around and bothering him then just reading up on things he mentioned to try to impress him as a child than any studies of my own. But he was right. I learn easily and intuitively, and I grasp concepts more quickly than I suppose most other people do, which I just--I assumed everyone thought and learned like I did. There was a test of mental aptitude that I was so convinced, a few hours in, that everyone else had already finished and was laughing at me for how long I was taking, and yet even with all of the mistakes that I made, I managed to complete it far faster than average, and faster than all but two; one of which was Talvus, of course, the other someone that Talvus himself said was smarter than him. I think it is engineering that makes the most sense to me. I have been thinking of it ever since the water mill. I developed my own switchback valves for another project, to control fluid flow and pressure in a precise manner that led to a great success. I think--I know--that these techniques can be combined to create a marriage of magic and technology. If I can succeed in developing any one of the various ideas I have, that act alone might do more for the Empire than fighting in any one battle. I have already produced proof of concept that magic can be cast without a caster. I am proud, of what I have done. I did it alone, without Talvus, when everyone thought it was impossible, yet I still did it. I do not believe I will be returning to the Army. I am waiting to hear if my hopes are correct, if I have captured the attentions of the correct people, those who might guide me to places where my work might contribute, rather than my blades. You are perhaps the one person that I feel safe to share this with, uncensored: my injury has not healed into something that I can ignore. It does not effect my fighting as much, so long as I am careful, and I have been doing the exercises necessary to build up supporting muscle, but I feel a stiffness in the mornings when I awake, and there are days where it takes me upward of an hour to be able to move. The doctors I have consulted say that there is no hope in this getting better, just hope that it might not get worse. I cannot in good conscience return to place in which I will put my fellow soldiers in danger if we are ever caught by surprise in the night. I have not informed my parents yet, as I do not wish for them to worry, and besides, I have been so busy. Please do not mention to Arcadia that my injury has anything to do with why I am not returning; she has been taking Gorai’s injuries very hard and blames herself, and I have been keeping a cheerful tone to her in my letters, not even through any intended deception but because I was unaware of which of the emergent symptoms might be fleeting and which might stick. I used myself as an example after the Battle of the Guns as someone had taken an injury that medics said that I might never fight again, yet I was still fighting. I do not want to take that hope away from her. I am—I can still walk. I can still fight. Better than ever, the fighting bit, because I've kept my practicing up, so I have nothing to complain about, I just...face consequences now as well, if I am not careful. Besides, I do believe that even if I were whole of body, that this is what I should be doing with my life. I hope that I would have matured enough to swallow my pride and my selfishness and have made the same choice had I not been forced into it; but at least I know that I can go forward fully committed to this new path. I thank you for everything you saw in me, and I promise I am not letting your training or your blades go to waste; I will practice every morning so long as I can stand. Besides, I think it is your more subtle training, that of discipline and creative thinking, that I will be putting to use as time goes forward. Give my best to the others. I hope that you and Gorai are healing well. I know this is not my place to say, but I also know--or at least, I suspect--that Arcadia is too well bred to express any such discontent that she might have. But she is a warrior, perhaps of the greatest potential I have encountered. She deserves more than just training recruits. If there are any chances for missions, places where she could utilize the fullness of her talents--well, I am not too well-bred to say it. Her heart lies in fighting for the Empire. She can fight. She deserves the chance to prove it. May that you be well, Iria

Chapter 13 of Roneo and Kimliet
Chapter 13
(30 minutes later)
Acari and his assistants took Team Possible to his insectarium on the outskirts of Los Angeles in an SUV. In the front doors of the insectarium stood a woman about five feet, seven inches tall. She was in her mid 20s and had blonde hair. She was wearing a white button-down blouse, green vest and a purple dress with a gold chain necklace to go along with her labcoat.
Acari, his assistants, Kim and Ron got out of the vehicle.
"Miss Possible, I would like for you to meet my head assistant of all my insectariums. Meet Luna Acitas, a recent graduate of Oxford." Acari said, introducing his main assistant. "She has been a part of our lovely insect family for the past three months after Charles Yapsby was let go."
"Hello, everyone!" Luna said in a posh British accent.
"Pleased to meet you, Professor Acitas!" Kim said kindly, shaking her hand, "My name's Kim Possible. And this is my friend/sidekick Ron Stoppable!"
"Yep!" Ron said, shaking Luna's hand. "You know, I assist in saving the world, being the distraction and all. And this is Rufus!"
Rufus popped out of Ron's cargo pocket and saw Luna with his beady eyes.
"Hey, there! You look cute!" Luna complimented.
"Thanks!" Rufus squeaked for joy.
"Ah yes! I have heard much of you, Miss Possible!" Luna replied to Kim, "You were the one who read my master thesis on the perception of insects!"
"I read it twice, actually." Kim replied, "My favorite part was the one about the moths."
"Are you kidding? They are so my most favorite insect of all time!" Luna exclaimed for joy. "I've been fascinated with them ever since childhood. It eventually became my major but I wanted to minor in fashion design but..."
"What happened?" Kim asked.
"Let's just say that the fashion world is a bit cut-throat." Luna replied, "Instead, I minored in Shakespeare studies."
Luna then added, "You have heard of my father, right?"
"The multi-million dollar CEO of a tech firm, Ben Acitas?" Kim replied, "Yeah, I've saved him once before from the likes of Professor Dementor a couple months ago."
"Not me!" Ron huffed.
"What's with your sidekick here about insects?" Luna asked.
"Long story short, he has severe issues with them." Kim explained.
"I can see that." Luna said.
Turning to Acari, she then asked. "So what's the sitch about what's going on?"
"Oh yes, I was just getting to that part, Miss Possible." Acari replied. "Professor Acitas, can you escort them to the underground lair of the insectarium so that I can show her something?"
"It won't be a problem!" Luna walked to a small statue of a beetle. She opened a hidden panel and pressed some buttons on the panel.
"You need a code to access this part of the facility." Acari replied. "I learned that from the robotic tick theft."
"Always thinking one step ahead, Professor?" Kim asked.
"I'm getting better at it!" Acari replied as the door opened to a flight of stairs that was lit with lights on the steps. The walls were very narrow.
"Okay, everyone. Just please watch your step!" he then warned the group. Acari began the descent first, followed by Luna and then Kim and Ron. They used the lights on the stairs as a guide to prevent them from tripping and falling.
Once they got to the bottom, Acari then flipped a switch that activated all the lights in the underground lair of the insectarium.
"I do not usually come down here that often." he explained, "Can you imagine how much the electric companies charge in California? It is insane!"
"It'd be sticker shock, KP!" Ron exclaimed.
"I would have to sell a kidney!" Kim added.
They then came across some of Acari's clothes, which were very muddy and dirty.
"Do these clothes ever get washed?" Kim asked.
"Sometimes, Miss Possible." Acari replied, "Getting to some of the rarest insects of the world does require me to get my hands dirty."
"And hence, the reason why we have to buy a lot of detergent." Luna added. "The Professor does care a lot about his insect research."
"Indeed I do!" Acari said. "It is very important for me, with a minor in robotic engineering, to generate miniaturized versions of the real insects. And speaking of which..."
Acari then pressed a blue button on a nearby table. It was revealed to be a metallic robot helmet emerging on the top of a pedestal.
"This is the culmination of all my work!" Acari explained, "It is an Insect Robot Controller Helmet or the IRCH for short. It can control any type of robotic insect from any of the other 40 insectariums that are in my name across the globe."
He then continued, "It can select which robotic insect to control and, once selected, it woud obey the wearer's every command."
"How many insect robot types are on this helmet thing?" Kim asked while looking at the helmet.
"There are about 70 types." Acuna replied with the number.
He also added, "Of course, it would be disasterous if it fell in the wrong hands."
Then the four beeps of the Kimmunicator went off.
"Wade, what's the sitch?" she asked her famous phrase.
"Kim, we've recently gotten word from GJ that an unauthorized person is within LA airspace. He is currently flying a plaid dirigible and headed towards the insectarium!"
"A plaid dirigible..." Kim muttered to herself before she heard a tap-tap-tapping coming down the steps.
The object that came down the stairs was a golf ball.
"Ooooooh! A golf ball! Mind if I look at it?" Acari asked, approaching the golf ball.
Kim then heard beeping emitting from the ball and gasped.
"Professor Acari! Professor Acitas! Get down now!" she yelled.
Acari and Luna reacted quickly and ducked behind a nearby table. The beeping stop and a small explosion destroyed the staircase to the lab.
"There is only one villain in my rogues' gallery that uses exploding golf balls as his primary weapon!" Kim exclaimed, "Professor Acari, you get Professor Acitas to safety. Me and Ron will go after...Duff Killigan!"
"But how, KP? The staircase is shot!" Ron questioned, pointing to the damaged staircase.
"There is an emergency staircase in the back of the lab." Acari explained. "It will take you outside!"
"Then that's where we are going to go!" Kim insisted. "Come on, Ron! Let's find where Killigan is!"
"Right behind ya, KP!" Ron replied as they bothe went to the back of the lab. They accessed the emergency staircase.
