tigerhybrid!sukuna hates when you try to pet his ears. he’s proud of his tiger traits, of course he is, he loves everything about himself. he’s not wrong, he’s a majestic being, no wonder he’s had many servants before your care. but his personality… eh not the best.

tigerhybrid!sukuna is demanding actually rephrase, annoying. threatening you seems to be his favourite hobby, seeing as he spends most of his time doing it. >:/

OFCCC!! I LOVE talking about my ocs so if you have any questions from what I’m about to tell please ask, now brace yourself this is a long one,

Ok lore, where do I start, imma give some world-building context first: Thousands of years ago there were these dudes each from a different species whose sole purpose was to protect their nation. Nobody really knows how they appeared but they had been protecting their nations for generations. As more Nations appeared and more wars started happening, lesser and lesser of them started appearing, first, it skipped a generation, then two, then three and so on until nobody knew what had happened to the fearless warriors that once fought for their nations, in some cultures they were forgotten, in others, they were treated as a myth and in others, they were treated as a curse who would come and cause chaos and destruction. There are 5 of them, they are an elf, a dragon, a vampire, a mermaid/man and a faun. Here are some Sketches as to how their designs might look but I’m probs gonna change them

Ok so- Hunter and Owen being part of the main cast obviously are these previously mentioned “warriors” - Kinda… let me explain, I’ll start with Owen cuz’ his backstory is simpler, you have your stereotypical perfect mermaid, however, these mermaids are a pretty discriminatory species, if someone doesn't follow their very strict beauty standards, which ofc is being a cutesy little fish-tail mermaid, they are categorised as a sea monster. Sea monsters live in separate places from the mermaids. Mermaids have the most territory residing in a huge and radiant city, like Atlantis, where everything and everyone is perfect living a perfect life. Then we have sea monsters, that, despite being way more, are left to live in a small, not very fit-to-live territory with little access to food and resources. Now, there is a deeper reason as to why that is. The normal mermaids have no idea of this but within the royal family there is this prophecy, which is engraved in a rock that they keep hidden, that someday a shark-tail mermaid ( like Owen, who just so happens to be who is meant to protect the people ) will appear and take the throne from those who aren’t meant to have it ( the mermaids ) The royal family for generation has kept the sea monsters oppressed in hopes that they don’t rebel and take the throne. So, Owen lives with his mother in a little house on the sea monsters side, he’s pretty liked and well-known bc he is one of the few ppl, like members of the revolutionary army, that dares to go to the mermaids side for food, ( little parenthesis, the revolutionary army has asked him multiple to join but he refuses each time bcs “he doesn’t like conflict” )  he’s pretty cocky with his abilities so for him it's no issue to go to that side bcs he is sure that he’ll never get caught (he has, he just escapes rlly easily ) it was actually in one of these occasions that he met Hunter, and finally I have a drawing of that!

I’ll explain how the hell Hunter is underwater and his reason to do so later btw. To summarise what happens next, they break out of prison, Hunter realizes Owen might be the one Caly is looking for (I’ll explain who she is later) Hunter asks him to go with him to the surface, Owen agrees, they go, adventure commences! ( for anyone wondering, yes Owen does end up making a rebellion and taking the throne but much, much, much  later) 

Now to Hunter, 

He’s a shadow-shifter, which essentially means that he is just a shadow w/o any real physical form so he can shift into whatever he wants, however, while he can make small alterations to his body like growing an extra pair of arms, grow wings or grow a couple of feet, to make big changes like increase his size exponentially for example, he needs a huge calorie intake that he can transform into mass/shadow that he can shape. Now I just said that shadowshifters don't have physical forms, that’s not the full truth, due to evolution they have developed a “base form” that resembles humans except that they are slightly taller ( around 7 feet ) and have black with purple eyes, like in this drawing here. 

Shadowshifters are still, well shadows they just look human to sort of blend, but Hunter for example when faced with very strong emotions loses control of himself and turns into a shapeless shadow. 

Onto Hunter's backstory, shadowshifters were a nomad nation, never really given their own land to call home, so they just wandered in caravans around all the lands. They were a hated species being seen as less by almost everyone because they didn't have a physical form. ( the real reason is that they were afraid of what they could actually do if they wanted to attack a nation, bc shapeshifting is a very broken ability 🙂‍↕️) They were so hated that other species began to hunt them, the fact that they were taller and had black eyes made them an easy target as they were easy to identify. One day the shadowshifters were crossing through the woods that sat in between the border of humans and fawns. They were playing music, the children were playing and an overall happy aura was taking over. As Hunter was playing with the other kids he ran over to his mother to ask her for her necklace so he could use it in the game they were playing, his mother happily handed it over. (This is important) Suddenly they heard a big crash followed by screaming. A huge group of not only humans but dragons and hybrids as well had attacked them. Then, the fire started, the dragons began burning everything as the humans and hybrids hunted them down. Hunter's mom grabbed him by the hand and started running away, Hunters mom knew that they wouldn't be able to outrun them, so she hugged Hunter tight saying her goodbyes and instructing him to run away as fast as he could, and to not look back for any reason. Hunter ran nonstop into the fauns territory until his body gave out and he fainted. He got woken up by a kid faun, close to his age, who was slightly shaking him and asking if he was okay. The kid looked at him confused, asking again if he was okay and reassuring him that he was safe. He said that his name was Kamal. Here’s how he looks like as a young adult

Kamal took Hunter to his village where Hunter would tell Kamal’s mom what happened; Fauns being a very docile species did not have any hate towars shadowshifters btw; Kamal’s mom decided to take Hunter in and raise him, the people of the village where also very kind and accepted Hunter. He lived a fairly happy life, until he was around 17. See the one who was supposed to protect the fauns was Kamal, and both he and Hunter decided that the best way to do that was to become bounty hunters and roam the borders of the fauns territory to make sure no one dangerous came in, they started doing this when they were around 13 so by the time they were 17 they were pretty good at it, however, as most teenagers, they believed themselves to be invincible, or at least Hunter did. ( This part is still in development so it's not gonna be that well-written jsjs ) One day, as they were doing their jobs and patrolling the borders, Hunter noticed a group of fairly known criminals entering the forest, so being as reckless as he was, he just started running w/o thinking, Kamal being more cautious decided to check the wanted posters he carried with him, he saw that the leader of the group had a danger level of 4 and a torch stamp ( Wanted posters rank criminals with danger levels ranging from 1 to 5 and if they have a torch stamp means that they have magic ) Kamal rushed to stop Hunter from doing something stupid but when he got there he had already started a fight, Kamal joined knowing there was no way Hunter could win on his own, While they were fighting one of the criminals launched at Hunter’s back with a sword while he fought someone else, Kamal saw this and rushed to push Hunter out of the way getting himself stabbed. Kamal's powers began going haywire, the ground shaking, plants and trees growing fastly everywhere, this scared the criminals away but the damage was already done. Hunter just stood there holding his brothers body, as the last bit of air left Kamal's body Hunter's necklace began glowing and something green started coming out of where Kamal's heart was, and the crystal on the necklace started absorbing it. When it stopped, the crystal was glowing green and the realisation of what just happened dawned on Hunter and he started screaming and crashing out, this caused him to lose his physical form and become a huge shadow that moved frantically everywhere, until he eventually passed out. When he woke up he was in his house, but not in his room, he was in Kamal's room, and his (adoptive) mom was hugging him asking him if he was okay and where Hunter was, he just stood there trying to make sense of everything, then he heard it. His mother called him Kamal. He rushed to the bathroom and saw himself in the mirror, there in the reflection stood Kamal. 

And that’s it ✨✨ there is soooo much more I have to say abt their stories but to do so it was very important to have hunters backstory clear so parts of the actual story are clear, I left a ton of things un explained so please ask if y’all wanna know something, I might take some time but I assure you that l WILL respond so dw. Gosh, I didn’t even touched the reasonings behind their designs, not only that but a bunch of other stuff happens in the actual story that’ll love to tell but I feel like this post is long enough so maybe I’ll post that another day.

Making slow progress with this mess. Currently dumping DT allied society exp into DRG until that hits 100, Viper's getting the EW society until it reaches 90, then that starts going to Picto. WAR I'm taking into lvling roulette; DRK into msq and SCH into alliance when I'm not using those for tomes. Currently sitting on one tails I'll return after weekly reset 'cause I'm capped on tomes this week but I have a line there, whiiiiiich considering I'll probs have DRG to 100 by then or really close, idk what to use that exp for. SGE I'm basically ignoring even though it's the shield healer I know how to play, 'cause I definitely played Sage too much in EW and now I'm just. So fed up with it.

I gotta gear RDM 'cause currently it only has the boots from the new alliance raid and the rest of its gear is completely outdated so I can't really use it. Level 100 content I've been doing as GNB or AST 'cause turns out that my ex-RPR main ass sucks at playing RPR at 100 and my poor performance brings me no joy. Only really use it in maps at this point. Really gotta properly learn GNB's rotation tho.

And my adventurer plate still misleadingly has RPR set as the permanent displayed job, but it's for in character purposes okay. Just because I lost my skill with RPR doesn't mean Gia canonically stopped being one. I might main AST now, but he's extra not an AST ICly.

I was saying tho that Pictomancer actually kinda suits him, as a concept? Not its in-game aesthetic, but assuming the caster could use their imagination however instead of just for the cutesy look, he very well could pull it off. He already likes drawing and is pretty good at it anyways and sure has a functioning imagination.

But he'd make pictomancy look bleak as fuck. Which is kinda hilarious tbh. Boy's an angstfest on the inside, can't be helped.

Okayyy, so I decided since the last matchup I asked for ended up being *cough* The name we do not speak *cough*, I decided Imma ask for a redo on this cause... Yeah, I think you can tell why lol. I've changed since last year and that's gonna be noticeable in the updated matchup!

5'6 with semi-long, wavy, brunette hair and amber eyes. I have lots of freckles and glasses that have a black, square frame. In Summer, I usually wear pants and a tshirt, or shorts and a sweater. If I'm not wearing that, I'm probably wearing a dress. (Outfit reference is at the bottom). I have received a lot of support when it comes to my anxiety and while I have my moments, I am more comfortable being loud and energetic out in public. I'm a cat person and my love language is physical touch/affection, that hasn't changed in the slightest. I'm super big of PDA, I love hand holding, kissing, etc. Obviously nothing too much. No making out in public, just like pecks on the cheek.

To narrow down some other stuff, I'm straight, but no hate goes to the LGBTQ+ community, they super chill. I love nicknames, love stuffed animals, and love love love band. I'm a flute, as you know, and while I do suck at practicing, I'm not bad at it. I've met all my super duper close friends through band (including Jackie, she's a retired Saxophonist). Tbh, i think the reason why people keep mischaracterize subspace into a cutesy special little guy stereotype is partly( if not hugely) by cutiespace (the skin)

Well, its not the skin's creator's fault for creating that, they won fairly in the skin contest, but the name did that skin so dirty (the skin's name originally according to the creator is eggspace, later changed into cutiespace by bog). As well as how much the skin looks like a normal outfit, it makes the majority of the fandom think its his canon alt outfit (despite soda said skins arent canon)

Most of what I've seen so far were those leaks about the girls having those slime/crystal pets (along with having "sparkly" faces now?) and uhhhh...

...yeaaaah dunno how to really feel tbh, esp after the strong doll lines we've had throughout the year (as conflicting story-wise as some of them were during the RainbowVision/Shadow High arc). Like we're gonna go from these really glamorous, intricately detailed Rainbow Divas, Storm Twins & Costume Ball ladies to... cutesy-wootsey glitter girls? .-. Idk, hopefully they'll look a bit better in-person or maybe even get some design tweaks before their final release (like they did for Krystal Bailey way back then), 'cause otherwise... ehhhh >>;;

And I don't even get the whole Poppy exclusion either cause like... what's a proper rainbow without orange, yknow? 🥺🌈Even if her character was sadly pushed more to the background as time went on, I still found Poppy a pretty cute & relatable character imo (with quite a unique aesthetic with her monarch butterfly/music-themed focus).

As for why I theorize they're cutting her out of the main line... honestly I'm not sure, I guess they might think some kids aren't so big on orange as a doll color (or prob just feel like they’d go more for “rainbow” aesthetics like Amaya’s vibe)? all of this however I also think that all these changes to silco that ppl are complaining about aren't intentional. I think the writers just lack the skills to follow up the story of s1 or even realize that the s2 they wrote is incompatible with s1.

and silco and all of the contradictions around him showcase it really clearly. the impression that I get is that the 'core' writers viewed silco as pure evil but maybe were always planning on the mom twist or just embraced fans liking him post-s1 but they never figured out why the character was so praised and loved.

So in s1 we likely saw their bad ideas polished to perfection by other writers and in s2 we saw how the 'core' writers attempted to, by themselves, write a complex grey villain.

so instead of a complex morally grey but consistent characterization we got a bunch of contradictions. ones that I think the writers didn't even realize they put there. like doubling down on what a dad silco is with the cutesy stuff meanwhile retroactively validating the extremely bad take that silco manufactured the jinx persona, jinx's mental illnesses and the sisters' conflict and that without him everything is automatically fixed.

in this way no side of the fandom 'won' bcos the fans, whichever side of the fence they fall on, put more thought into this show and so at least they have consistent interpretations of these characters. like for the fans who always thought silco was the root of all evil, how does the mom reveal or au silco fit into this take on the character? on the other hand there's me who got shallow but canon validation that silco is (and ig was always meant to? ...ok) be Jinx's dad and genuinely loved her or whatever (L for the ppl insisting he cared about her as a weapon and such) but at a cost of myself also taking an L for thinking silco wasn't the root cause of all evil. I was actually so wrong about this that apparently it was his mere evil presence that gave Jinx mental illnesses and not her traumatic experiences/genes.

it's like the writers doubled down on their simplistic view of the character and stubbornly stuck with the original plan to have him be pure evil but then they also let him get away with it with a slap on the wrist by being like 'oh it's not really his fault he's pure evil, actually he's a cutie patootie like the rest, he just didn't find the letter :( but if he only found the letter then !!! :) and it is also not vander's fault cos it's not his fault silco didn't find the letter'. it's like when in children's stories the villain learns the error of their ways and becomes friends with the heroes by the end cos we don't want anyone to lose or be sad, cos otherwise children might cry.

this simplification of characterization happened to all characters, I think it's just more noticeable with silco cos he was probs the most nuanced in s1 and bcos we get so little of him in s2, it's easier to spot and analyze what's wrong with him. and bcos he was the character who was the most tied to the PnZ conflict that got butchered in s2.

i’m really annoyed by how silco’s character and silco and jinx’s bond has been downplayed and brushed aside by the show, the marketing, the writers, several voice actors, the promotional materials, a major portion of the fandom, etc, but considering the political stance they’ve taken it actually does make sense.

acknowledging the complexity and the good and bad about both vander and silco throws a wrench into the “we should all forgive each other and violence is never the answer :)” narrative that season 2 revolves around. if they showed that vander had his flaws too, and people died under his watch too, it would make it harder to paint him as the ideal father and pacifist that they needed him to be to support the idea that his struggles and downfall stemmed from the continuation of the cycle of violence and a lack of silco’s forgiveness, not piltover. it would make it harder to pretend that every problem could have been solved without any sort of conflict, frame fighting back against piltover as something negative, and act like the right thing to do and the only way for anyone to be a good person was to hold hands with their oppressors.

they can’t acknowledge that even despite his flaws and every terrible thing he did, silco was right to oppose piltover and was more jinx’s parent than anyone else. and they absolutely can’t acknowledge that jinx was right to strike against the council and want to retaliate against piltover. because if they do, the politics fall apart, the messaging falls apart, jinx’s character arc falls apart, vi’s character arc falls apart, the warwick plot falls apart, and every piece of what they tried to paint as the ideal “what could have been” happy ending in the episode 7 au falls apart.

and this is nothing new either. “silco was the root of all evil and everything would be okay if caitlyn and vi had a happy cop love story (which would be devoid of any moral ambiguity because liking flawed characters who stay flawed is scary) and fixed the system from within (which would be easily doable because classism and oppression don’t exist) and jinx went to therapy and went back to being powder and warwick magically went back to being vander so they could all be a happy family :)” has been the prevailing opinion of over half of this fandom since 2021. i just wasn’t expecting it from the writers.

- Crème Brûlée by GFriend || the soft, sweet song is addictive and cutesy. I feel Silver gets written off or ignored often, similarly to this song on the album. Sure he may not be god or a bad bad bitch, but he has his own warmth to him. Like this song, Silver makes me wanna curl up under a tree on an August evening and just take in life, making sure to breathe for once, releasing unnecessary tension and stress.

Sebek

- Black Dress by CLC || Sebek is very interesting to me and when he blushes, my whole heart stops for a second. It’s similar to how when they build up to the chorus‘s first Black Dress and the music stops for like a split second. Sebek isn’t my favorite but isn’t my least favorite. I like him more than some though, I’d say. I’d say the same goes for this song. I love CLC, this isn’t my top song of theirs but I still like it a lot. There’s something uniform about the beat that resounds with Sebek as getting shit done in mind also. Sometimes a song just makes you think of a character and you can’t perfectly explain it

It was a stormy night. The rain was pouring down the heavens and the wind blows hard. The Class 1-A seemed to be peaceful. Well, all except a certain curly brown haired girl. She was sitting on her bed, curled up and waiting. It wasn't the storm that scared her. Nor was she scared at all. She's just going through a lot and soon it all piled up. Might be an Anxiety attack? Panic attack? But as time progress it worsened. The weather not only made it worse but the feeling of the overwhelming projects due was stocking up quite high. With the recent LOV attack, it didn't really worked out for this girl. Soon enough a knock was heard at the door. "Baby, can I come in?" A soft voice called out.

It was Izuku Midoriya, her loving boyfriend. As much as she wanted to respond, her throat felt dry and voice strained. But she responded the best she could. "C-come in. It isn't locked," She stuttered as she buried herself deeper in her pile of pillows. The door creaked softly as the green haired male appeared. Once the door closed, the hero-in-training immediately went near the poor girl. He placed the plastic bag he was carrying down on a table. It was just a bag full of snacks and comfort food taht might help. "Hey baby," He said softly as he kneeled beside the bed. "H-Hey," She responded as she sniffed. Midoriya immediately grabbed a tissue and gave it to her. "C'mon, sit up for a while, I'll hold you," He then said.

The girl wanted comfort and security. All these emotion swirling around her mind was endless. Her train of thoughts grew darker and darker by the minute. She sat up and made some space for the larger male. Midoriya position himself below and and made sure his arms are wrapped around her in a comfortable manner. Now that the girl is laying on top of her, Midoriya couldn't help but blush. He knew that she wasn't comfortable with the small spoon and it's a bit awkward for him to be small spoon sometimes. So with her laying on top, she won't feel caged up or anything like that. As the girl continues to cry, the greenette stroke her hair and kissed her forehead. "It's okay. I'm here, baby," He whispered softly

Eleonore and Bard

If you are one of the people who follow me, and you actively read my posts, then you should know that I really love Bard’s family and doing stuff with them. I have a full post about Tilda, and Sigrid, and Eleonore, and not Bain but I will probs do something with him too.

But this time I want to focus a bit on these two people, both whom I love, and tell how I headcanon their little love story.

Bard and Eleonore met when Bard was eight, when he and his father were out in some village to sell some stuff or something, idk.

Their first meeting was basically that while Bard stood out on the market close to his father, Eleonore just ran into him so they both fell to the ground, and then she just grabbed his wrist and pulled him along with her as she kept running.

Bard was very confused, as he had the right to be, and tried to pull himself free, but Eleonore’s grip was tight.

They stopped when they’d rounded a wood house, and Eleonore started climbing a ladder on the side of the house, and she hissed at Bard to do the same.

He is a bit unsure about the whole thing, but if he was being honest he wanted to see how this played out, so he climbed up after her.

Just as he’d reached the rooftop, three kids, two boys and a girl, rounded the house, and fell right into a puddle of mud.

Both Eleonore and Bard had to stifle their laughter as the three kids dragged themselves out of the mud, looked around and then left.

After they’d finished laughing, the two introduced themselves, and then climbed down the roof to cause more mischief.

When Bard was set to sail back to Lake Town, the two friends said their goodbyes, and promised to meet again.

Eleonore was the daughter of a lord, and had her whole life planned out for her. She was to grow into a young beautiful maiden, be married off to a rich man and then bear children of her own.

She was not interested in this lifestyle though.

She liked to go down to the village, play games with the other children, play tricks on the people around her and listen to all the Bards wonderful music.

Eleonore and Bard meet for the second time when she was a bit older than fifteen, and her parents were both going away for a week. She saw this as an opportunity to sneak away for a while, so she jumped on the nearest boat to take her anywhere.

That place turned out to be Laketown, which she wasn’t to keen about because it’s an small, cold town and not some grand place as she’d hoped, but at least it was not her home.

This time it was Bard who ran into her, and with ran into I meant he accidentally made them both fall into the water.

As soon as Eleonore realized who it was, she embraced him in the water which made them both sink under the surface as they could no longer use their arms.

It was two cold teenagers that emerged from the water, wet and freezing, but still laughing.

Eleonore stayed with Bard the entire week, which he was thankful for as he’d just lost his parents and he was glad to not be alone.

He even took her out on the water and learned how to properly steer a boat, and Eleonore got the chance to play a couple of the songs that she’d written for someone who actually appreciated them.

The two parted with a hug, no thought of being able to see each other again.

The two met for the third time after Eleonore had turned 21, and ran away from home after refusing to partake in an arranged marriage.

She showed up at Bard’s door, hungry, cold, wet because it was raining, with only her lute on her back and he let her in immediately, wrapping a blanket around her shoulders.

Eleonore stayed with Bard, and the two was bet friends first and lovers second. They were a very cutesy couple that often made faces at each other and loved to tease each other.

Their relationship was quite open, and it wasn’t uncommon for the two to take a third person to bed, or have a short fling with someone else in Laketown. Despite it all, they loved and trusted each other.

Eleonore fell pregnant when she was 27, and both of them were very excited to become parents. When Sigrid was born, they couldn’t have been more proud.

Sigrid was a bit different from the two however. She didn’t like to go out on the water with her da, or even play with other children. She preferred to stay inside and read stories or listen to her ma’s songs. It also didn’t help that she had light patches on her naturally dark skin, and therefor often got teased by other children.

Just a few years later, Bain was born, who were a lot more like a typical child. He liked to play, enjoyed to follow his da when he was going out on the water, and often tried to make his sister do something with him.

Eleonore adored both of her children, and she always dreamed of having many children, as she herself was a single child. Bard sometimes joked that she hoped to raise a small army, but he also loved his kids and had nothing against having more.

Tilda was born five years after Bain, and seven years after Sigrid, and Eleonore was ecstatic.

Only a few months later Eleonore grew sick.

She died six months after Tilda was born.

Bard didn’t have time to wallow in grief, as he had a baby and two kids to take care of.

Sigrid became a form of small mother in the house, as she was almost always the one to take care of Tilda when she’d hurt herself, which would lead to her becoming a pretty good healer.

Bain started to follow after his father constantly, always making sure that he was alright and not dead. Despite his sadness over his mother, he still kept a smile on his face.

Tilda had no memory of her mother, and therefor couldn’t really be sad about it. Despite it, she was the one who was most like her, with her random impulsive desicions and total lack of self care. She could sometimes feel a little isolated from her family as she never knew a big part of their world, which is why she became so attached to Legolas.

When Bard met Thranduil and evenutally fell in love, Tilda was the first to accept him as her ada. She’d always liked Thranduil and his son, and the elves in general, so to be a part of it all was amazing to her.

Bain was a bit reluctant, at first, but after feeling the elven blades in his hands, and hearing how happy his da was, he was able to accept him as a part of his family.

Sigrid never really did. Despite never being really close to her ma, she still loved her very much, and it just felt wrong. She knew that her ma would have loved that Bard found love after her death, and that her da was happy with him, she was just never able to come to terms with it. It might also have to do with that she spent a ot of time with the dwarves of Erebor, and that they weren’t really big fans of Thranduil either.

Aight hot take at midnight where i’m at >:3 (feel free to disagree):  Nico from DMC5 is a helluva lot better than Cindy from FFXV

Reasons why:

1. Nico drives the raddest van with a shop. Cindy works on the protags car that goes vroom and stays in that one area... and that’s it

2. Cindy doesn’t really help out (excluding DLC and whatever they added) except in the end... sort of. Nico is a magician at the wheel to provide quality mechanical needs

3. Nico is better dressed (granted I prefer more conservative clothing so I’m biased there).

4. Nico has a rad theme. Cindy’s theme is okay. Though there’s some good gems still in FFXV cause Yoko Shimomura is just b e a ut if ul still. Especially in Kingdom Hearts and Xenoblade Chronicles (she was one of the composers)

5. Who cannot love Nico’s dork side coming out when she meets Dante? I really don’t recall much from Cindy outside of being a cutesy southern girl and really wished that when you’re a 30 year old Noct I wish I got to see more of the world and how that affected her cause I think she had more to do ? They probs expanded upon that by now, considering I didn’t get all of the DLC nor the Royal Edition or really want to get that.

An actual reason why I like Nico better: I wasn’t totally bothered by Cindy when they first showed screenshots of her and people freaked out over that (I mean there’s Quiet from MGSV who I find more offensive in terms of um character design. And yes I know the reason why she’s like that... still doesn’t excuse it). I didn’t really think much about it, mostly cause I was really oblivious to the fact plus was on the hype train... which I have some regrets but I am easily excitable. I wasn’t sure how to feel about Nico when I first saw her and was a bit worried it’d be like Cindy. I do like Cindy but wasn’t a fan of her, to me she just existed and was one of the NPCs I liked to talk to in that game. But then I was wrong about Nico and was thrilled to find out that every time you give her a call, she has a van sequence that’s different. And that pleases me on so many levels I cannot tell you. 

I find it funny that they both share similar outfit colors, kind of designs and plus mechanics... but in the end I just cannot stop thinking about this. 

So yeah. Feel free to disagree, I’m also just feisty to stay awake right now and this is what we come up with instead of like I dunno getting good night sleep after staying up late for the past week.

hiya! I have been following you for as long as I could remember and I love seeing your art when it comes up on my dash uwu one question, which I'm just curious, you and turmoiltrolls have somewhat similar style on how you draw faces. not entirely similar! I can tell the differences but somewhat similar that I wonder if you both either learned that way or one taught the other and such. nothing bad! merely curious unless I'm crazy that I think it's similar to their's :o

but uh yeah, you’re not crazy. Quin is one of my art influences. We’re friends irl and even lived together for about twoish years? Plus friends for like half our lives. I do have a more simplistic approach to them but that probs stems from me having a bit more of a cutesy aesthetic. 

When Quin and I get together it usually ends up with me watching them draw cause they’re just so good. I didn’t get “taught” by them but I am a bit of a visual learner. Quin is self taught and I took formal art lessons in school, but they didn’t teach me how to find my style. They taught me things like art techniques and history. So I’m not surprised that I latched on to their style when that’s basically what I was taught to do.

Even so, it’s natural to have people who influence your art, especially if you are close.
