Role of a Private Jet Broker
Investing in an airplane of one’s own serves many purposes. The long wait in airport queues is made redundant for starters. Moreover, the user can also land in small airports off the beaten track. All of these benefits and more make the idea of owning a private airplane exciting. A layperson is not equipped with the correct information, nor does the individual have the skills to inspect an aircraft that has been put up for sale. It is important to connect with a certified private jet broker to ensure the proper purchase of a jet, either in the new or used condition.
It is necessary to know what such a broker brings to the table, though. It suffices to learn that a jet broker will provide the right information about an aircraft that needs to be chartered or purchased. Hiring a broker is the best way forward to tap into their expertise and acumen. They know the latest news in the related industry and can help the prospective buyer make an informed decision.
Some of the other gains that convince the intended purchaser to be desirous of chartering a private jet to hire a competent and qualified broker include the following:-
· Research- The sky is the limit for the buyer when it comes to finding a private jet for sale. Sadly, not all of them will be suitable for the buyer. The jet broker is sure to step in here and check the market for the available models. Matching the buyer's needs to the available models is a cakewalk for individuals with the right expertise and experience. They will thoroughly research the present market condition, latest trends, availability, and pricing. Analyzing the results will enable the purchaser to go ahead and make a good buy.
· Sourcing- Many aviation companies provide private jets for sale and/or on charter. Not all of them are fit for the skies, however. It is the onus of the broker to connect with the networks, individual aircraft owners, manufacturers, and operators to find a jet that meets 100% of the requirements. The broker will also arrange an inspection and recommend the best jets based on factors such as range, speed, avionics, and cabin layout.
· Due Diligence- The process of due diligence is imperative when one spends a good amount for transactions and transfer of name. The facts are confirmed by double-checking the details provided by a professional. Investing in a private jet is no exception either. The concerned broker will go through the documentation, maintenance records, and ownership status. The procedure will be completed by roping in technical and legal experts. The broker will handle this process competently without involving the buyer frequently.
A business owner who needs to fly to far-off locations regularly finds the Citation Mustang for sale perfect. This Cessna Aircraft is compact and speedy, with cost-efficiency being its USP.

Buy & Sell Your Aircraft From K-Air
WE HAVE MORE THAN 17 YEARS OF SELLING AIRCRAFT EXPERIENCE IN NEW AND PRE-OWNED AIRCRAFT
Owning and buying a private jet is a complex process, and there are many things to consider before deciding on the final aircraft purchasing decision. For example, while going through the aircraft fleet, you should consider your specific travel needs and compare the performance and operating costs before selecting a suitable aircraft make and model. Most importantly, always go through the aircraft’s ownership history and maintenance records and consider the buying price and ownership costs.
Give attention to the details when buying an aircraft for a buyer also needs to complete a business aircraft sales transaction for a seller successfully. A full audit of the aircraft records and a technical inspection by the team ensure the private jet for sale is well-presented at the correct price to prospective buyers.

Israeli tanks, jets and bulldozers bombarding Gaza and razing homes in the occupied West Bank are being fueled by a growing number of countries signed up to the genocide and Geneva conventions, new research suggests, which legal experts warn could make them complicit in serious crimes against the Palestinian people.
Four tankers of American jet fuel primarily used for military aircraft have been shipped to Israel since the start of its aerial bombardment of Gaza in October.
Three shipments departed from Texas after the landmark international court of justice (ICJ) ruling on 26 January ordered Israel to prevent genocidal acts in Gaza. The ruling reminded states that under the genocide convention they have a “common interest to ensure the prevention, suppression and punishment of genocide”.
Overall, almost 80% of the jet fuel, diesel and other refined petroleum products supplied to Israel by the US over the past nine months was shipped after the January ruling, according to the new research commissioned by the non-profit Oil Change International and shared exclusively with the Guardian.
Researchers analyzed shipping logs, satellite images and other open-source industry data to track 65 oil and fuel shipments to Israel between 21 October last year and 12 July.
It suggests a handful of countries – Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Gabon, Nigeria, Brazil and most recently the Republic of the Congo and Italy – have supplied 4.1m tons of crude oil to Israel, with almost half shipped since the ICJ ruling. An estimated two-thirds of crude came from investor-owned and private oil companies, according to the research, which is refined by Israel for domestic, industrial and military use.
Israel relies heavily on crude oil and refined petroleum imports to run its large fleet of fighter jets, tanks and other military vehicles and operations, as well as the bulldozers implicated in clearing Palestinian homes and olive groves to make way for unlawful Israeli settlements.
In response to the new findings, UN and other international law experts called for an energy embargo to prevent further human rights violations against the Palestinian people – and an investigation into any oil and fuels shipped to Israel that have been used to aid acts of alleged genocide and other serious international crimes.
“After the 26 January ICJ ruling, states cannot claim they did not know what they were risking to partake in,” said Francesca Albanese, the UN special rapporteur on the occupied Palestinian territory, adding that under international law, states have obligations to prevent genocide and respect and ensure respect for the Geneva conventions.[...]
“In the case of the US jet-fuel shipments, there are serious grounds to believe that there is a breach of the genocide convention for failure to prevent and disavowal of the ICJ January ruling and provisional measures,” said Albanese. “Other countries supplying oil and other fuels absolutely also warrant further investigation.”
In early August, a tanker delivered an estimated 300,000 barrels of US jet fuel to Israel after being unable to dock in Spain or Gibraltar amid mounting protests and warnings from international legal experts. Days later, more than 50 groups wrote to the Greek government calling for a war-crimes investigation after satellite images showed the vessel in Greek waters.
Last week, the US released $3.5bn to Israel to spend on US-made weapons and military equipment, despite reports from UN human rights experts and other independent investigations that Israeli forces are violating international law in Gaza and the occupied West Bank. A day later, the US approved a further $20bn in weapons sales, including 50 fighter jets, tank ammunition and tactical vehicles.
The sale and transfer of jet fuel – and arms – “increase the ability of Israel, the occupying power, to commit serious violations”, according to the UN human rights council resolution in March.
The US is the biggest supplier of fuel and weapons to Israel. Its policy was unchanged by the ICJ ruling, according to the White House.
“The case for the US’s complicity in genocide is very strong,” aid Dr Shahd Hammouri, lecturer in international law at the University of Kent and the author of Shipments of Death. “It’s providing material support, without which the genocide and other illegalities are not possible. The question of complicity for the other countries will rely on assessment of how substantial their material support has been.”[...]
A spokesperson for the Brazilian president’s office said oil and fuel trades were carried out directly by the private sector according to market rules: “Although the government’s stance on Israel’s current military action in Gaza is well known, Brazil’s traditional position on sanctions is to not apply or support them unilaterally.
Azerbaijan, the largest supplier of crude to Israel since October, will host the 29th UN climate summit in November, followed by Brazil in 2025.[...]
The Biden administration did not respond to requests for comment, nor did Vice-President Kamala Harris’s presidential election campaign team.
Israel is a small country with a relatively large army and air force. It has no operational cross-border fossil fuel pipelines, and relies heavily on maritime imports.[...]
The new data suggests:
•Half the crude oil in this period came from Azerbaijan (28%) and Kazakhstan (22%). Azeri crude is delivered via the Baku-Tbilisi-Ceyhan (BTC) pipeline, majority-owned and operated by BP. The crude oil is loaded on to tankers at the Turkish port of Ceyhan for delivery to Israel. Turkey recently submitted a formal bid to join South Africa’s genocide case against Israel at the ICJ.
•African countries supplied 37% of the total crude, with 22% coming from Gabon, 9% from Nigeria and 6% from the Republic of the Congo.
•In Europe, companies in Italy, Greece and Albania appear to have supplied refined petroleum products to Israel since the ICJ ruling. Last month, Israel also received crude from Italy – a major oil importer. A spokesperson said the Italian government had “no information” about the recent shipments.
•Cyprus provided transshipment services to tankers supplying crude oil from Gabon, Nigeria, and Kazakhstan.[...]
Just six major international fossil-fuel companies – BP, Chevron, Eni, ExxonMobil, Shell and TotalEnergies – could be linked to 35% of the crude oil supplied to Israel since October, the OCI analysis suggests. This is based on direct stakes in oilfields supplying Israeli and/or the companies’ shares in production nationally.[...]
Last week, Colombia suspended coal exports to Israel “to prevent and stop acts of genocide against the Palestinian people”, according to the decree signed by President Gustavo Petro. Petro wrote on X: “With Colombian coal they make bombs to kill the children of Palestine.”

ASOIAF modern AU class/wealth distinctions bc in the wise words of Mod Sam from the Inn at The Crossroads Discord: “i love modern aus where theyre like oh yeah the lannisters are filthy rich and here's the starks, piling into a minivan to go to public school. they would not fucking do that”
Lannisters: Private jets and COO/CEO/CFO positions at the family company and plain white tshirts that cost $5000. 1% of the 1%. They’re the Roys we already know this no need to elaborate.
Starks: they’re a rugged type of Minnesota/North Dakota/Wyoming wealth. Land rich. Own ranches and mining operations and oil drilling companies. Ppl think they’re normal bc they look like average farmers until they get a tour of their 300,000 acres and private mountain. Seem down to earth but grew up breeding ranch horses, don’t really understand what a car note is, and Nedcat paid for all the starklings college apartments. Also wear normal looking vests and ranching jeans and boots that cost absurd amounts
Tyrells: masters at the “quiet wealth” bullshit. Wayyyy older money compared to the Lannisters, and aren’t aggressive/scrappy like them bc of it. Literal aristocracy like lords or barons or some shit. Multiple residences, family tradition of politics, and loads of passive income. Maybe run a newspaper or two and own some global shipping companies bc of their merchant roots or whatever. Margaery was at one of those international debutante balls for the ubër-wealthy.
Tullys: Not as rich as the Tyrells or Lannisters but still nothing to scoff at. Not upper middle class but more like lower rungs of the upper class. Family tradition of sending all the kids to boarding school (that’s where Lysa got pregnant 🙂‍↕️) and they have some nice yachts and the like. Have one really nice permanent house on the river, a summer house upstate, and an apartment in the city. Normal enough to blend in with most people at their school. Also made their money thru shipping lanes.
Martells: Southern oil barons. Nymeria emigrated over and immediately discovered oil on her apparently shitty piece of land. Thousands of acres dedicated to drilling and cattle ranching. Awful for the environment but greenwash the fuck out of their business. Good at being a man of the ppl despite literally being in the one percent. Very publicly donate to progressive charities and causes to offset the backlash they get from pay the people who work for them slave wages. People stan them on Twitter because they’re hot and not like other billionaires.
Baratheons: slightly newer money but old enough to have no excuse to act the way they do. Loud annoying displays of wealth. Made their fortune mostly because they were good at being overly aggressive when it came to the stock market or sales or smthn idk what they do. Robert buys an egregious house in Florida where him and some other rich repulsive republicans do Labor Day weekend on their yachts with women they paid to be there. Absolutely terrible at saving their money (except Stannis and kinda Renly) and quite literally have to have their accounts frozen by their investment bankers. Actively going bankrupt.
Greyjoys: Not even rich anymore. Had a sizable shipping company at one point before they got poached bought out by the Lannisters. Also they engaged in too much tax fraud and embezzlement so now no one wants to touch them with a ten foot pole. Still live in their dilapidated cliffside house that’s literally ab to crumble into the sea. Theon got to live with the Starks bc once the Greyjoys got audited Ned felt bad.
Targaryens: REAL old money that stretches back like at least 500 years. Have had multiple income sources over the years and almost all of it is blood money of some kind and extracted through violence :) Giant ass portraits of their ancestors in their multiple residences, they all speak Valyrian at home, and they don’t even go to school it’s just private tutors. Obscene wealth that isn’t even fathomable to most people. Famously bred race horses and hunting dogs for a while until there was some familial infighting about ownership of the racetracks and stables and that collapsed. Got audited and investigated twenty years ago and Aerys just killed himself instead of going to jail.

Things we can learn from the Upper East Side- A guide to how our fave tv elites deal with fame, success and attention.
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
So you're famous now, can you handle it?
What better than to learn the art of fame from none other than our favorite teenage dirtbags involved in scandals, betrayals, well drawn out revenges with constant reputation destroying and restoring... our holy grail : Gossip Girl.
If there's one thing we can learn from these horrible rich kids making way more horrible decisions, it's handling attention and fame.
You might argue and say they were a bunch of teens who were downright horrible to each other, but i'd argue they did handle speculation and rumors way better than we would (questionably at times however).
So here's a few things i observed on the show compiled into a guide, just so you can handle fame well too!
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
1
They did not let the gossip girl blasts get to them.
This is quite frankly the first observation i'd make. They did not give a damn about the blasts gossip girl made (there were instances that would upset them but it wouldn't take over their life), however they did use it to their advantage.
2
Media is your downfall but it is also your biggest weapon.
As much as they didn't pay much heed to Gossip Girl, they'd leverage it to get their narrative across- wrong or not.
This happens in media as well, magazines and entertainment news sites are not only rumour spreaders, they can be effectively used to control your narrative. So you must be strategic about it. This is pretty much what PR teams do. And this is why celebrities spend millions of dollars on these people. They are strategists.
3
People pleasing is impossible. Stop caring what others think- or say
It's lonely at the top, so it should be obvious that not everyone will understand your position or like that you hold it. But it is how it is, so start living for yourself and YOUR purpose rather than caring what other people think of thing you do.
4
Create a brand. You are unique. Trademark your energy.
Serena Van Der Woodsen: it girl, martinis, gold, paparazzi, free spiritedness, VS energy, glitters and sparkles, nyc at night, dream girl
Blair Waldorf: sleepovers, headbands, satin, cartier, henry bendel, bergdorf, louboutins, schemer, macaroons, audrey hepburn
Nate Archibald: guy next door, blue, old money, prince charming, basketball, kindness, dream guy
Chuck Bass: business, scotch, womanizer, fur coats, i'm chuck bass, scandal, strategist, bad boy, private jets, limos, womanizer
Dan Humphrey: writer, the "good" guy, outcast turned insider, nyu, playwright, chinese take out
I don't gotta explain, you know exactly what i mean.
5
Strategy strategy strategy
Everything is strategy, business, academia, entertainment, sports. EVERYTHING. It's not a day on the upper east side without strategy, so even fame needs strategy on the behind. Marketing and creative needs to be well thought out, the way to rack up sales does, even preparing for your mid terms or scoring a goal or even winning an f1 race. Strategy. Is. Everything.
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
And that concludes my post. Lemme know what you think!

I feel a little bad bc there’s this guy at my work who has tried multiple times to start casual conversations with me and every time he just picked a topic that I couldn’t give my honest opinion on without it sounding rude or for other reasons so instead I just kinda dodged the question and made things really awkward.
Like he asked me, “Do you like taylor swift? My daughter is a huge fan and we’re going to a concert of hers next year” literally the day after the woman died at the Brazil taylor swift concert. It’s not like I could say “I think she’s a talentless hack who is only in the industry because of her dad’s money and her private jet is responsible for more pollution per year than you or I will ever make in our lifetimes. Oh also someone died at her concert yesterday because they didn’t let people bring water in on a day where it was over 100°F because they wanted to make more water sales”
Or later after he apparently overheard the metal music I was playing in my headphones he tried to start a conversation by bringing up Metallica. I’m not gonna launch into a rant about how they’re scum who fucked over the entire music industry and also their music is bad, so instead I gave a kind of non answer and pretended to be busy
The third time I think he was actually in the wrong by saying something about how he was watching the news about what was happening in Israel and that he hopes the hostages get released. I can’t exactly start talking about my views on that topic at work are you insane.
Like I think he thinks I’m just rude or don’t like him or something but like guy you’ve chosen terrible conversation topics every time

Reasons To Contact a Private Jet Dealer
Waiting in long queues can be irritating to people hoping to strike a business deal at a distant location. Unfortunately, commercial airlines operate according to their schedules and are not inclined to assist passengers waiting patiently to board. Apart from the time-consuming wait at the airport, the formalities and landing may turn problematic, too. It is best to consider investing in a private airplane, something similar to a Cessna for sale. Connecting with an experienced aviation broker can help one make the right decision, though. A cursory glance at the jet displayed by the seller will reveal nothing. Instead, it helps to check the pros and cons associated with the type of jet, its specs, and the asking price to make an informed decision.
While there are several Cessna models available to an investor, most opt for Cessna 172, which remains hugely popular. Some of the questions that can be answered perfectly by the aviation expert include the following:-
Is it safe to operate and travel in a privately owned Cessna? The Cessna 172 Skyhawk enjoys an enviable record when it comes to safety in the skies. Statistics reveal that the rate of fatalities caused by a Cessna remains incredibly low and stands at 0.56% for every 100,000 hours locked. This is half of the industry average.
What are the Engine Specs of the Cessna? It is imperative to check the history of the Cessna to get the right information. The aviation broker is sure to be well-informed about this aspect and is likely to reveal the following points:
· The Continental O-300 145 hp engine had powered the first Cessna 172
· The Lycoming O-320-E2D 150 hp engine was introduced in the Cessna 172 in 1968. A couple of other engines were tried before settling on this one, however. The previous engines were not up to the expectations, compelling Cessna to switch to this Lycoming model
· Cessna 172R’s Lycoming 160 hp Lycoming IO-360-L2A were used in 1996. They were fuel-injected engines, with the jet being factory-fitted with the right engine.
· The new Cessna 172S comes with the 180 hp Lycoming IO-360-L2A engine, an upgraded version of the R model.
Is Cessna 172 comfortable?
Well, other aircraft can give Cessna Skyhawk a run for money, but no pilot or passenger is known to complain about lack of comfort. It is interesting to note that this jet has been designed with practicality and efficiency in mind. It is not a luxurious airplane but can ensure comfort, with fur passengers being accommodated perfectly. The luggage space is more than adequate as well.
Does Cessna 172 provide value for money? The users have responded with a thumping yes! This aircraft is known for its cost-effectiveness and superb avionics. It does not compromise on comfort but does not cater to luxury-seeking passengers.
There is no shortage of individuals who yearn to fly or use their jets today. It is essential to go through a reputed private jet dealer when one is eager to obtain an aircraft that meets all the requirements.

Re Brazil: yeah over a thousand people either passed out or got burned by the metal grates because it was so hot inside. She didn't give any of them a dime either.
Also Ana's family didn't get anything. She announced she reached out to them for condolences- the family announced that had not contacted them at all- then her response to getting caught lying was to publicly invite the family to a meet and greet at the next show. Money wouldn't have made it right, but it would've been better than, oh I don't know, a selfie with the lady who doesn't give a fuck about you or your dead family member.
Fans are still arguing that she wasn't responsible for the negligence and at the same time donating to any victims crowdfunds would make her liable in court. She's definitely at least partially at fault and I wish she'd be held responsible. And give away all her money to the victims.
Yeah, that sounds in line with the reports I read back when it happened. And yeah, no, offering them a meet and greet and show tickets honestly just feels egotistical. Why the fuck would I want to go meet you after my child died a preventable death at your show?
As far as "Taylor isn't responsible", I have one word: money.
The number one, two, and three reason venues ban outside drinks is because they want you to buy their overpriced ones, and they're willing to risk your life to force you into it. My friend and I paid $12 for ONE bottle of water at the One Direction concert in 2014. Conversely, I've been to at least seven shows that allowed unopened bottles of water into the venue.
But let's argue for a minute that the venue was banning outside drinks to drive profits. Taylor Swift has MORE than enough money that she could have paid off their expected revenue and tgen some in exchange for allowing fans to bring water. She was nearly a billionaire at that point and had two private jets - she can afford to buy off water sales. And doing so would have been both a kindness and a safety to her fans. Or, alternatively, she could make allowing fans to bring water a contingency of her choosing a venue - places would be tripping over themselves to honor her request, because everyone wants to be the one to host her shows.
And yet, she did nothing. She made a temporary social media post and moved on with her life. Because that's who she is as a person.

So who's paying for Prince Harry's private jet to NYC?? I suspect he's flying private on a jet that's scheduled to depart Santa Barbara airport and arrive at Teterboro airport (the main airport private jets use for New York City) today. It looks like the one-way flight costs US$85,100 before tax. The tail number indicates the jet belongs to Executive Jet Management (EJM), which is a subsidiary of Net Jets (pal Nacho reps Net Jets, so maybe PH gets a friends and family discount?). According to the flight cost calculator on EJM's website, this one-way trip costs over $85,100, excluding taxes. If the non-profit Archewell has paid for the jet rental, the flight would be exempt from California state sale & use tax but most likely not from the US federal excise tax of 7.5% for passengers. Personally, I suspect Archewell Foundation is paying for this. Great piece about Taylor on the Guardian
«From the prices to the endless album rereleases, I feel like a conscript in a campaign for cultural and economic dominance»
«At the same time, I’ve never felt so alienated by my favourite artist. This year I have felt not so much a Swiftie as a conscript, roped into some broader project of streaming, spending and posting so as to cement and grow her cultural dominance – though it’s hard to imagine who, now, could possibly dislodge her.»
«Earlier this year, her email subscribers were offered the chance to “win the opportunity to buy” tickets (at £160 a pop) in exchange for buying her new album, The Tortured Poets Department. That arrived with a surprise second disc (of largely forgettable songs), and was followed by multiple variants, each sold separately: hard to parse as anything other than a bid to secure streaming dominance. When Swift announced a UK-specific release of yet more album offcuts, it was widely perceived as an attempt to stop Charli XCX knocking her down the albums chart.
Swift is the biggest celebrity in the world and a billionaire, on track to make $2bn by Eras’ end. The suggestion that she is somehow dissatisfied or threatened is offputting, and raises very human questions about her motivation. Even five-star reviews of the tour have wondered about Swift’s endgame, where she possibly goes from here.»
«My uneasy feelings were later articulated by the culture writer Jonah Weiner, describing the insidious “co-opting of ‘community’ into a sales strategy”. Weiner was talking about luxury fashion brands, and the exploitation we are willing to overlook to feel part of a club. But his point about how our human desire for connection and belonging is hijacked and reduced by corporate interests seemed to me an apt description of the Eras tour, the economy that’s sprung up around it and our enthusiasm to participate in it.
The show’s supposed community is built on a basis of economic productivity; like a queue for a new Apple product or a sneaker, it “contains the possibility for meaningful interpersonal connection only in spite of itself,” Weiner writes. Not only that, it is actively at odds with building relationships and communities that might nourish us for the long term. Note how political signage isn’t permitted at Eras shows, and how criticism of Swift’s private jet usage has taken a backseat to the collective excitement.
I don’t mean to diminish the pleasure that millions of people have taken from the show, or the friendships they have forged through Swift fandom. But I wonder if, in the overwhelming attention on the Eras tour, other sources of community, connection and belonging – ones that don’t further line a billionaire’s pockets – have been overlooked. What will remain of them when the Taylor show moves on?»
