I was playing with gbt chat rn and asked him to write a story about Stanley and Stanford from "Gravity Falls", and he wrote me something like one chapter (or part??? Idk), where Stanford was the same as in the canon (in terms of age), and Stanley was 12, and he was his nephew, who was visiting Gravity Falls. Stanford was reading some kind of abstruse book, and Stanley was digging into him, asking him to play with him and go look for treasures, but Ford was like, "Let me finish my project first, Stanley, the treasures can wait," and Stan started sulking and twirling Ford's papers in his hands, and, suddenly, there was something in the basement!!

There was a bang, they looked at each other and went to the basement. And most importantly, Ford did not mind at all that Stanley went with him into potential danger, even invited him himself, LMAO

In the end, they discover a portal in the basement, Ford is delighted and tell Stan that it is a portal to another dimension, that he has always dreamed of seeing; they staring at the portal, and then Ford looks at Stan with a smile and invites him to take part in adventures with him and explore this portal together

And that was the end. I didn't generate the plot any further, because I liked the fact that it ended with an open ending, since you can figure out what happened next and all that haha

In general, I really wondered, do such AU exist?? Well, where one of the twins is a nephew (or some other relative of the other). It sounds so crazy, but, you know, I wouldn't be surprised at anything in this fandom xD

And a loved one sees you engaging with the material and feels comfortable enough opening up about how they themselves felt that lost at one point but they have been working on their mental health to make sure they don't feel that way ever again

And your response is to get angry at them for ever having felt that way, including saying that 'you wouldn't have even felt sorry them if they killed themselves for a "stupid reason like that"'.

Maybe you should just... Go back to embracing a life full of not reading the room or being socially aware. Because you obviously can't handle certain issues when they're at your own back door but you can pretend to care when they're on a screen or in a page.

Digging Nico never learning to "act normally" around other people, not even when he's in a relationship and/or has people overall react to him positively (most of the time). Very into Nico's weirdness being inherent and not a weird teenage quirk he gets over once he "heals" (he never heals fully). Always thinking about Nico never fully comprehending social cues, or limits of rudeness considered normal with strangers, or speaking too loudly or too quietly, or controlling his anger when he's over the tipping point, or having full trust in people. Eternally enamored with Nico di Angelo the boy who's been through so much there's always a mark of it on him — but there's also that inherent "strangeness" of the weird kid that's simply a part of his identity.

I got a new clear protein powder, this one is meant to be orange flavour but for some reason all I can taste is children’s amoxicillin, you know the fluorescent yellow liquid that supposedly tasted of banana (I don’t know if this is only a UK experience)

went to the state fair yesterday and tried so so much good food !!! my favorite things were the pickle lemonade (literally my favorite drink ever since i first tried it a couple weeks ago) and the fried pickles and the roasted corn. feeling like a true midwesterner after that :-)

Look, he has horns and that makes it nearly impossible to lie down on a bed comfortably, he uses a special pillow yes... but imagine just how restricting that can be lol he has to commit to one sleeping position all the time, maybe there are nights where he just easily falls asleep but there are also times where his body just... wants to lie down on the side but he cant,thats really uncomfortable, so in order to force himself out of that conundrum, he just created his UM so he can just instantly sleep without feeling uncomfortable lol

one idea for a hp fanfic - that will never be written, as there’s no way it can work without some characters being very ooc - is Narcissa and Sirius somehow geting stuck together in grimmuld place during order of the phoenix. This will never happen, but the idea has so much potential.

imo Sirius and Narcissa have one of the most interesting black family dynamics to theorise about, because there’s so many interesting ways you can take it. So much angst and potential for tension/anger/feelings of betrayal etc. Some ideas for this scenario;

- Narcissa arguing with Sirius about his complete lack of regard for their house, throwing away ancient black family heirlooms etc.

- Sirius blaming Narcissa for Regulus’ death - my headcanon is, whilst Sirius spent time with the Potter’s, Regulus went to the Malfoy’s. In Sirius’ mind this allowed Lucius to get into Regulus head about Voldemort - what Sirius doesn’t know is Narcissa begged Regulus not to join (even Lucius - more subtly - tried to convince him not to).

- Sirius does a lot of passive aggressive things ie deliberately gives Narcissa Regulus’ bedroom, kept exactly as is, as a way to punish her. Eventually it cultivates to the mother of all arguments.

- Sirius calling her Cissy. I don’t know why but this just makes me go feral.

- back in the day, Narcissa’s father wanted Sirius and Narcissa to get married (relating to his own insecurities, feeling second best to his sister, not being the heir etc). This wasn’t a very popular idea, even amongst the black family first cousins marrying was.. a little too far (and I don’t think traditional arranged marriage was a thing - it was more like, here’s 10 approved people, you choose) but he was really trying to push it (if he can’t inherit, at least his daughter will). Narcissa knew this but Sirius never did. He was 4/5 years younger and by the time he would be old enough to know, it was never going to happen anyway. Sirius reaction would be hilarious if this came up somehow lol.

It's legitimately extremely funny that the first counsellor we ever talked to who wasn't specialized for either 1) children or 2) mentally disabled people heard us talk about our historical and current experiences with conventional schooling and, within two sessions, hit us with the "yeah, that's literal torture, we shouldn't be subjecting you to this, i'm signing an order to get you greater control over what you do since that's what seems to work best". It's, like, in the crevice between "sad" and "hilarious", because hey! It turns out that actually, what we've been saying we need for years was accurate, and we got prescribed it within two sessions of just talking to a guy about what we've been struggling with. The amount of vindication we are feeling right now is insane. This would probably be a nightmare to get diagnosed with anyone who doesn't enjoy reading textbooks for fun we're pretty sure half of the reason we were capable of getting a diagnosis at all is because we are demonstrably fully capable of doing this shit outside of the Torture Environment and have been learning the necessary skills and knowledge for fun.
