Have you ever had threats given for being openly proship? I'm thinking of starting to post my proship art on main but I'm kinda scared of pixel-defenders to go after me q.q

oh plenty and plenty and plenty of callouts but you may draw your conclusions about how effective they are based on my continued online presence - and how mostly everyone who called me out is now either inactive or suspended

if your audience or immediate circle feel like people who seem reactionary or feel like they'd react violently to your works and you either can't or don't want to deal with the conflict, i'd recommend just starting over on a different account with more open-minded peers

PS: the pro- in proship stands for 'for / in favor of' shipping, not problematic. i know this is in conflict with whatever the proship/comship narrative has going on, but its ultimately the correct and most well-known use of the term.

If anyone doubted Gore's power level being over 9,000 or something along those lines, my game crashed five times when I went to get him in my newest playthrough and it totally wasn't the realistic forest mod I have installed because he's surrounded by trees. Nope. That's all him. I got him though, so I guess I passed his test and he deemed me worthy enough of a traveling companion. That and I pulled him out of a bear trap...and immediately saved him from Thalmor. Then we got attacked by a chicken because someone,not naming names, accidentally hit a destruction spell when she went to summon him in Riverwood because she forgot it's technically a shout (same button for a shout anyway) and not a spell for Gore, but that's neither here nor there.

The chicken is fine.

Gore tried to fight the entire town.

I loaded a previous save.
