On Manifestation.

Reflection, Raising Vibrations, Mirrorwork.

Manifestation of things into your reality is not the manifestation of something from somewhere else coming into your reality. Manifestation is the result of changing your perception to a degree where you can simply start to perceive what has always been here. Everything is here and now. Every experience you could ever have, every thought, every object you could ever experience in your reality is all right here, right now with you. All in your energy, all in the codex of your theme of exploration in this life. It’s all there holographically, but you only see what you are on the same vibratory level of. So, manifestation is simply changing your vibration to make visible what is already here, that has otherwise been invisible. Don’t define it as having to attract something from so far away you don't know where it’s coming from. It’s all right here. You have it all. You have it all. You may just not know it yet.

What you put out is what you get back. The energy you give off based on your beliefs, your emotions, your behaviours and the vibrational frequency you give off is what determines the kind of reality experience you have. The measure of change is not when the outside changes, the measure of change is when you respond differently to the outside even if it still looks the same. That’s how you prove you’ve actually changed, because if you’re really in alignment with the vibration you prefer to be, you couldn’t care less what the outside looks like or what happens out there. As soon as you actually make a true change and stop caring whether the outside changes to match the things you prefer, than the outside will have no choice but to change to reflect it. "As long as you continue to see change within yourself as conditional on the outside having to change to reflect it, then you won’t ever change and therefor the outside never will."

The world is as you are. The idea to understand is that physical reality is like a mirror - it only exists as a reflection of what you strongly believe is true for you. That’s all physical reality is. If you look in a mirror and you see your face with a frown on it. You know that you don’t go over to the mirror and try to force the reflection to smile. You know that if you want to see the reflection smile, you must smile first. There is no way to change the reflection without you smiling first. Conversely, you can understand that when you decide to smile, the reflection has no choice but to return the smile because it is only a reflection of what you have put out. Since it does not have a mind of its own, it will not change until you change first. 

It’s important to understand that not having an attachment to what the reflection will be, is in itself a very powerful practice. So many of us aren’t ready to take action. We look in a mirror, see our reflection frowning and just stand there waiting for a change. We might think - I’m not going to smile until the reflection smiles - and then stand there forever. When you decide that you don’t care if the reflection smiles and decide to smile because that’s what you prefer to do - then suddenly you look at the reflection and go, “Oh the reflection is smiling, how magical, what a lovely synchronistic coincidence, life is so beautiful.” The idea is that you have to not care that it’s going to smile back, just let it be the mirror that it is, accepting any outcome and change within yourself because that is what you prefer. That is the secret to manifestation.

AUDREY’S VOID METHOD

This worked for me after a couple nights and I successfully entered the void. Here’s how I did it <3

1. Lie down in a comfortable position (it’s rlly hot where I live so I didn’t have any covers on me or anything, I was literally just lay there with nothing covering me)

2. Listen to Edward Art’s ‘I am’ meditation on YouTube :)

3. Put on brown noise (I put the meditation and the brown noise in a playlist so it would play automatically after)

4. Focus on the black behind your eyes and continue to imagine that everything surrounding you is just empty blackness

5. Repeatedly affirm for the void, don’t keep checking if you’re there, try to distract yourself

6. You’re in the void!

This worked for me after a couple tries, but that’s not to say you shouldn’t get results earlier. It’s all about mindset. Persist and I promise you’ll get there.

I promised lore about Pugsley's kids forever ago but kept forgetting, sorry. Or more like, I kept putting it off because I wanted some sketches to accompany the lore dump, but I don't think I have the time to do that. So, just... Here.

Dante Addams

- Outcast type: Demon

- Power: can turn into fire

- Mother: was a demon that Pugsley fell in love with but only saw his father as a quick fling. Months after she broke things off with him, Pugsley finds baby Dante left behind on the Addams family doorstep with the note 'Keep him if you want him'

- he's smart and precocious. Vega likes talking to him because they're both intellectuals.

- Pugsley never had the heart to tell him that his mother abandoned him, but he's smart enough to put the pieces together

- just like any Addams, he has a penchant for mischief. His favorite prank is to steal and hide Jasper's legs

- he becomes a member and leader of the Nightshades when he becomes a Nevermore student

Jasper Addams

- Outcast type: Manananggal

- Power: breathes fire

- Mother: She never married Pugsley. Because she's a free spirit who loves to travel, they agreed that Jasper is better off in Pugsley's custody(yes she could have just settled down to help properly raise him. No she didn't do that)

- he loves salty food. Salt is typically deadly to a manananggal, but because he's an Addams, the worst it does is give him rashes

- he's a bit of a klutz. He often loses his legs. He sometimes puts them back on backwards.

- he isn't very confident in himself because he thinks his siblings are a lot more impressive than him.

- he's very popular among his peers in school because of his friendly nature

Briar Addams

- Outcast type: The Faceless

- Power: controls fire

- Mother: she was the only one Pugsley married. She died before Briar was old enough to remember her, but Dante and Jasper have very fond memories of her

- she adores her Tia Wednesday and has a petty one-sided rivalry with Vega. She carries around a doll that looks like her cousin so she can stick needles into it.

- Vega, Dante, and Jasper think she's scary. Very cute, but also scary

- she knows sign language, but mostly just gesticulates like Thing when she communicates. She's a girl of few words anyways.

- she's also very smart but hates school

- she just creeps people out. As a kid, it's initially just because of her appearance. As she gets older, she does things on purpose to make people uneasy around her.

I'll make another post for lore about Sora's parents and Regine's mom later. Maybe tomorrow.

Stop walking around like a lost puppy and get into your purpose…

But I don’t know what my purpose is???? 

And that’s cool, but what are you doing to find out? Are you so busy trying to conceal the emptiness that’s inside that you don’t actually know how to fill the gaping hole? Distracting yourself with social media, socialising with friends, boozing, the news….. There will be endless distractions for you, especially if you have no desire to live in your purpose…. But if you do..Here are some tips..

30 mins self care each morning. Open your journal. Pray. Ask yourself questions. Listen for the answers. Practise 10 mins meditation. Read something inspiring (I read Fire Starter Sessions by Danielle Laporte - which helped me immensely when I needed to find my heart-filled purpose). Keep your phone SWITCHED OFF. 

Learn to say NO. If it’s not supporting your growth, if it’s not empowering you. If it’s not watering your soul. It’s a No. This might look like saying no to the after work drinks because you’re going to a talk on self development, it might look like not answering your phone because you’re about to do the guided meditation on YouTube. It might look like cancelling the date because you know deep down this guy is not the one. 

GET INSPIRED. Read books, go on YouTube and find content creators who inspire you, listen to podcasts, there are people out there who will resonate with your soul. You’ll feel like the message is personally for you… go out and seek. The wisdom to inspire you to walk in your purpose is waiting for you!

STOP WAITING.

I feel like quite a big thought that comes up a lot in our head is this recurring subconscious idea that we are still in a state of waiting for [insert manifested desire] to arrive or to materialise itself in the 3D. As soon as you feel yourself waiting or checking for your desires in the 3D, your subconscious gets the message that it can wait to give you what you want. If you put a time frame on your desire, for example “I’m going to get skinny in seven days” then you will have to wait seven days before you get what you want, because that’s what you told your subconscious. However, if you have absolute complete faith in the fact you’ve already achieved your desire, for example “I’m skinny right now”, then that’s what will manifest. Your subconscious mind is like a completely innocent, gullible child that looks up to you and would do anything for you. Ask it to go to a candy store five hundred miles away: it’ll spend weeks walking there, buy you the candy, and it’ll spend weeks walking back. Ask it to go to the candy store next to your house, and you’ll have your candy much quicker.
