Even though Xie Lian thinks Hua Cheng has someone else, he makes him have sex with him even more often because his jealousy makes him even more possessive.

I will never forget that, in the novel, even after Hua Cheng said he had a loved one and Xie Lian thought it was someone else, Xie Lian continued to have long affairs with him without feeling any guilt about it.
