She got possessed by her uncle, rampage, and the evil demons of darkness they both work together to finished the humans off even finished what they're started, willow tried her best to stop herself from being evil but sometimes when she's asleep or hungry she'll become possessed again by those two and might become a heartless demon but she also doesn't want that, the reason why rampage and the evil demons of darkness possessed her because she's the only demon that's very gentle and friendly also her size will include like about her size x Rampage's size and it might be easier to just eat the whole city.
