why does fern have brown hair

It was supposed to be a mix between Willow's and Hunter's hair colours gens

But with time I development his design and accidentally became a little bit brighter ( his hair used to be darkish brown )

So I'm going with the 2d option : Caleb having brown hair gen as a recressive allele

Writing Hunter being a casual dad is challenging… mostly because of describing it…
