That's actually a hard one to think over. Feel like my MC will sacrifice their plushie to save either the familiars or Sirius though, so their poor plushie's days are maybe numbered regardless. And even if the plushie isn't alive, the loss of them after an already very traumatic experience will be another invisible scar that marks this MC from that day forward. Just another reflection of their lost innocence, I suppose.

Everyone is talking about the Jily live story reincarnation with Harry as James and wolfstar daughter as Lily, but imagine for a second a reverse AU : wolfstar daughter as a huge flirt like Sirius and completely lovesick, and Harry as Lily whom is just like, urgh, not again

Like that would be so funny, everyone would think that Harry looking so much after his father would be the same personality wise but not at all, and Sirius would be mad at James ‘Why is MY kid like YOU’ and Remus deadpans that they take the flirting from him not James

YES omg. Wolfstar!daughter is most definitely a natural flirt. She’s been doing it since they were little and Harry’s always been like 😐😐 because he thinks she’s joking. (And he thinks this “joke” is really annoying)

And then there is a very high probability for angst too. Like if Harry were to ask someone else to the Yule ball. poor girl would be torn up💔💔 and then he feels so bad because despite how annoying he might find her “joking”, that’s still his best friend. And then James and lily sit him down and calmly inform him that the last several years of their lives have indeed NOT been a joke and she was very serious. (no pun intended) and that he should probably go make things right because despite his annoyance with the flirting, they see the way his cheeks flush after she walks away of the despair on his face if he thinks she’s flirting with someone else.

what a day omg, so i spent all night reading crimson rivers like literally i couldn’t sleep not bc of cr but yeah i ended reading it all night and let me tell you it’s been HARD

the second game was even more emotional than the first one wtf, i had literal tears when the change of rules was announced and then i was certain sirius was going to be in it and i felt like regulus would be too and when it got confirmed it made me cry so much 😿😿😿 and remus not knowing and being so happy to see sirius again and then not realizing he was going in the arena omg i was so so sad and then regulus menacing to reveal remus’ name to get sirius to kill him omg 💔💔💔 i was honestly so lost like i honestly didn’t understand what was going on 😭 and then the black brothers deciding to live together 😿😿😿 and sirius in the arena oh how it made my heart ache, to see how all that mattered to him was getting regulus to win the game and remus being the only one to ask him to come back i was heartbroken ��😫 and i live how sirius is so confident in the game/the hallow and knows exactly what he’s doing but is such a sweet mess with remus, he’s allowing himself to be vulnerable with him and i love them so much for that 🥺💓

and THEN the mission to rescue the tributes and at first idk i thought that they wouldn’t be able to get remus and the hallow would understand he was sirius moon etc but they kept sirius omg 😭😭 and james 😫😫💓 but im so grateful the author didn’t make them hate remus and regulus like the hunger game book did with peeta, im not done yet and i REALLY hope it’s not next but i really could not stand their love to be manipulated this way 😿 oh how i love marlene she’s so dear to me idk i just love her very very much 💓💓💓ok and then james and sirius being rescued too but james being hurt 😢 poor regulus, he thought everyone died it broke my heart <\\3

Idk if Prongsfoot is endgame in the Slytherin Sirius’ universe, especially since the whole switch, but I am so not ready. I can already taste my heart breaking.

On another note, the way Sirius was so focused on Harry, in “The Wind Falls in Like Stones”, makes my heart ache. It’s literally the cutest and most saddest thing ever.

The first thing he thought about when he awakened was Harry. Where he was, seeing him, making sure he was alright. Ughh, they make me sick. The desperation! It was just so heart shattering. They’re killing meeeeeee 😭💔

The fact that Sirius is pretty much all alone in this world is in itself very sad. My poor baby can’t catch a break. I can’t wait for Sirius and Harry to meet again. He [Harry] won’t know him of course, but at least Sirius will be able to see that he’s alright [well at least this version of Harry].

Gosh, what if Harry dies? Like, in a world where James and Lily [honestly any of the Marauders] live, Harry dies. Oooh, maybe he somehow dies at the same time original Harry gets AK’d by Voldemort and it sends original Harry into au Harry’s body. Dun dun dun. Okay, let me stop. Now i’m just yapping.

Ahhh, there’s definitely going to be some EMOTIONS around James finding out that Sirius isn’t HIS Sirius anymore.

But yeah, I do think that no matter what, Harry is always his first concern. That’s his boyyyyyy. And y’know, stayed tuned. There’s. Stuff there too.

also, i am so glad you’re the one to ask about this fic, because it is very much inspired by the absolute pain ahb! caused me. you killed regulus and it restarted something in my brain, i swear to god. regulus please come the kids miss you 💔

the basic premise is that james is a teacher who ends up working as au pair for nymphadora, who lives in black manor with sirius and regulus after her parents passed away in a tragic accident (accident is used very loosely in this scenario) but the black family has a very dark very awful secret that they’re hiding from poor james, who just wanted a quiet job in the countryside 😭 oh and remus is there! he’s sirius’ husband in this because i said so 😌

lots of people die in this too! it has more deaths than it does characters! there are ghosts! and it’s very black family centric. alphard, bellatrix, narcissa and even andromeda are all there to cause some chaos and wreck havoc, as they should!

and i genuinely couldn’t choose which snippet to use so you get both <3

Anyway Sirius Orion Black deserved a love interest! Everyone else did! Even Snape with his impossible love to Lily! All except for the poor guy who first was rejected by his family then lost his friends whom he considered his found new family, spent 12 years in Azkaban for a crime he didn't commit and lived all this time with an unbearable feeling of guilt!

You'd think that was all but no! To complete the misery, he got killed no more than two years after his escape from prison even before getting his name cleared💔 It's awfully unfair to make him go through all this without a love interest or any happy moments except for the few fatherly ones he had with Harry
