In the sky, just above the gardevoir incognito, an armored mewtwo slowly descends. To anyone present, it looked like an envoy for the gods, a messenger to either share the good word, or warn of an oncoming catastrophe. The armor adorned with the iconography of Xerneas, the pokemon of life, only affirms it.
What could this armored possible messenger of Xerneas have to say to the new king? A blessing? A prophecy?
"Your species should die off. Or better yet, kill yourselves in mass,” it is a message, but not one the novice king wanted to hear.
"The gardevoir line has done irreperable damage to the gene pool of pokemon as a whole. All of your lettuce wrap species have tainted many pokemon lines into genetically inferior shells of their former species."
Kieron is starting on his eugenics ramble. Despite having the power and the knowledge of most things related to technology and science, the mewtwo never bothers to use it. That is a lie, he does use it, but he cheri picks what makes his rotten ideals sound scientifically feasible.
“Cross breeding with gardevoirs has prevented many of the dusknoir line from being able to carry the souls of the deceased. Which in turn, prevents them from passing out, forcing them to become what I call a cursed species. Trevenants, chandelure, cofagrigus, gourgeists, banettes, all pokemon that only exist as a symptom of a cosmic failure of the universe. They even accelerate the collapse an inevitable destruction of reality as we know it, by warping the living world and merging it with the distortion world."
As he continued to talk, Kieron levitates himself to make sure he is looking down on the "lettuce wrap" in front of him. From what he can gauge, he has a deep resentment for the absol species. A lesser species yes, but they serve a purpose in his warped, broken view of the world.
*Kader was rather overwhelmed at the sight in front of him. A god resplendent in armour coming down with such a message? A rather distressing message. What had he done to deserve such harsh words? No, he knew the tales of the Saviour of Whimsain. Her kindness. She was the one to form the barrier to keep the dark and poison types away. Would he stand for such horridness? He wasn't quite sure what to do in this situation. This was a god standing before him. Could he do anything? Kader was aware of what a god could do. The countless tales of those eradicating mortals around them with a mere fraction of their power was something well-known. Goodness, this was a tricky situation indeed. Seems this god was waiting for some retort to its statement.
Kader gazed up upon the impressive form in front of him of one that resembled one of the gods he worshiped with great fervour. He could feel his palms begin to sweat.*
Kader: Your holiness. I understand the viewpoint in which you are expressing. The will to eradicate those who have done wrong in your eyes. However, the action which you seek is not one I will be taking. I, erm, have a kingdom I must attend to. Those Pokémon rely on me to make those vital decisions needed to survive. My responsibilities involve helping my subjects get all of the resources, the food and other necessities that they need. My entire kingdom relies on me now. And I cannot let them down. The issues you have with my kind do not relate to any of the gardevoirs of my land. None of us have seen these ghost types which you speak of for centuries. I...
*Kader was starting to feel his voice quiver. The sweat dripping more and more. Hands shaking. He couldn't stand up to this. He really couldn't. His fighting prowess was impressive, but not enough to stand up to a god. He had to leave. He had to find some sort of excuse so he could breathe.*
Kader: Oh my. This is rather embarrassing. Seems I have forgotten something important back inside of the building right there. My oh my. I really should not be this forgetful. I am sure a god such as yourself would understand. Not that I'm saying that you would be so forgetful, your reverence. God simply do not forget such details. This meeting has truly been enlightening. Really has. But I really must dash.
*Kader gave a deep bow for the Mewtwo, hoping to never come across someone like him again. He hoped this god wouldn't suddenly turn and destroy him on the spot for this action. Oh gods. What was he doing? This was a bad idea. A really bad idea. Shit. No use backing out of this now. He had to commit. He had to. Kader turned around, as graciously as he could in this situation and walked towards the rather impressive building with the tree towering in its centre. He just had to hold it together until he got away from this god.*

Loki sat in her gardens, holding a couple of sunflowers in her hands. A box full of assorted colours of wax paper sat at her left side, the taur's eyes closing briefly in thought before she rose to her paws. She padded over to one of the garden beds with assorted irises and daisies, when the Gourgeist arrived. She paused to listen to her for a moment, composing her response while picking some of the flowers and gathering them alongside the sunflowers.
"Oh yeah, she's pretty well acclimated to it," Loki responded, giving Mercy a warm smile. "I mean, I've taken her to Castelia City quite a few times before she ever got near Harmonia University; she used to love coming with me when I sold flowers there. I guess she grew out of that like most of the other kids have… but that's just what growing up does to you. You start finding your own interests, your own identities."
Loki perked an ear toward the Gourgeist. "Answering that second question kind of depends," she said, gathering more flowers into her hands. "Do you mean the more anthropomorphic Pokemon? Pokemon in general? Because there are a good number of both that commute to and from the forest." The taur nodded, arranging the flowers in her grasp slowly and methodically, creating a vibrant bouquet of differing colours and shapes. "I'd say odds are, if you're talking about Pokemon like myself, who are standing around on at least two feet, with hands, acting like humans would… yeah, most of them are going to be used to the cities and towns if they live here."
"But most of the Pokemon like that don't live here; they live in small settlements around the actual established towns." Loki grabbed a sheet of purple wax paper, wrapping it around her bundled flowers while holding a length of white ribbon in her other hand. "Most of the Pokemon who live in White Forest tend to be the more, let's call it.. 'traditional' style of Pokemon. They don't tend to really leave much. Why would they need to? There's not a lot of reason for wild Pokemon to go into towns, on average."
The taur tied the ribbon around the middle of the wax paper covering the floral bouquet, letting out a quick 'tssk' sound as she looked over it. "Slightly off-center tie, but the flower arrangement itself is perfect…" she whispered. "I prefer it out here, though." She once again addressed the ghost-type. "At least for what I do, all the floral beds, being accustomed to the forest… it just doesn't feel right trying to set myself up in a city. Even a town feels wrong. I never mind visiting them; in fact I quite love my time in Castelia, specifically. It's just… I wouldn't ever live there full-time."
Loki held out the bouquet to offer it to Mercy. "I can imagine with spectral abilities, you'd have an easier time getting to towns and cities." She nodded curtly. "I like the commute, though. It gives me time to explore and make new friends. And time to… as they say, stop and smell the roses."

(OPP)Mercy@Crylic: "You say you are a god correct? Just out of curiosity, what are some other gods in your pantheon?" The gourgeist pulled out a pen a paper, ready to take notes.
CRYLIC: “Oh, there are plenty! So many, but the ones I know the best are….”
CRYLIC: “Tsukuyomi and Amaterasu are staples! They’re the sun and moon, so they’rere always around– they’re both so strange-looking and honestly beautiful! And Tsukuyomi is so… kind! I haven’t seen Amaterasu in a while, though…!”
CRYLIC: “But the biggest god closest to me is my father, Kurogane. He rules Igarashi, and is the god of corruption. He’s… actually one of the major gods of our entire planet…!”

Romeo: Well to be honest with you, I have no idea. When the Doc gave me this arm he told me it was a utility purpose cybernetic prosthetic limb. Also it was the only arm he was able to give me in such a short notice. I was bleeding out pretty bad before the surgery. He also told me he put a brain chip in me in order for me to have full control of my arm. But I don’t think this arm is entirely bad. Sure it may look weird, but it dose have it’s perks. I can stretch pretty far and sync in my psychic energy to shapeshift my hand. I’d say it’s a perk.

(omnipokemonproducts)Laramie@Leilani: "Wow. That ruckus. I would've liked to help, but I wound't have in truth." After a brief pause the cameruptaur decided to actually give something of a point. "What if that mon comes back? I don't think you will get lucky and have people save you twice."
“I don’t really disagree with you or anything. Kass can’t be afraid of the water forever and ever, and when he’s not anymore... I don’t know what I’ll do. It’s been like this all my life. Someone else always has to come fight whatever big, scary Pokemon I meet, and they get hurt whenever they do. There was Mother, my big brother Kai, even Kass used to be a lot nicer and protect me from the other Pokemon in the jungle. And now, there’s all those other Pokemon that fought Kass.”
“I hate it. It’s all my fault all these Pokemon had to get hurt. All because I’m some big, dumb, stupid, dumb baby and can’t fight for myself. And when Kass comes back... it’s just going to happen all over again, isn’t it? Either I’m going to die or someone else will step in to fight and get hurt because of me. Again.”

Omni Pokemon Products: A Simple Theory
Simmons had managed to catch reports of a UB wormhole appearing over an island. Listening in and seeing a young woman’s future self talking about consistent travel meant one thing. A source.
“Pardon me,” the middle age woman chose to butt in and try to insert herself into the conversation. “Simmons Beroni, head of Omni Pokemon’s UB&UWP sector. I understand you have gone through Ultra-wormholes consistently and I was wondering if you could confirm a theory I have.”
This was her big shot, the theory that she wanted to prove for the longest time. “I have reasons to believe that pokemon in different dimensions evolve differently. I have heard reports of tangrowth variants with teeth but no eyes, the garchomp line being evolved into an aquatic dragon species managing to come through these wormholes. We have only found their carcasses and some reports of them alive are extremely hearsay. There even exists a base form for Arceus.”
“Can you confirm or deny any of these theories?”

Though because of this, it’s a bit of an ethics issue for me to disclose that information due to the magnitude either answer would have. Sure, anomalies and branches within a timeline are hardly an issue-me being here won’t drastically change things. And despite being a fellow researcher I don’t know your intentions with this information, so I would’ve declined to disclose it either way.
However-I can say you’re correct on your train of thought. Dimensions behave differently, and sometimes have a tendency to overlap-especially in the case of Ultra Beasts and pokemon like Hoopa getting involved. And of course, there are general species variations that comes from shared egg groups.
Some of those variations could show older evolution lines in a recessive manner, such as a pokemon’s inclination for certain environments and other stimuli. It’s not always going to be related to their typing or possible movepool.
I’d recommend tracing by genealogy of fossils found in various environments to get closer to the answers you’re looking for, as well as any matter left by UBs that may come your way. Guzzlord is a dangerous but valuable source, but Poiple and Naganadel may also provide answers due to their poison being organically made. Those make excellent comparison points for that type of research.

"Anyone could become leader, though to do so you'd have to best everyone of fighting ability in the clan. The only reason that my bloodline held the role for so long, was probably due to us not really relying on our special abilities."
"I guess we're all just a bunch of masochists really."
Eclipse chuckles for a moment, happily reminiscing of times passed.
"My mother was especially hot headed, she'd punch you straight through a tree if you pissed her off enough!"

...
Yup, Pie understood none of this.
Not from lack of reading comprehension, mind you; it was simply a lot of big words and jargon that flew right over her head. Throughout her short life, science was not something she could say she was ever exposed to -- the only thing that looked like something recognizable was the STEM; maybe it was a plant project?
The pictures were pretty, at least!
“You should!!” Pie agreed with a gigawatt smile. “It’s a great place to be, and the weather is good and food is yummy and the beds are soft and smell nice... it’s GREAT! We’ve had a lot of people say they had a wonderful time and that they were happier after leaving, and being able to relax is good for -- “
She paused. The sound of a door opening could be heard. Then she felt a wall of warmth behind her.
“Lookit the pictures! Isn’t it interesting?? There’s a bunch of Pokemon I’ve never seen before!”
Pie lifted the pamphlet higher with her vines, which allowed the Luxray a better look. Although Pie didn’t have experience dealing with Pokemon aligned with human views and businesses, he most certainly did; he could see it was indeed marketing a hiring event, and simply that. Nothing seemed fishy about it, from what he could read.
Though there’s been situations before... you can never be too careful.
“Is it okay, Tutu?” Pie inquired, poking him in the nose.
“...it seem alright,” the Luxray responded, eyes flicking up to take in the stranger, sizing him up. “...fine. We can take these in, put them in the front.”
A pause. “If you’re about to park in front of the building and start peddling your wares, though, you will be asked to leave. We don’t condone street preachers.”

Scarlett stopped for a moment and stared at the armored Pokemon before her. She couldn’t help but feel a bit nervous in his presence, for some reason. It took a moment before she spoke:
“Give my species credit? What does that mean? Do--” Scarlett paused. “Wait, are you -- are you calling me hot?”
She didn’t get compliments like this much. Especially not the way this Pokemon phrased it. And the way he talked ... it sounded like his opinion of Mr. Mime was not exactly high. He was kinda creeping her out. Scarlett forced a smile and figured she may as well answer his question, maybe that would get rid of him.
“Eheh, thank you! But um, no, I’m not interested in the Cheese Festival. I don’t think it’s really a thing my species as a whole likes cause uh ... I’m not super fond of cheese personally. Anyway, I hope that answers your question? You don’t have any more, right? It’s getting late and I gotta go.” she would fight him if she had to.

“WELL OF COURSE IT’S NOT THAT SIMPLE” Geist paused, lowering his voice.
“You can say they’re just machines but are you one hundred percent positive of that? Just because a pokemon isn’t as ‘smart’ as me or Pras means it’s ok to abuse and use them? Are they any less deserving of the same rights?
And I brought Pras up because he’s your friend WHOSE a pokemon, not for you to shift the argument from one person to the next.
You can say feral pokemon are just that, but...”
Geist took a breathe, he didn’t realize he was prattling on for so long without one.
“Not just in your lab.. but outdoors? ”
