Small Details

While watching the shows I love I tend to pick up on some small details and I love to share those details. Here's some things that I noticed while watching Horizons. Do they mean anything? Almost certainly not. Do I think they're neat? Sure do! Anyway here they are in no particular order. Let me know if you noticed this too!

Alex has a painting of Liko in his art room. Its blink and you miss it but its there. I even screenshotted it for you all.

2. Sidian does not have round pupils. Took me a second after just looking at him but they are definitely not round. They're kinda diamond shaped. Love when my favorite characters have little subtilties like that.

3. When the Explorers are all gathered together, Amethio tends to be in the center of the room, with two of his teammates on either side. In their first appearance, episode 6, Spinel and Chalce are on his left while Sidian and Coral are on his right. In all subsequent apperances this order is reversed, with Spinel and Chalce on the right and Sidian and Coral on the left. Even happens in episode 16.

I figured since these guys were semi-important characters in the story that they deserved to be drawn as well. Plus, they have the sweetest relationship here!

Just a smol Smeargle man and his big, fluffy Arcanine wife. Yes, I actually drew someone off model for once, crazy I know. But the static art of Smeargle just wouldn't work for Alex since he doesn't walk on two leg, he either walks on all fours or flies every where.

Artist Dad

I was rewatching the episodes with Brassius in them because why not and I was mildly amused by this little interaction.

They both had pretty much the exact same reaction of "Oh! So you two are family!"

Even Brassius and Hassel can tell this poor man's DNA didn't stand a chance. Liko looks nothing like him lol. But something about the way they spoke makes it sound like they knew Alex had a daughter, would never have guessed it was Liko. Just how much does he talk about his daughter to his colleagues? Also Alex being casually famous never ceases to amuse me. Mans probably doesn't even know, the hermit that he is.

New AU Time

I love aus and this one popped into my mind and I absolutely love it, since both shows are great (for the most part). Anyway here is my time on a Pokémon Horizons x Miraculous Ladybug au (man I wish I could draw).

Synopsis: Eight years ago, the current guardian Friede lost six of the miraculous during a fight with a rough hero. Now that villain is back and wielding the butterfly miraculous and seeking to steal all others out of revenge. As such, Friede must seek new wielders of the ladybug and black cat to stop him and find the missing miraculous before he does.
