I’m a huge fan of the Netflix series Hilda and I really wanna read some of the comics too. The series has the rare talent to make me cry more than any Pixar or Dreamworks movie and so my head just kinda makes up scenes with my current characters of interest and I cannot stop it.

OOC: Sayings that need to become Pokemon

I was thinking about how Foongus and Amoongus were "There's a fungus among us" so why not add some more?

'Snug as a Bug in a rug'

Obviously needs to be a bug type. Obviously, the whole line doesn't have to do with sleeping. But imagine the bug was based off a tent moth or something, and the middle evo could be lime a cocoon, but the cocoon was a literal tent. (I looked it up and that's already a fakemon bt Brian12 on Deviantart and that makes me very happy) But since that already exists, it could be moon based or lamped based them, with the middle one being a sleepy bug.

'Sleep Tight, don't let the Bed Bugs bite'

Actually, this could be a combo of the one above. The caterpillar stage could be the Snug bug in a rug, where the pokemon wraps itself in a cozy silk blanket, the middle evo could be fully engulfed in a bed like cocoon where it's 'sleeping tight' and don't let the bed bugs bite could be a dark/bug or bug/ghost or ghost/dark type bed bug/moth/spider thing that will bite children when they sleep and depending on the type, sucks the blood from them or sucks the life from them.

'Ignorance is Bliss'

A happy-go-lucky pokemom that enjoys doing whatever and erasing the bad memories of anyone. It could be a mythical.

'Fight or Flight'

I actually made this one if 5th grade, and it's actually one of the favorite fakemon I've made. It was a blue cloud bat that that had a unicorn horn. It was like a mixture of Togekiss, Swoobat, and Altaria if that makes any sense. But it could evolve into a pokemon called Cloufree, a flying/fairy type, or Cloustorm, a flying/fighting type. Actually, I'll probably revise the fakemon and post it here, since as much as I love them, I can't stand the old art of them.

"When Pigs Fly'

A flying type pig. That's it. Honestly, if I ever draw these, I'm definitely adding a lot more elements to it since I don't just want it to be a pig with wings.

'A blessing in disguise'

This would probably be a mythical pokemon as well. It could be like a helper of Arceus that resembles the angels we see in media. This pokemon is known for its disguises, watching people and giving good fortune to those it deems kind-hearted. It would have the same ability as Zorua/Zoroark, going into battle disguised as the last pokemon in your party.

'Curiosity killed the cat'

Not much we can do with it, but I just like the idea of a Ghost/normal type cat pokemon. It could have a similar position to Greavard, and even be a counterpart to it. Also, did you know that the full saying is; "Curiosity killed the cat, but satisfaction brought it back?"

Knock on Wood

It'd be a pokemon based on Pinnochio, but it would also be the puppeteer. Many years ago, this Pokemon was made by a puppeteer, but when its master died, the pokemon wanted to honor his crafts by making their own own puppets. Do they take pieces of wood from trees and make wooden puppets of their own, giving them life with their psychic powers. This pokemon will have little wooden stick puppets follow it around, like how Dragapult have Dreepy follow them around.

That's all I can think of right now. While I'm probably going to draw a lot of them, feel free to use these ideas yourself, or add to these ideas!

HEY!! actually wrote these all out u can tell where i started going off of mostly appearance for these because i only really know a few qsmp characters help obviously not everyone but uhm. swagever (sorry for sending it to inbox it was too big to fit in the comments on that other post)

Tubbo: Groyvle (Frozen in time/Time related things. Looks like how I imagine her, I like the idea of him not being a fully evolved mon I think it oddly fits her)

Spreen: Hisuian Typhloshion!!!!! (Guy who is like darker colors and the ghost typing is such a cool like. hint towards his tragic fate of fucking dying. Plus works well with Fit and Ramon being normal types)

DanTDM: Shiny Sceptile (works mostly with my specific QSMP dragon lore but TLDR is that Tubbo and Dan are really similar genetics wise and look almost identical, but Dan's fully evolved while Tubbo hasn't really mastered it yet hence. Shiny Sceptile (which is more blue so its fitting)

Bad: Yveltal (Death vulture thing, Dark Type, God-related status, Immortal)

Jaiden: I know the obvious choice is like Chatot but. I like to think she'd be an Archeops I feel like she'd be a raptor of some kind and Archeops is like both that and a parrot it feels made for her…. SHE'D HAVE HER NORMAL COLORS THOUGH I THINK

Pac: Shiny Dusk Form Lycanrock: I like to think Q!Pac is some kind of shiba hybrid so he's GOTTA be a dog and Shiny Dusk Lycanrock is the EXACT colors

Fit: Ursaring because like. Look at it that's just him

Cellbit: Meowscarada this is another appearance based one but I REALLYYY like Meowscarada Cellbit its fun to me.

Baghera: KILOWATTRELLLLLL i dont think any of the ducks fit her and I fucking LOVEEEE kilowattrel i think it's a really fun choice for her

Roier: Midnight Lycanrock I like to think Roier is an African Wild Dog and I think it makes this guy fit him! Plus he's red and emo which is fitting i think

Foolish: Palafin! I don't wanna give him Sharpedo because i think it'd be a bit too silly, and Garchomp is for Leo, so Palafin!! Works well with me imagining him as a Sawshark anyways…

Richas: Craniados!!!!!! The way people draw Richas reminds me SOOOO much of a pachycephalosaur so I gave him the pachycephalosaur pokemom!!!

Chayanne: FRAXUREEEE haxorus is SUCHHH a chay pokemon to me i think its the yellow. i like to think he's the first to evolve due to being the oldest :3

Tallulah: Swablu: I've always associated the altaria line with music and Tallulah with music so!!!!!

In congratulations, I gift you this Little Mareep, Her name is Fuzzle, as you'll notice, her wool is pink, yes she's a shiny, she's also intent on not evolving, she went through alot of bullying from what I hear from the ranch i got her, though she hasn't been that happy with my more indoors lifestyle, considering professor Oaks ranch and your constant traveling, I'm sure she'll thrive with you, she know Thundershock, Iron tail, Trailblaze(which is a grass type flame charge), and Cotton Guard, she has Static too. While she wants to travel and be outside, she's not much a battler, she only learned Iron tail and Trailblaze was from defending her self and running away from her Bullies.

Its weird how different species of pokemom treat shiny pokemon differently, even evolved forms change in how they behave, like Flaffy and Ampharos are very protective of all the herd and will scold any bullying like that. For some it makes sense when you think of their behavior, like the Nickit line, the Sparkles and noise from said Sparkles from shinys are due to influx of light around them, it doesnt matter what kind, blindingly bright to slightly bright, even Shady to pitch black, not good for a theif to end up showing its there.

Fakemon

Maldrak, the Wicked Wyrm Pokemon

Maldraks used to be an obscure Dragon/Dark pseudo-legendary species; they were bitterly anti-social, holed themselves up in dank dark caves far away from any other life and generally filled their lairs with trinkets they either earned, found or stole, treating any passers-by as intruder after their hoard.

Rumors circulated that the Maldraks had vast piles of treasures, gold and gems, and people began invading their lairs searching for these troves. Maldraks would fight to the bitter end to protect what was theirs and, in the end, all that these treasure seekers would find was junk, historical curios at best.

Unknown to all, this rumor had been spread by a particularly wicked and vicious Maldrak. After disappointed adventurers left these hoards unguarded, he would swoop in and collect them for himself. His hoard of stuff grew vast from this scheme and increasingly close-to-last Maldrak grew twisted and mad. Eventually, he had both the power, the immortality and the uniqueness of a legendary to be counted among their ranks.

However, his greed was now boundless and he began attacking the region in search of more trinkets to steal and tracking down whatever artifacts actually were taken from the hoards of his extinct kin. Eventually, a cunning trainer and his team managed to steal his entire hoard and lured him into a different and particular cave underneath a snowy mountain. There, the last Maldrak was sealed away.

You cannot capture this Maldrak- one of the defenses of the seals takes away any master balls. He breaks out of any other ball. However, defeating him means you can now loot his hoard and one of the things he keeps there is a Maldrak egg, that hatches either into that or some pre-evolutionary form.

Now, the snowy mountain was picked for a particular reason:

Felanco, the Anti-Dragon Tiger Pokemon

A pseudo-legendary species that lives on this snow mountain, they are Ice/Fairy types. Their signature move is Tiger Claw, which does both Ice and Fairy-type damage and is quadruple effective against dragons and might be sectuple effective against a Dragon/Dark type. So, this spot was specifically picked to place Maldrak close to its most natural predator.

Harefolk, the Rabbit Fairy Pokemon Wulound, the Hardy Wolf Pokemon Heronite, the Shinging Hero Pokemon Harefolk and Wulounds are Pokemon found around the snowy mountain and there is a lot of suggestive evidence that they were transported there from somewhere else and modified. Specifically, both Harefolk and Wulound evolve into them same type of Pokemon, the Heronite, which is not usually how the Pokemon metamorphosis works.

Harefolk are Fairy/Normal types with three ears, the third one often being a different color from the rest of the coat and ending in a little bauble, like a second rabbit tail that also has little fairy wings on the end. They’re vaguely bipedal and carry around a long, thin stick in one hand.

Wulounds are Normal/Fighting types. Vaguely humanoid wolves with a tuft of overgrown fur on one shoulder like a shoulder pad and, like the Harefolk, carrying around a stick, this one short and blunt.

Heronites are Fairy/Fighting types will resemble a rabbit or a wolf depending on their pre-evolutionary state. They’re more proportionately humanoid, wear a floppy conical hat with a tuft at the end and a shoulder pad armor, wielding a sharp wooden sword. Their signature move is Hero Blade, a Fairy/Fighting attack that can do qaudruple damage to a Dark-type and possibly sectuple damage to a Dragon/Dark type. It’s implied that they were created and placed around Maldrak’s cave in order to keep him in.

Smocrail, the Smoggy Train Pokemon

An explicitly artificial Pokemom, these pseudo-legendaries are Steel/Poison types created by the last Maldrak in order to wipe out the Heronites and their kin. Their signature move, Train Wreck, does damage to themselves but it also does a great deal of damage to the target, and does Steel/Poison damage as well. It’s equivalent is Head Charge.

Maldrak says that the techniques to create these things were stolen from “others who opposed me”, implying he got it from whoever made the Heronites in the first place. One does roam the area around the mountain in a circuit and is a nuisance to the Heronites but it itself doesn’t seem to care. The others apparently fled in every direction to also roam in exacting and scheduled circuits. They will carry passengers- anyone can just hop on one as long as you can stand the heavy smog it billows out.
