sarcasm aside this is literally why i don’t go in tags anymore because none of you are media literate. not a single one of you. longlegs is not wearing makeup in the movie. it’s shitty plastic surgery; that’s why his lips are red. you can literally tell by just looking at him that it’s not lipstick. the clothes he wears are all off-white or white. the falsetto he’s doing is very obviously meant to mimic that sort of “goochie goo” baby talk a lot of adults unironically use towards children. also coding? ‘coding’ is not when you interpret something from a movie as anything you want because you feel like it. coding is an intentional act committed by creatives to further their story and allude to specific real life things for a specific narrative purpose. it is an intentional act of storytelling. it is not you looking at a movie and assuming something as fact based off slight vibes

and i’m just gonna say it. if you see a male character with long hair that’s acting generally creepy in the vicinity of a child and automatically assume that that character is being coded as a transwoman, YOU ARE THE ONE BEING TRANSPHOBIC.

Hello. I wish to request people say something nice to 🍓/@bluestrawberrybunny at some point because they’re having bad anxiety/people-pleasing issues and are going down the “people hate me, I definitely did something wrong but I have no idea what it is and no one is telling me what it is either” rabbit hole (pun unintended) and need some positive vibes sent their way.

Wanting to help them however I can since they’re going through a lot of stuff I personally remember going through in my own pseudo-memories (IGBP am I right?? Good times /sarc), and I know just some positive things being said that they can save up that doesn’t come from us (they say we’re biased. I say yes, so what). So, before I go to bed, please leave some positive stuff for them to kinda help them know people care for them and so they can have a nice surprise in the morning too??

What the heck is FebruarOC?

Originally started by notllorstel for artists on Tumblr (original post can be found here), FebruarOC is a character challenge taking place in February. Each day corresponds to a letter A-Z, and the goal is to do something for a character whose name starts with that letter (like a character intro, snippet featuring them, drawing them, etc.). If you don't have a character for a certain day, time to make one up and/or name that character you've been procrastinating naming :) Days 27 and 28 (and 29, for a leap year) are free spaces for whatever shenanigans or characters you'd like.

I’ve been doing FebruarOC for a few years now, and I’d love to see more people get involved in it, especially it's kinda died off in artblr. Hence why I'm nudging writeblr to hopefully generate some interest.

So, I hope to see some of y'all come February!

Lily this is sad….very sad

This blog is used for art and other stuff that I like, but not drama, but I feel like talking about this cause jeez this is just sad.

If you don’t know, Lily orchard, molested her younger sister when they were children, was being sexual with a minor, being a pretendian (whatever that means), and other awful stuff.

This is a good video that explains it very well

Instead of being an adult and actually providing proof that she is innocent (cause she doesn’t have any) Lily decided it would be a good idea to call everyone else an abuser, call them transphobic, butchered evidence, and even titled the video “12 years of harassment”

She even used a sad excuse that everyone hated her cause she didn’t like Steven Universe, like no, that’s not why, we don’t like you cause you are a terrible person. Also, maybe people don’t like the Steven Universe video cause all you do is shove your political beliefs in it, and call Rebecca Sugar a Nazi apologist for making a childrens cartoon about forgiveness, just a thought Lily.

Funny enough, this is exactly what Courtney and KP said would happen, all of the video is just Lily going “no u” and trying to gain sympathy from her audience.
