okay, but like... I am not a fan of the love triangle situation, that is not a trope that I enjoy, but I honestly don't get all the criticism of Ava's performance as Jen. I think Jen's being played as shifty and manipulative and you can tell when she's lying, so she would probably annoy tf out of me irl, but her character is spending basically all her time lying and stealing and being a suspicious love interest in a show that wants you to be paranoid about the love interests, so that fits? I think it's incredibly hard to really accurately judge a performance when you still don't know if the character is a villain or not. Same with Christian and Johnny. I think I have certain opinions about their performances, but that could change significantly in the season finale.

Hi! Sorry if this is a weird question or anything but do you mind sharing your voice training regimen? I've been struggling a lot with it and your voice is definitely one of the most passable that I've heard so I was wondering what you did to train :>

im gonna be honest i just self taught. so take everything im about to say with a grain of salt

i stream a few times a week and that forces me into 'customer service voice' where im constantly concious of my pitch so i keep it up.

i also try to keep my pitch up when doing my workout routine. being able to make a 'femme grunt' is important, as weird as that sounds.

dont be afraid of saying a phrase again if u feel like u messed it up the first time. if ur hanging out with trans pll it wont be weird, theyll understand. i know this is dependant on if you are around trans ppl but having a pitch training buddy is also good. me gf and i will go 'pitch!' to catch the other settling back into a low pitch.

its all about awareness. keep it up and ur 'resting pitch' will slowly go up. and know that its a slow process, it took me years to get where i am now.

its also not just pitch, its also inflection. unfortunately inflection is so nuanced that i cant really put it into words, but keep an ear out. if ur watching a movie or playing a game and a character says something very femme-y in a way u like repeat it a few times, maybe try to work it into your conversation.

You and Spencer sat comfortably on the couch, the soft glow of the TV casting gentle shadows in the dimly lit room. The movie, A Cinderella Story starring Lucy Hale, played on the screen.

You had a soft spot for these light-hearted, whimsical films, and every once in a while, you managed to persuade Spencer to watch one with you. To his credit, he always agreed, happy to partake in anything that brought you joy, even if it was a bit out of his usual interests.

"This girl was in this one show, Pretty Little Liars. It was crazy and had so many plot holes," you said, your eyes lighting up as you remembered the series.

"Have you seen it? It's actually about crime... kind of. Well, there's this group of girls who start getting scary messages and threats. Season 1 is pretty good actually. Oh, and this girl, Lucy Hale, she plays Aria, who starts dating her English teacher."

Spencer's eyebrows shot up in surprise. "What?"

"I know, it's crazy," you laughed, shaking your head. "Also, one of the girls... you'll never guess it. Her name is Spencer! And she’s super smart."

Spencer chuckled, a warm, affectionate sound that made your heart flutter.

"She is! She can hack and stuff, and she knows everything. Just like you!"

"How long was the show?" Spencer asked, tilting his head with genuine curiosity.

With that question, Spencer unknowingly opened the floodgates. You forgot about the movie you were watching, your excitement bubbling over as you launched into a detailed explanation of the convoluted plot of Pretty Little Liars.

"And then it turns out CeCe is Charlotte, who used to be Charles, but she’s actually trans," you explained animatedly, your hands gesturing wildly. "And guess what? There's another character who has a secret sister."

Spencer's eyes widened as he tried to keep up with the barrage of information. Despite his impressive intellect, he struggled to piece together the tangled web of relationships and mysteries you were describing.

You grabbed your laptop, pulling up images and character charts to help illustrate your points.

"The movie ended an hour ago," Spencer noted, glancing at the dark screen, a bemused smile tugging at his lips.

You barely heard him, too caught up in recounting the show's most outrageous twists. "Spencer has a sister! An evil British twin sister! That was crazy! It was wild!"

Spencer's smile widened as he watched your enthusiasm. He loved seeing you so passionate, even if he couldn't quite wrap his mind around the labyrinthine plot of Pretty Little Liars.

For him, moments like these were priceless, reminding him of why he adored you so much.

Okay I know I’m under construction right now, but I’m watching pretty little liars (again) the season where they get back from being in the dollhouse and I can’t help but think about about PLL!reader x poly!141. They had been assigned to your case when you and your friends went missing, but they had taken a particular shine to you after reading your file. They worked hard to find you and your friends ans eventually they did. They visited your hospital room frequently, said that it was part of their job to check up on you. But their curious eyes wander a bit more than they should. They don’t ask questions but they have this possessive aura around them, especially the one in the black surgical mask. It was a skull mask and baclava the first time you met him but you had a panic attack at the sight and he hadn’t worn it since. They make you feel safe, they’re attentive, making sure that you take all your medications on time, keeping an eye on your fluids and if your eating enough even going as far as to make sure you’re going to the bathroom enough. Then you’re out of the hospital and back in your house, trying to process what had just happened to you, trying to get through the nightmares and ptsd, trying to hunt down clues about A with your friends again. The 141 makes it their mission to find this monster and watch out for you while they do so…feel like this could be a good series.
