Why doesn't the justice league know about Amity Park?

Okay so it's been a bit sonce I watched the show but one of the things in DpxDC is the anti-ecto acts, which I love, but correct me if I'm wrong, I THINK ??? they only show up in reality trip? SO: What if Danny, when using the gauntlet to undo everything, also got rid of the Anti-Ecto acts? but this is babys first time editing reality so he uh Fucks Up A Lil'. As a result when Danny used the reality gauntlet to wipe the AEA from existence he accidentally wiped Amity Park from perception. A big 'nothing matters over here' jedi mind trick, and now no ones looking at Amity. So, the Justice League actually WERE looking into and monitoring the situation in Amity, but when the perception filter closed them off, all of that suddenly went ignored.

This is noticed when someone (Alfred, Dick, Tim, literally anyone) realises theres just. A BIG dusty pile of case files semi abandoned somewhere in the cave when going through a (time period)ly cave cleaning.

They put it down because it's Not Important.

They come back to finish the cleaning the next day and do the exact same thing, but there's nothing to actually distract them this time and it pings as weird. Because why would case files be not important? They are by definition important, because only things flagged as important go into case files.

They try to get someone else to read it, because as long as they don't read the information in the file, they don't put it down.

That person goes to read it, gets a line in and then says something like 'that isn't important' and goes to leave. Person A pushes it and person B ALSO catches on.

Que the Batfam trying to figure out hey, what the fuck actually?

Meanwhile, how is Amity fairing? Canon compliant everything's going alright? Or have knock on effects to No One Look Here started to show?

I am so here for the drama that is going to come for Orym and Dorian. While they've both lost people they love now, their ways of handling it are going to be different. Dorian has always been the one more prone to slip to his darkest tendencies, where Orym tries to cling to the light and kindness as best he can. Dorian has already said right now revenge is something he wants, in contrast to Orym who wanted to protect others so they don't feel the grief he does.

It is also very different to go through grief and support somebody you care about through grief. You can't take the pain away, even as much as you want to, and you're inevitably going to do something wrong at some point. Mix in the world-wide threat and complications of gods and it's guaranteed these two are going to clash.

Whether or not they can get through this remains to be seen but I'm so happy they're back together. And I'm even happier knowing we get to see their relationship develop on-screen through such a defining moment in both their lives.

I am fully acknowledging that X-Men '97 may have flaws. I just can't see them right now because the first episode has healed so much of my Bad Scott Summers Representation trauma I'm sobbing on the inside. And a little on the outside. (That theme song legit made me shed tears.)

I am trying to be cautious, and remember that Ororo, Hank and even Logan didn't have much time to shine (and, boy, do I miss Bobby a lot from the lineup) but... :3 My boy got to be strict and cool and smirk-y and a great leader and vulnerable and respected and approachable and awkward and "No, but have you met my wife" levels of proud of Jean.

hmm seeing some people say that a max who saves arcadia bay wouldn’t try and use her powers again for a similar reason … but i actually think she would! she is nothing but angry and resentful of her choice to sacrifice chloe over arcadia bay — writes in her journal that she loathes chloe for being so sacrificial, that it wasn’t worth it, etc. i think there’s something deeply reasonable about max making the mature choice, the one that hurt her the most, and secretly thinking she made the wrong call. thinks, if i could do it again, i’d rip that photo, i’d never let chloe leave … so when safi dies, she almost views it as a fix-it. she regresses! i think a max that kills chloe is someone who could never make that choice again, and it shows in double exposure. when she relives the bathroom scene, ten years later, she does what she did that first time : she reaches out with her right hand to save chloe, safi, whatever, and repeats herself like she’s still eighteen and about to come into her power. i could talk about this in length, but i genuinely think max not ‘learning her lesson’ is more about her trauma and regret rather than her not maturing. she is known to go back on her choices anyway, it is well within her nature … and when people are triggered, they aren’t exactly in the mindset to make rational choices anyway.
