Welcome to our little haven.

This is a cozy blog for some potentially not-so-cozy people.

This blog is run by the fictives of what we'll call "The Haven Keepers" collective for the sake of anonymity. This is a blog focused around being a safe space for problematic fictives (or factives), fictionkin, fictherians, hearthome havers, and any other fictionfolk. All are welcome here, regardless of their source actions, level of separation from their source, or their relationships. As long as you don't threaten the safety within our blog, you're welcome.

This blog is both for others to send in asks, and a safe space for us to talk about our own experiences with insys relationships and problematic sources as fictives. After seeing so much negativity around "proship" in the plural commmunity with absolutely no regard for how that might apply to fictives, we wanted to create this. That being said; dark topics will come up! Everything we can think of will be tagged, and there's no shame in asking us to tag something we missed. This blog is ultimately intended to be a positive space, so anything that could risk that for someone will be tagged.

The Haven Keepers

We intend to be 100% open about our source here. I am Kaeya, my source media is Genshin Impact. We have quite a few fictives who will want in on this, though I can't say who for sure so this section will be a bit barren for a while. We're bodily in our early 20's, trans, and auDHD. We have many nonhuman members so things like that will be posted here as well.

is it only me who likes being psycoanalized?? Because I feel like I see a lot of people upset about it but it makes me feel seen in a way I don’t get a lot and it’s so fascinating!! Psychology in general is but like. You figured that out so easily?? From a few things?? Woaw!! And!! It’s accurate!! You perceived me accurately!!! I hate hate hate being perceived inaccurately. Also just like. please. tell me things about myself that will lead to late night sessions of over analyzing myself. I love it so much!! That reminds me, earlier I was with a friend and I have this weird thing where I can make my shoulder blades stick out freakishly far (I once opened a doorknob with them) and they said it was like wings bc im a dragon NOT MNOWING ABOUT ME BEING OTHERKIN!!!! okay so, to your first question (no matter the rhetorical nature) I believe that many enjoy being psychoanalysed, most specifically people with neurodivergences, because it usually is much easier to have things blatantly given to you on a splatter which you can then reflect over if they’re true or not. Many ofcourse dislike bold claims their way but others (me too!) crave it because it allows you to have a starting point, because we carry so much in our brains that it’s easy to forget where it all begins and how to approach it! Easiest of all, is going to some random quiz (wether it be what character you are, do I have autism, or assigning you a concept) and then deducing yourself from the questions themselves and the results you get. But sadly what I noticed is that in most cases, especially stuff like zodiacs, they’re far too vague to be able to confidently stand by like “yeah this is me!” But it still doesn’t stop everyone.

especially most interesting of all is I noticed that even more matured individuals (haha like cheese) still fall into the trap of wanting to be like others. It’s usually a mask for being accepted, heard, and appreciated.. but it results in losing your sense of self (if you had any) and becoming much more confused. People crave a sense of belonging and purpose, no matter if meaning even matters to them but they just want to exist in a space that’s curated to them. And I know it from previous experience, but people even who never were worried about it begin questioning if they’re a therian/otherkin from seeing a lot of such content, endo systems and such, and self diagnosis of mental illnesses and/or disorders. Also the whole thing with name, gender, pronouns, sexuality - it’s seen as this big trio that eeeeveryone should know about, but to those which blatantly don’t have such a concept within their identity, they now go searching through information as to ‘why do I feel this way? Why don’t I feel connected to this? Is it something wrong with the stuff or with me? Maybe everyone feels only vague emotions about this? I should just choose something to fit in.’ which most forms as some incoherent impulse of desire in the mind. hey hey, and the point is not that we don’t deserve spaces or communities but rather that the very real result of such attention causing people to actively seek out whatever it is that they keep seeing, to the point of willing it into their lives. And I’ll be a bit open here, but I faintly believe some identities (not the term as a whole, it’d be very bold to claim an entire subcategory is all of such individuals) but like.. copinglinks, fictionkin, and some endo systems, I believe, follow this principle. “Willogenic” being a very self-aware term for this too!

But hey, everyone wants to know themselves and most don’t care to look any deeper, they’re patient and satisfied with their little world and think that ‘if I don’t like when people bother me, then others don’t like it to’ (which by the way is a dumb mentality to have. You can’t paint your own experience and preferences onto other people as a ‘fact’) and basically almost everyone remains in their bubble no matter if they show it or not, and I assume you also do, because it never is clear if everyone thinks alike or will appreciate the same conversation. It’s just so hauntingly obvious that the loop of “I don’t know what the other is thinking and so I’ll just stay silent” from both sides, resulting in a looming silence between you and whoever it is you speak with.

Reflection is a natural part of life, not just purely regarding spirituality, but if you even slightly consider what is good or bad and what meaning is and why you are what you are, you already have some element of spirituality in ya. In fact, in my personal opinion, I believe that anyone who tries to understand themselves at a deeper level is much more capable and incredible of a person than they believe. Doubt can cause you to spiral but if you’re even slightly making an attempt, you’ll achieve heights like never before. Destroying old habits, forming new ones, being aware of mental dangers, avoiding triggers no matter how obscure, doing more of what makes you happy and satisfied, and overall having a self. Identity isn’t nowhere near as important as having a healthy relationship with yourself, but people just don’t seem to recognise it. That’s why I secretly despise those intro posts although it helps me understand someone new I followed, because really, if you’re actively following them you’ll recognise their habits. You can have a name in your profile description, but why do you crave to know what gender you have? To broadcast to the world where and how you feel attraction? Do you crave to be heard? You must enjoy the knowledge that we all love and adore you.

and hey, it’d probably make sense that on tumblr litterally everyone either is cool with your identity or interested in knowing more, with a few exceptions here and there if your algorithm is kind.

i think i should stop worrying so much about what people think of me. i really hate hiding who i am even in the alterhuman community just because i am/was a villain in probably Most sources, and a few of my sources are the ones you see in peoples fandom DNIs or whatever. im just tired of being treated like im dangerous for being a bad person in source or having a hated source. yeah sorry not everyone who is otherkin/etc is just a completely innocent thing who has done no harm ever in source. i dont understand why im treated like a bad person or that im "bound to cause harm" when I HAVE NOT DONE ANYTHING TO WARRANT THAT FEAR AROUND YOU.

We're wondering if it would be more accurate (for us at least) to state "your inner world actions don't directly reflect your outer world ones" as well as the usual "fiction isn't a direct 1::1 with reality" and like, we have a few reasons for thinking this:

We're plural. So while some of our thoughts yes are indeed not reflective of our morality, morality can also look different between the inner world and the outer world.

Following point number one, we're not particularly pleased at the implications (that admittedly we could just be projecting? but the fact of the matter is we're still uncomfortable) that our sysian relationships are less real because they are only in our head, or that our exomemories, fragmented and scarce as they may be, wouldn't affect how we respond to thing.

"The internet" is still a place people interact even if the rules are a little different. So, same point as point number one just under a different situation.

TLDR we're just generally displeased with the valorization/glorification of "external world completely offline spaces" as more legitimate than everywhere else, regardless of intentionality.

We guess you could argue "well, it's not fiction then, is it?" but, you see, we very often feel as if we ARE the characters in question. And that there are several reality-versions of those characters that can coexist (similar to iterations in WOE.BEGONE but less uhh exploitation) and this is often how we reconcile doubles, fictionkin, etc. existing in this world and even in the same brain.

Proshippers DO realize this isn't even a new narrative, right?

So we're just extremely picky with our words. Not all soulbonders consider themselves plural but we are both if these and that's a specific marginalization that's just...not discussed we guess.

Either that or we're simply not in the right spaces/paying much attention, which could be a completely fair argument.

Hullo internet people, I've decided to make a sideblog to try making stimboards, just wanna keep everything organised :)

This blog has NO DNI, and will take ALMOST any request you want. With that, though, comes no discourse. Or arguments. I want to make visually stimulating moodboards, not fight with you.

I'm not completely child-safe all the time...but I'm not NSFW at all...I'll take requests with "adult" sources, but won't use blatantly adult content at all :)

Do not expect consistent posting, but I try to post frequently!

Also, if you are requesting a character that isn't from something in my fandoms list, I would prefer you add a theme(s) (or maybe tell me a bit about the character if you so desire 🤫). I've seen enough posts for this, so I thought I'd make it clear what I'm like and what I think. I've tried made posts about this in the past, and then I just get dissociated and forget to finish it. But if I have more to add, I will.

Opinions under the cut

I block and avoid most pro-endo blogs, but don't have a pro-endo dni, because anyone is allowed to resonate with my posts. Our alters have various opinions, and contribute to sys-conversation sometimes, so that means we may end up reblogging from pro-endos. But we block and avoid people who may be uncomfy with interacting with us.

To tac onto the previous bullet point, I don't think anyone's actually endogenic, and if they aren't actually a system, they're experiencing something outside of a complex dissociative disorder. I don't fakeclaim people who ID as endo, I just don't believe that term accurately describes what they're experiencing.

I don't think anyone has the right to tell people not to use specific names. Alters will identify with what they identify with. If you disagree, please either block or unfollow me. I'm not going to debate this. I avoid all posts related to this.

This is kind of an in-between opinion, but calling endos delusional is wrong, misusing medical terms for people who are maliciously or not-maliciously incorrect about DID, is just wrong. Let's not do that.

I do not advocate or condone harassment. Harassing people you disagree with is bad. I have trauma surrounding being harassed, and I think harassing others is fucked up. Dni if you condone harassment.

I don't use the term purality to describe myself, I may have in the past, but I currently do not. Do not describe me as such.

Otherkin and kin stuff is fine and I'm okay with it being compared to systemhood. I am a system with many introjects and fragments, and we found out who we are because we didn't exactly align with kin or the kin community. But saying either one is just stupid roleplaying is just dumb. I also kin and identify as fictionkin sometimes, usually as a lighthearted or more acceptable way of saying i have introjected fragments of characters.

Littles can consent within reason, such as if the body is a bodily adult (adults can always consent to their own discretion). Everyone's system's rules is different, respect each individual, and don't make blanket statements about others. We care about our own individual autonomy, and we're not going to force shit on people either way, so don't force shit onto people just because you have an issue.

I don't like the term Highly Complex DID, and believe RAMCOA experiences still fall under polyfragmentation. However, I don't judge people for the usage of these terms, and it's not my place to tell them to not use it. I also obviously believe in RAMCOA and I think the discourse with the validity of those terms is wrong.

Singlets should stay tf out of system discourse. You're not a system, fuck off.

I do not think anyone should be pushed to source separate. It's the alter's decision if they'd like to or not.

I don't mind if syscourse-unaligned people interact with me, just be aware I am anti-endo.
