I was feeling sentimental today and started crying a bit while telling my life story to strangers (you know, as one normally does), and a classmate of mine gently (but also firmly?) put his hands on my shoulders and was talking to help me feel better, and I had no idea I was so touch-starved* until then.

Like, some switch in my head sort of flipped and I was almost literally short-circuiting. I went home afterwards and sat there and was like, “Am I losing it? What is this?” I HAD NO IDEA HOW FREAKING TOUCH-STARVED I AM.

I wish my OC was real so I could cuddle with him. He wouldn’t mind cuddling as friends. 🥲

No Sleep

I got no sleep last night I was worrying about the election. I now get to go into my Catholic school that is full of trumpers. My best friend, one of the few democrats at my school, will not be there I am alone. But I can deal with the dumbass boys at school or that one girl who tried to talk up the police to me. What I can’t deal with is that as a biracial LGBTQ+ woman my home is most likely going to be turned into a place where me and many like me will be forced to live in fear.
