Consider:
Tikki and her miraculous giving Marinette freakishly good luck and Marinette absolutely hating it.
Plagg and his miraculous giving Adrien absolute shit luck and Adrien loving it.
⋆⁺。˚⋆˙‧₊☽ ◯ ☾₊‧˙⋆˚。⁺⋆
Everything always works out for Marinette. It's honestly ridiculous. And while it was nice at first, she sorta hates it now. (See examples here)
And Adrien, oh, everything goes wrong for him in the best ways possible.
Adrien has a photoshoot with Lila? He's stuck in traffic and can't make it in time, or it starts raining on them, and they have to pack up early.
Unwanted Stuffy Gala that Gabriel insists Adrien must go to? He has to leave early because someone spills wine over his bland all-white outfit his father picked out.
Gabriel wants Adrien home early? What a shame, his phone got thrown off the Couffaines House-Boat, not even 30 minutes ago.
Adrien favorite part of his bad luck, though, is when it spreads to the people he doesn't like. He'll never forget the look on Lilas face when she tried to dump an entire platter of food on Marinette, only to slip and dump it over herself instead.

I know I predicted radio silence from me...But I had what I think is a cool idea and wanted to share it before anything gets disproven in the next episode (Brief, singular mention of the Eden!Culprit theory).
So, I saw a lot of people talking about the Arei-Eden parallels, and the Ace-Arei parallels (and differences), and the Min-Eden parallels in the hug scene...Because of that, I started thinking about how Eden and Ace relate to all the others. And then I remembered the very obvious Teruko-Ace parallels.
Ace and Teruko both trusted someone who betrayed them in one way or another. Teruko with...Well, everyone, and especially Min, and Ace with Levi. In chapter two, they're both pretty similar, being closed-off and trying to not care about others with varying degrees of success. And, of course, Ace almost dies just like Teruko did, in an attempted murder.
All those things are fairly obvious, especially them being the only participants to be almost-victims. And I'd always noticed that, but it got me thinking...
In chapter one, Teruko was the victim of an attempted murder, surviving on the pure luck of the knife just-so-happening to miss anything vital in her abdomen. Then, instead of sympathy for her life almost being taken, people are upset with/suspicious of her because they think she was the one who killed Xander. And that fact is no fault of Teruko's, she just had the misfortune of being at the scene of the crime (and Min moving the evidence to further incriminate her). Barely anyone asks if she's okay or shows much concern other than Min, who betrays her, and Eden. She is then forced to defend herself in the trial almost completely alone until finally some others start to come to her defense.
In chapter two, Ace has been put in the position of being the victim of a murder attempt but surviving through the pure luck of Eden and Teruko just-so-happening to come to the second floor late at night. If Teruko hadn't happened to forget her clothes on the second floor, chances are that Ace would be dead. No one feels sorry for what Ace went through, because he was a total asshole to Nico and along with no one taking him seriously to begin with, they think he, in a way, had it coming, trauma and injuries be damned. Now, he is forced to defend himself, presumably alone unless Levi decides he wants to help and be the Eden equivalent. And Ace has been blamed for Arei's death not through any fault of his own, but because he had the misfortune of being at the scene of the crime, where someone else tried to murder him.
I guess what I'm trying to say is that it would honestly be pretty cool if Ace finished this chapter going through rather similar events to the ones Teruko experienced last chapter. Some people say that Ace being her parallel will show her during this chapter that distrusting isn't the right way to go, but he doesn't have to die to show her that at this very moment. Hell, it might hit even harder if he manages to go through everything she did, since it would make them even more similar.
Plus, if Eden is the Min parallel, and Ace is the Teruko parallel, that's pretty dang cool! Of course, if Ace does all the Teruko stuff during the trial, it makes sense for Eden to have done all the Min stuff...And I mean, the episode seems to be saying that's depressingly possible, so maybe.
So yeah, I just thought Ace and Teruko's similarities continuing into the trial would be fun. After all, he's been pretty consistent about following in her footsteps so far, so you never know. Like imagine if he says a protag line or something it'd be hilarious. Especially if all his points during his defense are like Teruko's, but with an Ace-y twist that makes them more funny or stupid or whatever. Fun!
Or who knows, maybe Ace will just hire David as his defense attorney, since he's the only one to have successfully defended Ace so far. /j

How do marble hornets characters get their money? I've been asking myself this question ever since I first watched the series, and I came up with some solutions:
Brian/Hoody: definitely sells weed. I mean he's already in the forest 24/7, chances are he found some weed growing there. And also judging by how fucked up some of the ToTheArk videos are, he probably took some of the weed himself as well. Another option is that he just has that amount of money? It makes sense for him as well, because when Jay first breaks into Brian's house it gets referred to as "Brian's house", implying that the guy already had a whole ass house three years after college???? Idk if it isn't weed, than he's probably just rich as is. But that just raises the question of how he got that rich in the first place?
Alex: At first I thought that maybe Alex sells weed as well, but then I realized that instead he probably sells cigarettes to random highschoolers. Listen, I've seen how those type of guys look like, and Alex fits in there. Maybe he also just lived off of Amy's money after she died, since he seemed to have some sort of job before that incident.
Jay: I always thought that the fandom never gives Jay credit for how absolutely unhinged he is. Alex didn't call him back in like two weeks and his conclusion was to just straight up break into his house. I can definitely imagine Jay just stealing shit from random people. Like he wouldn't "intentionally break into someone's house though. He's the type of person who would see that someone left the front doors to their home open, and just walk in there, no questions asked. Then he'd make some bullshit excuse like "well, it's THEIR fault for leaving their door open" and move on without any guilt.
Tim/Masky: a little more unsure on this one, but he canonically had a job for a while, and it was mentioned that Tim was working overtime before he started looking for Alex with Jay. But there's no way that all that money was enough to live in hotels and drive around the entire state of Alabama for months, so who knows? Maybe he also started to sell cigarettes to highschoolers, but I don't really see him doing that. Maybe he sold some of his pills? Which is also probably why he never had enough of them.

You have no idea how much I adore @gayaest 's Mori Kei character, Rawiya...she's adorable and I put all my other art on hold for this XD
[Image Description: A drawing of a person standing, with one leg crossed over the other, leaning on two yellow forearm crutches. She's smiling, and has a red flower head wrap on. She has brown skin and vitiligo on her face, arms and legs. They have a brown long scarf with blue dots. They also have a long, short sleeved beige knit cardigan, with multi-layered clothes underneath, including two different skirts with many different patterns. She is wearing brown socks and red fuzzy slippers.]

Voltron but the Castle automatically connects to its visitors minds. But like room wise.
First night in the castle, none of the paladins noticed anything spectacular about their rooms. They were exhausted and had no reason to go looking around. But gradually, they noticed changes. Lance and Keith were probably the most drastic of said changes.
On the paladin's second day aboard the castle of lions, Lance woke up... feeling like everything was a dream. And for a moment, he almost thought the past year had been a dream. His bed felt soft and plush, his entire body was quite literally melting into the mattress, and the blanket he was using (which he swore was paper thin last night) was now heavy and soft and resembled the quilt his abuela had given him only three years prior.
His walls were the same walls he fell asleep surrounded by the night before except, one of them was no longer a wall but it wasn't a window either. It was a video of the Varadero beach from back home. The waves, God he could hear them, almost smell them. (Think the hotel Katniss was staying in from the first hunger games. It's literally that window but it's a wall.) When he sat up from the bed and his feet hit the floor it was weird how it was no longer the cold metal it had been last night, but was now the same wooden flooring that was used on his own bedroom from back home. And for a small moment, lance wanted to cry. Because he knew this wasn't real, his rug wasn't here and that wasn't a window to the beach (even if it was the beach was a 37 minute drive from his house.) His bed wasn't an uncomfortable twin XL bunk bed and even though there was a desk and closet, none of his things were in either of them. It was a fucked up illusion and lance almost wanted to be mad.
Keith on the other hand, it took his room time and effort to change around him. It was as if the longer it took for him to connect with Red and the other paladins, the longer his room took to understand what he wanted and needed. The Galra genes were easy, the Castle detected it when he first walked in and got scanned. Changing the shape of his bed and the general atmosphere of the room was easy, it was genetics. But when it came to wants, the castle had to learn alongside everyone else what Keith wanted.
The first really major thing was the blankets and pillows that seemingly came out of nowhere. Sometimes pillows would even change overnight if the castle felt that his sleep patterns were irregular. The next thing that changed was the flooring that resembled Shiro's apartment. It was weird, a miniscule thing Keith didn't think would ever bring up emotions, but that stupid flooring from Adam and Shiro's apartment nearly brought Keith to his knees. But Keith's favorite addition to the room? The ceiling. Somehow the castle was able to detect day night cycles of Texas and perfectly replicate it. During the day he could see clouds and sometimes if it rained the floor would create these fake puddles, a hologram almost, and at night he could see the constellations. (The other Paladins secretly loved Keith's room. His bed was large and nest-like, taking up the majority of the room, and you could move the ceiling around to look and point out the different constellations)

The only reason why Orion and Megatron first began talking is because Megs was the only guy who could help Orion translate this random datapad he found.
The datapad was a collection of poetry based from Kaon, which had an old dialect that Orion hadn't managed to learn yet. So when Orion was doing his own little thing at the archives doing some research on the linguistics of the dialect, Megatron was dragged in by Starscream and Skyfire (to help carry around the datapads they were borrowing) and noticed Orion's work trying to study the language that he spoke.
Starscream, being an observant little shit then sat himself next to Orion. This infuriated Megatron, but what could he do? Retaliate? He was in public ( and a library no less) and had to upkeep his cool exterior. But Megatron couldn't help himself when he noticed that Orion had mistaken the sounds of two glyphs for each other and just HAD to point it out.
Was Orion mortified at being caught learning a language wrong? Yes.
Did Orion then bully ask nicely for Megatron to teach him the Kaonite dialect? Absolutely.

Something about Marble Hornets that has pissed me off for years is the entire series didn’t even need to happen. Jay found some old tapes from his FILM STUDENT friend, saw some weird shit on them, and instead of thinking “oh hey these are some pretty cool effects! I guess Alex was working on some other projects while Marble Hornets was going on…that explains why he didn’t wanna give me the tapes at first!!” he instantly goes “nope theres something funky going on here…theres no other possible reason my FILM STUDENT friend, who would know how to edit stuff to get these effects, would have a bunch of old tapes with creepy footage lying around.”

I think the Paine vs. Payne thing is funny. No one knows how to spell his last name and no one is going to standardize it, we have better things to do. Just tag him twice

-Madeleine with hair cut short is happening (as the French did to traitors and n@zi collaborators after ww2, as they did to those about to be guillotined after the French revolution)
-a handy guillotine is a clean way to get 'The head of Claudia' and 'A body of an adult female vampire' to saw her head to
all I'm saying they could kill so many birds with one stone if they want to make Frankenclaudia happen + get so much significant French history symbolism in their cutsie 'one performance only' Trial play + make the Claudia/Madeleine storyline even more harrowing
Tumblr media Tumblr media
tldr: they might just guillotine Madeleine and Claudia, saw the bits together, possibly even make a spectacle of it on stage, throw the unsuccessful horror in the sun and out of its misery

Just had a terrible vision we know maelor does not exist "yet" in the show. I've seen some...predictions on helaena and aegon getting closer so my guess is helaena will become pregnant once again.
And. Unfortunately this is death on birthing bed show so what if they decided to parallel viserys in episode 1 and aegon and they kill helaena that way instead of making her kill herself

anyway, do we think nandor's apathy towards sean and charmaine and his declaration that he has more important things to do like befriend the bird in his room was bc:
1. they're humans who have called a house meeting in his house
2. sean is laszlo's best friend and he's still bitter about that
3. laszlo is stealing guillermo's attention and thus any friend of laszlo is an enemy of his
4. sean doesnt seem to want to listen to any advice from nandor, former general of the ottoman empire, and thats really annoying
or 5. he just really wants to befriend a bird

Would Gabe be fitting to be Robbie's guy in the chair? Like the one to feed him Info about police movements and web searches or does that seem too out of character for him?
Hmm I don't think it would nessecarily be out of character for him once he gets a little older. I think Gabe likes the idea of helping his brother do hero stuff!
The only bit I'm really unsure about is how much Robbie would really be willing to LET him help. What he does is generally pretty unsavory, and the further he can get Gabe away from that the better (in his mind I think). Plus there's the issue of COMMUNICATING With Robbie while he's on fire. Idk what sorta fireproof headset would be required to keep them in contact.
It WOULD be fun though to have Gabe overhear Robbie talking to himself about how to take down this crime ring, or whether or not to go after someone. And Gabe just comes back with as much research as he can manage about the particular person or group lol. Not disconcerting for Robbie at all (Eli is almost proud [I say almost because I really do belive Eli isn't capable in pride of anyone other than himself XD])
