Hello! I don’t know if you do this but I was wondering what your thoughts were for a Yandere Lucifer Morningstar from Hazbin Hotel? I’m having trouble writing a good representation of him and would like some advice.

Honestly I'm gonna humble myself and say that it took reading someone else's post to make me like, REALLY notice the nuances of Lucifer's character

This post right here literally made me rewatch his scenes and go "oh wow he IS like DANGEROUSLY DEPRESSED"

He doesn't remember Charlie told him where she is, or what she's doing, and he can barely follow a conversation despite clearly trying to pay attention. He also just seems kind of scattered, and um, HE LITERALLY MAKES A JOKE ABOUT DYING FROM FALLING OFF THE HOTEL BALCONY like dude is making jokes about death in front of his fucking daughter, like my dudes, I think this guy is BARELY holding himself together

He clearly loves loves LOVES Charlie but he doesn't really know how to properly articulate himself and I have a feeling there's a lot he's concealing from her, and another big question is, is his depression from being cast out of Heaven, or from something to do with his missing wife, or a combination of both? Either way this man is clearly dealing with like, really bad issues. And Charlie also mentioned he wasn't around a whole lot when she was younger, so... did he have depression back then too?

So, that all said, I feel like a yandere Lucifer would almost be, potentially invigorated by his darling? Given a new lease on life? He may not be 100% his old self again but, you get him to like, 65, maybe 70% on a good day. You give him another reason to get out of bed in the morning, or afternoon, or evening or, whenever he can drag his depressed ass out of bed

Given what we currently know, I feel like a romantic yandere Lucifer would pretend to only be platonic and do his best to poorly conceal his feelings because of his whole... "can't ask his missing wife if it's ok for you to be their third" ordeal, the man still wears his wedding ring, and a platonic yandere Lucifer basically adopts you like another kid, because uh, I mean for one he apparently canonically missed a lot of Charlie's childhood, and he's also an ancient fallen angel, so he's got that age advantage on you no matter how old you are. I mean what are a few decades when he's literally thousands upon thousands upon thousands--you get the idea

Yandere Lucifer would want to stay close to you, helping watch over you, maaaaaybe being overly paranoid about you randomly disappearing and going missing For Very Obvious Reasons, and in the process he winds up being unintentionally overbearing. I mean, he did it in irritation, but he basically showed up at Charlie's hotel immediately saying it was a dump and all of HER FRIENDS were 'a bunch of losers'. He never completely pulls his punches when there's something he's displeased with, even if it has something to do with someone he loves, so his darling would get much of the same treatment. "Ohhhhh, you uh, you wanted to move across the city? That's, um, definitely a fun idea! BuuuuuUuuut, what IF, instead of doing that--", like, he tries to playfully tug you in 'the right direction' until you make him put his foot down

Hmmm... what would him losing his cool look like... well, we've already seen that he doesn't mind throwing hands and WILL KILL, but will stop if he's asked to or there's a good reason. With you, though, you're not typically going to be there to stop him from offing any rivals or bad influences, so I imagine he'd be kinda casual about it, actually! He already thinks pretty lowly of Sinners, so say he finds out you've been ditching him and Charlie to go out drinking with strangers, making new friends, maybe having a few one night stands? Yeah, some of those people definitely aren't calling you back, and Lucifer doesn't really see a problem with it. These people are kind of the worst and really don't deserve you, anyways! If anything he's helping clean up Hell for you and his daughter and keeping you safe :)

Losing his cool with YOU... I think would involve him using his powers to finally confine you, maybe even going demon mode to intimidate you into submission in a very dad-esque "now you listen HERE" kind of way. We don't really know the scope and scale of his powers but I can picture him at least being, obviously much stronger than he looks, and transforming to fly you "back home" where he puts you in your room where no one can reach you without his explicit permission (and you also can't leave~)

One second you're just drunk and jokingly defying him, teasing him, maybe even picking him up and swinging him around because you're bigger than him, to you he's just a silly little guy! Meanwhile this Grown Ass Man Who Is Also The Actual Devil is getting more than just a little frustrated you basically view him as a wacky little cartoon more than a grown man, one who has had sex and has had two wives and sired a child. You're just teasing him and stumbling around drunk when he's trying to get you to your hotel room to get to bed to sleep, like you're clearly not taking him seriously, maybe even playfully putting your hands on him (TOTALLY not riling him up in 'fun' ways) and he finally just huffs and snaps his fingers and, you're suddenly magic'd to bed! You're laying there blinking confused and he's tucking you in and chuckling that "you're such a handful!" before leaving you to sleep and somehow INSTANTLY knowing when you're up.

You ARE in his house, after all...

Not to be gross but uh..... I'm not saying "yandere Lucifer who has the power to still get a Sinner pregnant if he wanted to and you wind up fooling around with him and you're waking up with his little apple symbol on your lower tummy as one of those like hentai womb tattoos to show you're pregnant" but uhhhhhhhhhhyeah that's what I'm saying, and whether it was accidentally or intentionally, he's keeping it, and thus, keeping YOU

I just feel like he'd be very goofy and awkward and bad at hiding his feelings and being very clearly overprotective and jealous in ways everyone else but you manages to pick up on (god Alastor would have some MATERIAL) and, in a romantic/sexual setting he eventually just loses his patience with you not seeing him as a man and just gets... progressively more forward. You pop back into the Hotel after a night out and Lucifer's already hammered at the bar with Husk, stumbling up to you, hanging off of you, slurring and embarrassing himself, "You'reeeee SO pretty... like SO pretty.... do you wanna have *BELCH* you wanna fuck? Cause I LOVE to fuck, like when I FUCKED my wife to make my DAUGHTER, my wife and daughter that I have, 'cuz im a DAD, 'cuz I'm a MAN!" and you're just giggling and ruffling his hair, "You're so weird, dude ^^" and walking away while Lucifer internally screams, wondering just how DIRECT with you he's going to have to be

meanwhile Charlie is totally cool with all of this and sees this as a weird double whammy of Curing Dad's Depression + new family member and friend hurray! and she's totally actively either shipping you with her dad or aiding and abetting him in his weird attempts to absorb you into the Morningstar family

hii :) so I was wondering, with the recent events, your thoughts on Yuji/Megumi/Sukuna and soulmates, still the same or has something changed?

HOLA. ok but like... not my head canons coming back to haunt me and aging as gracefully as spoiled milk. Also, I had completely forgotten about the post you are referring to.

So, YES! The headcanon has changed and yet at the same time fundamentally remains the same.

For one, Sukuna has his own sense of agency and is his own mind and set of memories. He's an agent that was always separate from Yuji. In that sense, Sukuna wanting to feel enchanted by Megumi has noting to do with Yuji and Megumi's soulmate bond.

And yet... they still shared the same body and soul so... ??

Second, Gege is defo writing about soulmate bonds in a very shonen jump kind of way. But, what does it mean to be in a soulmate bond?

What is it about that one person that shines different from others? In CLAMP's words "your most important person", and in Jujutsu Kaisen "the person who can understand the core of who you are because they are equal in strength".

Remember, in jjk, at the core of strength is the sense of self.

Mental gymnastics under the cut...

Of course, just a friendly reminder that this is all headcanon! Hopefully this one doesn't age like spoiled milk... and if it does... well damn. It was fun writing it.

So for one, Gege has been setting the stage for exploring human bonds from the beginning. Whether it's Itadori Wasuke telling Yuji to die surrounded by people he loves, or Gojo telling Megumi that you always die alone, the stage is set for the importance of relational bonds in jjk.

We need people in our life. It's human nature.

And I do wonder whether love is the force that ties it all together. Whether it is platonic, romantic, filial, etc. love, it doesn't matter because love is love. All that matters in jjk is that love is the greatest curse of all.

I also love that the stronger you get, the more overwhelming your sense of self is--as such, the harder it is for you to relate to others.

There's something so... idk how to explain that this line is basically delineating the limitations of the ego sense of self.

While Gege probably doesn't mean this per se, to me, this line is an ode to the idea that it is the Heart's consciousness that enlarges our ego mind sense of self.

Idk how to explain that this statement is basically saying that the more ego-driven you are, the lonelier you will feel because the further away you are from your heart and soul.

Maybe? Maybe not? At least from a depth psych perspective it does. Gege might execute different, if he does at all. So interpret as you will.

And this is where the whole idea of finding an equal comes in. It reminds me so much of Dragon Ball and Dragon Ball Z where the strongest understood each other in a way others couldn't. As a result they sparred with each other with joy.

Think how much fun Kashi-chan and Kin-chan had when they were fighting each other.

The point is that fighting to death feels like it was a way to express that joy of feeling understood or meeting your equal.

But they didn't always have to fight to death. Sometimes they co-existed...

Until they couldn't anymore because of ego.

Anyways, again, make it what you will... romantic, platonic, filial, blablabla.

What is the force that binds us to understand one another when our egos get in the way?

Again. Headcanon. May or may not be what Gege has in mind.

It's just that unbridled ego is a mask hiding emptiness at your very core.

Mind, reason alone is not life-affirming. That's why Artificial Intelligence cannot become human, because humans also have Heart, and Heart connects us to the collective unconscious, to God, the cosmic mind itself, through soul.

Since ego separates by default, love is what allows us to recognize another soul in a different body.

Love is of the soul, of the Heart, not the mind.

The deeper two souls resonate with each other, the deeper the experience of the Heart.

I think there's this very large misconception that love is all rainbows & butterflies, so I love that Gege is writing about the violent delights of love.

There's something so... idk how to describe it. It just feels like Gege is a tortured romantic who is perpetually heartbroken, and characters like Hana and Yorozu represent that side of his anima, his emotional self. And of course this is all spilling over into the story.

Most specifically, Yorozu introduces the idea that power = separateness = loneliness.

So to bring it back to Daddy Sukuna as opposed to non-Daddy Sukuna. Does he have a #thing for Megumi too?

Or does Sukuna want Megumi just because of his cursed technique?

Who knows...

But you kind of have to wonder what Gege's intention was in having Sukuna say something like "enchant me, Fushiguro Megumi."

Like... Sukuna is such a bored junkie looking for his next high and I get the sense that Sukuna sensed Megumi had it in him to fight him in the way he knows he longs to be challenged.

In the end, Sukuna recognizes Megumi's wasted potential.

Why else use the word "enchant/fascinate" me?

But again, this was still Yuji's soul... sooooooo...

I think that Yuji and Megumi have an obvious soulmate bond. Their friendship is incredibly beautiful and it is expressed in how they support and understand each other.

So perhaps Sukuna was experiencing some of that because of Yuji's Heart?

Idk, I like to think Sukuna is familiar with the existential angst of isolation and doesn't know he longs for this experience? I'm of the unpopular opinion that Sukuna can feel love, and it is not necessarily a pretty thing.

Does any of this make sense? Lol!

The way Gege defines mind = body = soul throws me off sometimes, so I'm not sure how much I'm projecting if I'm honest..

All I know is that I love the topic of soulmates and I am digging how Gege is executing.

I also do hope we'll see what Gege means to tell us about love and the ego sense of self. I know I'm looking forward to it.

umm ok so I think the gyuki clan gets a gaming console & gozu obviously has bad violent gamer rage but will calm down when removed from the situation. however mezu in gamer voice chat picks up the foulest nastiest language ever & will not stop spouting shit for days. gyuki and gozumaru have to regulate his gaming time severely over this. also he will NOT leave animal crossing once he picks it up

This is a bit late, but I was reading through your answer to the dimitri-dedue and edelgard-hubert ask, and I wanted to add that I personally find the former to be more interesting on account of the fact that we know why dedue is so invested in dimitri (i.e., because dimitri shares his beliefs on duscur and has the power to enact those beliefs, among other things).

The same can’t really be said for edelgard and hubert. feel free to correct me if i’m wrong, but as far as i’m aware we don’t really know what it is about edelgard’s goals/ideals that draw hubert to her. the game tells us his loyalty towards her runs deeper than him just fufilling his duty as a vassal, but like….it never elaborates on that lol

If I recall, Hubert's loyalty is mostly implied rather than outright said, but someone who understands Hubert better than me can educate me.

But from what I remember, Hubert's loyalty is implied to come from two places: romantic love, and tradition.

Hubert's family has always served the royal one in an intimate way. They are their confidants, assassins, keepers of secrets. Bribers, liars, underworld masters. They do whatever is needed for their lord, no matter the task. Hubert has inherited this responsibility, and takes it seriously and personally. Which is funny, because it was a path of life chosen for him, in the route all about breaking these kinds of paths. But he never complains or seems to hate it. In fact, he seems to relish it. Like if he could it all over again, he would in a heartbeat.

The second is his romantic interest in Edelgard. He outright says he loves her at least once, so I would imagine his loyalty stems from his desire to take her to bed, although would never outright say as such. I am sure this would make some fans foam at the mouth at the impure idea that someone's loyalty for Edelgard would stem from their carnal wants of her, but I have no real doubt that this is something Hubert wouldn't mind doing.

So you basically have a man who was raised to believe that his lord, the emperor, is supposed to be the most important person in his life. And when he finally met this person, he eventually fell in love with her, which only enhanced his loyalty up to 11.

I believe the game kinda just glosses over this idea, since it doesn't really mesh well with the idea CF is supposed to convey.

So while I believe both Hubert and Dedue's loyalty comes from a romantic form of love, Dedue's did not start like Hubert's did, which you could argue is a form of childhood brainwashing. Dedue was not raised to believe Dimitri was to be the most important person in his life- it happened because Dimitri literally saved his life, then dedicated his own to helping Dedue and his country.

Dimidue also has the opportunity to take the position of platonic love, since the game skirts around the idea of two large men being soft and intimate with each other as a gesture of romantic feelings. Hubert's relationship with Edelgard is not granted this opportunity. It's outright said to be romantic in nature.

To me, I prefer things to be implied, it allows my imagination to run wild and elevate a story or idea from just ok to fantastic.

Alone, Sasha & Bob mirroring Beth & Daryl

I'll use SBM for Sasha, Bob, Maggie and DB for Daryl and Beth. The number indicates the scene number. COMM indicates my commentary. The objective is to use the romantic storylines to show Beth and Daryl were intended to be romantic. This episode features 3 romances, Glenn & Maggie, Sasha & Bob, and Beth & Daryl. The romantic storylines have been set up since season 4x01 30 Days Without An Accident. I want to address that before I break down Alone. First, let's get out of the way why the scene of Carol and Daryl is NOT them being linked as a romantic pairing. That is because it not consecutive, but broken. Also, it is platonic with the playful shoulder hit and the "Sorry, Pookie." They're talking about the walkers piling up on the fence. Then it cuts to a non-romantic scene of people spearing walkers against the fence, after first focusing in on male walker. Ok, after the walker spearing scene is when the consecutive romantic pairings start. It begins with 3 canon relationships, followed by 3 foreshadowed ones. First, there is Glenn and Maggie in bed, and Glenn is asking her not to go to the Big Spot. Then we have Karen and Tyrese. Karen is spearing walkers, and Tyrese is telling her how he only did fence duty to get close to her, but that he is going to go to the Big Spot, they kiss. Then we get Beth and Zach's kiss and how she is not going to say goodbye to him, which transitions into the jealous and mildly teasing, heavily foreshadowing Daryl line, "It's like a damn romance novel," while Beth walks off and Daryl looks at her as she leaves. The next scene is Sasha and Tyrese putting the containers (which foreshadow Grady with the white crosses) into the trunk. Bob walks up and asks to go with them. The eye contact and smile on Sasha as he calls her a tough sell sets up their relationship to come (we know, because it did). Lastly, there is Rick & Michonne. The scene after Sasha & Bob, we have Herschel showing Rick some gardening methods, and then Carl whistles to alert of Michonne's arrival. Rick and Carl rush to greet her, both very happy. Michonne gives Rick a razor and he asks how long she'll be back. These scenes all happen consecutively and are meant to be setting up the audience for these romantic storylines. Onto Alone and how there is a very obvious plot/dialogue/set mirror between Sasha & Bob and Beth & Daryl, showing that all these couplings are romantic.

Opening - Bob is alone. Lee DeWyze, Blackbird Song plays in the background. Daryl and Glenn find Bob. "It doesn't matter who you are." Last line is it doesn't matter.

COMM - It does/doesn't matter is reused dialogue. We do see it around Rick & Shane in seasons 1 & 2, Beth & Daryl in season 4, and then in 5x09 Glenn & Rick when talking about if shooting Dawn mattered. In 5x09, first Glenn say it doesn't matter, but by the end of the episode, Glenn changes his mind and said it did matter. These are just the instances that I remember off the top of my head. Also, Beth has this line in Still, "You have to stay who you are, not who you were... places like this, you have to put it away, or else it kills you. Here *points to heart." To Beth, who you are, matters.

SBM1 - They are in some mist fighting off oncoming walkers. Bob seemingly gets bit but it is only on his bandage. Sasha saves everyone in this scene and rushes to Bob's aid. She is very happy to learn when he is ok and hugs him.

DB1 - Daryl is teaching Beth to use a crossbow and track. Beth steps in a bear trap and shoots the walker through the mouth. Daryl jumps into action, kills the walker with one whack of his crossbow, and tends to Beth's foot. The walker is eating an opossum, btw - the animal that pretends to be dead. The same animal we saw on the porch of Still and that Daryl cut up in Alexandria.

COMM - Sasha I believe is a Daryl proxy and Bob is the Beth proxy. In both scenes, the Beth-like character gets injured and the Daryl-like character saves them.

SBM2 - Maggie wants them to continue on their journey. Sasha and Bob want to rest and stick to the plan and not get sloppy. Brief focus on their broken compass, "sun rises in the east, sets in the west, we'll be fine" (Bob)

DB2 - Daryl is helping Beth walk. She wants to sit for a minute to rest. Daryl gives her a piggyback ride through the cemetery, where Beth hopes there are people at the funeral home, and assures Daryl there are still good people. He says he doesn't think the good ones survive. She hops off when she notices the beloved father's grave, the dates are 11/12/1837 & 12/10/1874 (37 years old). They pay their respects as if it were Herschel. Daryl picks some flowers and puts them on the grave. They interlace their fingers when holding hands and Daryl looks down at their interlocked hands and then looks away from the grave awkwardly and back to it.

COMM - They only real similarity between these two scenes that I could find was they both involve resting and another member of the group wanting to go on. Beth wants to rest due to her injured foot, and Daryl wants to continue so he gives her a serious piggyback - his nervousness shown by how he looks on toward the funeral home when she asks to stop for a minute. Sasha and Bob both want to rest, Maggy wants to continue. I believe the numbers on the grave have to be important because it really does look like it was done in post, and not actually engraved onto the headstone. The father would have died at 37, 3+7=10. I believe we do see some 10s in Coda. Season 3 episode 7 was the episode When The Dead Come Knocking where Glenn and Maggie are tortured by the governor and Andrea is helping Milton in Woodbury with experiments on walkers. I think the age is the most important number on the grave stone, as for a father 37 is a young age to die. I think that is why they picked the 1800s for the year, to make that short life make the most sense.

SBM3 - The group comes up for the first time to the Terminus sign. The number is 280 on the back of it. Sasha is uncertain about going to Terminus, she doesn't know if there are other signs out there, and whether Glenn would believe it if he saw it. Maggie believes that Glenn would try. Bob doesn't want to keep making circles from the bus, and doesn't want to split up. They decide to head to Terminus.

DB3 - Beth and Daryl arrive inside the funeral home. They notice that whoever lives there is taking care of the walkers. Daryl cracks a joke but Beth says it is beautiful that this person is giving the dead infected funerals. This is where Beth asks if he thinks that is beautiful and gives her the "I think you're beautiful" look. Then he tends to her foot.

COMM - The railroad marker 280 can either be season 2 episode 8 Nebraska, which featured Beth going into catatonic state, and Rick and Glenn looking for Herschel at the pub where they run into Randall's group. That bar is interesting because it features a whole bunch of license plates, money, & jewelry as decorations. The dude they run into also has a shark t-shirt. In 5x09, Tyrese's hallucination of Beth was centered around lots of shark decoration, while the money and the jewelry was something we did not understand Daryl picking up in Still. Still is connected to Nebraska in my opinion, but that will be a different post. 2+8+0 also adds up to 10, so we also have a 10 around both groups. This can also all be coincidental. Beth and Daryl notice the funeral home is being tended to, and by the end of the episode they feel it's a safe place, while this is also the scene Sasha, Bob, & Maggie come up on the Terminus sign and discuss whether its promise of sanctuary is too good to be true. I also believe the Terminus signs, Sasha's "We don't know if there are other signs out there," and the Daryl comment at the beginning "The signs are all there, you just gotta know how to read 'em," are linked.

SBM4 - Bob and Sasha address why she wants to stop the search for Glenn. She wants to find a place to live. Sasha is low on hope, that the odds are Glenn is dead. She is also watching Bob's wound, presumably she wrapped him up. They are sitting in a noise trap camp using cans - including tomato sauce cans. Sasha says they will not always be lucky and eventually things will go bad.

DB4 - Beth and Daryl find the stash in the dining room. Because it looks fresh, Daryl says they should not eat all of it since it belongs to someone else. Beth says he is proof that there are still good people for thinking like that. Daryl takes the jelly, Beth the peanut butter (compatibility symbol) Daryl sets up a noise trap around the entrances, where the camera focuses on a can of tomato sauce and pans up to the house number 26. Beth sings "we'll be good" and Daryl watches her. He jokes about the coffin being the comfiest bed he's had in years. COMM - Sasha has tended to Bob's bandages, Daryl in the scene prior has tended to Beth's foot. They have both set up noise traps using cans, including tomato sauce. I point out the tomato sauce because there was emphasis on it in Still when they were in the country club, as well as when Daryl was setting up the noise trap. Tomatoes were considered "love apples" in old Europe; in the show I think they might symbolize blossoming romance. Sasha's scene ends with her talking about how things will go bad and their luck will run out, while Beth and Daryl's ends with the We'll Be Good song. Also the 26 house number, 2+6=8, which we see lots of 8s around Beth as well. In Still, I believe the number on the country club was 44, 4+4=8 as well.

SBM5 - Sasha wakes up in a visually uncomfortable bed (blanket on ground as mattress and plastic wrap for a blanket). Maggie left. Bob immediately wants to go catch up to her. Maggie is walking the tracks alone and sees another Terminus sign. She kills a Lori-like (I say that because it kind of looks like Lori's season 3 attire) walker to use its blood as a marker in a psycho way because she's smiling when she is cutting into it. Sasha and Bob are following the tracks to catch up to Maggie, talking about why Bob is smiling, which is because he is not alone and says self-awareness is beautiful and Sasha should try it rather than being stubborn. They come up on Maggie's walker blood sign. DB5 - The scene starts with a view of a snack on the dining table, then Beth and Daryl are heard from outside the door before Daryl picks her up and bridal carries her in. The keyhole on the door he passes in shaped like a heart. He carries her all the way to her seat and lays her in. When he is about to open the pigs feet, the noise trap is set off outside. He checks through the boards and then cautiously opens the door to the one-eyed dog. The dog runs away, but he suggests that the dog might come back around. COMM - The scene of Daryl laying in the coffin, which is comfortable enough, contrasts the next scene of Sasha (the Daryl proxy) waking up in the obviously uncomfortable plastic bed. I also think Sasha and Bob scene calls back to the earlier scene of Beth and Daryl talking about the walkers being made up to look like people and giving them a funeral. The Beth proxies are teaching the Daryl proxies. Beth is teaching Daryl to value human life and remember that the infected were still people in the end, and were not always walkers. Bob is teaching Sasha to be grateful that she still has some of her loved ones, and that she is not alone.

SBM6 - Sasha and Bob are resting in some structure. Sasha is keeping watch and hearing a walker snarl like it is caught on something. Bob wakes up, lays down and gets up again. He asks Sasha why she thinks Tyrese is dead, and that if he were alive he would head to Terminus. He asserts that she just might be too afraid to find out if Tyrese is alive or not. "Up until now, I thought you were the toughest person I ever met. Which is weird, 'cause you were the sweetest too," (Bob to Sasha). He lies back down to go to bed. DB6 - Beth and Daryl are eating candlelit dinner with pigs feet, peanut butter (Beth), jelly (Daryl) and frosty cola. Beth says she is going to leave a thank you note to whoever was staying there. Daryl suggests maybe they could stick around and just make it work with whoever else lived there. Beth is happy that he seems to have changed his mind on good people still being around, and asks what changed his mind. Daryl gets nervous, looks at her, and says, "you know." She pushes, and he mumbles. She mocks his mumble and asks again. He looks at her nervously. Her smile falls as she realizes a deeper meaning, and says, "oh." They continue to look at each other until the noise trap is set off again. Daryl goes to give the dog one more chance, but his guard is down due to the dinner conversation and he just opens the door without any caution. A mob of zombies overpowers the entrance. Beth throws him his weapon and he tells her to "Get your shit. Pry open a window, go up the road, I'll meet you there," which she does reluctantly after telling him she won't leave him. He kills multiple walkers in the embalming room with embalming tools and then makes it outside. The camera briefly focuses on a walker with seemingly fresh blood on its mouth, and kills it just like he did the walker in the beginning. He gets to the road, where he finds the dropped black purse full of cash, jewelry, and watches on the floor and a car with a white cross on the back, license plate XH61781 on the back. The implication is Beth was just in sometime of struggle and kidnapped. Daryl chases the car on foot.

COMM - More evidence of Sasha being a proxy for Daryl with Bob's line about her being the toughest and the sweetest. Daryl is tough, but he is also sweet. Earlier in the episode, Beth points that out to him when he suggests to leave most of the food for whoever is maintaining the stash. Throughout the show, we see Daryl has a tough outer exterior with a heart of gold. In both scenes, the couples make some kind of progress with their relationship.

SBM7 - Brief scene of Sasha and Bob following the tracks and coming across another "Glenn, go to Terminus" walker blood message. DB7 - Daryl has clearly been running from night to day. He comes across an intersection and has finally made it to the railroad tracks. There is an arc shot around Daryl's face. In this shot we see he is at a 3 way intersection + railroad, there is a red fire hydrant, some debris, and a 35 speed limit sign. There is a shot of Daryl's legs while he is dropping the crossbow, showing that he is not wearing the black & white shoelaces around his ankles yet.

COMM - Both scenes have now connected the railroads. I think the red fire hydrant foreshadows the firetruck, but that could also just be a coincidence. SBM8 - Sasha and Bob are still following the tracks. Sasha sees a red brick building and suggests they set up in some higher ground, set out rain catchers, move along the rooftops for food. He says he's not stopping because Maggie is out there alone. Bob talks about how he was afraid of winding up alone when he got to the prison, that the clock was ticking before something happened and he'd wind up alone. He realized bad things happened because he was afraid, and tells Sasha that she does not need to be afraid. She tells him she is not afraid. They are about to separate but Bob kisses Sasha on the lips before they do. Sasha basically begs him not to go, tells him he doesn't have to be alone again. He says he won't and leaves, passing mile marker 287. Sasha is now alone, passes a blue storage bin into some old building, goes upstairs and has a little bit of a panic attack. Behind her there is a large board painted blue. She walks over to the only window that that has some kind of blue paint stripes on it, and looks out with the broken compass. She notices Maggie lying down with walkers outside by an ice cream truck, but the window falls and crashes as she leans in for a closer look. This startles Maggie, who jumps up. Sasha runs out to help fight off the walkers that were alerted by the sound of the broken glass. Maggie was using a No Parking sign to kill walkers. Turns out, she was waiting for Sasha and Bob to catch up. Sasha admits that she is afraid, and they decide to go find Bob and continue to Terminus. COMM - Daryl and Beth have a love confession that is interrupted, leading to their separation and being alone. Bob confesses to Sasha by kissing her before continuing on. In Still, when Beth and Daryl argue outside the moonshine shack, she points out to him that he is afraid regarding what happened to Team Family, to which he replies he is not afraid of nothin'. He eventually cries and admits he does have some fear in his own way. Bob tells Sasha she does not have the be afraid, and she says she is not afraid. Later on she admits to Maggie Greene that she is afraid, and they set out to find their family (Tyrese and Glenn). DB8 - Daryl runs into the Claimers group

SBM9 - Sasha & Maggie catch up to Bob. They're on mile marker 285 now. He hugs Sasha very tenderly line. The Blackbird song is playing again, and the scene ends with the lyrics "Oh...". Cue to scene of Glenn finding Maggie's Terminus signs, while the music is still singing "Oh, oh, oh.." COMM - The most significant contrast here is Sasha & Bob are reunited, while Daryl remains separated from Beth - even though he is technically not alone. Also, the last words of the episode being "Oh," but melodic, like. Although her real last words were "I'm not going to leave you." I also find it interested how the mile markers in the SBM scenes went first 280, then 287, and then back to 285. You really can go back...

Ok the pets how ever you see them most affectionate to least and why?

Before I start, I just wanted to say that my academic year starts tomorrow so I'll be probably less active (not that I'm super duper active here in the first place lol). But if you, my dear anon, or anyone else sends asks, which I still very much love keep em coming, the waiting time for me to respond might be longer. We will see! Now that I complained enough we go to the actual response from the most to least affectionate:

Penny once again takes first place, probably unsurprisingly. Damn, girl just takes all the W's. So yeah, does she even need an explanation? She love physical contact, mostly hugs but almost anything works for her, if she knows you, you don't ever have to ask, just hug her, hold her hand, kiss her on the cheek, etc. If you read that and remember, I once said that she even remembers all her closest friends' preferences when it comes to hugging. Not only that but others naturally often want affection from her or give it to her, she's soft (bc chubby), warm, nice, and of course likes it. And of course she always has a word of reassurance or a compliment ready.

Zoe. She likes affection, romantic more but platonic absolutely as well. Her favourites are hugs and kisses, especially the latter. If you're her romatic partner then be ready for a lot of those and preferably return them as well. She likes kissing people in general, while lips are reserved for that romatic partner, cheeks, foreheads and noses are all fair game for her to kiss. Plus, she gives them to more people than just her closest people. It's her default way of greeting, so if you introduce someone to her that she absolutely doesn't know, she will introduce herself and give a polite cheek kiss (that depends on the person's age though, she won't go kissing a child like that bruh). Also those butt slaps I mentioned once, they are a legitimate sign of affection too, though she's way more careful with those of course. Another type of affection she has are pet names: darling, honey, etc.

Minka. Her style is more "agressive" though. She will rush at you to hug you or straight up jump at you and count that you will catch her. Once she's hugging you she will most likely slightly jump in place, not enough to break the hug though. Honestly, she will do that with everything, especially hand holding. If they are running to somewhere it is guaranteed that she will grab as many hands as possible and rush with them, it's affectionate and useful since she's pretty fast too. Speaking of that jumping at people, she also likes sitting on others' shoulders and will unexpectedly climb onto you to do it, one moment she's not there, another she just is. She mostly does that with Sunil and Penny though because they're the tallest. But! She also loves picking others up, the problem is that she's of small stature, so the only ones she can realistically pick up are Russell and Vinnie, on a good day Pepper and Zoe are also possible. Her favourite way to hold others is bridal style :). Plus, she loves cheering on her friends or others, no matter what, they can be performing on stage in front of audience but they might as well be cracking an egg, "Wohoo, Rusty! You cracked that egg good!" "It's just... cracking an egg." "Yeah! Exactly! You go!"

Vinnie. He's basically a constant fight between "Aaa I want affection and I love my friends so much, grrr I want touch and love" and "Stars above that's embarassing", visual representation :

I tried. It's more complicated with physical affection but when it comes to compliments etc he has way less shame. Hells yeah he will compliment others a lot, like "Yes, this painting is amazing!" and "Sunil stop, this was genuinely incredible", "Let's fucking gooooooo!" So yeah, he compliments others a lot, because they need to know how great they are, goddammit! When it comes to touching though, he's way more hesitant and won't initiate it that often. If someone else does however, he will never be the one to let go first because he's got that comfirmation that this someone wants it since they started it, and he loves physical affection so much, he's going to prolong it as much as possible. In fact, once he's this comfortable you might need to use your whole strenght to make him let go, he's not strong himself but damn he's determined. The one kind of it that he doesn't hesitate about it giving pats as well as sitting on his friends' shoulders etc (so like Minka). He's climbing there and he's staying there, if you have to go to the toilet, too bad, you're going with him sitting on you.

5. Sunil. Needs a bit more of a reason to be affectionate, but absolutely can. He's just a bit reserved, likes being affectionate to others and loves being on to receiving end, it can help him calm down and feel like he's not alone. Him giving it is mostly limited to the ones he's closest to, so his friends but his parents as well for example. At times he can absolutely smother a selected few with affection, he just needs to be in the right mood. The one type of hug that he loves giving the most is hugging from behind since most people are shorter than he is so he can rest his head on their head or shoulder. If he's affectionate with his words he's not letting out a rush of sentences, it's usually just focused on one thing and those are usually accompanied by a happy few claps.

6. Russell. He's just not that affectionate, especially physically, it's just not his style plus he's a bit insecure about pda, in private it's fine. He likes it and all, but not as much as the previous ones. He would much rather express his affection or gratitude with words and he's used to it. As their sorta leader he's used to saying stuff like "Good job!" or "Mhm, we all managed once again." He has a tendency to hug others when he's happy though and it's mostly on instinct, he doesn't really control it. But that all makes it so much more special when he does give you physical affection, when it comes to receiving it he will be very happy but also a bit bashful, you might even see a blush.

7. Pepper. She like being on receiving end of physical or any other affection more than she lets on, she really does, she just won't say it and it's rare she will initiate it. Because of that, if let's say the hug is prolonging she will always let go first, usually accompanied by some sort of comment, like: "Alright, alright, that's enough of that mushy stuff, haha." When it comes to giving affection, for the same reasons she's hesitant and, as I said, will rarely initiate it and those will usually be patting your back or ruffling your hair. When it comes to words of affection, she will often disguise them so she won't sound "too sweet", so she won't say for example "Good job out there!" more likely it will be something like "That definitely wasn't the worst!." She genuinely means those words in a good way though and always will accompany them with a playful smile so you know that, and once you know her enough you'll realize that's just her way of complimenting others.

Why of course!! It gave me a lot of ideas from the start, also was very fun to write :D I added some scenarios for each one of the Crusaders, I hope it's ok! And sorry it took so long, I wanted to extend it as much as I could and had a rough time in school. Hope you like it :D

Stardust Crusaders x gn reader who's always cold (headcanons)

Jean-Pierre Polnareff

you know he's going to tease you about it if he saw you rubbing your hands together in the first place

if you were to tease him back with touching his skin with those cold hands of yours, he would complain about it a lot and jump up because of it

but he would adore it and actually at some point would be thankful, because his skin makes it hard to be out in the sun for so long, that's why feeling something cold against it is like a relief to him

but that's not it!! let's be honest, he's a romantic guy, energetic, open, extroverted, what do you think he would do if he saw how cold you were? especially at night in the desert which can be a bit cold sometime

of course he would catch your hand in his and perhaps kiss it gently to help you get some warm, he knows his ways in flirting so that's no problem for him, he does actually enjoy it and would express it publicly with absolutely no hesistation, he would see this as the best opportunity to hit on you after all

Polpol's the type of guy to bring you closer to himself if he could and embrace you with those strong arms of his, would it be romantically or platonic, doesn't matter, he likes to express his feelings with physical touch

if he wants to help you, he will, especially when you're cold, he finds your shivering a bit odd but does believe it to be a special trait of yours you know?

as I was saying above, he loves to tease you about it, he'd say some things similar to "how can you be so cold and yet so hot?" OF COURSE NOT EXACTLY LIKE THAT JEHAKJD but he would use some silly punchlines to get you flustered if possible, he's determined enough to try it. so be aware.

he would totally compare you to him, how you're always cold and he's always warm, he would complain about being too sensitive to the sun

I think he would totally not only kiss your hands but also rub your arms, or legs if he got your consent, as far as you're comfortable with it, he's okay with anything, and oh boy is he creative

do you remember the scarf he had in The Sun chapters? I'm 100% sure he'd let you borrow it any time you need it, of course needing it back after some time because his skin would hurt if exposed to sun for too long, but he would give it to you anyway

have I mentioned that he likes your hugs in the desert? it's so refreshing and not only a relief to his own body (since it is probably cold compared to his body temperature), but also to his mind, I believe he missed hugging someone, like actually hugging, no side hugs, no other things like that - an actual hug, bonus if it's from you

Jean-Pierre couldn't sleep that night, something about the area in the desert seemed a bit too calm to his liking. Even if he is a lively person to have a conversation with, having this much space and peace at the same time was a bit weird. He himself doesn't know why, but therefore he decided to keep an eye out in case someone tried to attack you in your sleep (like death 13 but he doesn't remember anything at all).

What he didn't know was the fact that you were also awake, but thoughtful in the head. You were deeply focused on something else, anything that would keep your head from reminding you of how cold you were at this moment. The Crusaders hadn't light up the fire again to keep themselves warm since waking up in the double heat would be a nuisance. But mainly they had in mind that making themselves known to any other enemies would also be a terrible idea if they wanted to sleep peacefully for once while on this trip.

Being lost in thought, you hadn't noticed how the Frenchman noticed you being awake, but what caught his attention was the fact that you were trembling from cold. When he sat up in his sleeping bag he started to somehow shake his hands in your direction to catch your attention - being careful as to not wake up Jotaro that slept next to him. Waving his hands didn't work so he did a "pssst" in your direction still keeping his hands in the air.

When you finally noticed him being awake, you were surprised but also happy that you could get your head out of that unbearable cold. Conversations with Jean-Pierre were always lively and full of nothing and yet everything. So you waved back and smiled a bit. What you didn't expect him to do was try to stand up quietly while looking at Kujo that was sleeping to his right, as if afraid of making the gruff man wake up - but you knew he just cared about him getting some rest. That's how he was. You missed to notice how in some seconds he was standing next to you and sat immediately on the sand next to your sleeping bag.

"Didn't know you'd ever wake up, you snored really loudly" you admitted. Of course it was only to tease him, you meant no harm after all. You were a bit tired which lead you to be a but more open however bizarre that may sound.

"What? excusez-moi? Me - snoring? You must have confused me with Mr. Joestar. There is no waaay in hell that I would ever snore!" he whisper yelled at you for accusing him of doing so. He was really open towards you, which also made your relationship a bit more interesting. His personality also made you to open up a bit and both of you knew and cherished that thought.

After a couple of minutes of constant talking, teasing and joking around, there fell a comforting silence. You both knew how your destinies lined up and made you two risk your life on this trip. It was worth it for Holly's sake but thinking about it back - having thoughts about what could happen next were making your whole body to feel the cold again. He did notice it in fact, took your hands in his and gently brought them to his lips. This gesture indeed made your heart skip a beat or two, same goes to him. He started blowing some warm air at your now cold hands.

You two sat like this for a couple of minutes, him caressing your cold hands and trying to keep you warm. And you appreciating how he seemed rather calm while doing so, somehow those minutes you two shared were very intimate. There was something about the way he held you close that made you feel peace in your soul. His actions caused you to become sleepier than before, unsurprisingly his gesture didn't warm your body fully, but it did warm your heart. You put your hands around his frame and listened to his - rather fast - heartbeat, similar to yours.

Somehow that night wasn't as bothersome as before, you were still cold, yes, but being so close to someone like the Frenchman himself made you realise that you did need it. Some comfort from one another. Later on you closed your eyes, the only thoughts that were occupying your head were about Polpol and the way he made your heart feel much warmer than it ever has.

Jotaro Kujo

he may not show it, but he's the first one to notice you trembling from the cold

it would be confusing for him because we all know how them Joestar genes work (all warm-blooded..), but apart from that, I'm sure he just doesn't understand how you can be cold in Egypt while the temperature can reach even 50°C

he doesn't judge you for it, in fact he doesn't think much about it - having other thoughts lingering in his brain. he must stay focused in case someone would ambush you randomly

but when he had an opportunity to relax and let his guard down for a second he would look at you intensely, wondering why are you always so cold

he couldn't help the compassion he held towards you, what if you were to faint? they wouldn't have you in their group now that you don't have enough energy to fight

he was overthinking it, yes, how could he not? he cared for every one in the group, he never did show it and God forbid it if he tried but he felt a connection with everyone. Jotaro thought that he will risk his life for them, the same way they are risking it for him and his mother

seeing you being so cold made him realise how vulnerable that made you look, that even reminded him of times before he was around the age of 12 and his mum always prepared some warm tasty dishes, she knows what are his favourite things to eat, that's one of many reasons why he loved her dearly and wished to protect her life at all cost

he would ask you if you're cold, would try to keep you closer just in case to even make you feel like you're suffocating in his presence, but he means no harm - all he wants is to make sure you're not a target and that you're quite warmer by his body heat even if you two don't touch directly (he likes his personal space and respects yours quite a lot!)

if you'd be shivering in a car and you'd be seated next to him, expect to be squished between him and someone else or the window

if he felt calm and open, he could lean on your shoulder a bit (shoulder-shoulder contact) to perhaps make you feel better, but he had to feel pretty bold to do so, after all he is a shy teenager inside so being this open with someone could be new to him

he can't do much to help you feel warmer though, most of the time he'll try to ignore it or try and help you just a tiny bit, he wouldn't be this bold like Polnareff to hold your hands and kiss them - he's not that type of a guy

but it doesn't mean he doesn't care, if the Crusaders are having breakfast he would make you a cup of tea, or coffee, whatever he finds useful (and ofc after he notices that you like a certain drink) and would put it by your plate - not admitting that he made it himself

he knows others would do it for themselves if needed but if you just never did it or weren't fond of it anyway - be prepared for random cups appearing by your seat from time to time (mostly if he's also making himself a cup of hot drink, or when making one more cup for you becomes a routine for him, he would do it more occasionally)

Jotaro who sat next to you in a car noticed how you were literally hugging yourself or hushing some warm breaths at your hands. He was very perceptive, everyone knew that especially after getting to know him a bit better. Nothing could ever cross his eyes without having itself known in that brain of his that everything was important, even the smallest possible details.

The young man himself didn't think much about it, nor did he give a damn - at least that's what he wanted to believe to keep up his tough guy act. After you whispered under your nose that you're feeling much colder than ever (probably because of car ventilation to keep everyone else's body temperature at average level), he couldn't help it and simply moved closer to touch your shoulder with his.

This gesture made you look up at him in confusion, but all he did was stare at the rode ahead. Not only was it because he was showing you that in fact he did care, but also wanting to avoid your curious gaze. But somehow being so close to you brought some comfort even to him, even if it was that small of a touch, simply touching shoulders. No matter how small the gesture may be - he found it comforting. Same goes to you.

You didn't fail to notice how he was looking at you trying to keep yourself warm, he didn't hide his sight while doing so, that's why you have noticed it easily. You put your head on his arm and brought yourself even closer to him, you were literally sitting under his elbow but he didn't mind it, although it wasn't as comfy as one could think. That lead Jotaro to straighten his arm and put it by your side, literally caging you with his left arm, since you were sitting exactly by his left. He didn't say anything even if it was quite embarrassing. All he did after that was fix his hat with his right hand and mumble a simple "yare yare" after you sat even closer to him - which also made the corners of his lips lift up a bit that went unnoticed by you.

But not by anyone else riding the same car as you two.

Mohammed Avdol

please, he would totally be the most helpful guy to help you with coldness of all the Crusaders, not only is he wearing a long coat that keeps his body temperature at a decent level (which makes him seem more warm than he normally appears to be from his character), but also his stand - as we all know - literally controls fire!

he'd gladly be your heater if you asked him about it, but if you haven't, he would tell you openly that he saw you shivering with cold, that might be the reason why he used his stand to warm your back, he would apologise for doing so before asking if you're comfortable with it, but either way who wouldn't appreciate such gesture?

if you were in a group, he could lend you his golden accessories that got heated up in the hot weather (or the power of his stand), for example his huge bracelets! they are probably heavy but they'd also bring you relief in feeling a bit better, especially since they would touch your skin directly

talking about accessories or clothing, if you were to be with him alone and he'd notice how cold you are, I'm sure he would put his coat around your shoulders, making you drown in it (not literally but you get the idea)

oh yeah coming back to Magician's Red, I believe Momo would use him to make small flames around your figure, going round and round until you're heated up completely so you can finally feel at ease, it's also fun to watch how tiny flames circle you - but what about the experience? if I were in your shoes I would probably melt under his stand's power

he wouldn't use this technique all the time tough, it is energy consuming and he has to keep as much as he can to be able to protect himself or others in a situation when you meet yet another stand user who works for Dio.. especially if we're talking about that time after he returned to the crusaders while having his back stabbed and head wounded, it would be a bit better to save that energy for later..

Avdol has a great memory, so if you were to tell him about constantly feeling cold, you better expect from him to always be near you and looking in your direction to make sure that you're doing okay, other crusaders would also have his eyes on themselves - for everyone's sake and the feeling of being united in a group, as if there was something keeping you connected and I'm not only speaking about stands, just the feeling of home that the Crusaders bring itself is a great reason as to why he'd love to protect this feeling

your hands would never be cold again in his grip, he would hold your hands together, would it be a platonic or romantic gesture - it doesn't matter - he would talk with the others and keep making you feel warm at the same time even without the power of his stand (his warm hands, gestures and his whole personality makes you warmer on the inside, he just gives off that comforting vibes, similar to sitting by the fireplace with a cup of hot chocolate in hand while it's snowing outside..)

Mohammed was simply looking at the crusaders having a rather lively conversation full of funny jokes and laughs. He did add something himself from time to time, a fun comment or a tease that focused on Polnareff and his charisma (of course just to make him a bit annoyed in a friendly way, not to make him get angry and leave like it happened before in a restaurant).

His smile was visible on his lips when he looked back at you. Seeing you visibly tremble from cold made his smile be quite gentler than before. He sat closer to you and put his hand around your back, as if he was lying down and leaning on his arm to keep balance. In fact by doing so he was able to use his stand more secretly, Magician's Red invisible hands were put on your back which in return made you smile and look his way, thanking him quietly before also listening to the crusaders and adding your own opinions in the conversation.

Thankfully no one seemed to notice that gesture, at least not the Frenchman who if were to notice it - would complain about you getting some special treatment, he would be rambling about it being unfair. He is cold himself but Avdol knows he'll be doing alright when he's asleep, he wouldn't even think about being cold again because of the hearth that's lit for the afternoon, when it's truly getting colder in the desert.

The Crusaders can't lit the fire because they have to stay hidden, that's what makes these nights terrible to survive in. It's bearable till some time, but what if it's yet another day? Bigger men would be doing alright but what about you? You're not as buff as everyone else (at least they could think that way because of your character). Aaaaand he had in mind that making Polnareff annoyed was pretty fun to watch, especially since he was causing it. All of them would laugh together at the end, never mind the circumstances.

The night went on and on, all of you talking about what tomorrow would bring and making plans to help you be prepared for yet another day at this life and death journey. After an hour or two you guys decided to finally rest, that was when everyone put their sleeping bags near you and Avdol to be much warmer at night. Since he already was by your side, they decided that it's a great idea to squeeze in. He decided to use his stand at his lowest to at least keep them warmer at night.

It was a tight and uncomfortable night, but everyone could sleep, or at least rest for some time in a somehow warm place. You got the most of the heat Momo created and slept peacefully, having been finally put at ease, you let yourself drift off and fall asleep in an embrace of warmness and safety provided by him and the Crusaders together.

Kakyoin Noriaki

I believe his politeness would make him ask you if you're feeling cold, even if it's really obvious, he'd rather know than suspect things and get the wrong idea

he could tease you about it, the teenager he is, but it depends on your relationship with him, ofc he wouldn't do it like Polnareff! (I think he'd just say stuff that isn't mean much, it'd be just a free comment being thrown here and there)

if you're rather close, he would tease you about it, however he wouldn't do much more because what else is there that he could possibly do for you? he cares but all he can do is offer you a hug which may sound disappointing but trust me, it's not

he'd make you forget about being cold by talking with you about various topics that both of you enjoy talking about! or he would make you talk a lot about things you love the most to helo you become excited while talking about it, it'll for sure make you warmer or at least will help you forget about it

if you're feeling cold when it's about 25°C outside, he would give you his school's uniform, he doesn't need to have his body hidden so it's no problem, especially since his white shirt keeps the sunlight away from him, it's also much easier to function like this somehow

aaand it's beneficial for both of you, he doesn't have to carry it so his hands are ready to take part in sudden action if needed and you can feel somehow warmer thanks to the jacket he lent you, he does like the color green on you btw! he's an artist so seeing something that fits together (even in the most bizarre way) is pleasing to his eyes

oh! he would totally talk to you about it to make you forget the cold, colour theory? is his favourite. anatomy? he's still learning. nature landscapes? you know he has a lot of sketches somewhere nearby, never mind if you know a certain topic or not, he will explain it to you the best way he can

but apart from talking or lending you his jacket, I think he would run his hands on your shoulders to make you a bit warmer, he wouldn't do it openly for everyone else to see because he's too shy to do anything else, he's an introvert after all so taking the lead isn't really his thing, he tries but in his own ways!

although he would joke around a bit, he isn't as stoic as Jotaro, he's much more relaxed and easy going by those who are dear to him, and it so happened to be the Crusaders.. I'm sure he'd love to keep everyone together after the whole trip is over, that's why he is caring

I imagine him telling Mr. Joestar about you being cold or even Avdol, he'd ask if there's anything they can do because that cold could make you lose your focus on the mission at hand and he'd like it if you were focused on a specific subject - especially since it can lead to really enormous consequences

but it's not just the mission itself, saving Ms. Holly is important, yes, of course it is, however he can't help the urge to make you warmer especially since it's not the biggest of deals you know? I mean, it's bearable but it does make you lose your focus so even if there's not much he can do, he would like to help and does so to the maximum of his capabilities

Noriaki sat next to you while you were waiting for Polnareff to finally come down so all of you could finally eat well deserved breakfast. You were sitting on a small part of the wall, more like the broken part of it and waited patiently for your team mates who were probably dragging the Frenchman out of bed by force. That's what you both thought at least.

"I wonder how is he even functioning as a human being" - Kakyoin said out loud what was on his mind and that caused you to smirk a bit.

"What do you mean? Don't tell me you had never slept until noon" you told him after sighing a bit and later on puffing some warm air from your mouth at your now cold hands. It was quite chilly for you, and since you've woken up not so long ago - it was really noticable.

"I have school dear Y/N, I'm much more responsible than him, that's for sure" of course whatever he said about the Frenchman wasn't meant to be hurtful nor insulting. But he did think his face looked somewhat punchable, if he were to cross a certain line - the redhead teenager wouldn't even try to stop himself (of course as long as it wasn't that bad, like that time when he elbowed Polnareff in the face, it was for his own good so Noriaki probably found nothing wrong in giving him a small lesson, which in the end turned out to be quite successful). "aand we are slowly running out of time so he better get his ass down here so we can get a move on.." he then added a bit quieter.

You chuckled at his remark, especially since it's been about a month since he was last seen in school. However, that made you realise how good of a student he must have been. He did have a passion for video games which was quite confusing each time he said something about his grades being a little above average. But it was to be respected, after all he's just a human - he is allowed to have hobbies other than art.

You sighed once again after hearing his last statement, you hated the fact that he was right at this point. After all being on a run literally every day for 34 days is a huge thing to accomplish, full of stress, anxiousness, dangers waiting around every corner and that damn cold that never left your side even while on a trip to Egypt.

He did notice the way you basically hugged yourself, trying to keep your hands and body warm for the day. "Are you perhaps cold? You're shaking" was the question he asked followed by a statement after a full minute of silence. You nodded your head slightly - there was no point in lying to him since it was already very visible from your posture.

He handed you his jacket and started randomly speaking about the game that was supposed to come out the next year, as far as he knows. You didn't even get the chance to thank him. Therefore somehow he made you talk your heart out about your other hobbies, which somehow lead to you talking about your favourite genre of music. While waiting for the Crusaders all you two did was talk about many topics at once, but it was surprisingly nice, even if it was quite chaotic. You've learned that his favourite singer is Sting, it may be a bit further away from your favourites but still it was pleasant to talk about it.

After a couple of minutes talking with Noriaki, Mr. Joestar, Avdol, Jotaro and Polnareff came out of the building looking at you two wondering if you're ok since they've left you for quite some minutes (after making sure you're ok they started talking about what to order and where to even start!). Better safe than sorry as they say.

You totally forgot how cold you were before, but now that you reminded yourself of it, somehow your smile threw that thought away. You were happy to be with them, it's an honour to fight by their side after all. Smiling to yourself you hugged the jacket to yourself and followed the group of men wondering what you should order to eat for breakfast.

Joseph Joestar

I believe him to be a really open and somehow simple-minded man, totally would give you a side hug and rub your arms aggressively (regardless of his strength) which could be a bit unpleasant, but is also really sweet

but I think he wouldn't even notice that you're cold if you didn't tell him yourself in the first place

will tease you about it, y'all know it

Joseph is the type of a guy to joke around like a lot even for his age, his personality would brings a lot of comfort which is equal to the warmth he gives with his character - will make you warm from embarrassment if we're being honest, ofc if he's capable of doing so

if not, he would find another way to warm your shivering body - he's creative and smart so it's natural for him to come up with bizarre ideas that a normal human being wouldn't even think of doing

also he had that one long coat with him on this trip, since it was rarely used because he didn't get cold quickly, he would give it to you, wouldn't even take it back once given to you

however he would take it from you once the trip is over and everything is at least a bit better, or he'd remind you about it after some time

I'm not sure what else he could do honestly, if he were to be thoughtful enough and feel sorry for you being so cold, hamon is a thing

that old guy could use it to warm you up a bit, your whole system would feel finally warmer - although it has to be a weird.. feeling, you know.. such energy to rush through your body in that short time? It could be shocking but God would it be helpful

he wouldn't use it much because of no training, he's out of practice and is a bit rusty, but once he did it would be trully relieving

he compared to Jotaro is much more touchy, he wouldn't hesitate to give you a big 'ol hug and try to put a smile on your face

Joseph Joestar, known as the loudest family member of the Joestar family, but with a heart that could melt every mountain if he were to be interested in doing so. Of course every Joestar has their own abilities and different ways of thinking. Caring, strong, protective, and so on. They held a special place for those who were worthy of their trust.

You could say that exqctly this thought lead to you being squished in a tight embrace that the man himself gave you. Kakyoin told him you were shivering a bit too much to his liking, so both of them were worried about you, especially since you were on the desert. It was starting to get warmer and the temperature seemed to rise with every passing second, that's why it seemed so bizarre to them.

Joseph offered to give you a ride on a camel since they didn't have any more than 4 at that time. The Crusaders were discussing about keeping watch for any enemies that could cause you trouble. You relaxed in his touch because the tiredness after using your stand's abilities too much made you really vulnerable for any attacks, Joseph wanted to keep an eye on you himself, that's why you ended up like this.

You did feel like your muscles were relaxing and finally getting rid of the tension caused mostly by stress and the cold you felt. The old man used his body heat to keep you warm, it did help a bit but still wasn't enough. You just wished to lie in bed being wrapped in a blanket and drinking some warm drinks while it's even colder outside. You would have though that you'll be wrapped in his arms while being in a desert. It's not what you did expect, but it still felt a bit nicer than being alone.

The older Joestar laughed at your reaction and patted your head while telling Jotaro to look around with Star Platinum. You simply shrugged at his reaction but smiled nonetheless because of the vibrations you heard in his chest when he chuckled. The temperature on the desert was increasing non-stop, which was becoming unbearable even to your cold self.

What the Crusaders didn't know was that it's going to keep on going up trying to burn them alive.

I imagined that when you sat next to him and told him that you're cold, he would totally ignore you and pay you no mind

but! he will notice you once you put your hands on his back or any other body part

he would instantly feel the coldness of your hands and jump away from you while growling, that gesture didn't please him at all

after that he'd ignore you for the rest of the trip and will hold a grudge against you till the very end (unless it's needed, like with Polnareff vs Vanilla Ice chapters, he'd help you of course, ready to risk his life for you)

I have seen it! Aged up, as always. Takes place somewhat after the second movie. Similarly to the Tails on, you are a friend of the Wachowski family. If you want a different plot then I can do that. Can be seen as romantic or platonic.

- He's also naive and easy to manipulate because of it.

- His crush feels innocent to him, but how he pursues it is unnerving.

- Following you home and preventing you from leaving the Wachowski house are some ways.

- Tom apologizes frequently to you but it's difficult to correct Knuckles.

- He's so blinded by you that he wants to do anything to get your attention.

- Including 'bad' things if it means you'll look at him.

- He prefers praise, admittedly, yet any attention is fine.

- That would make him come across as clingy, also, due to his past.

- To get him to leave you be, you'll get away with promises to him.

- But he keeps track of them so you can't break them....

- "You promise to come back tomorrow? You won't break your promise, right? It's disloyal if you do...."

- Knuckles would also be aggressive, too.

a/n: I know I haven't been posting in a long while, and that I have lots and lots of pieces to work on. I've been watching aot for a while, and I wanted to write something regarding that fandom

You and Levi had met when you were just teenagers; you were the daughter of a scouting legion commander, and Erwin's new friend had caught your attention

Just like an ordinary introvert person, you were really shy, and it was Erwin himself who introduced you to Levi, Farlan and Isabel

“They seem like nice people, you know?”

“Uh?”

“The kids from the underground city. You should go introduce yourself”

“They're criminals, Erwin. I won't go talk to them. They will surely snob me as soon as they see me”

“Trying doesn't hurt. And if they say something, just use the moves you learnt while training.”

You were intimidated, especially by Levi. But it seemed that he was willing to talk to you

“Hi, uhm, my name is— my name is y/n”

“We know who you are”

“Erwin told us lots about you! I'm Isabel, and these two boys are Levi and Farlan”

You immediately thought that it was a bad idea to be left alone by yourself, with people you didn't know. Erwin knew well that you felt anxious around newcomers, but he sincerely wanted you to have some friends.

The tour went all right; you and Isabel had immediately gotten along, while it took you a few months to warm up to Levi and Farlan

As time went on and you were slowly becoming autonomous, people started to think that you and Levi were actually related and that you had somehow been separated at birth; you were both quite short, with dark hair and light-colored eyes

When you became part of the scouting legion, you were happier than ever even though you were fully aware of the risks you were taking

When Isabel and Farlan died, you and Levi were devastated. You had set aside your grief, and stayed by Levi's side

As time went by, you and Levi got extremely close. The two of you became corporals, giving Erwin the condition of always having to work together no matter what

The only people that the two of you became friends with, or just cared about, were Hange and your squad

One day, while you and the other corporals of the scouting legion were having breakfast, Hange made a sarcastic remark about how you and Levi were close

“Can't you just leave each other alone for a minute?”

“We just care about each other, and we respect our boundaries”

“Seems like you have some— that you share romantic feelings for each other, eh? ”

“What do you mean, Hange?”

“Yeah, this is ridiculous. Let's go, y/n, we need to prepare for our next mission”

Hange's words really sparked something in your soul. You started to think abot the relationship that you and Levi had, the special treatment you reserved for each other even though you were famous for being strict...

One day, you decided to confront him

“Hi”

“Hi, y/n, is everything all right?”

“Yeah. Have you— have you thought about what Hange said?”

“Yeah...”

“I did too, by the way”

“And what did you want to tell me about it?”

“She was right. I do have romantic feelings for you, but I need to know that you feel the same before I pour my heart out to you”

Then and there, he kissed you. Your first kiss, just like you had imagined.

You decided to keep your relationship a secret for a while, as you didn't want Hange to know that she was right. She found out anyways, and she told everyone.

Meeting you was one of the best things that could have ever happened to me. I wanted a splinter of happiness in that pathetic, dark void I had grown accustomed to call life. As a team, Levi was deemed as more important by your superiors. Sometimes, they didn't even address themselves to you and just talked to your husband.

“Sir, my wife here also contributed to the mission. I think that you should congratulate yourself to her, as well”

Levi always looked out for you, making sure that every single detail was to your liking. As everyone knew, he showed his vulnerable self to only you, and you were grateful for the trust he had given you.

“Are you ok, darling?”

“Yeah. You're still working on those papers, eh?”

“I just have to sign a few things, then I have to meet up with Erwin. Tch, this stuff is so tiring sometimes”

“We can take a walk around the compound later, if you want. Then, I can make you some tea”

“That would be fantastic, y/n. You're really the best wife in the world”

The whole situation that emerged from the apparition of abnormal titans stressed you out, quite a lot nevertheless. Levi had noticed it, and saw that you were more nervous than usual. He made sure to always ride by your side, to always be able to keep his eye on you.

He knew what stress did to you. It made you more vulnerable, more subject to distractions, and he didn't want to lose you at all.

During one of your many missions, where you had the unpleasant surprise of meeting the female titan, you got severely hurt.

“What were you thinking?!”

“I wanted to save our squad! I wanted to save Petra, Oluo, everyone! But I couldn't!”

“You risked your life, y/n! You could have died, you know that?”

“I sure do, Levi! That's what soldiers do! They die, after having done something good for humanity, and I lived a pretty decent life! I got married, I had friends, but I am alive now! I am all right, it's just routine”

“You can't just do things recklessly. I can't stand losing you. Not now, not ever. I want to build a family with you, I want to live my life with you and only you. You can't die, you got it?”

“Let me get you some tea, now”

That's when you fully understood that Levi loved you. You had managed to warm up his heart with your sweet and kind words, and he'd managed to conquer yours with just a look in your eyes.

i saw a blog talking ab how sero would be into stationary and i love it so much please-

he'd use his tape to stick cute notes on ppl's dorm doors with washi tape and pretty glitter pen writing AH

he tried to stay anonymous but it did not last long

mina caught him meticulously sticking a note on her door and his secret was immediately out

i think he'd also make it his goal to remember alll your favorite snacks and keep a stash of them to give to you in class or when you're hanging out w him in the dorms

but as much as he loves to spontaneously give gifts to his friends...

he's absolute shit when it comes to actual thought out gifts for events

if you two are really close and it's your birthday or something, he'd probably panic and wrap himself up last minute

My favorite Obiyuki Moments from Ch. 117!

Ok so we're gonna get a MASQUERADE BALL and I'm SO FREAKING EXCITED like we know IMPORTANT STUFF is gonna happen at this ball

First of all, this cover art. My boi OBI LOOKING FINEEEEEEEE my eyes literally bulged when I saw this picture. Everything about it, from the color scheme to the clothing style to OBI'S expression is just--*fans self* even if Sorata doesn't plan for Obiyuki to be endgame (which I don't believe) she's certainly trying very hard to make us all fall in love with Obi which I think should say something.

I love the parallels in this one, how Shirayuki's determined face on the top right mirrors Obi's confident face on the bottom left (confidence in HER may I add).

Also it's just hilarious how when she says she wants to go too he acts confused as a joke before assuring her that of course she can go. She's his Mistress, whatever she wants he will assist. Obi would as soon dream of stopping Shirayuki as killing her, except if it's a situation where her safety could be in legitimate jeopardy. I absolutely adore how Shirayuki has grown from a naive girl new to Clarines court life into this strong, smart and savvy young lady who knows what she wants and can hold her own in political situations. And yes that may seem like a point for ZenYuki, but who was there to help her on her journey to that point in her character development? Obi. Not Zen. OBI. This boi will always support his lady and I am HERE FOR IT.

Also OBI AND HIS DOUBLE ENTENDRE IN THE LAST PANEL. "Sometimes someone else will wait for you" I think this line should be added to the canon of iconic Obiyuki lines because on level 1, he's telling her that he'll be by her side and empowering her that she will not be pushed to the sidelines, but rather that she and her skills will be useful. On level 2, however, he's telling her that HE WILL WAIT FOR HER. Obi's love for Shirayuki is NOT going anywhere. No matter how long it takes or whatever she does, Obi loves her and will wait for her. And his EXPRESSION when he says it...we've seen that expression on Obi's face before and we all know what it means. Just...that's an underrated line and I think the Obiyuki fandom should notice it.

And this section comes right after the above. OH MY LORD there's so many little things I've noticed about each panel.

The first one: LOOK AT SHIRAYUKI'S EXPRESSION. Look at how surprised she is at WHAT OBI HAS SAID TO HER. IMO, I'm sure she is rather impressed by how he has reassured her that she is necessary, useful and wanted in the masquerade mission. But also... Shirayuki is a confident girl. She knows herself, she knows her assets. And she also knows that there has never been any doubt that Obi will support her unless the consequences of her actions might be dire. She's USED to Obi supporting her. So why does she look so startled and taken aback by his words? She looks speechless, as if she LEARNED SOMETHING. I believe that this might be a moment where Shirayuki might see past Obi's words to his double meaning. He says he will wait for her. Why would that shock Shirayuki so much unless there was something deeper that she didn't expect?

The second panel reinforces her speechlessness. Here, she looks slightly less startled and more determined, but her surprise is still there. Yet she does pay attention when Obi says that they'll be assisting each other. Instance #1734839101 of Obiyuki relying on each other through a tough situation. And the way they face each other framing the word bubble and the panel...*chefs kiss*. For all Shirayuki talks about supporting Zen, she certainly does an awful lot of supporting Obi. And IMO, Obi has done WAAAAAAYYY more supporting of Shirayuki than Zen has. Obiyuki shippers know how often Obiyuki is paired and seen as a duo. They just...they work together so well and their chemistry and compatibility as partners is not only amazing, but LITERALLY RECOGNIZED AS CANON. I can't remember who says it (Shidan?) But someone observes Obiyuki's "compatibility as a duo" as proof of how well they can accomplish tasks together. And now I'm getting off course. But this section is already screaming Obiyuki for me (obviously).

Anyway, third/middle panel. Shirayuki regains her composure, and she agrees with Obi of course. But not after the word bubble appears that shows that SHE WAS STILL SPEECHLESS. She was still processing his words for probably about 5 seconds. Honestly, although what Obi said was important, it wasn't all that groundbreaking or atypical for him as a character. So why does Shirayuki react so strongly to it?

I believe the answer lies in the fourth and fifth panels on the bottom right. They show one of many framings of Obiyuki where they share a gaze. Obi's face looks rather unperturbed. He's confident in his abilities as well as Shirayuki's to figure out this problem, and in this glance where they seem to come to a mutual unspoken agreement he just looks at her proudly and admiringly. You know, typical Obi.

But more and more were seeing Shirayuki direct these warm, gentle glances towards Obi. Just look at her expression! She looks so happy, confident, and at ease with their plan and the fact that they'll be working together. Obi helped her feel this way! Shirayuki's warm glances are always part of a major Obiyuki moment (see "welcome home, Obi."). But if you consider how this particular warm glances immediately follows her surprised speechlessness, I think this is more telling than it seems. We've been getting little hints throughout the latest chapters that Shirayuki may be starting to either realize Obi's feelings for her, or develop more-than-friends feelings for him, or both. We all know the depth of the bond they share, platonic, romantic, or otherwise. But I think Shirayuki is starting to see that something more may be going on here. I think she's realizing how much Obi means to her and the strength and complexity of their relationship. Her eyes are starting to open, and this panel is just one of several examples. I think that Sorata will continue to expand on this, and I certainly hope she does (because that means MORE OBIYUKI DEVELOPMENT).

Also I forgot to download the panel, but when they found that cloaked figure near the end who would also be helping I FREAKED OUT. I was SO MAD because I saw that cloak and the person's attitude and my mind immediately went to Send. I remembered when he wore a cloak in a previous chapter. Also, when they said that this person would help them out a lot to find the lady, that also seems like a Zen thing. I freaked out, not in the good way, because this chapter had been giving us QUALITY OBIYUKI CONTENT and then to throw Zen in at the end to distract Shirayuki, maybe fluster her and make her lose focus, to ruin it all (Zen I love you but not with Shirayuki)... I would NOT have been happy.

But of course it wasn't Zen, it was one of the Bergatt twins and I squeeeed because 1) I love the Bergatt Bois and 2) everything was ok and I'm looking forward to more Obiyuki content in the next chapter.
