BREAKING: new records expose that Planned Parenthood will sell body parts from healthy, viable babies to universities for intellectual property.

In a batch of freshly released FOIA documents, journalist David Daleiden of the Center for Medical Progress has pieced together a horrifying reality: Planned Parenthood harvests organs from viable, nonanomalous fetuses with documented heartbeats from abortions with labor induction for research at the University of California San Diego in exchange for IP rights. In other words, PP dissects healthy premies who are old enough to live outside the womb after making sure they are alive and delivering them intact, per their contract with UCSD, in which PP gets to keep all royalties for patents developed from experiments. And the Spanish-speaking mothers didn't give informed consent to this. In other words, and they prey on vulnerable minorities for their babies.

How do I know this is true? It's because I am the associate reporter in this video, and David emailed me the documents to read for myself.

Evidence includes:

Transfer agreement outlining the exchange of fetal tissue for ownership of research IP

Research plan approved by the UCSD Institutional Review Board requesting organ samples from nonanomalous fetuses up to 23 weeks gestation (that's nearly 6 months old; periviability begins at 21 weeks)

Same research plan calling for verification of a heartbeat immediately before the procedure to ensure the fetuses are living (this keeps their tissues fresh; the fetuses cannot be given a feticide to "euthanize" (poison) them before the procedure, because this would contaminate the tissues; this means the fetuses are either bled out or dismembered alive)

Did I mention this plan calls for up to 2,500 samples from 2,500 fetuses?

Email chain discussing the use of heavy doses of misoprostol before abortions after 12.5 weeks (forces labor contractions to deliver the baby — may result in live birth)

Donation consent forms in English which state the tissue may be used commercially, but in Spanish exclude this info entirely (San Diego has a large immigrant population, so this is racist targeting)

No, I cannot say for certain that PP actually did cut up healthy premies. But I am saying, it is documented that they were willing to do so, and that should be enough to cause alarm.

Protecting premature infants is a nonpartisan human rights issue. Everyone should be outraged about this violation of the vulnerable.

I've had folks suggest to me before that this is just a few "bad actors", but they're missing the bigger picture of how the abortion industrial complex enables these crimes. It is a natural outcome of the system, and it must be dismantled. You cannot permit elective abortion without permiting violence against premature infants. You didn't cite a single primary source, nor one from later than 2016. This is lazy research and contemptible reporting.

But let's attack some of the common myths you've perpetuated.

Your "numerous investigations" that "found nothing" include the Final Report of the House Energy & Commerce Committee’s Select Investigative Panel, which "documents admissions under oath by top-level Planned Parenthood leadership that they change their abortion methods to get higher quality baby parts... Emails obtained by the Panel even show the National Abortion Federation sought to obtain kickback payments for each successful body parts harvesting at a NAF-member clinic." Oh, and this final report by the Judiciary Committee, which resulted in submissions of criminal and regulatory referrals to multiple agencies, including the U.S. Department of Justice and FBI.

Regarding the "doctored" footage — in a filing in August of 2023, Planned Parenthood admitted to the U.S. Supreme Court that their leaders “spoke the words recorded in the videos.” And in January 2019, the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals issued an opinion debunking Planned Parenthood’s smear that the videos were ‘heavily edited’ or ‘doctored.’ Even the Planned Parenthood forensic analysis in 2015, by its own words, found no “substantive video manipulation” and “no evidence of audio manipulation.” From CMP: "The absence of bathroom breaks and waiting periods between meetings does not change the hours of dialogue with top-level Planned Parenthood executives..."

As far as "she didn't do anything corrupt" and "had nothing to do with the incident" — "While running for U.S. Senate, Harris had a secret in-person meeting with Planned Parenthood executives in Los Angeles, including witnesses in her investigation, to discuss issues in the investigation as part of Planned Parenthood’s political agenda in California. Two weeks later, Daleiden’s home was raided by the California Department of Justice." And, "the California Attorney General first admitted that they are enforcing the video recording law solely based on how they feel about the message being published, and then further admitted they are not even trying to follow the text of the law as written." That's fucked up.

That's the real story.

It's bewildering to me that you pro-aborts go so far out of your way to insist that fetal organ sales aren't happening and that no one is profiting from them, rather than just accepting this as an inevitable outgrowth of your ideology. It's an organization that performs and promotes abortions. Ostensibly they also offer other medical services to women, but the vast, vast majority of what they do is push people into abortions. They've also been caught illegally selling parts of aborted babies for medical research multiple times, and they help enable sex trafficking by performing abortions on underage girls and not reporting it to anyone.

I grew up in the Christian Church in San Gabriel right outside East Los Angeles, but in Junior High/ High School it wasn't cool to be a Christian and I backslid into the world of popularity, drug use, and gang life. By the age of 17, I had dropped out of high school, was in and out of Juvenile Hall, and buying and selling drugs for the benefit of the gang. 

I began seeing a girl I went to high school with and immediately we were engaging in sex outside of marriage and using drugs constantly together. I truly was not trying to be in a relationship with her, I was sadly just having fun and not looking for any commitment. Soon enough, we discovered this lifestyle comes with consequences and we became pregnant because of the way we were living in sin.

Immediately, I wanted out of this problem that I thought could be easily fixed through a simple abortion. I became part of the 85% of men that initiate the thought of abortion in a mother's mind. I blamed her father who is a fire captain using his own words, saying if she ever got pregnant she would be cut off, etc. I convinced her this was our only option as we were barely 18 and unable to be parents. We went to Planned Parenthood Pasadena where we had received faulty contraceptives so they could help us abort our child, thinking it wasn't a big deal if we took care of it in the first trimester. I thought it was her body her choice, and it really didn't have anything to do with me.

I truly don't remember the month of the year this happened because of the amount of drugs I was using, but shortly after this our relationship ended, the drugs stopped getting me high, and all of my "gang friends" became enemies. The Lord was drawing me back to Himself. I rededicated my life to Christ and he was faithful and just to forgive me! 

I met my wife at church and we were married at the age of 22. We now have 3 precious girls. 

God opened the door for me to be involved in pro-life ministry at our church after meeting and sharing with Norma Murakami, who helped me into a post-abortive healing Bible Study. 

Now almost 15 years later God has opened the door for me to be a full-time missionary for the unborn. We lead teams to pray peacefully at local abortion centers and share the hope of Jesus Christ and local resources for women in crisis pregnancies. We've seen over 120 babies saved from the hands of abortion in Southern California just this year. God allows me to use this testimony in speaking to many others in the same situation of going to Planned Parenthood to kill their child.
