Third big lift of the week, and now I have two days to recover before I do it all again next week.

Still felt confident in the machines, just felt more burnt out and tired than anything. Adjusting slightly when I'm back on Tuesday, but I'm going to stick to whatever numbers I do until, not next Saturday, but the following Saturday.

Figure, if I progressively overload every 6th ish workout, I can increase more weight over time. Cause burning myself out by increasing weight every other workout is not the way.

The overall goal isn't just to be stronger (though it is the main one), but my other goal is to minimize loose skin as I shred body fat. Loose skin is normal and I'm excited to have my own, but reducing the amount by lifting is definitely a priority.
