Good evening! Hope you’re having a good start to your week! Today I want to encourage you to be disciplined when you can not be motivated. This is has honestly been a struggle for me lately with posting regularly. I’ve only wanted to post regularly everyday, but haven’t been motivated enough to do so. That being said, this is clearly something I’m still learning. When I have those days I just don’t feel like it, I need to be disciplined enough to still do what needs to be done. We all need to work on this, because discipline is something we will need to be able to create the life we want to live. Discipline needs to be a habit, it goes back to what I posted a few weeks ago asking “does this support the life I am trying to create?”. You are in control of your life, you really can create the life you want, as long as you are willing to put in the work that needs to be done today. Something that helps with discipline is getting an accountability partner. You can ask any of your friends to do it, your girlfriend or boyfriend, or your spouse. They will all want to see you succeed. Lean into them for accountability, support, and motivation. You are awesome!
