Turned the big 4-0 this weekend.... Age is just a number, I feel better than I was 15-25. MY WAY BACK DOWN 👇👇 I was creeping up to 252 lbs but have found myself dropping those fats like flies recently. I’d have to admit, previously I was not drinking enough water during the pandemic but have getting back on that “fit train” again and found again my newfound strength.
