listen I grew up in a town with no cinema theaters or video rentals and all the movies I watched up until like 13 were whatever aired on our small soviet tv interrupted with ads every 20 minutes. But when I watched Hector Barbossa come down those stairs and eat an apple at the finale of Dead Man’s Chest I got up from my seat (floor) and bounced around the room like an idiot, and I never longed for an experience of being in a crowd of people watching a movie quite like that again
