Sounds of protest left him as he shook his head, his expression turning frantic as well as his tone. “No! No, I... A-At first, yeah okay, I was pretending, but...” he trailed off, licking his lips as he helplessly shuffled closer to you, grabbing hold of your hand before you could pull away. “the more I got to know you... your beautiful smile and your kind soul, Y/N, I fell for you so fast.”

Not letting yourself fall back into his trap, you shook yourself out of his tight hold. “Yeah, right. Just admit it, I was just another bet to you.”

“I swear you weren’t!” He sobbed, head bent so all you could see was his lean frame tremble with his cries, and you stopped yourself just in time to keep from running a comforting hand through his hair-something you knew always calmed him down. “I don’t even care about the bet anymore, I swear. I love you Y/N, I really do.”

“Yeah, well...” you trailed off nonchalantly, each fiber of your being wanting to destroy itself, you knew you weren’t going to be able to hold it together much longer, you had to end this. “I don’t love you, since this was all a joke and all.”

He continued to shake his head, his hiccups and sobs mixing together and you let a tear drop before you shakily wiped it away quickly before he could see. “Looks like you didn’t win the bet after all, what a shame. I’ll let myself out, leave you to... sort yourself out.”

Keeping your cries to yourself as best you could, you opened the door which seemed a ton heavier than it did when you first arrived, you turned back to see him in the same position, his cries having quieted down a little as you uttered something true, “If you really do love me, you’d leave me alone.”

30 min long meditation session. I will write this down here for myself. (22.3. - 23.3.2020)

After grounding and protecting myself I ended up sitting on the floor. It was old Japanese house. There was beautiful small garden in front of me while doors were behind me.

However I wasn’t me, but a Japanese man from old Japanese times.  A young man. probably around his 20′s or a bit older. He was meditating. His legs were crossed and his hands were gently on one another, palms up, resting in his lap. He had lovely face and beautiful pale skin. Black eyebrows and long black hair which was lifted quite up at the backside of his head, with long “ponytail pipe” (since I don’t know what the real word for those is).

I asked him to show me the backyard better and for a few seconds the vision of the backyard was more stronger and clear. It was small, surrounded by “concrete” looking wall. Small path lead from the backdoor to the right with few curves, going to small red wooden bridge and going to the left from there. There were few small bushes and small little stream going through the yard, coming from under the bridge and heading straight forward (to the left from the person’s view). There also was 2 blooming trees and few small flower bushes. It was really nice. I also could hear the wind chimes behind me. They had so lovely sound. Soft, silent and so calming.

After the backyard the “connection” was lost for few seconds, but when it came back I asked this man to tell me something about himself. His first reaction was to open his eyes. I got very close view of his eyes and MY GOD! They were black, yes, but at the same time so damn BRIGHT and SHINY! I... I don’t know how to describe that light! It was so shiny, so bright, so pure! I have never met such eyes on Earth!!

Instantly, while staring into those eyes, I felt how my soul in my body (in chest between my breasts) started to tingle and sting in so weird, but wonderful, way! It was like the soul was saying; “I know you! I KNOW YOU! You are me! We were one once!” I realized this man, indeed, was me from my previous life in Japan LOOOONG time ago. This realization, with my soul’s tingling feeling, made me feel... I don’t know how to explain it, but I started to feel like crying, my throat felt like it was going to swell because of that and it was just so overwhelming too.

I sat on the ground in lotus pose before him as he kept sitting in his meditation position on the “floor”.

“You are me, right?”

He nodded, saying yes. His voice too! So calm, so steady, so bright, so assertive and just... Gosh! <3 I ended up having LONG conversation with him and, sadly, I don’t remember every part of it. However some parts I remember.

He told me my life in Japan was peaceful - just like my current life since peaceful lives allow me to focus on myself, allowing me to study myself, “leveling myself up”, learn more, rest etc.

He told me; “You’ve been a human test subject, you know this, right?” I told him yes, asking have I been that more than once. His reply was “In two different lives.” Then he continued; “You also have been German soldier.” Which I have been (plus I’m sure there’s also more). I have few and faint memories of them. One thing, what confused me, is that he said that I’ve been (German) soldier at Boston! I have no idea what he meant by that!

He addressed those heavy lives have been lessons for me to learn to handle fear, stress, panic, anger etc. any negative feeling. I perfectly understand that what he was saying. He also said I’ve been a man in China. I remember part of that life. I was put in prison. He nodded and said; “Because you were not fitting in the mold. You weren’t afraid to speak your mind (during that life it wasn’t proper to speak up). That’s why you ended up in prison - but you managed to escape. You headed away to the mountains where you lived long, getting an injury and dyeing to it.”

I said; “That was a lie, right? I didn’t get injured and died to it.” (because I could feel it wasn’t right.)

He laughed shortly, softly and quietly, admitting he made that part up. He also told me I’ve been a warrior in many lives. He said; “Remember the bravery, courage, and confidence. The strength. You have it all inside you in this life. You just need to remember it and let it come up. Then you won’t let anyone scare you, walk over you.”

At one point we ended up talking about death and while I know there’s life after death (since our souls are immortal) I fear death. Mainly because I fear there won’t be conscious life like this for me ever again. He assured me I have no reasons or needs to be afraid, chancing the subject by asking who am I.

I told him I’m a soul inside of a human body. He said heatedly; “You are more than that! You are a piece of Universe, Light and Unconditional Love, a piece of God and something so much more what you simply can’t understand (while being in human body).” and I get it! I get it what he was saying!

Then he asked me again; “Who or what are you?”

I replied; “I’m a soul, a piece of Love and Light, a piece of Universe and God and so much more what I don’t understand.” He was very pleased! Then he asked; “Do you like your shell? (body)”

I said; “I do like it, but I think I also could like it better.” He asked me to tell him what I meant. I told him; “I could change my thoughts to be more positive and happy, to love myself / this body more. And lose some weight.”

“Very physical and not important (losing weight).” He said. Other answers seemed to be right, tho, since he didn’t comment them at all. However he did encourage me to meditate more since, as he said; “Your mind is not disciplined. You’ve been given your imagination to make you happy and heal in this life better, but you also need to discipline it. Focus your thoughts.”

He must had known that focusing my thoughts can be / is difficult because he continued; “Focus like you do when playing (Nioh).” So I know how I can start to train my mind to be more focused, not being overruled by my overly wild imagination. I mean I ALWAYS have had wild and good imagination, but at times I’ve been cursing it since it prevents me from thinking deeply more, study myself etc. He also told me that in the life when I had been him, I had learned honor, respect, discipline, patience. I don’t need to learn those again BUT it would be good if I would remember them again - using them.

Near at the end he asked something and I CAN’T remember anymore what it was(!), but I replied to him; “Shouldn’t I be the one to ask that?” with humor and he only snorted to me with a smile, closing his eyes. He then said; “Good answer.” So I caught him in a way :’D

But yes, all in all VERY GOOD meditation after a long time! <3
