Piofiore Fated Memories - Henri Lambert Review

Spoilers Included

So lets start off the story was so hard for me to get through cause up until your like chapter 6, then Gilbert is in the story too much. Because I played his right before it almost like it was the same route until it finally branches off. Thats what took me so long doing it because I didn't absolutely care for Gilberts route so doing it again seemed to be a pain. However finally went back to finish it off. So first off this man is very attractive not like my Dante but to me I would gladly say he is the next pretty one in the game after Dante. Even when I did play it out I skipped alot of useless crap that I saw had no substance. For this to be the secret route it felt the least put together.

I felt for Henri losing his sister but girl when psycho mode stalker of Dante's father anyways. I did love them diving in a bit more to Dante's mom and dad about how they were actually in love and married even against her families blessing because they loved each other. It was nice seeing Dante's see a different side of it as well since he didn't remember his dad showing emotion when his mom died, he always thought he was the only one who cared. So I guess it gave substance. Just like you see each one of these men are very honorable as mafia men. It wasn't hard to understand where Henri was coming from though, he really did think the mafia especially the Falzone's were why his sister was dead. His sister was just an obsessive little freak she would have killed Dante's mother in a heartbeat to be with Dante's father even if he didn't want her. So the first full play through I was so disappointed with most of his route. I have heard his route is better in 1926 and I really hope so cause if not its a waste of a good character. They ended it with you not really knowing if he died just that he was injured, all. Even went on to say his body wasn't found.

Then they fast forward to Christmas and boy does it seem like all these men want her attention even Yang....like what the hell was that he wanted to see her...he wasn't even that sweet in his routes. Ifeel like this route gave you a softer side to yang, your more rebellious side to Nicola, the same gentleman look to Gil, a naive version we all know but protective Orlok and Dante well he was the same loyal man but you got to see his temper when he got mad at Nicola. Didn't think he could yell but damn he gets mad and there is some temper there. They went on to show Christmas mass, and dinner and all I found myself thinking was where is Henri? It can't end like this right? Like he lost his family, lost his sister, ended up alone and yet no one remotely feels bad for him. The way it ended the main route....the route that what I got was the true ending this one was horrible no justice for Henri, no love for him either left me sad but no tears...yet.

If you go one to Henri's romantic route. You see Lili explain when she calls him Riton that it in french means Henri. You see hose Roberto and Nicola instantly became friends until they realized they were from oppitsote sides of the track. You find Nicola decides to wipe their friendship not cause he wants to but he knows he is a cop and being friends with a mafia member will halt his career. Instead of talking to Roberto though he acted like he didn't know him which I really wish he hadn't done it that way. Like how can you not see why and understand why Roberto hates him so much however I don't think its hate I really think its just hurt and pain that Nicola left behind. When Henri is face to face with Lili he admits he was curious of her she was a key maiden like his sister. He wanted to save her but when he realized she couldn't be talked out of spending time with the mafia he still couldn't break himself from wanting to know her, from wanting to make her smile. He was a damaged and hurt man but Lili was the light that poured through him. Dante being the bigger man ever apologized for his father, for his family, and for the death of Henri's sister. What was so sad was he was just a kid when it happened his revenge was based off things that he remembered wrong because of what the gossip said how she died. He was so hurt he believed he had watched her get shot.

I continued through his romantic ending before I knew it tears were streaming down my face. I can't hate him....after all he tells her he has done, all the murders, all the manipulation. You realize he is such a tortured soul. He was mistreated more than you can imagine at points in his life. He even went on to explain how a girl his age saved him from being beaten but even she used him, she forced him to do things. It doesn't say it but it talks about how she forced him to play even when he didn't want to. It was so hard not to read into all he said about her not to believe he was raped just as much as he was beaten. He learned to hate people cause he never knew good, he only knew how people used and abused him. He wasn't an idiot he knew his sister would have killed Dante and his mom to be with Dante's dad but he loved his sister cause after his parents were murdered she was all he had, all he loved. It broke my heart and if I didn't love all the signs of Dante I have seen from day one Henri would have stole my heart. However him and Dante are on another level that leaves all of the other guys so low it don't matter. I love Dante, and the falzones but Henri also taught me they weren't perfect either. Nicola I will always love but he is my 3rd now and Henri is close 2nd. To see him smile in the end the way she loves him, he needs it so much. He is so broken but she puts his heart back together little at a time, Lili is so good for him and Dante unlike the rest.

Lets Move on to the bad endings....

They were really nothing to them, they were usually her dying and once Dante dies along with her yet you don't see it. Even the last one where Henri thinks Lili is Chloe he just seems like he has gone insane but still doesn't seem to want to hurt her. I just played them and honestly they were so easy to forget that only the main romantic one of Henri is worth it. I didn't like they don't give you a extra story for Henri. I really hope they give you more of him in the next one I really want to truly get into the romance because this route was not romantic, somewhat bittersweet. To me it reminds me of like Saint Germain his good ending was so emotional even if the actions are what you would normally think of in a happily ever after. Honestly after it all I would say Henri's route is worth it and I loved him in the end just wish so much of his story wasn't more about Gilbert. I feel like for the finale story Henri should have been in it more. He is my 2nd in this game now...love me some Henri. I just wish there had been some juicy kiss scenes but stay tuned cause I hear there is so much more of him in the sequel....I can't wait. Also so not enough CG Pictures of this man I really hope there is so much more to come with him because I think he is worth seeing and knowing and he is pretty hot.

Very pleasantly surprised at the quality of the art book!! 68 pages -- and a map of Burlone is embossed on the covers!!! 🤯

The chibi stickers are ADORABLE beyond belief!!!

I'm very happy that the poster is cloth 🥰 -- now to iron it out! Lololol

The black lily pin is just 👌 only true fans will know hahahah

And also pleasantly surprised at the character cards on the inside of the game case! I'm assuming those aren't just for the limited edition tho very nice touch 🥰👌

Secret Santa Gift - Dante Falzone :D

My secret santa was @misschimotosuwa-blog and omg I love this she knows how much I love Dante Falzone from Piofiore and now I have him on my desk so I can look at those azure blue eyes all the time. I've been wanting to get more collectibles especially acrylics but I'm so happy this is my first cute chibi and acrylic item. Thank you so much girl you will never know how much this means to me. I get Dante in the mail how cool to get a hot guy in the mail so to say lol.
