Someone else attempted to do this in a Reddit post, but I figured I'd take a crack at myself! Also shoutout to this fanart that depicts Maruki without his glasses.

When I first did this edit, I thought his eyes looked a little small and contemplated resizing them because 'oh they must be distorted by the prescription glasses'... but, after comparing him to other characters--

I honestly don't know why this isn't a more wide-spread headcanon, since I see people questioning his hair color all the time lolol.

Perhaps Akihiko wears black mascara and colors in his eyebrows to hide their true color. No wonder his lashes are so long...
