Yes, actually! Despite the fact that I have R18 arts with the two of them, however, in my head they also behave more like an older and more cautious brother and younger sister at home (in reality, their age difference is only a few months, and if we take the headcanon that Ren is a Libra, then their age difference is only a few days). I don't see anything bad in such a connection, it rather resembles a feeling of greater naturalness than béguin. Béguin is a bright and strong passionate feeling, but the affection of…soulmates? I think, is closer to this: a calm, gradual strengthening and deepening of friendship into something more.

I often prefer to omit violent actions in the house, they are just…there. I am more interested in considering a more peaceful life, in those moments when torture and violence are temporarily absent and there is time for various little things.

some self-analytic observations based on my natal chart

1. the 9th house Moon & Saturn + Sagittarius IC conjunction with Chiron always make me think that my true happiness and home are elsewhere but here. I'm always dreaming of moving abroad but Saturn... I've never even travelled abroad. hope I make it someday.

2. also about the 9th house Moon. I can't say for sure if this is the reason... maybe I can also add Pisces DSC here. but all my relationships (there have only been two of them, lol) had some... foreign fleur, I guess? despite the fact that there were no actual cultural or mental differences between us, my first boyfriend still was from a different nationality. as for the second one, he was a Sagittarius with experience of living in different countries. well, when is my turn, huh???

3. some people might consider Libra Venus in the 2nd house to be materialistic... WELL, I can say that this is only partly true. perhaps the restrictions of Virgo's placements don't allow me to go crazy with money issues. but to be honest... both of my ex-partners had a better financial status than me. I swear, I didn't choose them for that reason!!!

4. my Taurus Moon (Moon again...) makes me a true foodie. my mood totally depends on whether or not I've eaten. I've had situations where I get mad at someone simply because I'm hungry. I see delicious food as the main source of happiness in my life. and here goes big BUT. my Moon is squared by Uranus, so guess who has eternal dieting periods and eating disorder?

5. my Sagittarius Pluto is located in my 3rd house and it is also the ruler of this house. my little sister, who is Rising Sagittarius with Scorpio Moon, and I have a really deep relationship, but we ALWAYS seem to have intense and sarcastic arguments. she is extremely emotional and vulnerable (+ Cancer Sun), so she often attacks before someone else can hurt her, like a hedgehog. my cutie.

6. continuing the topic of the Moon and family in general. my Taurus Moon has made my relationship with my mother seem a bit... materially focused? I love her dearly, but for a long time I saw her as someone who just cooked, bought my clothes, earned money and was concerned about my physical well-being. in terms of emotions we were stable and neutral. by contrast, my sister has far more intense feelings - they have many arguments, resentments and mutual claims. it's strange and fun to witness this love-hate dynamic.

7. I also see a connection between the charts of our parents and our charts. my mother is Rising Cancer with Sagittarius Sun. it's vice versa for my sister. despite the fact that she is an exact copy of our father in terms of appearance... my 1st house Sun makes me a real father's daughter. btw, he had Libra Sun with Virgo placements. so, it's again vice versa. my personality is greatly influenced by his, and his upbringing has had a significant impact on me. having Chiron conjunction with IC as a family house... losing him is still one of my most painful wounds.

8. 1° Virgo Mars in the 12th house supported by Capricorn Lilith... I'm still learning how to deal with my anger in a healthy way and the need to control everything. sometimes I feel a truly destructive desire to release my anger, even if it hurts other people. in such cases, I usually go for a walk alone for about 30.000 steps to fix it and calm down.

9. the conjunction of my Jupiter and MC makes me extremely delusional about becoming famous and global. I'm not sure what to do about it. maybe I should see a therapist.

10. the connection (however it's not very accurate in my case, somewhere it is stated to be a conjunction) of Venus and Mercury in Libra is usually said to have some special, magnetic voice features. while I cannot say for sure what is meant by "special features", I've often been told that my voice and way of speaking have a calming effect on people and can even make them feel sleepy if they listen for too long.

11. I guess, it's again about my active 9th house, but I'm good at learning foreign languages and it comes naturally to me.

12. having Rahu in my 11th house... I guess it has an aim to teach me how important friends are. my social circle greatly changed many times over the years.  I've had about 10 "best friends", but we don't communicate anymore. as my 11th house is in Cancer, each time it was very personal and dramatic for me. so, at some point I began to think about friends with "easy come - easy go" philosophy and didn't want to be attached to someone anymore. after that, I met someone who has been my best friend for four years already, and we've been through living together, long-distance communication, shared interests, traveling together, and haven't had any serious arguments yet. I think this is also connected to my Ketu-Lilith conjunction in Capricorn and control issues, something from "previous" karmic experience. after learning to let things go their own way, I have succeeded.

13. having my Saturn in square with my Mars makes me a kinda... renegade? I've always had troubles with authority figures, like teachers and directors. like "why should I listen to and respect you if you're saying nonsense?" however, my Mars is weak, so I tend to just silently complain and endure it, haha.

14. also, there is an interesting connection between Sagittarius IC and Gemini Saturn in the 9th house. my family is strongly religious and I was raised according to Christian beliefs. as the 9th house is also the house of faith, guess whose Gemini Saturn is rationalizing everything and saying: "it has nothing to do with me. I cannot simply believe in something 1) unjust 2) having weak evidence" etc. I guess my family secretly hates me for this when we discuss religion...

15. Libra Venus trine Aquarius Uranus has given me a good aesthetic sense in terms of visual arts. I'm not that bad at digital art (art in general, but that's not the main issue). damn, why it feels like I'm bragging... nevertheless, my friends and family often ask me to take photos of them and do "post-production", as I've been learning Photoshop since I was 11. I'm really a huge perfectionist when it comes to it. I "blame" Uranus specifically because it rules technologies.

16. Mercury is the dominant planet in my chart and it doesn't have any harsh aspects. + it forms a trine with my Uranus. I learned to speak when I was around 1-1.5 years old.

17. I don't know why, but Virgo Sun & Ascendant haven't made me obsessed with cleaning, despite the stereotypes. in fact, my house often gets messy. HOWEVER, when I do start cleaning, it can take up the whole day...

18. Sun and Ascendant in the same sign really make me really obvious to define. people often say that I'm that one pedantic killjoy when it comes to communication. I'm really sorry about this, but I can't help it, haha.

19. Pluto in the 3rd house + Virgo Mars in the 12th house, I guess, is the duo which explains my irrational love to songs with some harsh, disrespectful, and dark lyrics. I mention Virgo Mars here because I feel that it helps me to deal with my internal aggression properly. and also Libra Venus and Mercury in the 2nd house... my guilty pleasure is to listen to rappers' lyrics, when they sing about being broke nonames initially and achieving money, girls, fame and, overall, being on top now.

20. active 5th house with Leo as a ruler of the 12th house... it's tough. I really enjoy imagining myself on stage, receiving attention. I think I have a potential at least to act 'cause my image and appearance can dramatically change if I want them to. a friend of my ex-boyfriend, who saw my Instagram profile once said that he couldn't believe that the same person was in all the photos. my makeup artist also told me that I have the appearance of a chameleon and it's possible to create any image on it. but the reality is cruel and when I actually receive attention, I become scared and shy, not knowing what to do next. is there any way to overcome this..?

21. btw, Virgo ASC and that "you can be anyone" feature. I personally believe that it's hard to identify them by their appearance as this ASC can give a slightly... standardized appearance? especially if a certain person has some strong planets connected to ASC / the 1st house (for example, my 1st house Sun gave me red hair when I was a child), they can easily be mistaken for anyone. I may be biased, but you can identify Virgo Rising by their behavior or style, but not by physical traits.

You might think it's quite counterintuitive for an all-important sect leader to be this indecisive, but it worked out for the majority of his life. These days, though, Lan Xichen is reconsidering his behavior. As weeks turn into months turn into years, he stares out the windows of the Hanshi and wonders: Would everything turn out differently if he made more decisions based on instinct? Who can he even trust anymore? Would Nie Mingjue still be alive today, if he didn't force him and A-Yao to become sworn brothers? Would A-Yao still be alive today, if he listened to Wangji and Wei-gongzi's warning sooner? All the people who tell him he did nothing wrong must be lying. How can nothing be his fault?

Meanwhile, on the other side of the Cloud Recesses, Lan Wangji adds more items to his routine. With Lan Xichen in seclusion, he's busy now. He teaches and he nighthunts and he sits through meetings and he spends time with Wei Ying. He also visits his brother. He drops by the Hanshi every three days and says, can I join you as you meditate, and can I eat dinner with you? What do you suggest I do after lectures tomorrow? Sammy is a well known mail-delivery demon-ish being in the middle of a near-miss apocalyptic setting! A weirdcore and liminal space inspired earth cursed by an unknown magic force that keeps on changing and changing as time goes on.

After a recent disaster wiped out 80% of the not-quite-so "human" population, certain jobs became harder to fill as willing people became more scarce due to the dangers. Luckily, Sammy's abilities made him perfect for the role as one of the most needed jobs during this time...mail delivery.

Sammy was cursed with divine speed around their high school years. As one could guess, this power granted him the blessing of abnormal speed, which could be greatly utilized in their everyday life. However, their abilities would cause them pain and exhaustion after usage and make their already existing issues worse, especially if it was overdone or pushed past their limit. Sammy had to find their own way to balance things out so they could use their speed abilities as easily as possible.

Their inhuman speed makes getting in and out of weird and potentially dangerous areas a lot less risky. Earth is unpredictable, having someone who can swiftly bounce back deliver messages all around ends up working out extremely well. Sammy also works under MJ/Judgment as a personal messenger, allowing them to meet and deliver to a variety of different beings.

Outside of its job, Sammy lives alone in a basic but cozy house. It lives as comfortably as it can, in this peculiar world.

✨Regretevator(Au) Specific information✨

Taking apart a cult and destroying a fuckass tree to assist your dream parasite client with an already pretty bad criminal record definitely isn't easy in the slightest. MJ realized that she would need more hands on deck, aside from the already involved NPCs. Perhaps Someone who could blend in with those funny little "players" who would fill up the elevator and go through whatever challenges it offered. Someone who could use those opportunities to get information and send messages discreetly without any suspicion arising.

Sammy was asked to fill this role. To which, he happily accepted. And thus. He ended up on the Regretevator, working under Judgment once again.

Sammy is counted as an NPC, though they are one that blends in with the players. Once they get on through their specific floors, they'll go along with the players until either they lose all HP, or they suddenly stop playing along at certain floors. They can be a fifth NPC regardless of whether they're blending in with the players or hanging out in the elevator. Like MJ, they can stand up on the railing.

Sammy's abilities make it easy to get into certain places that are normally closed off and/or dangerous to get into (ex: Eternal Limbo, STATs floor, some more rare floors, ECT). Which comes in handy when MJ needs news (or anything really) to be delivered. Especially information..

They tend to get on and off at more rare floors with non-elevator boarding NPCs (or no NPCs) and/or floors that are mostly just for show (put examples here). While they're enjoying their position on the elevator, the time for action draws near...

The floors they get off/on from are: Ballpit, Dog Party, Fishy Aquarium, Glorp n Go, HC ice cream, Minefield,SharkCo mall, ECT.

Anyway, it’s Virgo season, and making everything more “interesting” is the fact that Mercury, ruler of Virgo, stations retrograde about nine hours after the Sun enters the sign. Mercury remains retrograde until the day after the Virgo New Moon on September 14/15.

So I think a lot of the initial Virgo work is going to be more internal, maybe even un- or subconscious. We may not be clear (which will drive us bonkers if we let it) until after Mercury stations direct - maybe not even until Mercury exits its storm on September 19.

What to do in the meantime? Notice things. Take good notes - don’t assume you’ll remember. Work really hard to take care of yourself. Don’t take on a lot of new duties or projects, if you can help it; this isn’t a good time to start anything ambitious. Above all, try to determine where you aren’t being/behaving in a sustainable way. Have you taken on more than you can do? Then, for the Virgo New Moon, use the energy to address the problem.

Sunday, August 27 - Sun/Virgo opposite Saturn Rx/Pisces; sesquiquad Chiron Rx/Aries. Ouch. This is a big fat “NO” from The Cosmos that really hurts.

Wednesday, August 30 - Full Moon, 7°25’ Pisces. We may gain a little insight into that “NO” we got. Looking at faith and the sustainment of faith.

Then, affecting a three-day holiday weekend in the US:

Thursday, August 31 - Sun/Virgo semi-sextile Juno/Leo;

Saturday, September 2 - Sun/Virgo semi-square Ceres/Libra; sesquiquad Eris Rx/Aries;

Monday, September 4 - Sun/Virgo sesquiquad North Node/Aries, semi-square South Node/Libra; semi-sextile Venus/Leo;

Tuesday, September 5 - Sun/Virgo sesquiquad Pluto Rx/Capricorn

The above are all “intermediate” aspects - they can be damned annoying - if we’re trying to accomplish something, there are plenty of aggravating delays.

Wednesday, September 6 - Sun/Virgo conjunct Mercury Rx/Virgo. This is the Inferior conjunction, which is sort of like a “reset” for Mercury. We can use what we’ve observed over the past couple of weeks, to simplify our lives.

Friday, September 8 - Sun/Virgo trine Jupiter Rx/Taurus. A beneficial aspect at last! That busy Virgo Sun can perhaps light a fire under the complacent Jupiter/Taurus ass, and show us how to be more authentic.

Monday, September 11 - Sun/Virgo inconjunct Chiron Rx/Aries. This can have some health impacts; we also may find ourselves lacking some crucial skill.

Thursday, September 14 - New Moon, 21°59’ Virgo; Friday, September 15 - Sun/Virgo trine Uranus Rx/Taurus. Wow. This lunation isn’t free from challenge, but it also has enormous potential for making a real difference. Remember that Mercury stations direct on Sept. 15, and aim well.

Sunday, September 17 - Sun/Virgo inconjunct Eris Rx/Aries;

Monday, September 18 - Sun/Virgo opposite Neptune Rx/Pisces; inconjunct North Node/Aries, semi-square South Node/Libra

Haru's Birthday Weekend (Prompt: 🎉)

Any birthday headcanons for other Appmon characters? Dates, star signs, how they spend their day?

I was really excited to think about this prompt, but yesterday was pretty distracting, so none of that thinking happened until I was in the shower, ahaha.

I kind of ended up answering some of the "how they would spend their day" in the cake one, so I'll leave it at that. I don't have specific dates for the other Appdriver's birthdays (in keeping with normal Digimon traditions), but I did want to think about star signs (I don't believe in astrology IRL, but I DO enjoy thinking about it for fictional characters!)

There do be MAJOR Appmon spoilers under this cut!

Because I value variety and symmetry (apparently), I ended up giving the first four Appdrivers zodiac signs with different seasons/ruling elements. This means they're pretty evenly spaced evenly throughout the year, and coincidentally they're all cardinal signs (and and AND! each of them having a different elemental affinity would make an interesting Avatar: The Last Airbender AU, perhaps??).

Haru: Cancer (Summer/Water, July 1) [this is canon]

Astra: Libra (Autumn/Air, 23 September – 23 October) [I like this mostly because scales LITERALLY appear in one of his focus episodes as a metaphor for balancing the two sides of his life. Plus Air sign -> Heavens -> Ouranosmon... IDK, it all works really well for me symbolically]

Rei: Capricorn (Winter/Earth, 22 December – 20 January) [something something pragmatic and business-like, something something driven and focused, winter in the northern hemisphere is associated with cold, death, solitude, and rest in nature, etc.]

Eri: Aries (Spring/Fire, 21 March–20 April) [something something passionate, determined, and competitive, something something spring and growth, and fire for explosive punches, DUH!]

Yuujin: Ok, here's where it gets complicated. Because Yuujin's birthday... is probably a bit nebulous and arbitrary, isn't it?

His true birthday could be considered the date he formally went online for the YJ project. However, I think that date is completely inconsequential. His mom is probably the only one who knows it, and it's doubtful she really acknowledges it. At best, she may use it as a day to perform maintenance and major upgrades (at least, when it's convenient for Yuujin to disappear for a time and not be noticed).

The birthday he and his friends know is the date his mother assigned to him for like... school-and-society purposes, to keep up appearances that he's a normal kid. Love the idea of Gemini (Spring/Air, 21 May – 21 June) for this: the dual nature, the insubstantiality (Air sign), and the fact that Gemini "typical characteristics" don't actually match his personality all that well?

Finally, I can see him having a post-canon, new-beginning birthday. I think everyone would encourage him to choose this date for himself, and I imagine he would choose the day he first met Haru. That's probably near the beginning of the school year, and I really like Taurus (Spring/Earth, 20 April – 21 May) for this (sidenote, but in an ATLA AU, I imagine Yuujin's a non-bender).

your love for dance despite not being graceful and loving it anyway gives me the impression you’re quite free spirited and carefree?? and I think it goes well with reid bc he’s more on the other end. perhaps it’ll be more beneficial for him than you (like in case it may tame you) but I think it still meshes well. he’s had lots of experience with taking care of people older than him (his mum) so he knows how it feels to look after someone that’s ‘supposed to look after you.’ he also appreciates art history. and bc you’re bubbly and playful I think that works with reid once he’s more comfortable and open with another person. he also gets lost in his head loads so there’s a common ground, and also someone else to help the other out of being lost in thought (bc you both know how it feels) he’s very attentive and caring and gentle and can also be the opposite when needed. also he’s tall so you’ll get the height difference you deserve🫶
