I sometimes hate how my system started to work because we wanted to get better and fucked up some rules by accident then now we can't seem to fix it

whenever someone is processed as trauma, feel guilty, made mistake - they always start to vent about it then slowly turn into a persecutor inner

all I'm thinking right now is what Mouse said before he left and the fact Fishy won't eat burritos - he knew he won't, he knew he will leave soon, he was begging us to remember him well and the last time I saw him was him holding a gun to shoot me

and now I'm sitting here and crying because people think this illness is a fun thing to play as, they don't understand how much a person can hate self due to being traumatised that they cut off their parts in drastic ways to not miss them anymore, they don't know those alters help but I have to see them turn into monsters just because they are no longer needed somehow

I should let him go before it happened, I'm tired of fighting and I said so but it was too late and it only made things escalate as he thought I don't care about him, I do - I do a lot but I know how things work and we only prolong the inavitable

who's next? Bronco? Szymon? Soprano again? maybe Jeff?...

if I didn't enter those stupid relationships they would be safe, some wouldn't even exist and maybe for (their) better, some wouldn't be so traumatised and there wouldn't be so many of us

new people in my head every single time, so much grief and doctors tell me to be happy about healing

I don't care about anyone who reads it and thinks I'm anti recovery

I am not but it doesn't mean I'm gonna smile because my brother is now "part of me" which is untrue, he's just gone leaving me conflicted about the reason why he splitted in the first place as now I could be mad at someone I love because he hurt me with his illness
