Posoliti, dodati celu glavicu crnog luka, celu šargarepu i celer i čenove belog luka. U dubljem tiganju zagrejati mast, dodati alevu papriku i izblendirano povrće i sve lepo sjediniti. Vratiti u šerpu sa pasuljem, dobro promešati i začiniti po ukusu biberom i po potrebi još posoliti. Ostaviti da još malo krčka, pa skloniti sa vatre. . . . #mojegrne #recepti #recipes #foodblogfeed #receptizadusu #comfortfood #instasrbija #cooking #homemadecooking #foodies #instafood #pasulj #arhivabloga (у месту Bor, Serbia) https://www.instagram.com/p/Cob9mtxMZw0/?igshid=NGJjMDIxMWI=

i woke up on time i can recall i even woke up early enough to have time to do a full face of makeup and well, be there on time
this mornings weigh in made me feel disgusting… but.. it’s ok, i told myself. i got ready and left my house with a pretty outfit that would be more beautiful on somebody skinnier than me ;; i truely disgust myself hahaha
college went fine, i actually got some good good work done in my first class, i made the entire thing in ice cream colors.. brown pink and soft pastel yellow.
4 zero sugar energy drinks
my second class also went ok. during my first class i put all 4 of my energy drinks on the table and that made everyone laugh so they put their drinks too which resulted in this photo being taken. peep my mutual putting his thumbs up lol. during my second class i finished a concept of my assignment and i got to starting the lineart of the final project but im still far from done.
after college i went with my best friend to the store and he got me these hairclips, im very happy with them. he probably knew i was hella triggered watching him spending a lot of money on someone that is not me but i hope that person is happy with what she’s getting.
i went to the store and i bought an onigiri cause i was craving it. when going home i debated if i should walk home after i get out of the train or if i should take the bus since i already had 10 k steps.. but i saw a triggering tiktok so i decided to walk. while walking i felt sickly and tired, i barely felt present all day and this walk more than ever was me just skipping through time in 0 degree weather… but anything for some extra steps.
dinner / omad : a bowl of pasulj (bean soup), 1 piece of schnitzel, some mayo, burek mom made with idk some vegetable filling. a rice cake with jam. an onigiri
cals : 752
if you care about the soup or schnitzel read yesterdays post. the burek was good, my mom always makes good tasting variations of it. the mayo was to dip my schnitzel in idk. i finally learned how to properly use our new microwave so for the first time in a while all of my food was actually warm. like fr fr.
i let myself have that onigiri cause i walked home. i know i shouldn’t be rewarding myself with food i know it’s gross but give me a break. i wanted to have a kinder bueno but i told myself i could have it the next day if i just fasted for the rest of this one. i finished a litre of pepsi zero to cope lol, it helped.
before bed i read my old story chats about my favourite characters, it gave me comfort when i needed it the most, as i was really hurt by something at the time (still am) and i needed something comforting. i shared some of the dialogue with eli who was keeping me company at the time.
total cals : 752
total steps : 15.2 k
song for today, recently i’ve been feeling more and more shameful about how i look and how i feel, it feels so good to be sick yet i don’t feel sick enough, i feel painfully average even knowing im now the smallest person in my class… i still feel like i could get thinner, dangerously so.. and im nowhere near there. i have a thighgap my ribs show my collarbones show but i just look thin, not sick. it’s driving me up a wall. atleast i’ve been binge free for a while now and i’ve been ignoring my random cravings more and more…

Kozara hike
⛰️Activity title: Kozara hike
⛰️Duration and time: 8 hours
⛰️Date: 24th of March
⛰️Type of activity: activity
Activity description
⛰️Our school organized a hiking trip to a mountain nearby. Unfortunately, it was a rainy day but we went anyway. We traveled by bus, got there at 9 a.m. hiked to one top called Kozaracki kamen and then continued on our route to Mrakovica, where the monument is located. We had a lunch there, pasulj, which translates to bean soup, a traditional dish to those regions. After that, we went to a coffee shop to warm up, because our clothes were all wet and muddy. With our tea we played a few card games and went back home.⛰️
Learning outcomes
Show commitment to and perseverance in CAS experiences.
Reflection
⛰️This was a rather unexpected adventure. The rain just added to it. It was enjoyable to spent time outside of the city. Reaching the top of Kozaracki kamen felt like an achievement, and the view, though clouded, still carried a sense of accomplishment. Overall, the trip was a reminder that even when conditions aren’t ideal, making the best of a situation can lead to lasting memories. The pictures are here to show that we were STRUGGLING, but still wearing happy faces.⛰️

3 January 2024 - I received an email from a canyoning company in New Zealand yesterday. It was a company that I'd been in contact with before I came to Australia that had shown interest in hiring me. But before I bought a plane ticket, this company notified me that because of weather and bad road conditions, the canyon that this company operates in is closed for commercial operations. Therefore, this company wouldn't be hiring anyone since there's no work for guides. But, yesterday, I got an email from this company saying that the canyon is opening to commercial operations and that the company wants to start sending tours out. However, all of the guides that previously worked for this company have found other jobs. The owner of the company asked me if I was interested in coming to NZ and joining his operation and working as a guide or assistant guide for him.
So that's interesting...
I called the folks for just a few minutes but didn't get much of a chance to talk.
Daniel and I had a mission: we needed to get to the Tetkas' house by 2 pm to help move some furniture. Daniel and I left Dee Why at 1:15 to take a bus to Manly Vale. The Tetkas needed a couch moved from inside to outside. The moving of the couch took fewer than five minutes. Then, the Tetkas wanted to reward us for our hard work, so they insisted that they feed us. Tetka made pasulj (pronounced "possool"), which is a vegan bean soup. It was delicious! I finished mine pretty quickly because it was so good, and Tetka noticed my bowl was empty, and she insisted that I have another bowl! So, I was stuffed after two huge bowls of pasulj. After lunch, I headed back to Dee Why alone because Daniel had some other errands to run.
I cooked a vegan gado gado for dinner. This is a recipe that my housemates and I cooked in Ann Arbor, and I believe we called it Helm's Deep pad thai. And then I cooked this meal in Bremerton, and it went by various names. I cooked this for Marie and Daniel, and Marie (not sure about Daniel) enjoyed it!
After a significant food coma, I decided to go on a night run. I can feel my body getting stronger; I'm less tired and less sore today than when I took my first jog on the beach.
I'm thankful for talks with my parents, no matter how short. I'm thankful for missions with Daniel. I'm thankful for the opportunity to help the Tetkas, thereby having a way to show my gratitude to Marie and Daniel for all that they've done for me. I'm grateful for the Tetkas love and cooking. The Tetkas love me, and they're so cute. Even though we don't interact much, I'm pretty sure they think of me as a nephew/grandson, and that makes me smile. I'm grateful that Marie liked my gado gado! I'm grateful for late-night runs on the beach.

Taqueria Unomas u Ljubljani

i woke up around... lets say 12 ish ? i cant exactly recall.. or maybe earlier. i stayed in bed untill abour 1 pm. i actually bothered to put my apple watch on the charger, which btw the battery of that thing is ass but im waiting untill i have a bit more money to replace it... i got up around 1 pm and paced around my room untill 1:30. in which time i went and i packed my lunchbox. after that i got went back upstairs and went to go speedily do my makeup and hair and find my work uniform.
when i got to work my coworker asked me how i was doing and i said i was ok at best, while speaking with her, excuse my translation, i cant find the exact words, but she said something along the lines of "dont get any more thinner / malnourished than you are now, youre so small". in that moment i had to act and i spouted some excuse about not taking care of myself, but actually my ego had shot through the roof and i felt so fucking good about it. i complained to her about how our managed scheduled me too many hours next month and she said she will mention it soon

pasulj, a sort of bean soup.. its basically just thick soup with beans inside. my dad made it, so it was actually a bit spicy ! i really liked his recipe / twist on it.. he actually makes very good food. it has sausage in it here also, he insisted i grab some of course. when he wasnt looking i wrapped half of it in a towl and threw it away
then in the other section i cut some cucumber and arranged them nicely in a line... this was very satisfying to look at all of the slices lined up
lastly i had my first kinder advant calander chocolate. it was a little santa thing. as seen bellow here, it was hallow on the inside, which i find very comforting actually.. if it was filled surely it wouldve been alot higher in cal teehee... and my friend mark also brought me a zero sugar energy drink which i as usual didnt count... lmfao
⋆˙⟡
after i finished this food i was feeling pretty good and energised... i stayed off my phone for most of my shift and focused on actually working and completing my tasks, which resulted in me being done with every possible thing, even tasks i usually dont do, with alot of time left over. as much as i was bored, i took this time to actually rest after i was done for the next 30 so minuetes... and this left me feeling alot less stressed when i had to leave. generally because i walked slowly, i look thin with my legs in a tight legging, ect ect, people, especially my regulars, looked at me with pity. if i stay with this job, surely with time they will be more and more concerned... and i am excited for it <3
then i put on my coat and took my ass back home. biking was very cold and quite quiet... i talked to myself on my way home as usual. when i came home, i felt ok... today i noticed taking my time is not such a bad thing, and i am not a burden for sparing my energy. when i got home i took the time to pet my cat before i entered inside, i went upstairs and i didnt even open the fridge. i have been telling myself recently that my 34t1ng d1s0rd3r is my friend and not my enemy, and that my real enemy is food... so i have been slowly going back to restriction... i have slip ups sometimes but.. this is a new month, im determined to do well.
⋆˙⟡
this song is so very beautifull... it makes me feel peaceful in the winter, and i love the singing. i wish i could speak russian along side serbian.. it seems like such a beautiful language but im unsure how id learn </3
