beh lei una volta disse che tra i valori nutrizionali "generici" e quelli dell'etichetta, bisognava considerare i secondi, per cui ora non capisco come fa a dire "la pasta è pasta" quando persino tra due diverse marche di spaghetti possono esserci dal 20 al 30% di calorie di differenza per 100g

20% di differenza significa che una ha 350 kcal e l'altra ha 280 kcal, oppure 420 kcal, a meno che tu non compri paste speciali (pasta di riso, pasta proteica, pasta integrale... ma a quel punto non stai confrontando marche diverse, ma prodotti diversi) non c'è questa differenza. Oppure mandami le foto con le etichette, o magari un link, se credi che tra spaghetti Barilla e spaghetti De Cecco cambi così tanto.

Se hai un piatto elaborato, ad esempio un vitello tonnato preso nel frigo al supermercato, allora devi necessariamente fidarti dell'etichetta, perché è specifica per quel prodotto e solo chi l'ha prodotto conosce le quantità degli ingredienti; se invece usi vitello, tonno e maionese a casa tua puoi benissimo usare i valori generici e rapportarli con le tabelle che ti ho linkato.

Infine, considera che qualsiasi dieta io abbia elaborato in vita mia si basa sui valori di tabelle come quella che ti ho linkato.

"Zi," Giovanni gli chiede, un richiamo per attirare la sua attenzione. Non ha bisogno di finire la frase.

"Voi che prendete?" chiede alle ragazze che si sono sedute al loro tavolino perché il baretto è pieno e le ragazze si siedono sempre vicino a Giovanni, anche quando di posto ce n’è.

"Mi prendi un bloody mary?" chiede Luchino, e Elia gli rifila uno schiaffetto sulla nuca mentre Giovanni gli chiede da dove cazzo gli è uscito di bere il bloody mary alle undici e mezzo del mattino.

"Te niente? Lei niente. Io una pasta."

"Cioccolato?"

"Integrale al miele, se c’è."

"Eh, integrale al miele!" Martino la sfotte, perché a Martino basta un quarto d’ora per cominciare a sfottere la gente.

Sono al secondo botta risposta e la seconda risata sotto i baffi di Giovanni, prima che Elia sia abbastanza lontano da senitre solo il bordello che riescono a fare nel baretto pieno. Il biliardino è ancora occupato dai pischelli del primo.

"Ciao." Elia si gira e il sorriso non gli passa dal cervello ma esce subito sul viso.

Sana se ne sta lì in fila un po’ dietro di lui, le braccia incrociate come a dire viecce che tanto ti colpisco indietro e quelle fossette un po’ timide.

"Ciao." risponde.

Quello davanti a loro ordina due cappuccini e tre cornetti e Elia si chiede se siano in tre e uno non beva, in due e uno mangi il doppio, o se si smezzano il terzo cornetto perché vogliono dividere qualcosa ma un cornetto intero a testa se lo vogliono mangiare.

"Scusa per prima, Silvia sta in fissa."

"Che?"

Sana lo guarda come guarda un po’ tutti, come se fosse stupido. E’ un’aria bella, a Elia piace l’idea che sappia quanto più intelligente di tutti sia.

"Per prima. Quando vi siamo passate davanti e non ci siamo fermate perché Silvia ci ha trascinate al tavolo dicendo che dovevamo studiare..."

"Ah, no, sappiamo che stava pisciando Luchino."

"Ah, allora ve le sorbite anche voi le storie."

"Eccome no. E la sfumatura del capello, e la risata, e l’occhio destro un po’ più verde- me la sogno la notte Silvia."

Sana ride come se ci fosse qualcosa che sa che lui non sa, ma non è come quando è un fatto, è come se ci fosse una storia dietro. Forse è per l’impiccio, e Elia la storia la sa già, ma se la farebbe raccontare di nuovo.

"Eh, magari descrivesse i capelli, di Luchino." fa una smorfia strana, il naso arricciato, e la fossetta di qua si vede più di quella di là. Poi si vede che vede che la guarda, e si corruccia e pensa chissà cosa di quel che sta pensando Elia, e lui glielo vorrebbe spiegare ma il barista si impiccia.

Elia si chiede se non lo cerchino come requisito quando assumono. Sa fare la schiuma con la macchina, sa dopo quanto latte un macchiato diventa un caffèlatte, si impiccia.

"Prego." dice a Sana, e lei un po’ si impettisce un po’ sorride e alla fine l’impiccio dei baristi non sembra un brutto criterio.

"Nono, vai tu."

Non le chiede se è sicura perché Sana gli pare sempre sicura, e se non lo è non crede che le piacerebbe se qualcuno lo notasse.

Ordina il solito caffé e succo d’arancia per Gio, si prende un lungo per avere un espresso che non sia un ristretto, e poi un cornetto al cioccolato, due alla marmellata, uno al pistacchio che non sperava ci fosse, e l’ultimo integrale al miele da distribuire.

Una delle fossette di Sana scompare nel broncio quando il barista acchiappa l’integrale con le pinze.

"No, anzi." lo interrompe.  "Dammene ‘n altro al cioccolato, va."

Sana sorride, e forse ha capito, forse no, e se ha capito bene ma male perché non guarda lui ma a terra, forse per nascondersi perché pensa chissà che vuole questo, pigliati sto cornetto, ma probabilmente ha pensato solo che abbia cambiato idea, e Elia un po’ vorrebbe dirglielo e un po’ no, perché è contento di farla felice in silenzio.

"Te li porta al tavolino Anna."

"Mh?"

Il barista si ripete, e Sana pensa sia stupido di nuovo. Ma anche gli stupidi sorridono, e questa volta quando Sana guarda a terra Elia si sente di dire che lo fa perché è timida.

"Per te?" chiede il barista mentre mette gli spicci in cassa.

Sana guarda il barista, poi il cornetto, poi Elia per un secondo e poi il barista.

"Una alla crema e due caffè." Elia ridacchia un po’, una cosa un po’ alla Gio, e Sana lo guarda stringendo le braccia più forte.

"Bhe, non vai? Non vuoi sentire della pelle candida di Silvia sotto la luna?"

"Come no." dice,  "Allora ciao."

"Ciao." dice lei, e Elia si volta anche se non vorrebbe.

Il biliardino è ancora occupato. Al tavolino stanno prendendo in giro Martino, ma Elia da uno schiaffetto a Luchino lo stesso, perché si impiccia con Silvia e poi Silvia lo vuole evitare, e Luchino si merita di essere punito per togliere a Elia la possibilità di negare che è un po’ codardo, che se non si incontrano con le ragazze Elia a parlare con Sana un po’ si vergogna.

"E la roba?" Martino chiede come se Elia si fosse intascato dell’erba.

"La porta Anna."

"Ah, fregna Anna." commenta Giovanni, che pare un po’ in calore di sti tempi.

"Mi da sempre due bustine di zucchero, Anna." aggiunge Niccolò.

"No, zi, lo zucchero nel caffé no." Gio’ dice lanciando un discorso riciclato e che si riciclerà di nuovo. Quando Anna arriva stanno ancora lì.

"Ehi," Anna gli dice mentre Martino e la ragazza che rimarrà senza cornetto stanno a beccarsi per niente.  "Anto’ m’ha detto di dirti che la ragazza tua l’ha preso, il cornetto al miele." se mai metterà su un bar, Elia li prenderà tutti impicciatori i baristi. "Caruccetto." aggiunge Anna perché deve stare facendo una faccia da ebete clamorosa, e si guarda nel caffè lungo per nascondersi.

Giò ridacchia e Elia vorrebbe mandarlo affanculo quando lo guarda ma ancora deve riprendersi, e Giò non dice niente, non sorride nemmeno, ma non ne ha bisogno.

"E l’integrale?" chiede la ragazza guardandosi le paste sul vassoio.

"Eh, integrale al miele finite." Elia confessa, Gio’ ridacchia di nuovo e si beve il succo per risparmiare Elia di altro.

"Ma no!"

"Eh, invece."

"Eeeh, la vita è dura."

"Ma sta zitto, Martino." Gio’ lo apostrofa riemergendo dal succo, il caffé già in mano.

"Simpatico l’amico vostro, eh?"

Elia si guarda sopra la spalla.

Anche nel baretto pieno è facile trovare Sana.

E’ la più bella.

Nomination Review: Bizu from Bizu

Bizu from Bizu; confirmed in the album "Le Signe D'ys" (note this series is entirely in French and no English translation exists for this album). At the start of the album the book spends a page going on about how every creature in the forest is feeling the power of love/lust in spring and then shows Bizu just standing there going "oh it looks like rain" with a voice over saying "except for Bizu, he's never experienced it. A little melancholy perhaps but even then..." (you can see the page for yourself here in the internet archive:

Just as a note, this album came out in 1986 and does not use the specific word "asexual" so I understand if you disqualify this as not being "canon enough" though I feel the book deliberately pointing out that he doesn't experience sexual attraction while other people do (several of the animals featured are major/recurring characters) pushes it past headcanon territory

I do worry about him getting crushed by more well-known characters (among English speakers) so hopefully there'll be enough obscure characters for him to fairly compete against.

Oggi sono stato a lavoro dalle 10 alle 19.05. Mi sono tagliato due volte, ad un certo punto avevo entrambe le mani con i guanti. Mi sono dimenticato uno dei due compiti che dovevo far svolgere a Sara(doveva pulire un po' il magazzino, invece le ho fatto fare pulire l'interno di un banco). Ho portato a casa delle paste di ieri, tra cui uno dei miei carissimi budini. Ho fatto la crema morbida e quella dura, ho impastato il burro della sfoglia formando 10 panetti da 2,6kg, ho impastato la pastella della sfoglia formando 10 piccoli pani da 2,3kg, ho cotto il riso, ho impastato la pastella integrale doppia formando 6 pani da 4kg, ho impastato la pastella comune formando 10 pani da 4kg, ho stampato-foderato-riempito 2 teglie di budini(128), ho condito il riso.

Nieuwe aanpak leefbaarheid en veiligheid in wijken

In een aantal gebieden in Nederlandse steden staan de leefbaarheid en veiligheid onder druk. Problemen op het gebied van onderwijs, armoede, gezondheid, werk, wonen en veiligheid stapelen zich op. Het kabinet wil deze problematiek samen met gemeenten en hun lokale partners en bewoners aanpakken. Met het Nationaal Programma Leefbaarheid en Veiligheid wordt er vanuit verschillende ministeries geïnvesteerd om de stapeling van problemen aan te pakken. Zo wordt er geïnvesteerd in betere volkshuisvesting (€ 600 miljoen), het voorkomen van jeugdcriminaliteit (€ 82 miljoen) en de aanpak van armoede en schulden (€ 20 miljoen). Ook wordt er fors geïnvesteerd in het verbeteren van de onderwijskwaliteit en de versterking van scholen met veel leerachterstanden. Minister De Jonge voor Volkshuisvesting en Ruimtelijke Ordening: ‘Voor de wijken waar de leefbaarheid en veiligheid het meest onder druk staan, vergt een succesvolle aanpak een lange adem en veel doorzettingsvermogen. Om de stapeling van problemen te doorbreken moeten we de woonsituatie flink verbeteren. Als we willen dat in een wijk echt een gemeenschap ontstaat, als we willen dat kinderen in een klas zich aan elkaar kunnen optrekken, als we willen dat mensen in de wijk blijven wonen - ook als ze meer gaan verdienen, dan moeten we bouwen aan gemengde wijken met een divers woningaanbod. Zo verbeteren we de leefomgeving, vergroten we de veiligheid en geven we mensen toekomstperspectief.’   Minister Weerwind voor Rechtsbescherming: ‘Jongeren verdienen een goede toekomst, maar niet iedereen groeit op in een veilige omgeving. Daar liggen criminele verleidingen op de loer. Samen met gemeenten en professionals uit onder meer de zorg en het onderwijs willen we jongeren structuur en toekomstperspectief bieden. We maken ze weerbaarder en daarmee blijven ze op het rechte pad. Ook tijdens en na detentie.’ Minister Wiersma voor Primair en Voortgezet Onderwijs: ‘Iedereen in de klas verdient dezelfde kansen om zich te ontwikkelen, ongeacht in welk gezin je bent geboren of in welke wijk je school staat. Ieder kind moet met een trots gevoel zijn school binnenstappen en aan de slag kunnen op het niveau dat bij hem of haar past. De school is het centrum van de wijk. Door wijken te verbeteren, maken we ook de scholen sterker.’ Integrale aanpak voor 20 kwetsbare gebieden Het gaat om 19 gemeenten met 20 stedelijke focusgebieden die geografisch over heel Nederland verspreid liggen en waar in totaal ruim 1,2 miljoen mensen wonen. In de praktijk komt de lokale samenwerking tussen overheden, corporaties, politie, zorg- en welzijnsorganisaties, scholen en andere maatschappelijke organisaties en werkgevers, vaak moeilijk van de grond. Hierdoor is de aanpak nu versnipperd. Het kabinet wil daar verandering in brengen met een integrale werkwijze die de verschillende domeinen overstijgt om stapeling van problemen effectief aan te pakken. Gemeenten en lokale partners gaan een samenhangend uitvoeringsprogramma maken en onder leiding van de betreffende burgemeesters worden in de focusgebieden allianties opgericht. Herstructureren van 25.000 particulieren woningen Het verbeteren van de woningvoorraad is bepalend voor het toekomstperspectief van een gebied. Door wijken meer divers te maken en door gebouwen op te knappen en te verduurzamen verbetert de leefbaarheid aanzienlijk. Om tot een meer gedifferentieerde woningvoorraad te komen is herstructurering vaak noodzakelijk. Via het Volkshuisvestingsfonds (VHF) wordt er deze kabinetsperiode in totaal € 600 miljoen geïnvesteerd in de herstructurering van circa 25.000 particuliere woningen in kwetsbare gebieden. Onder herstructurering wordt verstaan: vervangende nieuwbouw, intensieve en grootschalige renovatie en verduurzaming en transformatie van vastgoed naar woningen. Preventieve aanpak van jeugdcriminaliteit Verder wil het kabinet voorkomen dat kinderen, jongeren en jongvolwassenen in een kwetsbare positie de criminaliteit in gaan, daar steeds verder in verstrikt raken en uitgroeien tot geharde criminelen. Daarom wordt ingezet op een brede, domeinoverstijgende wijkaanpak en het versterken van de justitiële en sociale ondersteuning in de wijk. Voor de preventieve aanpak van jeugdcriminaliteit heeft het Kabinet onder de noemer ‘Preventie met gezag’ structureel €82 miljoen ter beschikking gesteld en € 61 miljoen voor de preventie en aanpak van jeugdcriminaliteit.  Doorbreken van stapeling van problemen Het uiteindelijke doel van het programma is om de vicieuze cirkel van problemen te doorbreken, waardoor bewoners van kwetsbare gebieden er structureel op vooruitgaan. Het programma is daarom breed en zet in op een kansrijke start, goede (voor)scholen, loopbaanoriëntatie en de aanpak van armoede en schulden. Het kabinet investeert € 20 miljoen in de aanpak van problematische schulden van mensen. Omdat scholen een cruciale rol spelen in de ontwikkeling en weerbaarheid van de lokale jeugd, sluit het programma aan op versterking van de scholen door te investeren in goede leraren en schoolleiders. In overleg met gemeenten wordt nagegaan wat gezinnen nodig hebben om de stapeling van problematiek in de stedelijke focusgebieden te doorbreken, dan wel te voorkomen. De opgedane kennis en ervaringen in de stedelijke focusgebieden benutten we om de problematiek elders in Nederland ook aan te pakken.
