#detoxtoolbox - Day 12 - #hanumanasana in #parsvasarvangasana . I've got the side shoulderstand, but I am not really in the splits. I also found this pose extremely challenging on my wrists. I focused on rooting down through my shoulders and the back of my head, while lifting up through my hips. I kept my hand and forearm very active to protect my wrist.
