Nyx Headcanons

Headcanons for my favorite little bean, because we don't talk about him enough.

He 100% inherits Rhys's "earth-shattering" power. That extra chapter where Feyre and Rhys were deciding on a name and basically felt powers shifting in the Force when Nyx came up makes me firmly believe that.

He's a good, sweet kid but also goes through a few phases where he's an absolute nightmare to raise through no fault of his own. Nyx is a happy baby, but has zero concept of his power when it starts to show, leaving one very tired High Lord and High Lady when he shatters a window in his nursery when wiggling his arms excitedly.

He's an intuitive little guy though and very quickly figures out he needs to be careful when Feyre and Rhys try to teach him to get a handle on that power. He learns this the hard way after accidentally nightmisting one of his toys.

Nobody for the life of them can figure out why he adores cranky Auntie Amren so much. Though he's not old enough to explain it, he thinks she's another child to play with. Cassian suggests this and Amren nearly rips his head off.

Nyx is a full-fledged mama's boy. He adores Feyre and is a complete snugglebug with her. He's also very protective of his mama.

That said, he idolizes his dad too and copies everything he does. He follows Rhys around and mimics everything, right down to trying to copy the High Lord's graceful swagger. Feyre, naturally, absolutely melts at the sight of him waddling after his dad with one hand in his pocket looking too cool for school on his tiny little legs.

Nyx is obsessed with Starfall, and his first-ever painting is a finger painting of him with his parents under those stars. Rhys gets misty-eyed when he sees it.

He's besties with Kallias and Viviane's little snow angel. The fact they're the same age is perfect--when the grown-ups are too boring tending to one courtly matter or the other, Nyx and his friend can easily pass the time playing in the snow. Nyx already has met his match in the realm of snowball fighting, and takes a new tactic or two back to absolutely wallop his uncles. Rhys could not be more proud of this fact.

Nyx takes his role as Eldest Cousin very seriously, but there's one cousin in particular who absolutely does not and will not listen to a word he says. Guess whose kid that cousin is.

Nyx takes a little too much after his mother sometimes in that he befriends every semi-civil demon-thing or dark spirit that walks the face of the earth. To Uncle Cassian's absolute horror, Nyx is apparently friends with Bryaxis...and Bryaxis loves this kid.

miss question, lady redundant woman, and Leslie have girls nights out, but they always end up where they wake up crawling out of a dumpster, wake up in a Forrest completely barefoot in 60 degree F weather swarmed by deer, makes it back to one of the three’s places, all of them drunk-crying about how much they love a dog they saw earlier, wake up with a new stray dog as a pet, or some other form of ominous nuanced way to end the night out. I also feel like amazo (or Adam ) genuinely loves fighting crime, and basically is like Superman in fair city

Round 2 of my Ateez Adventure Time AU is here!

Yunho and Jongho are from “Universe Z”, which has no magic and is basically just our world. They are cousins and have a 10 year age gap, in Jongho’s eyes, Yunho is the coolest person ever. In this world, Yunho had his own Mingi, who was his best friend until they were in their last year of high school and Mingi was a victim in a big car accident (also involving Jongho’s parents). Afterwards Yunho didn’t end up going to school and becomes a mechanic. Yunho has a hard time being around Jongho because the kid is so smart and Yunho's parents Love him. Jongho seems to be doing so well and Yunho knows that his parents think that he should also be moving on. Years later, when Yunho is 22 and taking his 12 year old cousin to the library for him to study and do homework, Yunho is reading through some old looking fantasy type book. Suddenly the book lights up and a portal opens up. A guy with pointy ears appears in the portal and Yunho is pulled through.

Jongho, who was 13 when his cousin disappeared, had a bad time. He became obsessed with trying to find him, and spent the next 10 years studying the book he disappeared through, as well as anything else that came up along the way. Over the years he finds that the relics that are talked about in the book are actually real, and then he works to become an antiquarian in order to further study the artifacts. Eventually, he manages to collect 9 gems needed to power the book Yunho had disappeared through, and he is able to travel to “Universe A”. Jongho is now 22, but only a year has passed within Universe A, making Yunho 23/24. When spawning in Universe A, Jongho is not automatically anywhere near Yunho, but he does eventually find a sketchy looking cave, which upon further inspection is the place where Mingi has been frozen in crystal for the past 600 years. Jongho accidentally frees Mingi from his prison, and they slowly become friends, Hongjoong joining them to become a little team (Seonghwa will also join this team at some point).

Wooyoung is a born wizard, about 900 years post-apocalypse era. He specializes in nature related magic. He grew up in a very safe but slightly boring town, practicing spells and fooling around. On a particularly boring day when he’s about 15 years old, Wooyoung decided to browse the forbidden section of the spell books and found a book on dark magic. Wooyoung, being an admittedly just ok wizard, figured he wouldn’t actually be able to successfully pull off any of the spells in the book, and decided to secretly borrow the book back home. He found an interesting spell on summoning a familiar, thinking maybe he’d at least get a cat or something if he did manage to succeed. Instead- for whatever reason- he summoned a full demon, not in the form of a cat or bird or toad or anything, named San.

(UPDATE: Wooyoung has a hobby of building things out of scrap metal, inventing little robots and such. He doesn’t really know what he’s doing most of the time but he sure does make things!)

San is an ice demon created by The Demon King about 800 years post-apocalypse era, who had been hearing about his younger brother’s little fire friend above, and wanted to make his own element creature. Thus San was born (made already physically aged about 14 years old because why would the king want an actual baby). San was a bit of a disappointment for The Demon King, because for whatever reason San was incapable of being evil, so he ended up being basically scrapped for about 100 years. Being a low ranking demon, and also a rather disposable one, when someone above suddenly summoned for a familiar, the demons pretty randomly chose to send San. This exchange also bound Wooyoung to dark magic, allowing him to cast permanent curses. San and Wooyoung end up getting along great, and decide they want to explore beyond Wooyoung’s home town (both around 15 years old physically). They live outdoors, camping in the wild and going on adventures while stopping to help anybody on their way (getting lots of rewards!). After about a year they find an abandoned treehouse which they decide to move into, and they become the local heroes! (Discovering Wooyoung’s ability to curse things was wild. They accidentally cursed some guy to be a tree for all of eternity. No take backs)

8 years later, San starts having visions full of fire and seeing a man with white hair possibly being able to help (his visions are very confusing so he’s not sure). Woosan begin a new mission to try and understand what San’s visions mean, and eventually Wooyoung will figure out how to build a portal that will allow them access to the cosmic dimension, where they will be able to ask for one wish. San goes, and is asks to find the guy with blonde hair who can help stop the fire in his visions. Because wish making is tricky business and San wasn’t clear on the description of this blonde guy, he is given Yunho, who is not the guy in San’s visions (it’s Seonghwa). Wooyoung and San don’t know how to send Yunho back so he ends up having to stay with them. Luckily they all get along and they become a little team. At some point Yeosang will also join this team after being separated from Seonghwa.

How do you think Tom would have been raised by Riddle?

And do you think Harry's personality would be very different if he had been raised by his parents? or by Sirius?

I'll start with the second question and then go for the first. My answers for each are gonna be more of a general overview of how I see their difference and not anything too detailed since this post is long enough as it is.

The short answer is yes and no, Harry (and Tom, for that matter) were very affected by the way they grew up and it influenced the way they behaved, their choices, and their personalities in various ways, but certain aspects of their character would likely remain. I think, in Harry's case whether he was raised by James and Lily or Sirius after James and Lily died would be somewhat different but a lot of his nature still holds.

If James & Lily lived

A Harry who grew up with James and Lily as parents would likely have Sirius around, basically 24/7 as well. Like, I don't see James getting married really separating the duo of James & Sirius. Lily was also clearly close enough to Sirius that they had their own friendship by the time the Potters were in hiding.

I think this Harry would be just as compassionate, and likely still mature for his age. I think, had James and Lily lived, they would've probably had more kids, making Harry the eldest child. Eldest children tend to be the most mature, responsible children and the most helpful to the parents (not always, but on average).

That being said, Harry would be more confident in everything. He'd probably be more arrogant than his canon counterpart. This Harry would still be between Slytherin and Gryffindor in his sorting (closer to Slytherin than canon Harry, actually). This Harry, with his alive war hero parents, and being the eldest child would likely strive to live up to James and Lily and the various achievements in magic/government they had post-war. So, actually, a Harry raised by James and Lily has just as much if not more of a chance of ending up in Slytherin since he'd be more prideful and ambitious and just as clever as canon Harry. (Though, he'd likely still ask the hat to be in Gryffindor, for reasons similar to those in canon).

This Harry would have likely grown up with Neville and perhaps Ron and Luna from childhood, so he'd have arrived at Hogwarts knowing much more about magic and the wizarding world and surrounded by friends.

(How James and Lily survive also kinda matters for this entire what-if scenario. As in, did they kill Voldemort somehow? Did Voldemort just decide not to kill them so as to not waste powerful wizards and then Harry is still the Boy Who Lived who defeated the Dark Lord? somehow? Because that'll make James & Lily and the reaction of magical society different to Harry and would affect how he grew up somewhat)

If Sirius didn't go to Azkaban

If we assumed Sirius, somehow, didn't go to Azkaban. Say he got a trial and was acquitted, bribed his way out, succeded in killing Peter and proving his innocence, or something like this that'll allow him to be Harry's guardian and not on the run from the ministry, how would he have raised Harry?

I first want to say I'm not a Wolfstar shipper, so I don't really see it going in that direction, especially not early on. No shade to Wolfstar shippers, ship what you ship, just not my taste. I actually don't see Remus being overly involved early on. I mean, his and Sirius' friendship is very fractured by this point, both thinking the other was a traitor and they lost the glue that held them together — James. They'd probably mend their friendship later on, but, it'll need to be Sirius who pushes for it because Remus who's left to his own devices would stay away.

So I think Sirius would go to Andromeda for help with baby Harry since she relatively recently had her own daughter. So, this Harry would grow around with Aunt Dromeda and Uncle Ted and Nymphadora as an older sister/cousin character.

This Harry would still be as compassionate and mature for his age as Harrry usually is. His compassion is such a big part of him, that I don't think it could be completely curved off regardless of how he's raised. Harry would be helping Sirius with his grief as much as Sirius is raising Harry. Sirius after James dies would probably wish he'd followed him and then regret the thought immediately because he has to be there for Harry. Harry just being there would probably help Sirius a lot.

But this Harry is probably the most impulsive and least mature of the three Harrys discussed in this post as he'd take after Sirius as his rule model in basically everything. And you can bet the stories of the epic misadventures of the Mauraders (according to Sirius) would be his bedtime stories for years before going to Hogwarts.

And Harry would still be the Boy Who Lived, except now he'd know it earlier and have to deal with a wizarding world that knows. He'd still be more aware of the wizarding world and maybe already friends with Ron and Neville or perhaps other kids by the time he arrives at Hogwarts. If Harry is raised by Sirius post-war, there is also a none zero chance Narcissa would reach out to Sirius and Harry would meet Draco before Hogwarts. I think, they'd still be kinda annoyed with each other as kids, but the dynamic would be different.

This Harry would be more confident, but not as arrogant as if he was raised by James and Lily, I think. I think this Harry would have a whole different set of insecurities, but they would exist. And I see this Harry as the most Gryffindor of them. He'd still have his sass (maybe even more so) and cunning, but he'd be more brash and impulsive than Harry raised by the Dursleys or his parents would be.

If Tom Riddle was raised by his father

This Tom would likely hate wizards more than regular Tom does. After all, he'd grown on his father's stories of being bewitched and of his mother being an evil witch. Then, he'd probably spend his childhood trying to conceal his magic to the best of his ability only for a huge rift to grow between him and his father once the Hogwarts letter arrived.

I also don't expect Tom Sr to be a loving father for a kid he didn't want from a woman who raped him. Especially if said child had magic. If he still married the other woman he was with (Cecilia), I doubt she'd like Tom either. So Tom still has a pretty unloving and neglectful childhood but at least he gets regular meals.

This Tom would likely still get sorted into Slytherin and still be just as hateful towards wizards and muggles and himself. He's still curious about every facet of magic he could find and would want to perfect it.

The main difference is that I don't think this Tom would be overly focused on immortality. He'd be safe from the Blitz, he wouldn't see as much death, and would barely experience the war compared to at Wool's.

This Tom might be willing to settle for a job as an unspeakable at the ministry and not become a Dark Lord. But he also might hate muggles and wizards more than regular Tom and he'd still be after magical experimentation like the mad scientist he is. So, Tom being raised by the Riddles would likely not save the Wizarding World from him becoming a Dark Lord. Hell, he might become immortal just to prove that he can instead of some fixation on immortality like in canon.

This Tom would probably be just as desperate for a real human connection since there's a good chance he wouldn't get it from the Riddles.

Basically, Tom doesn't change much and has a miserable childhood that leads to him becoming an only slightly more functional adult than normal.

It’s my first time writing for Nicholas haha so I’m a little bit out of my comfort zone.

Just an fyi in general to everyone, I’m happy to write these kinds of headcanons for him but I don’t see Nick in a sexual way, purely because he looks like my ‘cousin’ for lack of a better term haha our mums have been best friends for 50 years and I’ve known this guy since the day he was born and he’s basically the British version of Nick but with short hair ahaha so I don’t read or write smut or anything for Nick, I just can’t 🤣

•During the labour I think he’d be calm on the outside but terrified on the inside, you’re his whole world and you’re bringing his child into it, that’s going to shit him up inside, worried that something could go wrong but he never leaves your side

•After you’re home from the hospital, he would be there for both of you every minute of everyday, he’d do the midnight feeds and get up when they cry so you can go back to sleep

The last thing I expected when I brought my Scouts to NCIS was finding out that one of them was a missing kid. I tried calling Y/B/N's older sister, but her phone went to voicemail. I left her a message explaining that I needed her to come talk to me. I sent the rest of the kids home and kept Y/B/N with us.

"Tim," he said softly. "Am I in trouble?"

"Of course not, bud."

"But AFIS says I'm a missing kid."

"I know," I sighed. "I called your sister. When she gets here, we will figure it out. But I promise, you're not in trouble."

I watched as he figured it out. "Am I going to be taken away from Y/N?"

"Taken away?" I repeated.

"Yeah," he shrugged. "If I'm really a missing kid, aren't they going to take me away from her?"

"Hey," I whispered, "I will do everything I can to make sure they don't take you away from Y/N. I promise."

Y/B/N's parents were killed in a car accident three years ago. Since then, his sister Y/N has raised him. According to Y/B/N, his sister had a big book publishing job in New York when their parents died. She walked away from it all so she could raise Y/B/N. Now she owns and runs a small bookstore downtown.

After getting Y/B/N a snack, I went to my desk to look into the missing child case on him. I looked up when the elevator dinged. As soon as the doors opened, Y/N came running out.

"Tim!"

"Y/N," I started.

"Where's Y/B/N? Is he okay? He must be terrified. What's going on, Tim? Where's my brother?"

"He's fine," I tried to soothe her when she took a breath.

"But you called me and said you needed to keep him here," she said. "Why would you have to keep him here, at NCIS? Did something happen? Did he do something wrong? Tim, please tell me what's. . ."

"Y/N," I stopped her as I gently grabbed her shoulders. "Y/B/N is fine. He's with my friend, Abby. The reason I called is because something came up."

"What are you talking about?"

"And who is this?" Tony smirked as he walked over. For some reason, I felt weirdly protective of Y/N when Tony looked at her.

"Y/N, this is Agent DiNozzo," I said, trying to ignore that weird feeling. "Tony, this is Y/B/N's older sister, Y/N."

"It is so nice to meet you," he attempted to flirt. Y/N scanned him before immediately turning back to me. She grabbed my hand and pulled me away from Tony.

"What's going on, Tim?" She asked. "Where's my brother?"

"He's talking to Abby and my boss, Gibbs," I explained.

"He's okay?" She double-checked.

"He is," I reassured.

"Then what's going on?"

"Let's talk," I sighed. I led her to the conference room, not entirely sure how to approach this topic. "Y/N, your brother's fingerprints connected us to a missing child case," I explained. "Any knowledge of this?"

She instantly shifted in her seat. "It's a little more complicated than that," she said softly.

"What do you mean?" I gently pushed.

"Y/B/N isn't my biological brother," she confessed. "He's technically my cousin. His parents weren't capable of taking care of him. His mother slept her way through Virginia and his father was too focused on his drug business. With his father constantly out of town and his mother wanting to keep herself busy, she dropped him off at our house all the time. He was a baby and she'd basically leave him on the doorstep, Tim. She wasn't fit to be a mother. But my parents? We were a better family for him. We raised him. We took care of him. We protected him. We loved him."

I reached over and grabbed her hand when her voice broke. "From what I've seen, you and your parents have taken wonderful care of him. He loves you. His biggest concern all day was that he'd be taken away from you."

Y/N let out a shaky breath as she intertwined our fingers and continued. "He was with us on and off for two years since he was three months old. When he was two, his mom left him with us for six months. After a long conversation, his parents agreed to let us raise him. They got a legal document stating that my parents were Y/B/N's guardians. They went as far as adopting him. My parents even added me as a guardian in case something happened to them. . ."

Y/N's voice dropped again. I was about to tell her she didn't have to keep talking but she continued anyway, "I don't know why his biological parents filed a missing child report. We had an agreement."

"Any chance you still have a copy of that agreement? Or the adoption papers?"

"I do!" Y/N perked up. "I have a copy of both at home. Would that clear all of this up?"

"Yes," I smiled. "It would. If we can prove that they filed the report after they signed the agreement and the papers with your parents, the report will become void. We could even arrest them for filing a fake police report."

"But why?" Y/N asked, her voice soft. "Why would they do this? They have known Y/B/N's entire life that they gave us custody. When did they file it?"

"About four years ago," I told her.

"Four? Why four? How would they benefit from filing this?"

"My guess," I sighed, "his parents wanted him back."

"And by claiming he's been missing his entire life, the courts would just give him back?" Y/N scoffed.

"Not with the signed document you and your parents have," I instantly said. "Odds are, they knew they didn't have any legal precedent to take Y/B/N back. And they couldn't hire lawyers so. . ."

"They tried to turn my parents into kidnappers."

"But it won't work," I said, the look on her face worrying me. "The document that your parents got signed stops Y/B/N's biological parents in their tracks. They can't fight it."

Y/N nodded as she stood up, instantly wiping her hands on her pants. She was about to leave the room but froze with her hand on the door handle.

"I can't lose my baby brother, Tim," she said, her voice breaking.

"You won't," I said softly as I walked up behind her. "You show me the document giving you and your parents full custody and this all goes away."

"And Y/B/N comes home with me?" She asked as she turned toward me. It was then that I saw the tears in her eyes.

"He goes home with you and stays with you."

My heart jumped into my throat when Y/N wrapped her arms around me.

"Thank you," she whispered. She pulled out of the hug and I instantly saw the blush on her face. "I just mean. . . Thank you for taking care of my brother. You should know, he really looks up to you."

"He does?"

"Of course," she shrugged. "Whenever he gets home from Scouts, he's always buzzing about what you taught them. And he has the biggest smile on his face. He adores you, Tim."

"He's a great kid," I chuckled. I smiled softly as I added, "You've done a great job of raising him."

Y/N paused, her smile slightly falling. "Can I see him before I go get the document?"

"Of course," I said. I grabbed my phone and called Abby. "Hey, Abs. Can you bring Y/B/N up to the squad room? His sister wants to see him."

"Thank you," Y/N mouthed. I hung up the phone and put my hand on her back. I led her out of the conference room without a word. When we got to the squad room, Y/B/N was already there.

"Y/N!"

I smiled as Y/B/N ran toward her and jumped into her arms. Y/N instantly grabbed onto him tightly.

"Are you okay?" She asked him gently. She let him go, knelt down, and looked him over.

"I'm fine," he laughed. He lowered his voice when he added, "Y/N? What's going on?"

Y/N looked over her shoulder at me and sighed. "It's complicated, honey."

"Am I a missing kid?"

"No," Y/N said instantly. "You're not, bud, but it is a little complicated. I promise to explain it to you. I just need to go home real fast and get something for Tim. Are you okay to stay here with Tim's friends?"

"Of course," he said, his voice soft. She leaned down and kissed his forehead before following me to the elevator.

"You okay?" I asked her when the doors closed.

"How am I going to explain this to him?" She asked, her voice barely audible.

"Just tell him the truth," I said honestly.

"But what if he. . . What if he hates me?"

I reached over and flipped off the elevator. I gently grabbed her arms and turned her toward me.

"Y/B/N is not going to hate you," I tried to reassure her. "It doesn't change much, Y/N. You are still his sister."

"No, I'm not," she whispered. "I'm his cousin."

"Moral support?" She teased. I let out a sigh of relief when Y/N smiled.

"Exactly," I laughed.

I flipped the elevator back on and we rode the elevator in silence. I drove Y/N to her house and brought her back to NCIS once she found the documents.

"Hi, Y/N!" Y/B/N yelled as soon as we walked back into the squad room. "Hi, Tim! You guys are back! I have an idea! Let's go get pizza! Maybe we could bring it back here and watch a movie on that HUGE screen."

"What is wrong with you?" Y/N laughed as Y/B/N bounced up and down on his toes. "Did someone give you sugar?"

"Nope!" He yelled. "Something called cafrine."

"You mean caffeine?" Y/N asked as she gave me a look.

"Sorry," I sighed. "Abby must have given him a Caf-Pow."

"This is gonna be a long day," Y/N laughed. She lowered her voice and said, "Maybe I should wait to have that talk with him."

"That's probably a good idea," I whispered back.

"What are you two whispering about?!" Y/B/N yelled. "Is Tim finally asking you out?"

"Wait, what?" Y/N stuttered. She looked at me like she was studying me. "What does he mean finally?"

"I'm not sure," I lied.

"You know what I mean," Y/B/N laughed. "I see the way you look at her whenever she drops me off or picks me up. It's the same way she looks at you."

"It is?" I asked him but kept eye contact with Y/N.

"I think so," Y/N said under her breath. "But it kind of depends on if you look at me that way."

Y/N and I had kind of an awkward staring contest before Y/B/N came running over and nearly tackled me to the ground.

"Careful!" Y/N gasped. "I should get him home before he crashes."

"I can walk you two out," I chuckled. "I'll help carry him if we don't get him to your car in time."

"I appreciate that," Y/N smiled.

We got into the elevator and Y/B/N instantly leaned against Y/N. She and I shared a look. "That didn't last long," I whispered.

"Turns out I'm going to need your help carrying him to the car after all," she chuckled. She looked at me and her smile softened. "You still up for being my moral support?"

"Absolutely," I said instantly. I had a random burst of courage as I said, "About what Y/B/N said on his Caf-Pow burst about me finally asking you out, I guess I should get it out. Would you like to grab dinner sometime?"

"I'd love to," she smiled. She looked down and laughed at her brother who was barely awake against her side. "Maybe after we get Y/B/N to rehab for his caffeine addiction."

JJK AU - No curse! Itadori Household

Hello hello, as I recently enjoyed (inhaled) a lot of JJK AU content, here is my version of one. Just AU description of my vision. Key points are: modern, no curse, very domestic-ish, based on Unc! Sukuna.

1. Once upon modern Tokyo, there lived the Itadori family. The whole family lived in their moderately-sized house in a decent suburban area. In fact, they are in the pretty comfortable level of slightly upper middle class. (here is a picture from akiya-mart.com to illustrate their kind of house, but a little bit fancier. Yes, I like to be precise abt the picture in my head 😤).

2. The grandfather is Itadori Wasuke (61), a retired chef and owner of a successful ramen shop chain. He has twin sons: Jin and Sukuna. He spends most of his time at home with his grandsons and tending to his garden. He sometimes does quick business trips around town to check on his shops.

3. Itadori Jin (31), the older twin. a loving husband to Kaori and doting father to Yuji and Choso. Per mutual agreement with his wife, he is currently a house-husband. Focused on raising Choso and Yuji as well as tending the family home with his father.

4. Itadori “Ryomen” Sukuna (31) is the younger twin. Basically the brash and rebellious of the twin (but secretly loves his family very much). He follows his father's footsteps into the culinary world and is a celebrity chef. In the entertainment world, he is currently the IT bachelor: young, handsome, and has his own charm of the bad boy vibe that draws all the ladies. At home, he is the Uncle Kuna to Choso and Yuji. 

5. Yes, Sukuna is loaded. He actually has his own high-rise luxury apartment in the city centre, but he made up some reasons on why he still decided to live in the family home (truly, he just wants to be close to his family, not that he would admit that).

6. Itadori Kaori (née Kamo, 31), Jin’s wife and loving mother to Choso and Yuji. She is the working parent in her immediate family. Ambitious at her job, she is the young and respected manager at her organisation. She likes to dote on her children whenever she can as her job often takes her time and focus away from her babies.

7. Story time: Kaori is actually a longtime friend of Jin and Sukuna, they were introduced back from infanthood. She and the twins basically grew up together and Wasuke always has a soft-spot for her. Treated her like his own daughter. This is because she is the daughter of the Kamo family, a very close family friend, and even distantly related to the Itadori family (Kaori’s grandparent is a cousin of Jin and Sukuna’s grandparent).

8. Itadori Choso (8), Kaori’s first child from her deadbeat-ex. He is Yuji’s older half-brother (but they never say “half”), Jin’s adoptive son, Sukuna’s adoptive nephew, and Wasuke’s adoptive grandson (yes, the whole family adopted, adored, and never think that Choso is not one of them since day 1). An artsy kid with a gloomy face, which only lights up when he sees his baby brother Yuji. Despite his appearance, he is actually a cute and wholesome kid on the inside. 

9. Itadori Yuji (3), a very very cute kid. Currently his favourite person is his uncle Kuna. He just likes seeing (and drawing) his tattoos and is very entertained by how uncle Kuna grumbles “brat”. Very excited to start kindergarten next year. Obsessed with the virtual pet game: Pou. He named his pou “Uncle Kuna”.

10. Fushiguro Megumi (3), another cute kid that is Yuji’s best friend (along with Nobara). Currently obsessed with dogs. He says his dream job is to do anything that work with dogs. A very very smart kid at his age. Already reading 1 syllable words fluently and into books also.

11. Kugisaki Nobara (3), yet another cute kid in the neighbourhood that is also best friend with Yuji and Megumi. Her mom just moved to Tokyo from their hometown. She really likes the tall buildings of Tokyo and the colours of the fashion district.

12. Fushiguro Toji (30-something), father of Megumi. In a similar yet not the same niche with Sukuna: drop dead gorgeous under the bad boy persona . Everybody always says it would feel “fitting” if he and Sukuna were seen hanging out with each other. Turns out he and Sukuna are in the same gym. Their other interactions are only when picking up their nephew and son from the biweekly nursery playgroups. 

13. Mamaguro (30), mother of Megumi and wife of Toji. A very lovely woman.

-- his mom almost only calls him Junior, besides his full name when she's like angry, or stuff like sweetie and dear. she called him Baby Boy a lot when he was a baby/little kid 🫶 she still does it sometimes, and Julius gets embarrassed Every Single Time.

-- his dad mostly calls him Son, My (Little) Guy, Little man and Jul. Young man soooometimes.

•Julius' maternal grandmother is a cat :•]. i'm thinking of her name being like. Felicity.... she's an old Siamese Cat. i'll draw her sometime but basically she's white with small stripes in the dark areas(not including her Old Grandma clothes)

- Jean's fuse moves just like of a cat's actually!!! Senior doesn't have this "tail language" thing, but it does light up when he's really mad.(Jean's doesn't lit without an external force at all)

-- i think it'd be cute if Julius had his own fuse language 😳. like like wagging when happy and shit. he'd absolutely hate it. but idk if I'll actually make it part of my gumball art or not 😭😭😭😭

• when Julius was very young his body was basically. big round head and little bean body. it slowly changed to his current Funny Stick Body with time. i think it'd funny if in da futura gets kind of a upsidedown isosceles-like triangle body + his round. hips?????? he has now idk 👍

- also talking about Julius as a baby. since that time he was a Little Devil. he was not only a troublemaker, but also a drama king and lied way too much(sometimes he didn't even have to lie and lied anyway). if he didn't bite someone at least once, or had a full tantrum in daycare at least 2 times a week. Something Was Wrong.

-- his parents ARE the ones that Will show you his baby photo album even if he begs them not to. he looks like he's crying and/or pissed on most of them. tehehehe.

• Julius is friends with Rotten Cupcake since little kids. and nowadays they're still very close. Evil Besties!!

• (HUMAN. AU.) Senior is mixed, american black + european. he's quite dark in skin, curly hair(that isn't very noticeable since he combs it with lots of hair. clay?) while Jean is very pink-ish pale and has straight hair.

- Julius is almost as pale as his mother. He does have curls in his hair but since he gets it buzzed almost making him Bald it's not very noticeable (he has a rat tail but it's always braided)

• Jean's family side is basically all catholic. Sr.'s have a bunch of family members with different christian religions.

- Julius Jr's parents themselves aren't much of "stricly christians", even if they have some "catholic tendencies" n stuff. Jean's has more of this "tendencies" than Seniour though haha. these two are lgbt allies!!! from a bit of many insistence from Rotten and Julius trying to justify why being Queer. isn't a real sin.

•Julius' uncles and aunts (2 bio uncles from Jean, 3 bio uncles + 2 bio aunts from Sr.'s) that Did have Kids have more than one. there's like two that didn't have any?. sooo yeag he's the only cousin that is an Only Child 😁

Working on some Muppet art for the next addition to the Zootowski family tree, the twins parents, but it's taking a bit longer then I thought due to my new work contract (basically means I got a whole new schedule and I hate drastic schedule changes, I'm still adjusting to it).

In the meantime I've been thinking about Camilla (she's close with the twins parents) and decided to make a small post of headcannons with her:

-Camilla is a walking dumpster and will eat anything, she's notorious for eating eggs raw. It endlessly disturbs the rest of her family (aside from Zephyr's mum who is unphased but it). When eating hard boiled eggs, one of her favourite snacks, she eats them with the shell on because she "likes the crunch"

-Due to her habit of eating foods which generally aren't considered normal, Tina especially is very unnerved by her. Camilla has no idea and thinks of Tina as a good friend (if a bit straight laced and to the point)

-Animals are scared of her due to her large size, which upsets her a lot since she loves cute animals.

-I've mentioned this before but all the good genes went to her muscles, out of everyone on the Zoot family tree she's the least tactical despite being one of the oldest

-She grew up in Rio where she raised Raph, making a career for herself in sport. Raph's side of the family is incredibly sporty, very unusual compared to his oldest cousin Zoot who is...well, the total opposite. Camilla has done plenty of sport in her time, football, volley ball, wrestling and boxing being the main ones. Before becoming a mother she played for local sport teams, but when Raph came along and she began teaching him how to play certain sports, she decided to become a coach. She mostly teaches older kids and adults since teaching kids makes her worry, she knows how strong she is and worries about accidentally hurting them

-She can play the guitar, and pretty damn well despite having huge hands. It was a cheap method Camilla tried out as a way to put herself out there more, she started learning when Raph was a kid and she was feeling lonely about being a single mum. Now days she's a lot less self conscious about it, but playing the guitar does in fact help her pick up chicks (even if she has no clue how to handle the attention)

-Camilla sometimes speaks in the third person

-Due to her strength and build, Camilla is rarely ever scared. You can make her jump and she can get nervous, but she's rarely be scared scared. Due to all the years she spent doing sport she's a hard hitter and can more then hold her own, it definitely helped build her confidence. Anytime she comes across a muppet-y monster looking creature she's hardly phased by it

-She owns a "Free Hugs" shirt and wears it to Pride

-Relentlessly religious about self care and physical well being, when she was younger she'd sometimes overwork herself or get herself busted up in wrestling that resulted in a bad injury or scar, so she's very aware and cautious of her own limits and others

-Panicked the fuck out when Raph started randomly teleporting without warning. It seems Zoot and his cousins all got some weird freaky power, which their parents skipped out on. Raph's ability is to teleport (shamelessly inspired by Sans from undertale), often silently and without meaning to as a baby. Camilla would pull her hair out every time it happened, in the end, when it was safe for it to not be considered a choaking risk. Camilla got Raph little ankle bracelets with bells on them so she could always hear where he teleported to

-Is the type of relative to bring lasagne or casserole as a gift

-Big eater. Ontop of being able to eat pretty much anything and not get sick, Camilla has a huge appetite. And like with the rest of her, she has an impressively strong jaw. Despite all the stuff she eats her teeth are actually pretty good (something which endlessly boggles Tina)

In Eric's office at Blinkhorn Toys, Kelso described integrating a dynamic programming language into a new line of educational toys for kids. His facility for computer code never cessed to be impressive -- or surprising for someone with Kelso's lack of common sense. But he'd always been good with numbers, and Eric was glad the VP of toy development agreed to hire Kelso as a consultant.

"And you can make cartridges to swap out for different learning games," Kelso said, sitting across Eric's desk. "It'll be the Sesame Street version of a Gameboy." He shoved his proposal aside and laved his fingers together on the desk. "Now let's talk about you knocking up Donna with a kid."

Eric choked on his coffee. His coughs were whispers compared to the cacophony in his brain. Kelson couldn't know Donna was pregnant. Neither of Eric's parents would've told him, and Donna sure as hell wouldn't.

Kelso stood, dashed to Eric's side of the desk, and patted his back hard. "Arms up."

"I'm fine," Eric coughed out, but Kelso insisted on hitting his back more. "Enough!" He swatted Kelso away, but Kelso stayed close. "What -- what do you mean, exactly?"

"Betsy's got cousins and friends, but Brooke wants her to have a sibling. I can barely handle one kid, and who knows if Jackie and Hyde'll ever become parents, so if you and Donna ... "

"Oh, thank God." Eric's throat was raw, but Kelso was just being Kelso. Eric directed him to return to the chair across the desk. "Betsy's a good kid. You're way more capable of fatherhood than you give yourself credit for."

Kelso was seated again and said, "That's not the point. I never want Betsy to feel like she's not important, the most important person to me along with her mom. Having another kid now would kill her sense of reality. She's already ten. My older brothers were basically out of the house by the time the twins were born. It's all sorts of messed up."

"Wow. You've become introspective in your old age." Eric was joking about the last part. Kelso had turned thirty this year. He was hardly elderly, but he did think a lot more deeply. "How would Donna and me having a baby help you?"

"Well, you could name me and Brooke your kid's godparents. Then we'd visit each other a lot more often, and Brooke would get to hold an infant in her arms again."

The muscles in Eric's back tensed. He and Donna had already chosen Hyde and Jackie's as godparents. They were doing a great job as Betsy's, and they were more than friends but family. "So Brooke's missing baby-time, and you want to give her some without actually having another one. That's really sweet of you, man."

"Actually, it's selfish." Kelso grabbed the blind proposal he'd written, and his thumb repeatedly rubbed the corner of it's cover. "I want Brooke to remember how much work having a baby is -- the no-sleeping, the puke, the poop -- and realize we made the right choice having only one."

"But all that stuff's temporary," Eric said. He'd been reading his dad's baby log about him, and the relief Dad experienced once Eric was potty trained had jumped off the page. "What about all the fun and joy you have raising Betsy?"

Kelso stopped fiddling with his proposal and scratched his jawline. "Yeah, she'll be a teenager soon and won't hang out with me and Brooke as much anymore. Then she'll go to college ... and Brooke and I had Betsy when we were barely in our twenties. Maybe it wouldn't be so bad having another kid, except ... "

"Except ... ?"

"The no-sleep, puke, and poop will take our attention away from Betsy. She might feel like we've replaced her."

Eric drank what remained of his coffee. What he said next could influence Kelso in either direction, and he didn't need that responsibility. So he took a moment to craft his words carefully. "Why don't you and Brooke ask Betsy how she'd feel about have sibling?"

The tortured expression on Kelso's face vanished. "Ask Betsy! Eric, you're a genius!" He patted the proposal and said, "Okay, you talk to your VP about this. I've got to get back to Chicago. ... Ask Betsy -- why didn't I think of that?"

"Don't forget that she's ten!" Eric shouted after him. Kelso was already at the office door. "She won't understand what becoming a big sister means unless it's fully explained to her."

"Brooke'll be good at that." Kelso was halfway out the door. "Thanks for everything, Eric!"

He disappeared into the hallway, but Eric wasn't sure if his advice was good or if he should've kept his mouth shut. Friday the thirteenth produced strange effects in people, and a sense of eerieness invaded his body.

He'd be making decisions for a helpless being soon enough -- he and Donna would be -- and mistakes were an inextricably part of parenthood. Of life. His errors might be fatal, and he finally and truly got why Donna was reading all those baby books.

He picked up the receiver of his office phone and dialed his mom. She only worked part time at Point Memorial Hospital these days and never on Fridays. When she picked up, he said, "Hello, Mom? ... No, everything's fine. ... My voice is not squeaky -- anyway, when's the earliest date we could schedule a one-on-one babycare lesson?"

I don’t think either Harry or Meghan are raising their children, just their answers to basic questions and how they talk about their children at whatever age shows they have no clue about developmental stages, what kids like or do and how they interact with others such as their parents -

I think they’ve had a team of Nannies since the start, albeit a revolving team of Nannies once they realise that Harry & Meghan are wanting the Nannies to be 24/7 caregivers and for themselves to not be involved, which scares Nannies off as that sort of mindset to raising children is seriously unhinged and unhealthy -

I do think Meghan when she is around the kids controls everything they do, what they eat, what they say and act and will punish them if they don’t do exactly what she says when she says - that whole pepper & salt at the same time for example, Archie shouldn’t be forced to do that and should be allowed to figure things out for himself, make mistakes as that’s how kids learn -

I’m not a mother or even an aunt but I do have cousins with children and friends with children and how Meghan in particular interacts with her children is eye-opening as it’s obvious she doesn’t hold them as she doesn’t know how to, when you’re raising a baby even with Nannies, that is something you learn quickly - how to hold the baby, whether it’s feeding time or just cuddling as it’s something you need to know

Whenever we’ve seen Archie or Lili, or with the latter, how we’ve heard others talk about how she acts - both sound like seriously depressed kids which is sad, Archie looks like he’s been put through the ringer that one time Meghan did a FaceTime with Doria - I’ve never seen such sad eyes on a young boy like that - also any mother would’ve had her child properly dressed when she did the first birthday reading event with Archie in a babygro and full diaper, and he didn’t want anything to do with her - and Lili always seems to be cold and grumpy, which if anyone who has ever been around kids, they’re hardly ever such

I do think Tom Jr was telling the truth about her being a danger to children whether it’s physically or emotionally or psychologically, but seeing how her mask slips and how angry she can get with an innocent child like she did in Dublin 2018, she is not someone I’d want around my children - and I think Catherine and Charlotte experienced that first hand

Personally I don’t think Meghan and Harry are baby/toddler/young children people. I think they both prefer children that are older - Harry because he’s an emotionally stunted 12 year old who can play better with them, Meghan because older kids are more controllable and malleable in terms of their behavior.

But the thing about preferring (or liking better) an older age range is that first you have to go through the younger years. And if you don’t really develop the bonds in the younger years, then the older years are going to be rougher because the kid won’t know what to do.

Okay, the other time I was on pinterest and I found this fanart of "Free!: Next Generation" and i was LIKE: OMG THATS SUCH A COOL CONCEPT!! (If anyone knows the name of the artist please let me know)

And I can't stop thinking about this universe but, more importantly, I haven't been able to stop thinking about this concept with Sakura participating in it. AAAAAAH 🌸 (ignore my ugly added drawing, it's because I'm insane and i needed to indulge my obsession)

So yeah, here are some headcanons of Sakura living in this future:

The twins treat him like their cousin and like to help him with his homework.

He feels a special admiration for Hayato, he is the tallest person he knows who is not an adult and he likes being around him (Haru has nothing against Hayato, but he still feels that the fact that his son gets along this well with someone from the Shigino family is karma or something)

He is already determined to go to Iwatobi High School, Rin tells him that before that he should worry about passing his fifth grade exam.

He likes to brag about his parents being Olympic medalists but knows very little about how the Olympics or the swimming competitions themselves work (Misaki he always ends up explaining everything over and over)

Hes the youngest among all of them (he is still in elementary school) meaning he can't help but be treated like a baby (he hates it but takes advantage of it when it comes to food)

The twins take very seriously to accompany him at home when Rin and Haru have a commitment, it makes them happy to be with him "just like Haru-nii was with them"

Sakura suffers the terrible condemnation of having blue eyes (everyone keeps looking at them like if they were a mysterious and rare bug). He likes his eye color because it looks like Papa Haru's but he doesn't like that the attention his classmates give him is just because of that.

Loves to draw and paint! He has many drawings of his parents, family and all his friends including the twins, Misaki and Hayato (although he hasn't shown any to Hayato yet because 'he's so cool, what if he doesn't like it? no, no, I must make one drawing as cool as him')

The kid BITES, either to show affection or as a defensive attack, but he bites (It's worse when he inherited Rin's teeth)

Ran is one of the few girls he has in the family aside for his grandma and auntie Gou, he is very attached to her when playing, he likes her to braid his hair.

His competitiveness may be a problem in class. The old teacher of Iwatobi Elementary can only be shocked at what a boy with the Matsuoka energy and the Nanase stubborness would do. (at least he inherited the intelligence of both)

I got so many more bc im basically insane about Sakura, but these are the first ones that come to mind. anyways, thats it

Yes, she does! A big brother and a little sister! Nicolás and Camila ✨✨

Their relationship was...a bit complicated when they were younger since they have a gap of six years between each of them (Nicolás is 42, Alicia is 36 and Camila is 30). So, since their parents were mostly busy during their childhood and teenage years, Nicolás was the one that cared the most for his sisters and that's why Alicia admires him a lot and Camila is especially clingy with him. However, the three of them still love their parents anyway.

Also, for a couple of years (read as high school years) Nicolás ressented his sisters because he missed many things as a teenager because he had to help Alicia with her homework and take care of Camila when they were the six months in the US each year. The two sisters also were a bit pissed off with him for being a controlling brother, so they had...a rocky relationship for a while. And nowdays, they have a great relationship between them.

It all went to the better when Nicolás was in college, Alicia enlisted and Camila finished high school. They had their own things to do, but also kept in contact, so they were able to figure out the feelings and sort the resentment they had for each other. As adults, they pass some time on their childhood home just staring at the sky as they tell anecdotes of the months away, for example weird times in the places where Camila is sent, stories of Alicia's missions or just ideas for plans in The Hague that Nicolás invented.

They even make trips together or simply go for something to eat when they coincide in Texas!

6. Did your muse have a best friend? Friends? Who did they hang out with as a kid? Are they still friends?

She used to have some friends in Colombia and the US, mostly the typical friends with who you make the homework or pass the breaks with. For example she was friends with a girl name Hailey, a boy named Samuel, another two girls named Elena and Juliana...

Honestly, after she enlisted to the Marines, she lost contact with her high school friends in both countries.

8. What did your muse do in their free time? How did they entertain themself as a kid?

Alicia was imprudent and energetic as a child (she still imprudent, ask Jackson for proofs XD), so she had and made a hundred ways to entretain herself. She climbed trees, swam with her cousins, read a bit, pestered her uncle to hear his stories, ride a horse, chased her grandparents' dogs. It's fair to say that she was an energy ball with legs, that's basically the reason why she ended in Kung Fu and Krav Maga classes as a teenager 😅😅

What is the Cooliver spin-off in your head like?

ok, so here’s my concept…

starts out very basic spin off about them in cambridge together, living in a small but not tiny 2 bedroom apartment, cooper’s at cambridge culinary, oliver’s at harvard (yeah, this requires some amount of retconning but ahw already does it so 🤷🤷) etc

but then by some strange twist of fate (little cousin? friend’s kid that they can’t take care of? random appearance on doorstep? i’m not sure) they become the primary guardians of a young child/baby.

this of course leads to various lil parenting situations, maybe in a similar vain to when katie had her mommy vlog but like with a younger kid.

it also leads to many situations of oliver and cooper’s classmates (who haven’t met the other half of cooliver) meeting the kid and moments of “oh, yeah, my roommate had class and couldn’t take her with, so she’s here today,” “my roommate pulled an all-nighter and really needed some sleep, so i’m keeping her out of the apartment today,” and stuff, leading all of their classmates to assume they’re living with a baby mama situationship/gf/ex/something along those lines. ofc they insist they aren’t romantically involved, but there’s a whole will-they/won’t-they despite their argument.

the whole will-they/won’t-they reaches its climax when the kid (who has been alternating sleeping in either of their bedrooms with the respective guardian) has a nightmare and is very insistent on having the protection of both of them to fall back asleep, leading to the entire little family cramming into a twin bed for the night.

idk, the idea isn’t super fully developed. but this is what my brain has been mulling over this past month or so
