Look at them. Look at how far they've come since joined the same team. Look at how T'Challa sacrificed himself in Blood Hunt to save "THE ICON" aka Sam Wilson, and how he went to a dreamscape only to save Sam all over again. Look at them. Look at how fine they are.
I've looked at them for five hours now... (sobbing in the distance)

I recently joined a post-apocalyptic Godzilla-based TTRPG and I am having a blast!
Here's some of the art I've made for it so far.
The building-sized cat is Atrox the icy mist lynx kaiju. She is my character's "bonded titan", meaning they get powers from her in exchange for my character's humanity. Fun stuff.
The person in the blue down jacket is my character; Panthercap. They/them pronouns. The big kitty with them is their truest friend, Carl. Panthercap lives in a busted up version of San Francisco, which means I get to take my own reference photos!
The 5-foot pigeons are not friendly...

Sisterhood 🍄🪄🫧🍄
Dewdrop bonnet & False blusher
This is a special illustration for me this time because I wanted to represent my daughters in it. The older one (Bubble Witch) always tells extraordinary stories to the little one (Smol Panthercap) and takes her to an imaginary world.
Here, she sends her magics full of bubbles to make her fly in the air ! 🫧🥰
I was inspired by the theme of the week 4 of Funguary which is cryptic but by making it cute and very colorful.I hope
I hope you will like it ! ❤️
Tumblr media
The Bubble Witch 🪄🫧 - Dewdrop Bonnet
This mushroom captures dewdrops, so I imagined a witch who casts spells using the power of her bubbles.
Tumblr media
The Smol Panthercap 🍄 - False Blusher
She never goes out without her white socks. Her white flesh doesn't blush when she's bruised, unlike her cousin the Blusher Mushroom.

Panthercap, also known as amanita pantherina.
Tumblr media
Uncommon but often confused with grey spotted amanita, its ochre-brown cap has a grooved margin and regular pattern of white, warty veil fragments (these may wash off) The gills are white and free, the ring ungrooved and pendulous. The white stem has several scaly rings above the egg-cup like swollen base.
It can be fatal if consumed.

This is not a Panthercap. Amanita pantherina is somewhat uncommon, has pure white scales, and lacks the dark stripes around the stipe. Panthercaps are also highly poisonous while excelsor are edible, although not recommended due to their easy confusion with pantherina.

24th August 2024: Cross-leaved heath, one of a few wonderful Roe Deers it was great to see and view on our walk at Acres Down in the New Forest this afternoon, the little Ruby buddleia in the garden brought in memory of our late dog Ruby, view at Lakeside Country Park yesterday evening and snapdragon out the back and beautiful and fascinating sundew I enjoyed seeing, trees and a log with a bit that I thought looks like an eye at Acres Down.
Fallow Deers in a deer fest, Robin, Goldfinch, Woodpigeon, lesser spearwort, a heather hat trick with common heather and bell heather seen too, tormentil, daisy, gorse, water mint, bog asphodel, bracken, hard fern, rowan berries, apples, blackberries, Dor beetle, Southern Hawker, my first panthercap mushroom of the year and Green Woodpecker heard were other highlights on the brilliant walk from Acres Down with Collared Dove, Woodpigeon, House Sparrow, Goldfinch, sunflower, bee and black-eyed Susan other highlights at home.

Some designs and a map from my warriors setting overhaul/weird magic au/ fanclan thing “Lingua Franca lacking”. The main point is to make a warriors setting that does two things: establish distinct culture and cultural differences, and feed my bottomless hunger for worldbuilding.

EXCELSA OR PANTHERINA? 🇬🇧 It happens very often that the readers of my blog #funghimagazine .it write to me asking 4 the mushroom's ID through some pics. To all of them I reply that, 1st of all, although I am a mushroom scholar, I do not have the relative license as a mycologist, 2nd point, if I did, I could not in any way be able to recognize a #mushroom, making the distinction in the case of very similar mushrooms, from some pics. 4 example, in the photos in this post, are they •Amanita excelsa• or •Amanita pantherina•? These 2 species of #amanita #mushrooms are almost identical. They differ in a few details, not even easy to recognize. In this case, having not been able to have the #fungi analyzed by an expert, I will leave readers with the doubt as to which of the 2 species it is.
