A small dcaXy/n idea I had

Premis: Y/N works part time in the daycare but doesn't really interact with the dca which doesn't mean the dca didn't notice them there.

Start of the story

Y/N gets messages from an unknown number and decides to answer

They start messaging thinking that they don't know each other at all

They notice that the tone and wording in the messages switches completely throughout the day but get used to it way too fast

Y/N's life is a complete mess right now so Unknown is a pleasant distraction

They never tell each other their real names but use nicknames instead

Both share how they feel often and text about life and just anything that they think of

Someday y/n just calls their unknown friend to share some great news because they have no one else they want to share it with

They don't pick up but call back later

A male voice they have never heard answers. A pleasant one. They talk for hours.

But the voice tells them to only call at night bc he can't talk on the phone while working. But texting is fine

Y/N falls in love over late night phone calls and long text convos

They ask if they could meet up and hang out

He doesn't answer

The connection goes silent

The last thing he sent is "I'm so sorry. But I can't" written only a few minutes after their question (in the middle of the day)

Hours go by and they get no answer from him anymore

Hurt and worried Y/N is in a daze of crying and starring at nothing for the rest of the week

This is when Y/N misses their break bc they stayed in the daycare closet to cry

As they step out the daycare is dark sth that Y/N was never there to see

Then they hear it. The voice of the person they love singing from where the kids are sleeping.

Y/N stumbles through the dark until they reach the kids and lock eyes with the daycare attendant

Moon goes quiet and his eyes betray him and show his shock

Y/N is stunned

alan sometimes tries to resolve disputes between the CG and Chosen i think (such as all the snacks Mysteriously Disappearing while everyone in the CG insists they didn't take them all) but I don't think he'd be a huge fan of trying to negotiate with Chosen; which is partially due to them getting a little violent when he tries to get them to stop doing something but moreso due to him still feeling terrible about everything still

For the Panic Room Twist Fate AU

I made some portraits similar to the ones that the Original Panic Room has for its quests, but changing the frame detail and adding a little symbol. This symbol is related to their state as member of a faction or factionless.

I know the game's main detail is the realism, but to draw the detailed realistic version of these will forbid me from ever finishing it.

The first part of the Puppeteer's Mansion is here! Take a look to what the puppets see in the paintings.

It may be a little obvious but as you can notice, the mansion has an almost symmetrical structure. Contrary to the OG Panic Room, this mansion has exactly the same number of rooms in each floor, (five) meanwhile the game has 6 in one (without counting the basement), 4 in the second and 5 in the last (without counting Feather's room).

Some rooms are in different locations than the OG Panic Room (i.e. kitchen, library, bedroom, observatory, art room, children's room, bathroom and lair) while others are renamed or brand new (i.e. Proyection Room being Film Theater, Egyptian Room replacing Indian Room, Chemistry Lab being a new room, etc).

Related to the prior point, basement was moved to the cellar and the cellar moved to the basement, hence why I didn't show the cellar as a room.

Regarding Feather's room and the other inhabitants, their rooms are located on the upper floor (3rd floor) and when they go down, they go through the Observatory side, meaning that they end up in front of the Art Room and have to walk all the way to the kitchen when they are newcomers.

Here is a representation of what I mean:

The one that says '???'s Room' is actually [redacted]'s room, they are not in the house (currently) so that's why their name doesn't appear.

As you can see, more rooms switch up either the location or name, and some are new (deposit and chemistry lab more obviously). Latin Room replaces Japanese Room and Festive is the Holiday Room with another name. Greenhouse is the Winter Garden but with more exterior view (aka the forest).

Isami: You have a connection (definitely not telling them, otherwise the Puppeteers wouldn't be using voice modifiers)

Puppeteer!Jane: (without the voice modifiers) We betted that no rewards for you a week if someone spills, and no amulets for a week if they realize it with the extremely obvious hints.

Jenny: ... (passes out)

John: !! (catches her and Dr. Jim ran up to check her)

Puppeteer!John: (also without the voice modifier) Fortunately for you, it was timelimited. It took them 2 hours, so you are fine.

Saboteurs/Underground: (internal relief)

Apprentices/Followers: *Wonder which one put the time lower?*

Leo never went to Casey's timeline before iatstia.

In the future Casey came from, he never existed, he was never mentioned by anyone, nobody ever talked about a mutant turtle with a white hood and a behavior that didn't match the appearance of a 15 year old, no matter how many scars he bears. No one talked about this dimensional traveler who knew about the krang before they brought hell on earth, not theirs, but krang nonetheless, just a different kind of krang. The nominative Periwinkle was never used to refer to a misplaced turtle who had lost his home. Because in the future Casey came from, Leo simply hadn't visited the past that became Casey's present. Maybe he wasn't even jumping from dimension to dimension when Casey was growing up, maybe he was still with his family, maybe he wasn't even born. Maybe he was still a normal turtle, or an egg.

Casey has no way of knowing, because no matter how much he wants to, this isn't the kind of information that Leo will willingly give him. Because it's common knowledge that the traveler keeps his past close to his chest.

But he knows one thing for sure ; to some extent, Leo is like him. He's misplaced. He shouldn't be here. He's an anomaly in this timeline, and it's a wonder that the space-time continuum hasn't crushed him yet, for his mere existence in this time is a paradox. But he has the choice to make it better.

He has the choice to change things, to stop it.

Perhaps it's because they're so similar that Casey feels so sick whenever Leo runs.
