Him: we can run dungeons together, just have some fun :)
Me, internally: baby I haven't run current content since WOTLK released
#It's ok. He'll find out the hard way that I am not good at the warcraft LMAO#He's doing 2's and 3's and hitting 1200 gear level#I'm buying max level boosts and playing Farmville in pandaria or flying around saying wow what a pretty place :)

i wish there was a way in warcraft to temporarily lower your level without party sync. I want to get the loremaster title, but some quests require you to weaken an enemy instead of killing it outright. So far my only idea has been to make an alt to level purely by questing, but i'd have to delete and remake an alt over and over again. i gained almost 15 levels just from the Azshara quests.
#it is a nice way to slowly learn a class and spec i guess#dawn talks#right now for the pandaria remix and my loremaster stuff ive been leveling a marksman and survival hunter respectively#theyre pretty fun! marksman hunter especially#dawn plays wow

i had a club penguin blog back in 2011 and people sent me friend requests on the game because they knew my nickname from the blog.
similarly, i once had someone recognise me on world of warcraft (a druid in cat form. i believe a worgen) because they saw my forum posts and they always thought they were funny. that was on the brazilian forums, where the community was more tightly knit and smaller (also rip. blizzard nuked the old forums).
based on those events i can say that i have an idea what it's like to be famous. (sarcasm but kinda)
#on club penguin i mostly found it annoying#on wow i remember finding it so odd that i didn't really react at the time#i just said 'oh cool' but thinking about it now that was pretty nice#but then again there wasn't much i could say#what do famous people say when getting spotted outside#like 'thanks i guess' and getting awkward#i still remember some names from the brazilian#wow forums#i had big appreciation for some of those people myself#who inspired me to become a forum poster#i once as a low level (before my mom bought me mists of pandaria) got invited to an invasion of stormwind#and mounted on the back of a player who was a forum poster#idk if i recognised him and asked to mount or if it was just random#i told him i knew him from the forums and that i thought he was awesome (like a kid admiring an adult)#his reaction was basically 'lol'#unfortunately i dc'd mid flight and for some reason i didn't log back again#maybe i had connection issues

Spoiler Free SWTOR 7.5 comments
As it says on the tin.
Honestly, I am really liking the consistent content that Broadsword is putting out. Big patches are 4-6 months apart, little ones are pretty regular. Each patch -- whether it's a big 7.x or it's a 7.5.x -- has something that tries to address a player request/complaint. Since Broadsword took over, the amount of content might be more modest in terms of scale, but it seems like more care has been applied to it. Based upon the player survey and other quality of life improvements -- and even some hasty u-turns--, they are taking player feedback into account. I feel better about the game in Broadsword's hands than I did with Bioware.
Technically, I did not experience major problems with the patch. As reported in the patch notes, there is one cinematic where a key character's mouth does not move. That doesn't break the game, though you may want to wait to record the scene if you're into that. There's another point where you have to hit the right spot on the floor for your jetpack to disappear so you can pass through the next door, but that's an easy fix. Gearwise, I'm seeing reports of being at least in 332 greens, but as usual, player skill may vary.
Patch 7.5 starts the conclusion of the two storylines that have taken the mainstage of 7.0: the Holocron of Nul storyline and the Heta Kol storyline, which started back in 6.2 (pandemic patch). I feel like some of the "huh?" in the plot was baked in from where Bioware started it, so Broadsword is trying its best to finish the story they were given. Is it a busfire? Yes. Is it their fault? No, but they have to finish it.That said, this patch actually makes the player make choices, and you AGONIZE over them. It's not just personnel choices but also diplomatic ones. I haven't felt that way in a considerable amount of time. Yes, you do make choices in 7.0, but it's one person living or dying, be a jerk or don't be a jerk. Lower stakes. The stakes are higher here in 7.5 -- or at least it feels that way. That's an important part of game writing: even if the choice does not matter, there needs to be the illusion that it does -- a certain level of immersion. You do have cascading consequences of choices as well. I'm looking forward to playing this patch on my LS toon to do different choices, more so than I did previously. "Let's not be a jerk this time" is less than compelling than "Can I do it differently, this time?"
Overall, there is progress in the storyline -- this doesn't feel like a "busy work" patch or "here's a new daily area to keep you occupied". (To be clear, I loved the Port Nowhere and Ord Mantell content in 7.4 -- it was a giant love letter to smugglers -- but at the same time, it was a bit of filler, to be honest). The quests you need to do are necessary to gain the trust of a naturally fearful faction of sentients (no spoilers) -- it makes sense they aren't your besties for life right off the jump. You will yell at the screen at the end of the whole thing, because it does make sense and yet it's the worst option for your character, personally, and it's out of your hands. (And it is not out of character for the person who makes that decision...)
No new date night content -- maybe in 7.5.1. There is some romance content for those of us that romanced Lana and Theron.
If you are big into Mandos and have been impatiently waiting for Lane to give you a buzz, this is your time and your hour. If you enjoy training hunter pets in other games, your time has arrived.
There is also a new Spring Festival event on Dantooine. In truth, I find it sort of derivative of the Tillers' reputation you could earn in World of Warcraft during Mists of Pandaria. It isn't exactly the same (we don't have a cooking profession), but the general ideas apply, right down to the dailies involving having a beer and going fishing, as well as scouring the world for seeds. There's also animal rescue built in here as well, so it's a bit of everything for any hero who wants to retire or at least slow down.
But of course, something sinister is on the farm, and so I anticipate Scooby Doo Mystery Hour shall continue as the event carries on.
~~
Given that Broadsword "maintains" games such as Dark Age of Camelot, there has been the fear that they'll move SWTOR into retirement, but I don't think that will happen, as it's still a live intellectual property (Star Wars), they're making gobs of money off it due to Cartel Market, and there's still a player base. (And let's be real, Favereau and Filoni play it, and they do matter to Disney and EA.) I don't know when 8.0 will come out, so we may have another round of storylines in 7.0 -- sort of like how we had an extended 5.0 (Iokath and Traitor Arc) after Bioware was stripped down in 2017. That said, Onslaught was quite good after the KotXX shenanigans and dev changes had settled. I still hold the view that Bioware is a sinking ship, and EA moved the Goose that Lays the Golden Egg to Broadsword for safekeeping. I think we might get an 8.0 in 2025 or 2026, but how that will look or work -- no idea.

Timerunning Pandaria is coming
and I need a new character for this.
I had so much fun with IC-Warhammer-playthroughs. I had the Night Haunter, I had Fabius ... So, who shall be the next?
Some cool little Skitarii on a mission?
Khorag wandering green pastures?
Eidolon being his charming self?

If you get this, answer w/ three random facts about yourself and send it to the last seven blogs in your notifs. anon or not, doesn’t matter, let’s get to know the person behind the blog! (no pressure! ❤️)
Thank you for the ask! 🥺
During my recent isolation period I levelled 5 characters to max level in the mists of pandaria remix event:
2. I also finished The Magnus Archives and am caught up on The Magnus Protocol. I adored both. Looking forward to what's next.
Still, something I told my friends about that is:
i think the statements from tma lost some of their terror for me in seasons 4 & 5 because they were so plot-centric. The statements that spooked me most in tma were things like the person who could run forever in an empty world (i think a mall?), the university students holding the human hearts, the introduction of the stranger with the woman who could remember her previous mother or w/e, the pit that that whole town went inside of, "the blanket never did anything" etc. these weren't my favorite statements, but they were good horror, for me. and the beginning of the magnus protocol is back to being good horror again. that terror. that dread. bonzo, the lady hunter, and the speaking corpse that alice found all give me chills. and that's on top of the mysteries of what's going on with jon, martin and Augustus, and the IT guy.
3. I have been working on and off on this image from the free dragon age coloring book for months. Hopefully I'm learning something:

WoW posting again. I am rotating my new WoW OCs in my head and needed to write about them somewhere. A new updated group picture of the main four. Moru got a new staff and they're all standing now.
I'm playing through each expansion campaign at the same time on different characters, except the first three and the newest one. Need to wait till I can buy TWW. Will have a character playing through that as well when I get it.
Whether they're actually canonically only going through that story or not varies. Crystar and Orkos have only been around since Dragonflight so they only take part in the newest two campaigns. The rest likely go through all the campaigns. Moru and Inzu are together for their parts. Not sure about timelines and storylines, more focused on character personalities so far.
Character infos & which campaign I'm playing through with them:
Crystar - They/He - Dracthyr - Devastation Evoker - Horde - Dragonflight
A weird dracthyr who seems to have an endlessly positive attitude who is not fazed by anything. Joined the Horde because "Its name is funny. I like it!" Has two modes of either talking all the time or being completely silent. Sometimes they just don't feel like talking. Almost always smiling though.
Remoss - He/Him - Worgen - Affliction Warlock - Alliance - Mists of Pandaria
A very intimidating-looking worgen. In truth he's just very shy. He barely talks because of it. He loves demons aesthetically. Even dressing with similar fashion. This only makes him look scarier. Wishes to be friends with demons.
Moru - He/Him - Vulpera - Arcane Mage - Horde - Shadowlands
Vulpera merchant and mage who thinks money is the most important thing. Though mainly a merchant, he does many various things to earn money, anything goes for him. Adventure, mercenary work, crafting and gathering materials etc. Sometimes he even scams rich people. He's pretty vain and thinks of himself as a genius.
Inzu - He/Him - Vulpera - Marksmanship Hunter - Horde - Legion
Moru's hired help. Does various tasks for him. Guarding, scouting, hunting & gathering, combat assistance, whatever is needed. He seems to hate Moru, often insulting him to his face. Moru is unfazed by this behaviour, as he's very used to it. Though if someone else offered to hire him, he'd refuse, explaining that he will keep working for Moru until their contract is over. He says this is for his reputation, though in truth it seems he really does enjoy being with Moru.
Ocdiir - He/Him - Draenei - Elemental Shaman - Alliance - Battle for Azeroth
Ocdiir is very kind and caring. He cares for everyone, even total strangers. Very quick to call new acquaintances friends. He tends to not have much of a concept of personal space. He tends to go for hugs and other gestures without thinking.
In the part where he and Jaina were being escorted by the Kul Tiran soldiers, I imagined he'd try to shield Jaina with his arm from the onlookers. That scene wouldn't leave my head, he's just such a protector. He'd be a paladin but he didn't have the aptitude for it.
Verne - He/Him - Kul Tiran - Feral Druid - Alliance - Warlords of Draenor
Druid who always stays in animal form, preferring the "cat" form the most. Actually dislikes his human form and wishes he were born as any kind of animal instead. He left his home to explore the world and see its wonders.
Orkos - He/They - Dracthyr - Shadow Priest - Alliance - The War Within (eventually)
Haven't really thought of characterization for him yet since I haven't really played him yet. Planning to use the level boost from buying the expansion on him when I get it.
Bonus character I also really like and have played a little:
Ramise - He/Him - Dracthyr - Fire Mage - Alliance
I played through some of the mage campaign in Legion, enough to get the weapons at least. Loves magic and fire is all I've got for him. Idk if I'll play him much since I already got all the assigned campaigns and not planning to play the earlier ones. Maybe I'll bring him to the next expansion that releases, though who knows I might make an entirely new character for it.
#wow#world of warcraft#wow oc#world of warcraft oc#crystar#remoss#moru#inzu#ocdiir#verne#orkos#ramise#i love the dracthyr so much#i'd make so many of them but i stopped at 3 for now#maybe more later#focusing on playing through the campaigns for now#i need to unlock more skins too#too bad about not being able to do much fashion for the dracthyr though#that's the most important part though

What are your favourite questing zones? Even the stuff that’s been removed by now
That's a tough question! I had to think about it for a while since there's so much to sift through. I'll do one from each expansion just 'cuz this is gonna be long enough. I think overall...
Western Plaguelands (Vanilla version). Gathering the Scourge Stones for the Argent Dawn. Meeting Chromie for the first time. The big fight with the lich. Having to be so strategic getting to and away from those cauldrons. Fordring family drama. Most of vanilla had this really nice feel of just wandering around getting into trouble, but WP had a like "now it's serious" vibe that was really fun.
Netherstorm. Man, I loved Netherstorm. The biospheres, the cursed Kirin Tor village, Socrethar, the netherdrake area, the BE's mana pumps, the whole place felt like the wildest thing that had ever been in WoW to that point. Dr. Boom! All that crazy stuff up on the north with the Consortium. It was a ride.
Borean Tundra. It's really hard to pick from Wrath, but I just loved the intro experience. Investigating the destroyed Horde camp, meeting the tuskarr, that gnomish airfield, using tanks for the first time, the assault on the necropolis, and of course Saurfang's big hero turn in that one quest. So much cool stuff. A great way to get an expac started.
Twilight Highlands. The world PVP elements really stick out to me from this zone. I spent so much time in the dwarf vs. orc conflict. But also founding the Horde base there, the Krazzworks was absurd, getting our first gross look at the Old Gods stuff that was coming in the final raid, the Gob Squad, Alextrasza Vs. Deathwing... It was a cool zone.
The Dread Wastes. I loved leveling in Pandaria so much. It felt like a return to the wandering adventurer vibe of vanilla, now with stronger storylines. But the entire Klaxxi storyline was such a weird surprise. That zone was so bizarre, so unexpected. Waking the Paragons, finding that fishing village, my big homie Kovok... I had a lot of fun in that crazy place. Naturally they betrayed me, but what else could I expect?
Frostfire Ridge. Kind of similar to Borean Tundra, I guess, just a very memorable intro experience. Starting your garrison, meeting Thrall's family, and all the drama therein. The first time you assault Bladespire Fortress, seeing Thrall unleash the elements, climbing that chain... That was fun. And despite the results on this list so far, I've always really, really loved snowy zones, so there's that too. Also: I spent hours and hours and hours in vanilla climbing every mountain I could, just to see what was up there. The answer was almost always "nothing." But WoD, and Frostfire more specifically, was the first time they started hiding cool items and little events in random spots for me to go find while exploring. Finally, a reward for my wandering! So that really sticks out, too.
Suramar. This may be controversial, but Legion is my least favorite expansion. Gameplay-wise, it was great, don't get me wrong. Artifact weapons were cool and all. But it had a combination of the most absurd, lazy retcons they have literally ever done (How are have all these civilizations been living on these islands for 10000 years if Gul'dan raised them from the bottom of the sea 30 years ago?????) and some really annoying zones. Val'sharah is my all-time least favorite zone, I felt like I constantly got lost or couldn't get where I wanted to go from where I was. But then came Suramar. The Nightbourne are stupid, literally the exact same thing as the blood elves ("Oh, no, we're another race of arcane loving elves with a well of power who're addicted to magic and whose once-noble leader has thrown in with the Burning Legion, totally different!"), but damn if I didn't get totally absorbed in the revolution storyline in the city. Helping Thalyssera recover, finding like-minded people, basically spending the whole zone doing espionage and terrorism against a corrupt government in what was, at that point, the most expansive city in the game... It was fun, I can't lie. That daily challenge with the lil withered army. The masquerade. The winery. The zoo part??? It was a really different experience.
Zuldazar. Leveling sure was weird in BfA, huh? Each side getting 3 zones and all. And, like, despite my obvious Horde preference, I feel like the Alliance got the cooler ones (Stormsong Valley and Drustvar in particular). On the Horde side, tho, Zuldazar was pretty good. Finally, a look at a troll civilization still at full power, lush environments, dinosaurs, conspiracies, creepy temples, it had a lot going for it, and was really pretty, too.
Maldraxxus. Gotta give it up for my hometown, baybeeeee! I was not excited to choose the Necrolords in Shadowlands. They just didn't seem as interesting as the others, and I've never had much affinity for the undead, and they kinda looked like just the undead place. But the whole lore kit of them being the army of the afterlife, and me being a warrior and all, and then I find out Draka's there, and I'm an orc? No choice. But imagine my surprise when Necrolord turns out the be the absolute most fun Convenant, no question, and their zone turns out to be full of weird, wild experiences, a really compelling storyline, and the most lore characters per capita of any zone (Mograine! Lady Vashj! Mankrik's wife!!). I had a great time running around that zone for not just the leveling experience, but the whole expansion.
Azure Span. Maybe too early to call, but Dragonflight has no zones I don't like. This is unheard of in the history of WoW. I think I like Ohn'ahran Plains the least, but I like all of 'em! But I think Azure Span wins. For one thing, snowy zones. For another thing, the glorious return of the tuskarr, who I have loved since Wrath and badly wish was a playable race (Gormorash has only had "of Iskarra" as his title since I got it. Come back for soup!). Plus, a bit of justice for Sindragosa, Kalec's storyline in the zone is remarkably touching, the Kirin Tor stuff is weird and frequently funny, the Rannan and Lathos storyline hits pretty hard... Even surrounded by really memorable zones, it feels the most memorable.
Well, I guess that's my very long answer! I hope it was interesting! Honestly, it coulda been like twice as long, there's so many zones that I think of fondly, but this seems like plenty. Thanks for asking!

Hello
My name is Georgey! HI!
I'm in the middle of a Loremaster journey with a fresh WoW account. I wanted to document my quest to be the very best. Like no ever was.
(There's sound to this picture I swear.)
I hope you enjoy my journey as I push myself through ALL the bad story campaigns of yesterday.
This, is also my NPC in game husband. He's thrown an axe at me once or twice, but he makes me laugh what can I say?
Read more if you want more minute details on how this is going to work.
This is a third try at this run as there is currently a bug with phasing in retail. It makes it so Alliance players who started in Exile's Reach and do the Welcome To Stormwind quest after are phased wrong and certain quests needed to complete Loremaster are now locked. More details in the link below.
I didn't have this much info when I rolled a human priest named Georgie and realized I could not complete a Westfall quest. Thus, my Loremaster run in the first zone was already dead. So, a couple classes changes later, and now I'm currently running a Destruction Human Warlock.
Some ground rules I laid for myself.
Fresh account. No heirlooms, no gold or bag transfers, nothing!
Second As I start this I am humoring the idea of switching characters after each expansion. The exception being technically Eastern Kingdoms and Kalimdor. I want an Alliance to do Eastern Kingdoms and Horde to Kalimdor Loremaster respectfully.
I also want to play a new race or class if they're introduced in that expansion.
All character's names will be a variation of Georgey (IMPORTANT)
So order would be (not finalized).
Eastern Kingdoms - Geoorgie - Human/Warlock/Alliance (In Progress)
Kalimdor - Orc/Horde
Burning Crusade - Draenai/Alliance
Wrath of the Lich King - ???/Death Knight/Horde
Cataclysm - Alliance/Worgen
Mists of Pandaria - Pandaren/Monk/Horde
Warlords of Draenor - This expansion has some major differences in leveling for both factions. So, I may run both factions here.
Alliance
Horde
Legion: Blood Elf/Demon Hunter/Horde
Battle For Azeorth -
Kultiras - Kultiran /??/Alliance
Zandalar - Zandalari Troll/??/Horde
Shadowlands - Undecided
Dragonflight - Dracthyr - Undecided
War Within - Undecided
I've also started streaming this on Twitch. Expect links in the future if I continue to do so.

Clan of The Earthmother
How did we get here?
With the advent of Pandaria Remix and the speed with which it allowed you to level characters from creation to max, I decided to take the plunge and ‘move’ all of my characters to an RP realm, specifically Wyrmrest Accord. Some of them I paid to move, such as the Tauren Shaman who was my very first character, and some I simply deleted and remade on WrA. Over the course of Remix, I levelled roughly 30 characters to 70, first to have one of each class on both factions, and then because I was having fun and decided to level one for each spec.
To provide myself with ample roleplay options I made sure to include one of each race in my characters. I started the expansion with a few different characters; predominantly my Tauren Paladin and Tauren Priest. As a fan of Tauren lore and mythology I set about writing my Paladin’s lore as a Sunwalker under Aponi Brightmane’s command. Over the course of writing this back story I got to thinking of how a Tauren priest, who draws from An’she in a similar way to Sunwalkers, would use the void. As my priest was played as a discipline priest this was something I wanted to try and ‘explain’ in her back story.
I imagined that instead of drawing on the void, they would likely draw up Mu’sha as the druids did. This felt like a better compliment to a solar An’she priest than the void. As such I styled my priest as the daughter of Aponi Brightmane and a powerful druid. She would wield An’she’s light to heal and Mu’sha’s to harm. This feels pretty close to the in-game representation of druids, but as a more naturalistic race it makes sense.
At this point I decided I would try and include my other Tauren characters and after a little thought came up with the idea of a naturalistic clan of Tauren comprised of individuals devoted to The Earthmother and her various aspects, rather than being a clan brought together by blood. I backed out to character creation and looked at all the classes available to Tauren/Highmountain and tried to think of how each would fit into this group. The following is the diagram I came up with:
Class designations and names
For many classes I decided to imagine what a Tauren culture might refer to them as. I decided to name druids Moonwardens in opposition to the canonical Sunwalkers, and Celestial Seer/Oracle for the priests who bridged the two eyes of The Earthmother. Fire mages felt like a natural extension of An’she worship and so were named Suncallers. At first, I wasn’t sure how to ‘justify’ warlocks but eventually landed on the idea that they could dwell in the shadows cast by An’she’s light and worship that aspect of the mythology. Because of this shadow focus I decided on Umbral Witches for their ‘class name’ Rogue’s joining them felt like a natural fit but I wanted something that felt more grounded in a description of their abilities than their beliefs and so they were named Shadehooves.
For Warriors and Hunters, I didn’t want to force the idea of them using naturalistic powers when there was no in-game support for them. I figured a guard corps for the clan would make the most sense for them. I named the warriors Guardians and Hunters were dubbed Striders in homage to the Plainstriders that wander Mulgore.
With the Tauren’s reverence for their ancestors and heritage, Shamans and Monks felt like a perfect fit for a spiritual group within the clan and while Farseer is an established Shaman title that made sense I struggled with Monk for a while but eventually I landed on Spirit Horns as a similar naming style as the Rogues Shadehooves.
I didn’t find a way to have death knights make sense as they felt like such an antithesis of the core of a clan dedicated to The Earthmother. I also didn’t really care to force them into it for the same reason.
I created one of each and while I don’t tend to RP actively, I do like writing stories for my characters and imagining how they would react to the changing world.
Character List
Garahirn Grimtotem – Sunwalker (Protection Paladin)
Hunadi Brightmane – Celestial Seer (Discipline Priest)
Rhanoth – Guardian (Arms Warrior)
Mohkri – Farseer (Restoration Shaman)
Meshagor – Moonwarden (Guardian Druid)
Quara – Suncaller (Fire Mage)
Paohu – Strider (Marksman Hunter)
Rhugon – Umbral Witch (Warlock)
Tuhalin Palehide – Shadehoof (Assassination Rogue)
Orwam – Spirit Horn (Mistweaver Monk)
I’ll be posting either their back stories here or my thoughts on their place in the expansion and the campaign.

Hot dog, has World of Warcraft Remix been a huge success for me. By now if you play WoW you already know the basic gist of WoW Remix: “Timerunning”, a special way to experience the older content of the Mists of Pandaria with a new character, in modern WoW’s gameplay and featureset, while packed to the brim with fun twists.
Now when I say “Fun Twists” I of course mean “Complete insanity baked into the core DNA of how this game works at all”. While the content of Mists of Pandaria remains functionally the same, befitting the Time Travel concept (you even have access to the Scenarios, lost to the wind in Chromie Time), the twists add a lot of imaginative new energy to the older content. The Cloak of Infinite Potential, an ever present cape worn by all your characters, grows and morphs based on everything you do. Getting up to levels of stats at a rate almost unheard of since the more recent stat squishes. Everything from the traditional extra stamina or attack power, to game altering bonuses like XP boosts to use on your further characters.
All items, which drop frequently, are packed with gem and modification slots. All which do wild things like grant a warrior Blink, Fireshield or movement speed increases that result in the most mobile heavy weapon use you’ve ever seen. All quests grant small loot boxes, full of gear, gems, modifiers and other wild additions, and I mean all quests. Even something as simple as a breadcrumb quest has a chance to grant you some kind of power altering item. As a result, your power level is changing rapidly, and your skillset goes through upheaval after most sets of quests. Combat never gets old as you experiment with new ideas and attacks.
I’ve been using this new event to see the content of Mists of Pandaria that I’ve not yet experienced, which is to say most of it. I was wary when this began because I assumed if I just held out a little longer I could probably play a Mists of Pandaria classic. Thankfully I didn’t let those doubts win out, because this has not only been an incredible new experience, but a fantastic way to appreciate an old one. I deeply hope that this concept is revisited, it would be an incredible way for Blizzard to revisit the content of, say, Warlords of Draenor. A finely crafted campaign without much of an endgame, but one that would slot extremely well into this fun new take on the leveling experience.
Plus it has a lot of transmog and new mounts, which, let's not pretend those aren’t why we’re all still in Azeroth.

Pandaria remix once I embraced normal raids for the purpose of leveling has quickly become one of the most satisfying things. The feeling of making progress while mindlessly going through a familiar mechanic set is the same kind of zen as playing Powerwash Simulator
