I voted corn dog but see the tags for honorary mentions. Based on the poll options, the category seems kinda broad so I wasn't sure what qualified.
Even as a very health focused person when it comes to food, I celebrate it all. I just don't have the right to disrespect food. I enjoy a 10 piece chicken nugget once every couple years or so...
this is a CELEBRATION of garbage food do NOT reblog if you're gonna be like ewwww

I'd love to stop crying over weird shit, body. We don't have ovaries anymore so you shouldn't have enough hormones to fluctuate.

My stepdad has informed me that I’m probably not allergic to shrimp/shellfish and that I’m just an idiot because I didn’t realize that the breading in the honey walnut shrimp from panda express contains actual coconut shavings (something I am VERY allergic to) and that’s probably what I had a reaction to

I’m doing a lot of “lasts” as I progress in my conversion, specifically with food. Today for instance I went into a Panda Express for the first time in like a year, and realized my favorite dish, the walnut shrimp, isn’t kosher. So, I ordered it one last time as a send off. For me this is working better than going “no, you can never eat that again”. Maybe it’s weird to say goodbye to a non-kosher food by eating it, but that’s what makes sense for me.

For food-based character asks: Light for 16 and 17?
hello!!! thank you for this ask! :D 16. favourite fast-food restaurant i'm sorry i know people complain about this place all the time but: light is a panda express sort of guy, especially when he travels. it's always always pretty consistent, and you get a little fortune cookie to go with your meal, which is fun. he likes the honey walnut shrimp and, if he's feeling especially lonely and in need of comfort food, the mushroom chicken. 17. do they have any family recipes? if so, what are they? if not, is there anything they’d like to teach someone else? he has good memories of mushroom rice. it's nice and warm and easy to eat, especially if you're a bit overwhelmed and want something sweet & without a lot of different textures. he prefers it when his mother makes it for him, though -- somehow it feels like doing it on his own would spoil the memories of it, and he has just barely enough self-awareness to know he'd completely lose his mind if he couldn't make it just exactly like her. also, this is not a recipe but i'll add it in anyway -- his mother (canonically) makes him honeydew and toast for breakfast. he likes to make this for L in the morning, in the happy future were they're living together. it makes him feel like he's taking good care of him. (plus, L loves fruit.) food-based character asks
