i am so glad that i decided to not look at the dossier until during the episode (i’m thinking that to avoid immediate spoilers i may need to do this), because getting it as a complete surprise was incredibly funny

thisbe taking on a train barehanded is soooo good. thisbe moments

that is so absolutely definitely marlon styx that it might actually be funnier if it’s not him (but i’m sure it is him)

this feels like the beginning of a 3 or 4 part arc, in that neither the main plot nor the b-plot have shown their teeth yet. given that the name of the arc is still completely unexplained, and also given the pace of fatt arcs, i can imagine next week’s episode being a slow build of tension in each plot to some late-stage reveals on both sides. in particular, i bet there’s plenty left to be revealed about target gem and that whole mission, and i don’t trust the b-plot not to be the inside pov version of the movie premiere arc from partizan. (i don’t think it is that, to be clear, but we also have not seen general mourning at all, so… there’s things yet to thing.)
