Branchwych! This is my first sylvaneth model I've painted so she's kindof a test model for my paint/basing scheme. Not super happy with how the glow ended up (it looks a lot worse on my phones camera than it does irl) but other than that I'm really proud of how this has turned out.

In terms of the base I really love the vibe of the sylvaneth that destroy industrialised towns, so I'm trying to represent that here with buried gears since it's a small base. If you're wondering, the leaves are birch seeds!

I'm not 100% sold on the black rim, I've always liked them but I played a game last week and the black rims really felt out of place with the rest of the mini and terrain, I might try switching to a dark brown I'm not sure.

Flowers are back after the freeze so I've been pressing a bunch for the wood paintings! I have another monarch painted, just waiting for the purple flowers to finish drying in another 1.5 weeks. Flower pressing is a test of patience that's for sure.

Thank you!! Most of my inspo comes from either nature or medical stuff, lots of the backgrounds I use for my work is based on pictures I’ve taken myself while going on random nature walks and I’m still riding the high from seeing the Mutter museum a few years ago. I also tend to lean into the aspect of nostalgia/loss of innocence in my work as a more underlying theme to my more personal works.

something is unique about being a woman headmate in a transmasc body, we were so feminine we were in my ideal body but it was altered to please the majority of the headmates and the host so we were suddenly manly, masculine, my opposite (not that im upset at them, i understand) but I'm host now its my turn to make the body fit my aesthetic and its such a rush of euphoria to look and the mirror and see a girl again 💕 (<- put makeup on and our hair in the world's smallest ponytail now we're giddy heheheheh 💕‼️)
