Thinking about pachalo yesterday

q!Pac… he was so so concerned. worried that if Dapper was really missing, q!Bad would change colors again (he uh. kinda wasn’t wrong? *stares at the green* o_o) Then when he found out q!Bad is having memory issues…? ough

He ranted about how everytime things are settled & back on the right track again, something happens. and got upset saying how q!Bad has been through a lot and doesn’t deserve this to happen to him- not right when everything is finally looking good again. that even though today is a good day because of the eggs, q!Pac can’t help feeling sad and very worried for his friend and wants to help him. He gave the flower of the day too :(

Though I think what’s most interesting to me is how q!Pac started to get angry. saying he should kidnap, lock q!Bad up to ask questions and find out what the heck happened to him when leaving purgatory. how he got frustrated at q!Bad forgetting him 5 times, backed away saying he’ll kill him, and had to take deep breaths and count to ten to calm down.

anger…. for q!Bad’s sake. angry at the unfairness of this condition happening to his friend, who he��s already watched suffer for months. q!Bad should be healthy, happy- the eggs are back! there’s new eggs! why can’t he just be happy now, why did he have to be hurt more? he doesn’t deserve this.

anger for q!Pac’s own sake, angry at the distant look in q!Bad’s eyes when they meet his. they fought and bled, ran for their lives and protected each other on the purgatory battlefield for so long. watching the friendship he’s come to treasure over this time slip away right in front of him… he won’t let it.

Hate that q!pachalo works so well now, bad can torment him but never follows through, he will however hug him right and calm him down whenever he thinks about cell

Do you understand that Pac felt safe enough with Bad to sneak behind him and scare him out? And then just happily jumped around even if Bad probably growled and raised his sword to strike whoever it was? Pac trusted that Bad wouldn't hurt him while Bad was on HIGH alert and anything was setting him into fight mode, and Pac was right

Do you understand how the first chair Pac did after making the usual green and blue ones was the red one? He made one for Bad and put it by his side before making for the other members

And how Bad was always talking to Pac and assuring him they'd be okay and constantly checking on him. Bad almost ran all the way just to kill Phil because Pac was being hunted, and just didn't because Pac managed to sneak out

Whenever Bad was teasing and tormenting Pac and he noticed Pac was taking it too seriously, he immediately backed away to cheer him up. He'd never do that normally. I'm unwell

I miss them, can they interact again Also, I don't remember what event it exactly was, but I do remember that they jokingly left together towards a sunset, it might have been during Festa Junina

bad is like "oh my gosh i hope pac doesnt find out im a demon what if he's scared of me? what if he thinks its disgusting? what if, what if" and then one night pac like glitches into a dark goopy indescribable entity with a terrifying screeech and too many eyes and teeth for a split second during a yawn, and then rolls back over to sleep and bad is just like O_____O

There’s a snowstorm, Pac and Bad are the only two awake, so they scramble into a corner of their lantern lit base, and set up a campfire to keep them both warm.

It’s quiet underground, the raging winds from the blizzard above can’t reach them here. All they hear are the bubbling and pops of the lava lake over their heads, and their own slow breaths.

Pac notices Bad doze off, a miracle as he hasn’t seen the guy catch a wink of sleep ever since they dropped down into that snowy mountain. It’s a weird thing to see, if Pac was being honest.

He sees Bad breathe, ragged, slow, methodical. It’s as if he’s saving every exhale and inhale for a fight. There’s a clenched jaw, a flexed arm. It looks like Bad is always ready to jump up and brandish the sword on his back, always ready for a war, even when he naps. But for a brief moment, he sees the frame of a defenseless person, and a moment later, it was gone.

Pac stares at Bad, grins, makes a joke about his relationship with Forever, and laughs quietly when he gets no reply from him.

He stares again at his sleeping face, fondness blooming within his soul, and Pac can’t believe how things have changed.
