Ozzie's smile grew when he heard Fizz's happy claps. He didn't have to turn and look at the imp's face to know that he made his boyfriend happy. That was, at the end of every day, a goal that he always wished to do. One he believed he managed to accomplish by the end of every day.

"You're welcome, little froggie," he sang back. Well, part of what made that goal easy was how he struggled to deny Fizzarolli anything. Thankfully it wasn't that big of a deal. If it was a matter of money then Ozzie had that in spades. Whether it was from his sex toy factory or his extremely popular restaurant, he made a lot of it. He also loved spending it on Fizz. Of course, he had to be careful not to let anyone know who he was spending it on as their relationship was a secret. Not many tended to question him about his spending habits thankfully.

"That sounds good to me. I'll also be fine with just watching whatever is on." Whether it's a movie or just a random show they stumble on. What mattered to him was he was watching it with Fizz. The rooster smiled when Fizzarolli took his omelet, chirping when he was thanked. He finished making his own before turning the stove off and moving over to the breakfast bar portion of the kitchen. Ozzie pulled out Fizz's chair before sitting on his own. "What do you plan to do before our lunch date?"

There were times he just wanted to hide his face so badly because he didn't want Ozzie to see just how much his face turned grey from a compliment. Though there was more than just a compliment from the sin that could get Fizzarolli to blush. It didn't take much at all. He claps happily whenever the other tells him that they could have fresh popcorn. That was definitely a lot better than left over.

FIzzarolli leans in and kisses the sin on the cheek after that as he smiles. "Thank you big daddy!" Fizzarolli said as he chuckled a little. Knowing how easy it was for him to get Asmodeus to agree to what he wanted. It was pretty nice that way after all. Then he didn't have to continue to beg for it. He scrunches up his nose after thinking back to the movie last night. It had just been all the more reason for him to cuddle into his boyfriend and pretend that he was scared. Even if he wasn't. The jester just made it as a little excuse to be closer to the other.

"Hmm, I think we should just flip through and see what we find! There must be something that's good that we can watch." Fizzarolli suggests. He takes the Omelet before thanking Asmodeus for making it for him. He was so good in the kitchen and he wished that he could be too. Now he was just ready for Asmodeus to be done with work already so that he didn't have to miss him when he was gone.

The sin smiled down at him before chuckling at Fizz's comment in regard to his mood. That was something Ozzie thought he lucked out on. The fact that Fizz always seemed to be in a mood to indulge in a bit of sex. It wouldn't have been an issue for Ozzie if he didn't wish to do it often but it could have been a sore spot. Something that he had learned from past relationships. Not that he wished to think about that now. Right now he wished to focus on his little imp.

"I do know you and I promise to keep that in mind for later~." He leaned into the kiss Fizzarolli gave him. He started to get everything he needed to make their other snack while he watched Fizz move about the kitchen. "Go and pick something out for us to watch, love," the rooster cooed while gently nudging the imp towards the door. "I'll bring everything else along shortly~." Ozzie already had a mental list of a few other things he wished to grab before going to their bedroom. Primarily things he thought they would want and not wish to get up to grab.

Ozzie was strong and he knew that he could handle himself. However, he still worried that if Mammon couldn't do anything to Asmodeus, then who's to say that he wouldn't come after him next? Fizzarolli didn't have any kind of power to take care of himself. The only one that his back were Ozzie and Blitz. Mainly Ozzie, since Blitz had his own thing going nearby.

The jester giggles as the other puffed his chest out to show off. It was way too cute when he did things like that. "I know Ozzie. But you know me. It's very rare that I'm not in the mood." Fizzarolli states. It was true. So of course he wouldn't mind if Ozzie reminded him later after their movie marathon was through. Right now, he at least wanted to do that and cuddle with the sin.

"Yes, I do!" Fizz states. He kisses Asmodeus on the cheek before using his robotic leg to move him closer to the pantry where their goodies were. He ended up picking out some peach rings that the could share.

FIZZ AND BLITZØ !!

Okay actually but what colour are Fizz's fingers. I want to say they're naturally black and he puts something on it, because in Oops, when he gets a new arm it has black fingers as opposed to the white fingers on the other side.

He wakes up with black hands,

and spends most of the day with white fingers.

For some reason, though, while singing, his fingers go black for one shot.

Earlier, in Ozzie's, his hands are pure black, but the knuckles are pink.

(The rings around his arms go in and out in this episode, but some of it might just be perspective.)

Well, at least mostly -- there's exactly one shot where his fingers are coloured differently, and it's right after he and Asmodeus but into the song.

In this shot, at least, it seems to be mainly for contrast, which makes total sense.

In Mammon's Magnificent Musical Mid-Season Special, though?

His fingers are all over the place.

It starts with the standard of his fingers all black, which I'm guessing is the standard for him.

Throughout the competition, they mostly stay that way, save for the pie competition, which seems to be a whole costume so I can give it a pass.

But then...Two Minutes Notice.

It starts off with Fizz in black, as seems to be standard for him.

Once he starts tearing his clothes off, though, they seem to...change.

Then he sings his fun song, and at the end of the first verse, we get this shot,

which immediately transitions into this shot.

This one is just particularly egregious because of the juxtaposition. It's the same thing from different angles, and it just has me transfixed.

It's mostly white fingers for the rest of the scene, with a few exceptions,

but it's mostly white fingers for the rest of the episode.

In the new trailer, he seems to have gone back to black full-time.

This isn't even bothering to get into his scarring, which seems to change with every appearance, but at least that I understand. That's splotches around a place we don't normally see, but the thing is, the fingers could have an in-universe explanation beyond simple animation errors. Like he probably does have both arms as options or something, I could buy that! But what is happening.

its been a hot minute since i posted up any more of my writing, i have been working on this on and off, I've been sick, busy, its almost my birthday... I'm trying to finish it. i really am ;-; my headcanon name for Blitz's mom is Marigold, nicknamed "Ma" by Fizz.

“I’m so sorry about Ma, Blitz.” Fizz said after another long beat of silence. Fizz had only heard of Ma’s passing after Cash had come to visit with him, a few weeks into being in the hospital already, all those years ago. At first, Fizz thought that may have been why Blitz didn’t go to see him, being too broken up about Ma to want to see anyone else he cared about suffering, but as time progressed, Fizz grew more confused and hurt by the lack of his best friends visits, no longer accepting his grief as a reason for him not to be there. It was easy to manipulate Fizz into believing that Blitz hated him after that, spinning the lie that he blamed him for his pain, and for his mom’s passing, the jealousy and envy that Blitz had for Fizz when preforming always being brought up every time he tried to ask where Blitz was. He didn’t blame Blitz, it wasn’t his fault, and he didn’t lie to him. It wasn’t Ma’s fault; Ma was always there for Fizz and Blitz, through everything. She was supportive, kind, understanding and if Cash wasn’t around, Fizz was sure that everything would have been so, so much different. If she survived the fire… surely Cash wouldn’t have been able to drive a sharp wedge between the two.

Blitz tensed up at the mention of Ma’s name, and the tears he was trying to hold back, emerged again. He wondered how Fizz found out, but guessed that maybe he was able to watch the news of the accident, though; it wasn’t televised as much as Blitz thought it would be. Cash had been embarrassed of Blitz, trying to cover up his major fuck-up anyway he could, all the while being an ever-present thorn in Blitz’s side over the whole thing, blaming him for everything, which, warranted, at the time… but it wasn’t Blitz’s fault… it was just an accident. He felt so guilty though, after that day he swore that he would never live it down and lived by that day after day. No one who survived the fire would ever forgive or trust him for anything…

He never saw Fizz in the fire. He was standing right by him and never saw him. The realization of that killed him. His best friend was right in front of him, and he didn’t do anything. It killed him more that Fizz was right by his side, at this moment, forgiving him. Fizz accepted that it was an accident; he desperately wanted to believe that Blitz would never do anything to hurt him, which, he wouldn’t. He never meant to… it was much more complicated than that. He meant to save Fizz, from his dad, from Greed, from everything… but himself.

no barbie, no striker, no crimson, no asmodeus (directly, although his imagery is everywhere + fizz and mammon appear), no paimon -- this not to say none of them will show up, but am enjoying that a lot of this is clearly pulling from s1, with the focus on verosika, DHORKS, and CHERUB -- potentially a lot of the s2 villains need some time to lick their wounds a bit (and paimon was never a Villain, just a terrible parent... if he ever returns though...)

and barbie... i do want to see barbie again soonish ngl, she needs some proper introducing, but this is already giving so much callback and continuation of immediate plot-threads, very excited
