Katerina “Rina” Kane, The current Owlwoman of Earth-3 and a High Chair on the Council of Owls.

While her cousin Thomas Wayne Jr is given certain allowances by the council--any Talon he is willing to personally train himself, permission to continue operating within Gotham with limited Council intervention--almost of all of these are the result of Rina’s hostile takeover of the Council. After her twin sister Lizzie’s death and suspicious resurrection, Rina masterminded a hostile takeover of the Council with assistant from her father. Col. Kane later turned on his reunited daughters and his nephew when his loyalty to the Wilson Administration won out over his love of his family.

Since then, Gotham at large as been something of a separatist city-state against both the Amerikan Government and rule of Crime Syndicate, though the Council’s relationship with Thomas allows his Made Men--mostly the Insiders and his Talons--to operate as they wish.

How does one sue a vigilante for copyright infringement when your organization is supposed to be secret? This is inspired by a fun au @adriaticmidnight and I have where Thomas and Martha Wayne were invited to join the court of owls and they decide that they love their aesthetic and desire to make Gotham better so they steal it and become the vigilantes Owlman and Owlwoman.

It is still a baby au but these are the few headcanons that we've come up for it.

Thomas and Martha Wayne are dramatic as hell and have fully committed to the bit.

It is unclear if Martha and Thomas are actually part of the Court of Owls. They never gave them a clear yes or no they just showed up to the next meeting in their Owlman and Owlwoman suits.

No one know how or where they got their suits but they refuse to respond to anything other than Owlman and Owlwoman when they wear them.

They have taken notes on the architecture of the secret Court of Owls hideouts and modeled their Owlcave off of it.

Eventually they bring Bruce along and he goes by Owlet.

When the three of them are together in costume they introduce themselves as the Court of Owls which makes the original Court of Owls very angry.

The Court of Owls tried to get them killed but they are Owlman and Owlwoman now and they cannot be stopped.

They hear talk of the court taking in Dick Grayson and making him a talon. So the Waynes adopt him and he takes on the vigilante name Talon.

Bit random but any thoughts on the Earth 3 Question? Vic Sage or Renee Montoya.

Hmm, for Vic I'd probably just port over his New 52 backstory to the Earth-3 wholesale (kinda like how my Earth-3 Dick is Ric Grayson/Deathwing) and make him one of Brigadier Atom's Made Men, alongside Warmaker, Day Lily, and Scarlet Scarab. Visually he dresses less like a noir detective and more like a noir gangster, maybe pinstripes and bowler, a cane to fight with a la Clockwork Orange. He still uses Pseudoderm, but in his case its to give the illusion he has a face at all.

As for Renee, she's replaced wholesale with Anna Ramirez from Nolan's Dark Knight and essentially gets tricked into taking on Vic's Judas "Curse". She wears something similar to her civilian clothes, with the addition of Vic's bowler, gloves, and the pseudoderm mask. She still has a relationship with Rina Wayne (Owlwoman) and works with Huntrix on occasion. She and Mazahs team-up to recruit various Ultramen and evil Superman from across the multiverse to fight for The King of Tears in a mirror of Renee and Billy-5's roles in Final Crisis.
