Y/N was lost in her laptop, completely unaware of how late it is, until a knock at the door jolts her back to reality and away from the glow of the screen. Glancing at the clock on her living room wall, she realized it was nearly 2 AM, leaving her puzzled about who could be visiting at this hour. Rising from her seat, she stretches her arms overhead, feeling the stiffness in her muscles from hours of sitting. She walks over to the door, unlocks it, the click echoing in the quietness, and swings it open to reveal Yoongi, her neighbour and friend, waiting outside.  

“I had a feeling you would still be awake,” he grins, his expression a mix of mischief and warmth.  

The sight of him, with his tousled hair and casual attire, brings a smile to Y/N's face despite the late hour. She rolls her eyes playfully, feigning annoyance, but the corners of her mouth betray her as she welcomes him inside her apartment. “Seriously, Yoongi? At this hour?” she teases, closing the door.  

He shrugs, his nonchalant demeanour only adding to her amusement. “I could say the same about you, Night Owl,” he shoots back, kicking his shoes off abd follows her into the living room, glancing at the scattered papers and empty mug on the coffee table, her laptop sitting open on the couch. “Looks like you’ve been busy. Are you really working on Christmas? Or should I say your birthday since it’s 2 AM?” 

Her cheeks heat up. “I didn’t plan on it, but I had nothing else to do,” she admitted. She hadn't been able to fly home for Christmas and her birthday which just so happened to be the day after. She'd spent a few hours with some friends who hadn't been able to go home either, earlier in the day. For her birthday, she'd planned to spend it alone.  “Honestly, I was just about to finish up and go to bed.”  

“Liar,” he teased, plopping down on the couch, fully aware of her habits. "You work as much as I do."  

"What are you doing here, Yoongi?" she asked, picking up her laptop and closing it.  

"I was making sure you weren't working," he tells her. "And I'm not going to let you spend your birthday alone." He stands back up from the couch 

Y/N watches as he pulls out a small box from his pocket, the corners wrapped in festive paper adorned with snowflakes. “What’s this?” she asks, her curiosity piqued.  

“Just a little something for your birthday,” he says, a hint of shyness creeping into his voice. “I know it’s not much, but I thought you might like it.”  

Her heart skips a beat as she takes the box from him, feeling the weight of it in her hands. “You didn’t have to get me anything, Yoongi,” she tells him, her voice barely above a whisper.  

“Just open it,” he urges, his eyes sparkling with anticipation.  

She tears off the wrapping, unveiling a box. As she lifts the lid, she discovers a necklace featuring a pendant. Engraved on it is a map of her hometown. She fights back tears, recalling their conversation from a month ago about her homesickness and inability to return home. “Thank you, Yoongi. This means the world to me,” she responds, her voice filled with emotion. 

He smiles, a soft smile that reaches his eyes, and for a moment, the world outside fades away as he pulls her into his arms. “I wanted you to have a piece of home with you,” he says, his voice low and sincere. “I know how much you miss home, and I thought this might help.”  

“Thank you, really,” she says again, her voice thick with emotion. “This is the best birthday gift I could have ever asked for.”  

He shrugs, a hint of a smile playing on his lips. “I just wanted to make sure you felt special today. You deserve it.”  

“You always know how to make me feel special,” she replies, pulling back enough to look up at him and can’t help but smile, her heart swelling with affection for the man standing before her.  

The air between them thickens with unspoken feelings. She can feel the warmth radiating from him, the way his eyes search hers, as if he’s trying to read her thoughts.  

“Yoongi,” she breathes, her heart pounding in her chest 

"Can I kiss you?” he asks, his voice low as his eyes look between her eyes and lips.  

She nods, unable to form words. In that moment, he leans in, his lips brushing against hers in a gentle, tentative kiss. It’s soft and sweet, filled with all the unspoken words and emotions that have been building between them.  

The kiss ends when Yoongi pulls away, a soft smile on his lips. "Happy birthday," he tells her, tucking a loose strand of hair behind her ear. 

"Happy it is indeed," she says returning his smile.

You couldn’t believe how blessed you were. It was your second Christmas with your human-deer hybrid mate Wanda Maximoff and your first Christmas with the twins Billy and Tommy. Within the span of a year, you had an entire family under your apartment roof and your couldn’t be happier about it. 

It was roughly one week to Christmas when you woke up the way you always loved waking up - with your girl and you in a tangle of limbs, holding each other close. 

“Good morning my buck” she whispered, peppering your lips with kisses.

“Good morning my doe” you replied. You could practically feel her little doe tail wiggling with delight.

“Oh my!” She exclaimed, her face in utter shock, “it’s one week until Christmas!”

“Wait what?!”

“We didn’t buy the presents yet!” Wanda practically jumped out of bed, the blankets and plushies flying left and right.

“Baby it’s fine!” you chuckled, trying to reassure your mate. “We’ll just have Natasha watch our boys while we go to the store”

Wanda looks to you adoringly, a little giggle escaping her lips, “I love it when you say our boys” She leaps into your arms and kisses you happily.

“Baby?” you manage to say through the numerous kisses

“Hmm?”

“At this rate, you’re gonna keep me distracted to New Years” you give her a little wink. Your doe couldn’t help but blush.

The plan was set. Natasha and Pietro took the boys back to the cave as you and Wanda left on a quick little errand. Your yuletide journey took you all over the small town of Westview to find the perfect gifts for your boys.

You and your mate browsed the downtown streets, walking hand in hand. While Wanda was busy buying a toy or two for the boys, you went off on your own little mission.

You swung by the local jewelry shop where you found the perfect gift for Wanda. You stopped by the record shop and found a gift for Yelena. You stopped by the thrift shop and found a gift for Natasha, one for Kate and one for Pietro.

You quickly rushed home and wrapped the gifts. Wanda had a certain amount of giddiness and glee as she wrapped the gifts for the boys.

You hid yourself separately from your mate and began wrapping her gift.

The day of Christmas had arrived and everyone was giddy with glee. Natasha, Yelena, Kate and Pietro arrived not long after the boys woke you and Wanda up.

Everyone loved their gifts. Billy loved his stuffed Hedwig owl plushie. Tommy loved his new green track suit, it was his favorite color and everything. Kate loved the little arrow necklace that you found her. Yelena loved her autographed album of Don Maclean’s American Pie. Natasha loved the the Spy who Loved Me collectible poster you got for her, it was her favorite Bond movie after all. Pietro loved his new leather jacket.

“Makes you look like the Fonz, bratok” Wanda chimes in.

Pietro simply gave her the Fonzie’s thumbs up.

Finally came your gift to your mate, the love of your life, your loving doe. You placed the small Christmas gift box right in her hands.

“Merry Christmas my doe” you gave her forehead a kiss.

Wanda giggles. She tenderly unwraps your present and gasps.

Nestled in that small box was a gold necklace with a small scarlet red Ruby pendant that was encapsulated by two gold antlers. It was beautiful to Wanda. It captured what you loved about her as well as her favorite gemstone.

“Detka” she looks to you with a smile and tears forming in her eyes. “I love it! So much!”

You hug her tight and kiss her tenderly. She lets out a soft little moan against your lips.

“Merry Christmas my buck” she whispers in your ear.

You look at her. You look to your boys. Your brother in law and your best friends. What more could one person need for Christmas.

you instantly smiled at his scribbles. you'd missed him all day, having a completely different class schedule than his. deciding not to waste any more time, you quickly fixed yourself in the mirror and left to meet him at your designated spot. it was a short walk across the hogwarts lush grounds before you could spot him pacing on a nearby hill with a small, cobblestone courtyard on top. the autum leaves danced in the breeze around him and the sunset made it look like his skin was glowing. you didn't notice the smile that instinctively appeared on your face as you quickened your pace. his expression mirrored yours as you caught his eye when you approached.

"ah, love. there you are." he sounded relieved as he opened his arms for you to curl into, kissing the top of your head when you closed the gap.

"i missed you all day," you mumbled into his chest, taking in his comforting scent. "i want you to have it." his eyes finally met yours again, smile still unfazed. you couldn't find any words as he walked around you, brushing your hair to the side. his fingers ghosted over your neck, sending bumps across the skin around them as he wrapped the cool metal around your neck and clasping it together. he fixed your hair once he was finished and pressed a loving kiss to your temple, comforting you slightly. you looked down at the jewelry that now decorated your bosom with amazement, taking it in your gentle palm. he came back into your view, relishing in the sight of his family heirloom around your neck.

"i don't deserve this, sebastian." you shook your head, feeling entirely unworthy of such a beautiful and meaningful gift. he stepped towards you, palming the side of your face with his toned hand, forcing your gaze to lock with his.

"hey, none of that." his eyes trailed down to your lips, then to your chest. "you are to never take it off. understood?" you didn't have the courage to protest as you saw him looming over you with such a firm grip on your face. you nodded instead.

"understood." it was your turn to trace your eyes over his plush lips, silently begging for contact. it was visible in the way you bit down on your lower lip with anticipation. he granted your wish, your lips connecting tenderly. you huffed as he pulled away.
