Hey! Are you an outsiders smp fan that is desperate for another season? Good news!

Me and my friends are staring our own lore smp that takes place canonically after the events of outsiders smp season 1 or we’ll season 29 in the actual lore universe.

Our characters will be completely original and new. Yet it’s the same universe. So it’s STARR’s season 30 :D

we are still figuring stuff out so there is no official release date but as soon as we finish the missing posters for each character I’ll post them on here!

Some of us will be streamings others will be posting on yt and TikTok and etc :3 some people’s POV will maybe not be available since editing and stuff would be too difficult but we will try!

After Owen leaves, Apo sits at the foot of his cot for a long time. It’s nothing — quiet, listless hours of nothing — and he’s used enough to that. He nearly isn’t itching out of his skin by the time Red comes down to see him. 

“Dude,” Red says, sliding down the wall to sit. “What did you say to him?”

Apo breathes. The nothing does not heal wounds. Lies: “Not much.”

Red rarely flinches when Apo moves quick, so he darts across the room to the little barrel with, at this point, just about all his worldly possessions. He wonders if the food he left up in the clearing has gone bad.

“Cheers, bro,” says Red, lifting the bottle of beer Apo passes to him. Apo raises his closed fist. Knocks his knuckles against the glass. Mutters something that completes the ritual.

Not that he doesn’t ever drink. He just has to be more careful. Time doesn’t work the same way down here, and one little slip asserts itself as eternity effortlessly.

Red starts without preamble, “You know, I was telling Grace this morning, it doesn’t make a lot of sense, this whole vegetarian thing—”

It’s past morning? Apo used to say, sort of desperate.

These days, he lets Red talk, finds it in himself to laugh a little because Red is here and asking him so carefully to, and takes a sip each time Red finishes a bottle. 

It takes more than two or three, but eventually, Red’s voice drops to a mumble, and then to a low and intermittent rumbling, and then to nothing much at all. He had the presence of mind to set his bottle down beforehand. Apo likes that about him too. 

Apo’s still sitting at the foot of his cot. The sound of Red’s breathing mingles with the lava, white noise welcoming the taffying of time with open arms.

There is, as if from very far away, the thud of boots hitting stone at the bottom of the ladder. Apo watches the rise and fall of Red’s chest. His friend’s face is an exercise in chiaroscuro, and Apo downs the rest of his beer.

When he looks up at Guts, they’re standing there, framed by the bars, their edges traced by lavaglow. They meet Apo’s gaze for a moment, and then they’re looking at Red again. Red, still breathing, still quiet, sunglasses slipping down his nose. What comes next will come next. White noise. Time. For now, Apo and Guts aren’t looking at each other, because they’re looking at Red.
